Poor Ronald's getting a little bit confused here! Have an insight into his thoughts...

Ron Weasley was confused. He hadn't thought that Harry liked him like that until his mother's letter came, and he definitely didn't think of Harry that way. Of course she was attractive – He had never expected Harry to make such a curvy girl - but he felt that Harry was more like a sister to him now - like Ginny, and the thought of desiring Ginny made his skin crawl. He was worried that since Harry had become a girl, she had been hanging out with Hermione more than him, and Harry was his wingman, he didn't want to lose him. He turned the corner, pulling on his scarf, and headed to Care of Magical Creatures, concerned and lonely.

Draco Malfoy was incredibly pleased with himself. He had managed to apologise for the original incident while making it seem like he was apologising for a stupid putdown – well played Malfoy, well played. The only disadvantage to this, was that he was starting to seem as though he was being nice to Harry on purpose. He realised however, that he had kind of already decided to screw that and deal with the consequences when they came up – which surprised even him. He purposefully put his father out of his mind - that was the main issue with his stop-being-mean-and-nasty-to-Harry-Potter plan. He could imagine his father's response if he found out his son had befriended 'that Potter brat', and it wasn't pretty. His mother was not to be factored into this equation. It didn't have anything to do with her, so Lucius wouldn't take it out on her… right?
He took one look out of the window of the common room and grabbed his hat and scarf. He headed down to Care of Magical Creatures, ideas forming in his head.

Harry was getting ready for Care of Magical Creatures. It was cold out, very cold, and she couldn't figure out how best to wear her scarf. Wearing it the way she normally would made her hair puff out, and she was conscious that it looked utterly ridiculous. After that morning when Draco had been nice to her at breakfast, she had cared a lot more about what she looked like – even more so than she had been already. It seemed petty, but she really cared how Draco saw her. Because he really had become Draco now.
The prospect of CoMC worried her. Draco had never been particularly kind to Hagrid - always on his case for being part giant, or an incompetent teacher - and she feared that his change in attitude might not have spanned to the amicable gamekeeper. She didn't want her new opinion of him to be spoiled by stupid insults.
Well, she thought, there's only one way to find out.
Sorry for the shortness, don't kill me!
