"I don't know who you are warrior, but if it's a battle you want, I am ready to fight" Udonna stood at the ready.
"We both are" Athena stood beside Udonna, as Xander approached from behind and touched her shoulder.
"Hold on, let me handle and reason with him"
"Are you sure we chose the right group of kids" Athena rolled her eyes at Udonna
"Hi, the names Xander"
"I am Koragg," The purple warrior responded, placing his sword behind his shield. "The knight wolf' he turned and chanted "Uthe Major Castros, in what Athena and Udonna knew as the ancient language, the ground glowed a dark purple, as a horse rose. "Castros rise from your depths.
"So much for reasoning" Xander mumbled as he stood behind Athena
"Sumbol Unithios Equestras." Koragg spoke again and grew giant sized and combined with the Centaur.
"Udonna, any ideas" Athena asked looking up
"We must grow to his size" Udonna ordered as Athena nodded as the two women chanted a spell and grew to Koraggs size.
"Darkness destroys light" Koragg told them overpowering the two, Athena having a harder time then Udonna.
"Do I know you wizard. You are familiar to me" Udonna spoke coming to Athena's aide who also felt a sense of familiarity towards the wizard.
"And you witch, but that will not stop me from destroying you. Behold the eye of the master" He blasted the two women, as they fell and demorphed.
"Udonna, Athena" The teenagers ran over as Chip and Zander helped them up
"I will spare all of you but know this you will witness the terror and destruction that unfolds on your land, evil will rise again." Koragg disappeared into another sealing spell taking Udonna's wand with him
~Nick & Danielle~
"Dani talk to me please" Nick said after moments of silence as they walked through the forest
"Why should I everything who've said to me since we met has been a lie." Dani said bitterly
"Only about where I came from, everything else has been truthful, I never wanted to lie to you, but could you honestly say that you would have believed me if I told you about Rootcore and my family." Nick stopped and faced her
"It doesn't matter now; I clearly don't belong in your world since magic doesn't work for me." Dani said, turning her head not looking at Nick.
"You do belong, the wand wouldn't have chosen you if you didn't have magic inside of you, I know I hurt you by lying to you, but I still think you can do this, because I believe in you." Nick said as they reached the border of Rootcore and Briarwood.
"Goodbye Nick" Dani said as she walked away. Nick tried to go after her but stopped when he saw it start to snow, knowing that the weather didn't match up he knew something had happened, with his mother having the snow staff and raced home.

"Without my snow staff I cannot fight anymore, but I can still train and teach you the ways of magic, and Athena will be alongside you. Udonna said surprising Athena, but she didn't have time to respond as Nick ran into the room.
"Mom, Aunt Athena, what happened are you ok" Nick asked worriedly
"A warrior from the underworld has surfaced, with this crack in the gates we don't know who else were dealing with." Athena said slightly unsettled
"My snow staff has been taken; Athena will be there to help you." Udonna explained to her son.
"Udonna a word" Athena pulled Udonna aside leaving the teens to grasp this new reality. "Udonna I can't do this you had to help me against Koragg and look where it left you, I'm a medic witch, I don't belong on the battlefield." Athena said pulling a silent charm over them
"Athena, you have trained under the best warriors we ever knew, and I know that this news is hitting you hard he was your brother, and Daggeron..., these kids need you, Bowen needs you." Udonna comforted the young woman.
"You lost just as much as me Niella made as much of a sacrifice as Leanbow, both leaving their children for the greater good to protect us all. It pains me because this crack in the underworld is undoing all of it." Athena said
"I have those same feelings, but I believe we will get through this together. "Udonna said comforting as they went back to the teens
"Now have we learned our lesson about not leaving our wands." Athena said handing the teens back the wands.
"Trust us we won't but as cool as having wands is, can we have something a little more..." Zander tried to explain
"Modern, yea mom if you want us to blend in pulling out a wand is going to raise some suspicions" Nick finished
"Very well" Udonna said casting a spell changing the wands into cellphones. "I hope these are more to your liking" Udonna said as they looked them over smiling
"Cell phones, very cool." Vida said approving
"These are your mystic morphers. They are activated by spell codes that you will learn along your journey. Now the most important thing, continue living your normal life and wait until you are needed, and remember there is evil everywhere, and do not speak of what you have just experienced. Athena advised.
"I'll show them the way out" Nick said
"No, you may accompany them, but they must learn their own way. Just remember the trees are your passage." Athena said leaving the teens in confusion.
~Nick~
"Ok your mom and aunt are great, but honestly how can a tree be our passage." Zander said as the teens walked through the forest,
"I can only go with you I can't help you." Nick shrugged as he watched Chip touch every tree he passed until finally getting sucked in.
"Guys, that was so cool, touch the tree it feels like you're traveling through roots, branches, leaves, think of the tree in front of the store and you're there it really is magic." Chip said as they all looked at Nick.
"Why are you all staring, let's go" Nick smirked walking into the tree as the rest of them followed
~Danielle~
"Damn it" Dani groaned as she tried starting her bike
"Need some help" Athena asked dressed in mortal clothes, her hair in a ponytail, jeans and a black sweater
"This isn't something you need magic for, did Nick send you to talk to me" Dani said not looking but knew the voice
"You're right, and no he didn't, but I can tell you, choosing you wasn't a mistake, you can feel it." Athena said
"I don't feel anything, I don't have magic, I'm a nobody." Danielle said loudly as street walkers turned towards her. "They can't see you"
"No, they can't, only those who possess the magic can see, it's a spell I use when go into the human realm, and you are not a nobody, because a nobody wouldn't have helped an old woman find her sister" Athena waved her hand and changed into the old woman and back. "Like you I had a hard time accepting my responsibility, growing up in the shadow of my powerful brother I often felt like I wasn't strong enough, but through friends and Udonna who showed me that I was special in my own way, I got through it and I know you can too, because Nick believes in you and so do I." Athena said when all of a sudden they saw the team running into the woods behind them
"Whats going on." Danielle asked
"There's an attack I have to go, just in case I brought it with me." Athena hands her a purple phone morpher, and runs off.

