Revenge Is Sweet Until It Isn't-Ch 1

Derek Morgan sighed tiredly as he plopped down on his couch with a beer in his hand, it had been a long day and he was exhausted, the team had been gone on at least 10 cases in the past few weeks and he was so glad to be home. He took a sip of his beer and laid his head back on the soft couch cushion and closed his eyes, hoping that he might doze off to sleep.

He was having a good, no great dream, he was in a beautiful field sitting on a blanket, wait, he was having a picnic with, who is that beautiful woman in his dream, his dream was a little fuzzy so he tried to tune her in a little bit so that he could see her face. It was only a matter of a few seconds and then he smiled and said, "you're looking as beautiful as ever baby girl", causing her to smile at him and say, "why thank you angel fish".

Derek was really enjoying his dream, he was getting to spend some good quality time with Penelope, she was so amazing, she was kind, beautiful, sweet and had one of the biggest and warm hearts of anybody he had ever met. They sat and laughed and talked and talked and talked and then he felt himself leaning in to do something that he had dreamed of doing to her forever, kiss her.

Just as their lips were getting ready to meet he heard his name being called in the distance and the more he heard his name the louder it was getting and the further and further he was being pulled from his baby girl. He opened his eyes to see Savannah standing there in front of him smiling, he wiped his eyes and said, "what are you, wait, how did you get in here, I have your key, remember?", she laughed and said, "ohhh, that, well silly I had another copy made just in case I lost it".

Derek held out his hand and said, "give it to me", she stuck out her bottom lip and said, "it's normal for us to have keys to each others homes honey, we are dating after all", he shook his head and said, "Savannah we have been through this several times, we are not together". She put her hands on her hips and said, "but we are my love, you are my boyfriend and I love you and nothing is gonna change that".

He rubbed his temples and said, "Savannah, we are not in a relationship, you are not my girlfriend, so please leave, I'm exhausted and I want to lay down and get some sleep", she stepped closer to him and stopped. He looked up at her and she opened her coat to reveal a black lacy nightie, she then stepped closer and dropped down on the couch, straddling his legs and crashed her mouth to his.

Savannah held on for dear life, she wasn't going to let him go, she loved him, they were destined to be together and she didn't care what she had to do he was going to be with her forever and ever. At first she couldn't tell if her kisses were working and then Derek stood up and she wrapped her legs snuggly around his waist and inwardly smiled, thinking her plan was working.

All hopes were dashed though when he dropped her down on the couch and said, "I am trying to be nice to you Savannah but I see that you can't take a hint", he then pointed to the door and said, "get out and don't come back". She said, "but Der bear, you don't mean that, you love me, you love to worship my body, come on, let's go to bed" as she reached out to take his hand only to have him pull away and point to the door again.

She stood up and said, "it's her again isn't it, that fat best friend of yours", Derek said, "watch your mouth, don't you dare talk about baby girl that way", Savannah said, "I'm so sick and tired of hearing about your baby girl, it's baby girl this or Penelope that, well enough is enough Derek, I'm your girlfriend, not her, me" and Derek shook his head and said, "we're not together, not now, not ever".

Savannah said, "you're sleeping with her aren't you?", Derek blew out a deep breath and said, "leave Savannah", she blew out a deep breath and said ,"answer me Derek, you're sleeping with her, you love her right?", Derek said, "fine Savannah, yes, yes I love her, I am in love with Penelope, I always have been and I always will be".

The echoing sound of her hand connecting with his cheek filled the air as she screamed, "you cheating bastard"
