I apologised i completelty forgot to post i was working on a criminal minds vid but now im completly free so here it goes :)
The drive home had been slow , pondering on her option , begging alexx, trying another pharmacy , another doctor and even ponder going back to see Theo but she couldnt do that to him couldnt bring him back to a wrold he tried so hard to move on .She was all left out of option .
Turning the last street leading to her house her hands were shaking , her body sweating even though it was late in decmeber , she felt a bit nauseous and her stomach twisting inside of her .For now the physical pain was bearable but the emotional pain she tried so hard to numb was starting to bubble up again.
Her house coming into view she suddenly hesitated , she had nothing to come home too but a cold empty house .Stopping in front of her house she looked up at the house she use to love to come home too but now to her it meant nothing like many other things .Instead of parking her car she drove off , where she didnt care she just drove and drove until she found herself at the last place she expected .
Even to her was surprised when she parked the car on the curb looking up at the families grieving , putting fresh flowers, the grass freshly cut and the yard spotless clean has usual . Wiping the sweat coming down her forehead with her shaky hand Calleigh heart thump in her chest now was a time she wished she had her medication.
She knew this was a long time coming she should have come to see him tried lord knows she tried but she never made it out of the car .But today was the day that she would talk to him ask for an apology something, anything she didnt know ,she was simply tired of living in a nightmare .With attention she watch has the gireving family pray and talked to their lost one , to her talking to the dead had always been ridiculous even little after her mother passed away or when her father passed away last year she never done it , never visited their graves , to her it was useless and never understood why some people did it , the dead didnt talk back to you but she guessed that it made them feel better, relieved , like they had someone that would listen to them without judging or talking back .
Has she got out of the car and closed the car door , the cold air hit her hard , tightening her jacket around her frail frame she shivered looking at her reflection in the window she made sure her hair was right she knew it was useless he wouldnt see her anyway. Turning back to face the many headstones , she tried to take a step back but her chest was tigthening and her vission beginning to blurry so she turned back open her car door and sat in it gripping her steering , her knuckles turning whites she took deep breath in and out has if she was choking from the inside .
CAL: I cant...i cant do this ! she repeated to herself over and over .
Resting her forehead against the steering wheel trying to ease down her breathing she thought about how pathetic eric would thing she look right now , he would tell her she was the strongest person he ever know that she never said never , didnt take no for an answer and would die trying instead of giving up .
With all her courage she blindly reached for the door handle pulling it open she quickly step out of the car taking a deep breath of the cold miami air .
The first step was the hardest but she took it and then the others soon followed when her feet connected with the grass she took a deep breath and look up he was rigth there on a few more step and she would be face to face ,sort off ,with the love she lost forever .
A grieving family was gathered to the thombstone next to his finding shelter under a large tree she gave them some peace and herself some more time .
The grieving mother walk pass calleigh holding her 2 young children hand she offered calleigh a sympathic smile to which Caleigh returned the best she could the women eyes red with unshed tears tryign to be strong for her 2 young children who obvioulsy missed their father .
From where she was Calleigh could see the headstone the women had jaut left , the man burried was only 2 years older then eric and had died a year after him , the headstone ddint say what he died off but she knew from experince that it didnt mather a loss was a loss no mather how it happened.
Looking back at the young mother helping her kids into the car , this could have been her, the kids the mini van , it could have been her and eric if only she hadnt committed the irreparable .
Taking another breath her hands clenching into a fist at her side she took the last few step toward him ,there he was she couldnt turn back anymore couldnt hide or run .Crossing her arms low on her stomach she looked everywhere except at the engraved stone .She made all this way and now she found nothing to say ,it use to be so easy he was the only one she could say anything too, things she wouldnt tell anyone else .
CAL: Hey ...she said faintly and immediatly felt silly for saying such a thing after all these years ,but what else could she say .
CAL; I came...god i dont even know why i came here today...I wont tell you im ok Eric because im truly not ..
CAL:without you in my life it hurt more and more everyday ...i dont understand why you had to go why you had to leave me alone ...
Looking for the first time at his grave stone shutting her eys tight so the tears wouldnt fall but they eventually did ,wiping them with the back of her hand .
CAL: I dont know what to do ...everyone telling me your no coming home and i know that but there is nothing that will make the way i feel go away i've tried god did i tried ...but i miss you so much ...it hurts inside all the time like something eating me from the inside out ...you told me you would be here forever and i believed you eric i did ...i thought you and me would grow old together ...look at me im a mess im so lost i dont know who i am anymore ..
Ironicly enough all the things she had fough so hard to keep in where coming out easier then she thought it would ever be .
CAL: i ..keep...i keep dreaming of you they so vivid that for a second a tiny second i think your actually there and for a minute im actually happy but then ...then i wake up and the nightmare is back i wake up with this fear this pain and its eating me from the inside .
The tears pouring down faster then she could wiped them she took a long and painfull breath her arms snaking around herself .
CAL: I wish ...i wish you would be here to help me , like only you could .
With a bitter sarcastic laugh she shook her head looking up at the bright blue sky .
CAL: you know i think im actually going crazy, at least thats what everyone seems to be thinking, you should see the way they looked at me , ohh poor little calleigh , look at her now , pfft like their life is any better , you know i'll be glad the day they wake up and realised that their life isnt any better .
CAL:you know growing up i had the perfect plan , become a police officer , then a csi , without anything getting in my way , not even ...not even love and for a while it was perfect i was happy , at least i thought i was ...and then ..then everything change you came in... sneak into my life slowly but surely .
With a little smile she looked down at the grass recounting all the events in their life that had lead eric to captured her heart.
CAL: there are time that i ...i dont even remenber the way you look or smile and then i panic ..i dont know it's like im stuck in a moment and i cant get out of it ...
The emotion rising up again she found herself unable to control her tears anymore .
CAL: everyday ...every god damn day i think about the event of what lead to your ...
Unasble to say it she wiped her eyes and nose with the sleeves of her jacket behind her she heard a car pull up near the curb followed by car doors opening and closing she didnt put much attention to it , figguring it was just another grieving family ,she came here to ease her heart , it had taken her long to get here and there was nothing who would take her away from it .
CAL: If i could take it back i would ...i would trade my life for yours in a heart beat ..ironicly enough you wouldnt let me , you wouldnt trade your life for mine even though im responsible for you death ...you wouldnt ... you would say im not responsible but i am Eric... i killed you ...
'' WHAT!''
Spinning around Calleigh found the source of the outburst there in front of her stood eric mother and sisters , confussion on their face mix with anger especially coming from Eric mother , unsure to what they had heard exactly .His family had known little about eric death only knowing that eric was killed while on duty by friendly fire , now that they knew the truth how would they react .
She had an answer a second later when Chlorinda Delko step forward and slap the woman responsible for her son death .
With her head down Calleigh body frozed , she had no reaction what so ever to the slapping after all she deserved more then a slapping .
'' MAMA ''' eric oldest sister Maria yelled stepping forward grabbing her mother arms stopping her before she went further .
'' ASESINO '' she yelled at calleigh enrage at the women .
MARIA: MAMA ! thats eric girlfriend !
'' I DONT CARE SHE KILLED MY SON ASESINO ..ASESINO !
She yelled over and over at Calleigh who took it with out any reaction what so ever his sisters watch the scene their heart breaking has well not only for their mothers but for the women they knew their brother loved very much .
They didnt know Calleigh very well only that their brothers talked about her a lot first has a colleague , then a close friend and finnaly the women they knew he wanted to marry , Marisol had been the one to meet her a few times and told the family she could see eric with her then Maria had met her briefly when eric had babysat her son , but that was the extend of their knowledged of the blonde csi .
At the funeral she had done her best to avoid them , the family connecting that to being her way of grieving , they gave her space and then tried to contact her but she never return their phone call they know knew why .
'' YOU ...OF ALL PEOPLE ''' '' YOU KILLED HIM ...WHY ...WHY ..WHY '''
Highly emotional chlorinda tears were pouring down the older woman cheeks , she had come to peace with loosing her daughter marisol and then her only son eric but actually facing the women who had ended his life was too much for her to take .
MARIA: Mama...mama...MAMA ! thats enough ! she finnaly said stopping her mother outburst .
MARIA: Calleigh i think you should leave ! she said firmly but in a quiet tone showing the women she had no resent toward her what so ever .
Tha wasnt the case for his 2 other sister Adrianna and Annabelle who has Calleigh walked out gave the same look their mother was giving her .The only one who seemed to have sympathy for her was Maria .
Has Calleigh quickly walk to her car heart thumping into her chest hand shaking has she reach the door handle of her car , she didnt look back but could feel the accusing eyes on her .
Driving off she had trouble keeping the car in a straight line her vision blurry and unable to catch her breath she almost hit an other car has she exited the cemetary .
Back at Eric graves Chlorinda Delko was infuriated walking back and forth mumbling in a mix of spanish and russian.

