One thing to note: There are only two trios: One from the 2015-2016 period, and the latest trio of Truth-Origin-Finality. HoF, HoT and HoR are only the titles needed to be addressed.
"Well, before the next vision comes up…" HoTE decides to take a couple of moments between the visions to explain some stuff. "Each vision here has a name of its own, and to Welt's trio, you guys can check the two previous ones in the tablets, though I suggest checking when there's a huge break between visions. One is 'Thus Spoke Apocalypse', and the other is 'Cooking with Valkyries'. The latter has multiple episodes, though."
"Hm… given that it's my future self's self-reflection, I suppose the name fits." Otto nods, agreeing with the naming.
"So when Kallen holds the onigiri…" Yae asks, with Kallen blushing in embarrassment knowing the 'disaster' she created. "Is it in the same vision?"
"Ki… kinda? Recorders tend to cut them into multiples if one is a bit too long to enjoy… And if they want to save the 'cursed' stuff for future surprise…" HoTE shivers, remembering the previous one. "Please don't let them know about this…"
"Who's 'them'?"
"Those who want to see me suffer, HoV." After a few seconds, HoTE stops the false fear and heads to the table. "Let me check what is coming up next."
"Take your time~" ELYSIA chirps happily, while the boys at her table shake in embarrassment as they're wearing the dresses she and GRISEO forced them into.
"ELYSIA… can we change back? If the next group appears like how Mister Welt's group did…"
"Then they can see you all in these glorious dresses!"
Everyone giggles/laughs at the boys' miseries.
"Hm… this is an interesting one." All turn their attention to the MC. "Before I show this one, a small context. This universe is not affected by Honkai. They have all kinds of monsters to deal with, though."
"So we're going to watch the fight against these monsters?" Young Siegfried guesses, with the Kianas seeming to be excited.
"No. It's… well, I'm not going to spoil it. You can see it for yourself." Everyone nods and makes themselves comfortable in their seats with HoTE getting back to her seat…
Anndddd another group drops on her, just like Welt's trio.
After a few blinkings, some giggle at the MC's misfortune, with Welt pushing his glasses and commenting on the scene: "I suppose this is a running joke in this place?"
'Yeah, no *BEEP* Sherlock. I got worse before, btw.'
'Lucky us that you are our landing pad.'
'Eff off. Anyway, who dropped on me this time?'
'Screams in three… two… one…'
"OUCH OUCH OUCH! Where did that portal come from!?" The False Herrscher can hear a high-pitched girly voice on top of her. "Squad Leader? Senpai? Are you okay?"
"I'm okay, Carole." A calm voice replies. "That portal doesn't seem to be the same one the Sky People used…"
"Mei-senpai/Mei-neesama?"
The lady's further words are gone when she turns to see who just said so, and she's surprised to see HoFi and HoTr before she is somehow teleported to the Herrscher Trio seats, and now she sees herself in her prime days looking a bit shocked at first then smiling gently at her. She is agape for a few seconds…
And the Carole girl, after realizing where her Squad Leader is, quickly stands up and readies to punch the 'doppelganger' despite not having Kissy Pillow with her somehow. "Hey! Let go of Squad Leader you Anima!"
Upon hearing the girl's claim, the others of the group also quickly recover from the 'drop' and prepare to fight…
Their attention shifts when the 'landing pad' slowly stands up and heads back to the table where the vision is. The Squad Acting Leader gets a glimpse of who she is and backs away in shock, not expecting that the thing they tried to stop is standing before them…
"You guys explain to them, okay?" Much to her fear, the same voice speaks up, but to her confusion, it holds no hostility. Said figure is also collecting papers on her table very calmly with no rush. "I will return later."
"Do you need help with it?"
"Thanks for the offer, Ai-chan, but you should stay here. There might be something that the rest won't be able to demonstrate." With the stack of papers in hand, a random portal opens and HoTE walks through it, leaving the casts behind.
"...What's going on here?" The last member of Squad 3 speaks out loud, waiting for anyone to have an answer for it.
"In short, we're far away from home." Welt replies, which earns the shocked looks of the newcomers. "For the moment, we're somewhat separated from our current problems and now forced to stay to watch… whatever is going to show up next."
"Don't be so strict, mister. I think this is a good vacation!" Squad 3's leader snaps her head to the voice she thought she could never hear again.
