Staring at the ceilling Natalia could see from the corner of her eye the sun rising she barely had slept all night Ryan revelation was bothering her more then she would like to admit .In a few hours she would have to face him , the problems was what could she tell him she didnt even know herself a few hours ago she had a best friend to whom she could confess anything and now ...now she didnt even know what they were .
Could her and Ryan be even more , truth be told Natalia had sometimes wonder about that idea each time Ryan had went above and beyond to help or each time he was with her son she wonder but she always ended shrugging it off .She didnt have that option anymore .
Rolling out of bed Natalia sighted , straightening her hair back she made her way to her bedroom door , for some reason she hesitated to walk out , listening to make sure Ryan wasnt awake , even though it would be highly unlikely that he would be after the time they came home and the alcohol he consummed she still hesitated.
When she heard nothing but silence she walked out on her tip toes passing by the closed door of his room she heard nothing but loud deep snoring .
Relieved she went to the kitchen starting the coffee pot , her eyes glancing at the clock, it was way too early to get up after a nigth of partying , her mother would be dropping Joey off in a few hours and Natalia hope to god that by then Ryan would still be sleeping , maybe she could use her son has a distraction .
Then it hit her, smacking her head Natalia remenber that Matt, the animal control guy she met early last week had called her to ask her out at that moment she didnt hesitate and said yes , why would she hesitate she liked him , was single and hadnt dated in years letirally .But now things had change in the name of Ryan .
With her head throbbing she found herself wincing has she tried to move her hand knocking something that rolled onto the ground. Moaning she once again tried to move but soon realised that the reason that her body was aching was the fact she was on the floor of her living room .Moaning she rolled onto her back the sun squirting her eyes her hand fell limply to the side where she encounter warm skin , followed by someone complaining much like she did seconds ago.
Blinking over and over her hand patted the skin she felt under her fingertips , warm smooth and it certainly didnt belong to her .
No no no no it wasnt happening to her those sort of things didnt happen to her , maybe she was dreaming , yes she was dreaming or had woken in a alternate universe where thise version of Maxine Valera had made the undeniable mistake of getting drunk and slept with none other then mr Jake berkeley.
Tentivly she look to her left to see the half naked features of Jake lying next to her in the middle of her living room and the throw blanket of her couch covering the lower part of his body the other half of the blanket covering her from the chest down .The horror of what she did hit her hard like nothing else before .
MAX; AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH she screamed pushing herself the blanket caught in her feet making her fall first on her face she heard him moan and quickly covered herself .
JAKE: hummm what ...what? he asked yawning and rubbing his eyes , his own body aching from sleeping on the floor .Scratching his naked chest he lifted his upper body smirking at Maxine who was pale has a ghost .
JAKE: Hey there beautifull !
MAX: AHHHHHHHHHHHHH ! she screamed again in horror making sure the balnket was covering all of her .
JAKE: God ...stop screaming !
MAX: GOD HAVE SOME DECENCIES COVER YOURSELF !
Throwing a cushion at Jake she hit him right in the face smirking he took the cushion ,covering his lower body part while he push himself on his feet .
With a cocky grin he stood in front of her naked appart from the cushion covering the good .
MAX: what the hell your laughing about !
JAKE: you know ...tssk ..tssk...! he said wiggling his eyebrow with a wink .
MAX: GET OUT !She yelled pointing with her hand the blanket almost faling off her which she quickly recover .
JAKE: what no morning coffee?
MAX: YOU WANT COFFEE GO TO STARBUCK ...NOW GET OUT !
JAKE: Alright alright no need to yell...can i at least dress first ?
MAX: Do it fast ...heu i feel dirty brrr .

Smirking even more jake drop the cushion on the floor has if it was nothign and began searching for his clothes apparantly scathered all around , Seeing him in his birthday suit Maxine quickly turned around to avoid looking at him .It was bad enough she had slept with the man she hated the most she didnt want to fantasized about him .
Chuckling Jake gathered his clothes one by one taking his sweet time , he smirked wider when he found Maxine bright pink bra hanging from her lamp .
Maxine herself started looking for her clothes until she saw Jake hand over her bra.
JAKE: Looking for something?
She didnt need to look to know he had that annoying smirk on his face grabing the bra from his hand .