The roaring of his motorcycle vibrateds through the street a very impressed young boy watch him wide with eyes has Jake park his motorcycle .
Winking at the boy who couldnt keep his eyes away from the motorcycle Jake trotted toward her front door , about to knock he stop on his track when he saw that the door was slightly open .Pushing on the door lightly he called out to her.
JAKE: CALLEIGH!
All he heard was the sound of crashing and more crashing stepping into the house he could only notice the stae of her house , broken fram e everywhere cushion throw around carelessly , the small table in her hallway had been flip around .
JAKE: CALLEIGH! he called louder afraid something had happen to her .
The state of her living room wasnt better, her plants , long dead , had been thrown to the ground the dirt scattered everywhere her book case flip back , Jake was afraid to go further pondering if he should call 911 .
But then she appeared in the hallway bottle of scotch in hands wobbling back and forth she hadnt notice him yet , holding in her hand a picture frame of her and her father , she looked at it scoffed and threw it on the wall with all her force .
JAKE: JESUS CALLEIGH! he yelled has a piece of glass barely missed him .
CAL: YOU ...YOU... GIVE THEM TO ME ! she yelled walking toward him with a wobbling step.
Knowing exactly what she wanted Jake crossed his amrs over his chest staring her down , letting Calleigh know he wouldnt grant her request .
CAL; YOU HAD NO RIGHT TO TAKE THEM ! GIVE THEM TO ME !
JAKE; NO! he yelled back at her not budging an inch.
CAL; WHAT RIGHT TO YOU GET TO BARGE INTO MY HOME AND TAKE MY MEDICATION !
JAKE; MEDICATION ? IS THAT WHAT YOU CALL THEM !
CAL: YES GIVE THEM TO ME NOW !
Stepping closer Calleigh eyes were full of rage her body tight and her chest heaving with deep a step toward her jake show once again defiance .
JAKE: NO !
Screaming Calleigh pushed him back with all the force she had in her forcing Jake to take a step back when she tried to push him again he grabed both her wrist .