"...Elysia?" The lady in the grasp of the Herrscher Trio quietly asks, not believing her eyes.
"It's her, fifty thousand years ago." She turns back to HoO who replies to the question. The Herrscher turns to a surprised Squad Acting Leader and says: "And given how you look, you two must be my and Bronya's future…"
"How?"
"Bronya, you should know that…"
"How?"
HoO blinks and turns back-and-forth between the teenage Bronya and HoTr, then notices that they seem to be focusing on something with envious expressions. Following the two's gazes, she finally sees what they're seeing… and she lets out a small giggle. "Bronya, it's just a growth spurt, it can happen to anyone."
The teenage Mei also explains it, and the two girls look down at their bodies, wondering when they can achieve such appearance…
The third Bronya blinks several times to assess the situation, then turns to Welt and asks: "How are you here, sir? What happened to the Sky People?"
"...I'm afraid we're not on the same timeline." The second HoR shakes his head. "I'm at the same time Kiana started her work in sealing the Honkai on the Moon. I guess that you are several years after it already."
"It's roughly eight years, sir."
"Eight years… and Sky People made their moves. That's problematic."
"Um…" A soft voice quietly speaks up, though the hand of the speaker raises up slightly so everyone notices and turns to her. "Are… are we not in danger?"
"Rest assure that you are safe here, miss Timido." The Navigator replies… before giggling. "At least from a physical danger. Not sure if mental attacks are…"
"Please don't." The three leader trio say at the same time, dreadful at the visions they just saw.
"...Hey, is it just me, or is he wearing a pink dress?" The sniper of Squad 2 notices KEVIN and whispers to the male member of Squad 3, who nods at his friend's question. "I thought I was hallucinating…"
"I suggest you take a seat and relax." Ai-chan offers. "From what I can understand, when we are able to return, we will be sent to the exact location and time we were teleported from."
"Do you have anything to guarantee that statement?" The sniper voices out the doubts in some people's minds.
"Given that your landing pad…" The CE Kaslanas giggle when the Cabbage Idol addresses the Captain. "Is also angry at the people sending us here and his knowledge about universes are seemingly even more than sir Welt or sir Otto, he would do his best to return us to the right time… though 'when' is a good question here."
Silverwing Bronya looks around to see the groups here and counts: A group with Doctor MEI so she assumes they're from the Previous Era, Kiana's parents with Sirin and her humanoid dragon and someone looking almost identical, her time in St. Freya and when she was in the prime of being HoTr…
"Senpai, how's your wounds?" She turns to see Carole facing her own squad member, and notices something missing…
And to confirm it, the boy uses his left hand and starts checking his right arm, right side of his neck and his right cheek. "...There's no pain, like, at all."
"Explanations after sitting down, okay?" Ai-chan just smiles and starts pulling the group towards a free sofa, and due to that, free food starts appearing too. Once they're in, she looks around and starts the introduction: "As Herrscher of Origin has deduced, this is Mei and Bronya from the near future…" She gestures to the two, who nod in acknowledgement. "The boy with brown hair is Adam, a Schicksal Knight and currently Mei's Squad Member."
The boy stands up and bows down to everyone.
"It's really rare to find a Knight." Durandal says with interest in her voice. "Can we have a spar here?"
"We can try asking Captain." Ai-chain shrugs. "And there's Carole Pepper, the third member of her squad."
"Pepper? Are you perhaps Lewis' daughter?" The younger Theresa asks in surprise.
"Yes I am, Overseer!" The girl stands up and salutes cutely. "It's a pleasure to meet you face-to-face!"
"...Overseer, huh?" The older Theresa nods. "It's to be expected."
"To Bronya's Squad, we have Lyle Collodi… and I believe that Seele knows him."
"I do?" The shy girl is a bit surprised when she hears it, but when she takes a look at the sniper, she remembers: "Oh right! You are with Sora and the other children in New Atra!"
"Glad you remembered me, nee-san." Lyle smiles back. "Though, I think it's just a short time after we met in your timeline."
"Yeah, we just finished our work on the moon."
The sniper notices an identical Seele in red who sends him a cold stare, but he decides to not say anything and just gives her a smile.
"And the last one is Timido Cute… and she's masked again."