Athena met the teens who were admiring their new uniforms, once they entered the barrier their clothes transformed into black pants and white shirts, their vests were in their designated color and cloaks around them.
"Check out these cloaks" Chip said with excitement.
"I hate pink" Vida glared
"I'll take your requests later right now we have visitors." Athena said as she saw the blue seal spell and Hidiacs appeared
"I hope everyday isn't going to be like this" Maddison sighed as they ran towards Hidiacs with Athena and Nick in the front.
"You think it's time" Athena asked her nephew as she dodged a hit and flipped one overhead'
"Better now than later" Nick said dodging his own hits but saw his teammates getting overwhelmed
"Alright team ready to show these creeps some real power. Athena said, raising her wand as the kids raised their morphers and put in the codes.

Morphed and adjusting to the new source of power, the teens and Athena ran towards the Hidiacs, attacking and blocking. The teens all using their specified special skills containing to their element.
After the last Hidiac the sky turned a dark grey, lightning striked and wind picked up.
"I'm back" Koragg announced from the purple seal, as Athen pulled the teens behind her,
"We can take him" Vida called out confidently
"You can try, but you are no match. I call on the sword of darkness." Koragg summoned his sword and shield. "This is your end." His shield opened, blasting the team to the ground.
Athena got up quicker and rose to her feet, feeling her lunar power rise to the surface. Athena held up her hands as white energy blasted Koragg back in surprise.
"One blast is not enough to defeat me. Koragg rose and attacked as Athena dodged every attempt except one the swiped across her knocking her to the ground as the team hurried to her side.
"Any last words" Koragg rose his sword above his head ready to strike.
"Just one" Danielles voice echoed as she appeared on her bike, jumping off and planting a high kick into Koraggs shield. Danielle landed in front of Athena and Nick.
"Now there are 7" Koragg growled
"Lucky number 7 I guess" Dani pulled off her helmet and smiled at Athena. I guess its time I started to believe in magic. Dani pulled her hands up when Koragg approached with his sword raised high as a purple spark blocked the hit. "I do believe in magic" She yelled throwing Koragg back as purple beams surrounded her revealing her in a uniform just like the others. Throwing her cloak aside she pulled out her morpher, "MAGICAL SOURCE MYSTIC FORCE" Dani morphed and wore a purple suit.
"What did you say to her" Nick whispered to his aunt
"Just how special she is and all of you are, magic doesn't make mistakes" Athena smiled
RAGE OF THUNDER, Purple Mystic Ranger.
"Prove to me your worthiness, battle my forces. Korragg growled as Dani got ready to fight. Hidiacs arise "Dani leapt into the air her pulling out her magi staff.
"Magi Staff do your thing" She called as she began fighting and learning to use her element. "Magi Staff sword mode. Dani transformed her staff into a sword, dodging attacks and wiping out any Hidiac that got in her way.
"I guess it works after all" She smiled
"Dani that was amazing" Maddie and Vida ran to her
"Mystic Force" Nick said smiling at her"
"MYSTIC FORCE" The teens and Athena put their hands together in a circle, smiling at the their fully formed team.

Athena walked back into Rootcore, sore and tired, it had been a long time since she had fought and used her elemental powers.
"Well done, still doubting yourself and your abilities" Udonna smiled
"If you're waiting for a you were right, you'll be waiting a while" Athena smirked as she healed some of her bruising muscles. "I am not as young as these teens these hits hurt"
"Athena...what did you tell Danielle."
"The same thing that I was told many years ago. She had to look inside herself and magic would show her the way.
"Spoken like a true mentor. They would be proud" Udonna smiled softly.