He shook her a bit to get some sense into her but her drunken state mixed with all the heartache she was feeling made her more stubborn then ever .Trying to yank her arms away she only got angrier when he tighten his grips .

JAKE: YOU'LL WHAT ?
CAL: I NEED THEM !
JAKE ; TOO BAD CAUSE I FLUSH THEM DOWN THE TOILET !
Angered Calleigh stump on his foot , knee him in the groin and pushed him agaisnt the couch where jack fell backward holding his crotch loosing his breath .
Screaming Calleigh grabed a cushion and hit him over and over again it didnt do much damage but it sure felt better to use jake has punching bag , Jake on his part was too busy too check if the family jewel were intact to care about her hitting him with a cushion until she hit him square in the face.
JAKE ; STOP IT ...NOW ! he yelled has she kept hitting him .
CAL :YOU BASTARD ...YOU HAD NOT RIGHT TO DO THIS TO ME !

Swirling the cushion again she hit him again right in the face Jake tried to move away from her but his feet got tangle into the scattered object on the floor falling right on his face the palm of his hand landing on a pieces of glass.
Too enrage to notice the blood dripping from his hand Calleigh cried her heart out in the form of physicly abusing Jake , all the emotion she had kept all the frustation were coming out , too bad that Jake was on the receiving end .
Having enough Jake Grabed her ankle and trip her over she fell hard on her back her head hitting the floor , it was harsh that he knew but she gave him no choice .
Straddling her waist he held her wrist tighter then earlier his blood from the cut on his hand dripping down her arm .
JAKE ; THATS ENOUGH ! IM NOT YOUR GOD DAMN PUNCHING BAG, YOU WANT TO HIT SOMETHING GO TO THE GYM!
CAL; SCREW YOU !
JAKE ; BEEN THERE DONE THAT CALLEIGH .
Has she try to yank her arms away she gave Jake no choice but to pin her arms to the floor his fingers would leave a mark but right now it was the last of his concerns .

Shaking her head from side to side she did her best to fight him but Jake was simply to strong for her .

wiggling her leg and her hips she tried to roll away from him to get the upper hand but Jake wasnt givign her an inch , she would get tired eventually he just had to be patient .