Rolling her eyes Maxine held on her blanket tighter tapping her foot on the floor .
MAX: dear god i hope we used protection !

Jake simply chuckle putting on his jeans he dint bother to zip them has he sat down on the couch to put his sock on , annoyed maxine tap her foot on the floor urging to hurry the hell up.

JAKE ; yep you did sweet cheek , after we left Calleigh house you ask me here for a last drink .

Grabing his shirt ,his last boots and jacket Maxine grab his arms pull him up from the couch and threw his clothes at him and pushed him toward the front door .Since Maxien appartment was kind of small it didnt take to many push for Jake to be face to face with the front door not that he protested but he didnt help her either .
Opening her front door she pushed him out leaving jake outside in the cold of morning, shirtless and one boot on , slamming the door on him.
JAKE: IS THAT HOW YOU TREAT ALL YOUR GUESS ? he yelled from the porch shoping around to put his other boot .
MAX; THE IDIOT ONE YES ! she yelled back wishing he would just go away .
JAKE; IF I GET SICK IT'S YOUR FAULT IT'S FREEZING OUT HERE AND IT'S BEGINNING TO RAIN !
MAX; GOOD I HOPE YOU HAVE PNEUMONIA
Putting his jacket on Jake adjusted his collar walking down her front step he yelled back.

Banging her head on the door maxine was glad she heard the roaring of his motorcycle drive away .The next thing she did was run to her shower to wash away the scent of him on her .
Hiding under the covers Calleigh didnt dare move her head was throbbing her stomach was making weird sound and her neck was stiff from the way she slept with her hanging from the bed .She'd been awake for a few hours but didnt want to get out of bed it had a been while since she got a good night sleep and just spend the day being lazy even if she felt a really strong hangover .
Closing her eyes she hid herself under the covers slowly sinking into sleep again , until the phone rang , the sound coming from her cell inside her purse on her dresser .It had rang twice already and twice she had ignore it , she simply didnt care who it was even if it was work she wasnt answering .
When the sound faded after a few rang she sighted closing her eyes again maybe she could finnaly get some sleep .but no such luck a phone rang again this time her house phone , she heard the machine kick in and listen from her bedroom Jake leaving a message for her to call him back , when she heard the click she once again closed her eyes , she didnt know how long her eyes had been closed all she knew is that she was rudely awaken again by the sounds of ringing this time coming from both her cell phone and house phone , Having enough she pushed her comforter away grabed her purse from her dresser where she retrieved her cellphone , the caller id read Natalia name , instead of answering she closed her phone down , next up her house phone she barely had time to get into her hallway that the machine was kicking in , this time Maxien leaving a message .
Pulling the cord from the wall Calleigh sighted in relief , finnaly she had silence the only day in years she decided to have some rest and her friends were annoying the hell out of her .
Going back into her bedroom she once again reach for her purse searching for her medication when at first glance she couldnt find them she search further finding nothign but her wallet and other items but no meds .
Emptying the contents on her dresser she could only see the evident they werent there, she check her jacket ,her nightstand ,recheck her purse then she check her medecine cabinet , nothing .
slightly panicking she search everywhere turning her drawers inside out , running outsde she search her car emptying her gloves box , the middle console ,nothing , rushing back inside she stop for a second and though and recounted the even of the night before , at least what she remenber , last night she had 2 bottles half full , she took 2 pills twice after that she doesnt remenber much .
Opening her eyes it came to her her fist clenching at her side .
CAL: BERKELEY! she said in a angry tone .
Slamming the wall she didnt care that he knew all she care now that she was out of her medication because of him .Rushing back into her bedroom she found a pair of pants ,shirt .Dressing up quickly she grabed her keys and wallet and rushed outside to her car, she reverse her driveway her tires screeching behind her scaring her neighboor little chihuahua who barked at her .