That only enrage her more, wiggling her hips her legs everythign she could to free herself when that didnt work she resorted to cheap shot and bite Jake hard on the arm .
Screaming in pain Jake pull his arm away freeing her right hand she slap him hard on the face again .Being on his last straw Jake had enough grabbing her wrist he pulled her up by the arms like a ragdoll .Swirling her around he held his arms around her in a bear hug tightly holding her while he pulled her toward the bathroom , She kicked. she scream, she scratch she tried to bite again , try to headbutt him , but Jake was having none of it .
JAKE; YOU WENT LOOKING FOR IT .
With one strong arm holding her he pushed the door of her shower stall open and pulled her inside her walk in shower .Turning the shower on really cold he held her under the spray ,she squealed fought harder but he only held her tighter the water getting on him has well but Calleigh got the most of it , the spray being right on her face .
JAKE: YOU THINK IT'S WHAT HE WANTED FOR YOU ...THIS LIFE ...HUH YOU TELL ME ?
When she began to weaken he turned the water off but didnt let her go pulling her out of the shower stall he held her in front of her mirrors .
JAKE: LOOK AT YOURSELF ...DO YOU EVEN RECOGNISED YOURSELF ...YOU THINK PUSNISHING YOURSELF MAKES YOU EVEN !
JAKE:HE CHOOSED TO BE THERE CALLEIGH , HE MADE THAT CHOICE ...NOT YOU, SO STOP PUNISHING YOURSELF FOR SOMETHING THAT WAS OUT OF YOUR CONTROL .
Has her walls began to crumble she weaken into his arms her knees giving under her,tears mixing with the water going down her face .
JAKE: His death is not yours to carry Calleigh , it's ok to grieves but your not honoring his memory the way your doing it .Hurting yourself like that wont bring him back .
She mumbled something inaudible under her tears and her shaky breath that jake didnt quite catch on at first .
JAKE: what ? he ask quietly reaching for a towel and wrapping it around her holding her agaisnt him her head on his chest .
Getting her breath under control for a tiny second she managed a few shaky words shivering from the cold shower Jake had suggested her too.
CAL: I...i...i .. want ...to be... with him !
JAKE: dont say things like that ...when ..when you say things like that your scaring me .

Her voices was low and fill with sadness curling herself agaisnt him , she was deep so deep that it would take a lot of work for jake to bring her back from the abyss .
JAKE: Look i know ..i know you miss him and i know it's hard ...seeing you like this ..it breaks my heart ..hurting yourself like this is not doing you any good .
Sobbing against his chest she heard his words but couldnt bring herslef to do what he suggested life without Eric for her was unbearable .
CAL: i cant ...i cant do this anymore ..without him ...its not the same .
Holding her tightly agaisnt him Jake rested his chin on her head while she soflty but surely cried her heart out .
But that didnt last long , pulling herself away from him Jake thought for a second she closing up again but instead of running from him, she sat on the edge of her bathtub she looked up at him her eyes red , her features exhausted.
CAL: I went to see him today !she admitted quietly her voices breaking .
sitting next to her Jake waited for a moment before he ask .
JAKE: how did that go ?

CAL: His family ...his family was there ...his mom you should have seen the look on her face once she realised i was the one who ...
Unable to continue before the tears poured down again with his arms around her shoulder Jake brought her head on his shoulder .

frustated with herself she pushed the towel off her shoulder and dashed out of the bathroom before jake could say or do anything , following her into the kitchen .
JAKE : what are you doing ?
CAL: what my dad use to do when ever things got tough ! she said bitterly reachign for a small glass in her cupboard she then filled her glass to the rim with scotch .Jake didnt try to help her simply shook his head at her nonsense .
JAKE: You think alcohol will help ?
CAL: sure did help my dad !
JAKE: so now all of this now is about your dad ?
Finishing her glass in one shot she poured herself another one before facing Jake .
CAL: NO JAKE ITS ABOUT ALL THE CRAP I TOOK IN MY LIFE , ALL THE TIME I FOUND MY DAD DRUNK IN BAR , ALL THE LATE NIGHT PHONE CALLS , ITS ABOUT MY MOM NOT GIVING A DAMM ABOUT ME ...OR ME KILLING MYSELF IN MY WORK PROOVING IM THE BEST AND FOR WHAT HUH ..YOU TELL ME SO I COULD SHOOT THE ONLY GOOD THING I EVER HAD IN MY LIFE .
JAKE; YOU KNOW WHAT I THINK ! YOUR ACTING LIKE A SPOIL BRAT DO YOU KNOW HOW LUCKY YOU ARE!
CAL; LUCKY ! YOU THINK IM ACTUALLY LUCKY!
JAKE : YES YOU ARE ...TO HAVE HAD A LOVE LIKE YOU DID MOST PEOPLE GO THROUGH A LIFETIME AND DONT EVEN EXPERIENCE WHAT YOU HAD WITH HIM !

Stepping closer to her Jake took her glass and slamm it against the kitchen table the content spilling on the table

Taking a step back jake chest was heaving up and down with heavy breaths turning away from her he tried to calm himself down calm the beating of his heart .She remained quiet her arms crossed over her chest she looked down at the floor .
CAL: Im sorry ! she said soflty .
Taking a deep breath Jake turned to face her running his hand thorugh his hairs he stared at her .
JAKE: i know your pain ..is ..it seem unbearable ok i get it but how do you expect to get better with alcohol and pills ..that path will only lead you one way Calleigh and i dont think thats what Delko would have wanted for you ...no actually im sure it's not what he would have wanted for you .
CAL: i cant ...i dont know how to deal with it .
JAKE: you talk to someone ! i can help you...but there are step you need to take for yourself , and has far as his family concern it's ..it's ...
CAL: they grieving and angry ! she finished for him .
JAKE: yes that but it wasnt right for them to accuse you when they dont know the full story .
CAL: If ..if it makes them feel better to blame someone then let it be me .

JAKE: Just promise me you'll get help !

CAL: All i can promises you is i will stop the pills and the drinking but dont ask me to go back to my old life because i cant ...i cant without him .
JAKE:Ok but would you consider taking a few days off , you could really use some .
CAL: NO ! she answer in a harsh tone walking out of the kitchen
JAKE: Dont get all moody on me again ,or i'll throw you in the shower again Calleigh i swear .
Following her into her bedroom his eyes widen when she removed her shirt leaning agaisnt the door way he ashamely look her up and down with a smirk on his face until he realised that the once perfectly curve Calleigh he use to know was merely skin an bones .
CAL: HEY ! my eyes are up here ! she said with a very annoyed tone .
JAKE: if you didnt want me to look you just had to not undress in front of me .
When she shot him an evil eye jake rolled his eyes and turned around crossing his arms and leaning agaisnt the doorway .
JAKE: You havent got anything i havent seen before .
CAL: im not in the mood for your stupid joke Jake !
JAKE: ok but would you just consider takign a few days off .
CAL: no i wont you because it's ridiculous .
JAKE:Whats so ridiculous about that huh , everyone enjoys some time off even workaholic like you .
CAL: And do what ? plus it' s not like im allowed to take some times off who the hell would replace me .
JAKE: Hate to break it to you Calleigh but none is irrepaceable not even you .
When she remain silence he had the tiny doubt that maybe she was poiting a gun at him and was getting ready to get rid of him slowly he turned around to see that she had fully change into some dry clothes ignoring his request to take some time off .
JAKE: when was the last time you took some times off !
When she didnt answer and ignored hin Jake knew he had her in a corner .
JAKE: ahh see you cant even remenber .Surely there must somewhere you always wanted to go .
Sitting on her bed fiddling with her fingers she thought about the times Eric had admitted one of his dreams .
CAL: eric ...he always wanted to take me to Hawai ! she said with a faint smile .
JAKE: yeah ! he said his curiostity peeking sitting next to her , she was smilling faintly but she was smilling and jake then knew she was remenbering a happy moment between her and Eric.
CAL: One time i caught eric daydreaming at work and he ..he was so embarrassed by it ...when i finnaly got it out of him later he admitted that he ..that he always wanted to go to hawai and discover it with me .He didnt say much but i think he already had it all plan in his head Eric was like that he plan ahead figured all the little things ...unlike me who's always day by day .
JAKE: why didnt you ...you should have gone .
CAL: work ! i mean if it were up to him he would have bought the ticket that night and go but we knew ...we knew that with IAB it wouldnt be possible .
JAKE: Then just go , discover the place he wanted you to see .
CAL: It's not the same without him .
JAKE: Al right then do something else got to bed late get up very late read books you always wanted to read go out with your friends.
CAL:PFfft what friends !
JAKE: Believe it or not Calleigh you still have lots of friends they just waiting for you .
With a faint nod she remain quiet a with a even faint smile .
JAKE: so is that a yes !
CAL: ok ! she said with a very long sight ...you win there you happy!
JAKE: yep !
CAL: Im sorry i lashed out at you ! she said quietly looking up at what she thought was the only friend who was sticking by her .
JAKE: hey dont worry not the first and it wont be the last i get mishandle by a girl ! he said with a chuckle that made calleigh smile a bit .