The Navigator giggles while the others watch the timid girl wearing the face mask to cover the lower part of her face. "H… Hi… everyone…"
"A shy child. Even more than Seele I would say." Ai-chan explains her behavior.
"I can attest to that." Lyle chuckles, watching the girl stumbling her own words.
"...Is she really a Valkyrie?" HoS questions as she narrows her eyes while observing the girl. "I mean, maybe she's strong but…"
"And yet you didn't question my host?" HoV argues back.
The 'black chicken' turns to see HoFi who tucks her tongue out mockingly. "...Right, forget I asked that."
After the introduction, the Navigator looks around the audience and questions out loud: "Hm… maybe we can adjust the seats a bit? I mean, this is just to see which timeline we're from…"
Before Ai-chan can even suggest how to do so, ELYSIA immediately zooms out and gives the Sirin trio a huge hug, which catches all three of them off guard.
Baby Kiana, thankfully, is already snatched away by Cecilia when the mother notices the glint in the Elf's eyes before the event happens. Young Siegfried chuckles, followed by his older self as he joins the table as well.
VILL-V carries MOBIUS, despite the latter's protest, to the Welt trio's table and starts talking about the inventions she has created. It sparked the two scientists' interests, and Welt simply watches them in amusement while sympathetically patting the SNEK's back who's still looking flushed.
The Volka Girls, Senti and Susannah join the young artist, and the nun watches with a small smile as they talk with each other excitedly about the outfits the young girl drew out. KOSMA, seeing that this place helps GRISEO of her 'blank paper' conditions, wears the same smile as APONIA, though he frowns a bit when they start talking about the dress he's forced to wear.
Doctor MEI and KEVIN are pulled out of the common sofa by EDEN as the singer places them in a newly materialized one which is designed for a couple much to their embarrassment. She's soon joined by Himeko as they start their conversations over beer and wine.
PARDOFELIS sneaks around and tries to snatch away anything shiny and looking expensive. She's unfortunately caught by Durandal by the ears, and now she's the 'rubbing object' for her and Sushang while Rita just watches in amusement, her 'hatred' for cats somewhat subdued for a moment.
HUA, unfortunately or fortunately, is pulled towards the 2015 table as Kiana starts rambling about how 'cute' the girl is compared to their own, much to the girl's embarrassment and her older self's annoyance.
SU and SAKURA decide to stay where they are sitting, while KALPAS isolates himself.
The two Theresa join Kallen's table, and they start talking about Otto's 'bad' behaviors while the man sulks in embarrassment, and the two lovers listen in amusement.
A little later after getting used to the scene, Carole pulls Timido and Silverwing Bronya towards the Herrscher Trio and start re-introducing themselves while fan-girling the Herrschers. Lyle catches a conversation with Blue Seele while Red Seele and Adam sit aside watching the two talk. Though at one point Red Seele brings up a bad habit of her origin self, and her 'companion' immediately pulls out one from his friend, causing a 'bashing' conversation that makes Blue Seele blush embarrassingly while Lyle only laughs it off.
"What a chaotic mess." Ai-chan giggles when HoV leaves her seat and talks with her. "If this keeps up, I'm not sure if this 'office' can hold."
"I think Captain can deal with it, don't worry."
"...And why do you keep calling her that?"
"I have my reasons."
"At least this 'mess' is fun to watch."
"Oh hey Cap, you are…" The two turn to see HoTE standing next to them sipping in her coffee mug… with HoV's Lance and Mei's Dawn Breaker stabbing through her stomach and her heart. The Navigator's loud gasp of shock draws nearby attention, and soon everyone can see it as well. "What happened to you!? Are we attacked?"
"Just me being a dumba$$, no need to worry." Even the others can feel pain just looking at her, yet HoTE just shrugs it off and talks like nothing happens.
"No need to worry!?" Even HoV has to express her surprise. "These wounds are fatal! Even I would avoid those hits! Why aren't you fixing yourself up before returning!?"
"Would you believe me if I said this is normal to me?" The calm response unnerves everyone in the room, except KALPAS who's smiling behind his mask, thinking that HoTE is worth fighting against at least once. "About what happened… I have to address a more serious matter first."
Despite what she is saying, her tone is so casual that no one knows how to react.
"Do you think creating artificial, sentient beings is okay?"
"...Do you realize how many people here will kill you for asking the question?" Ai-chan questions, feeling a slight shiver on her back. Some have already glaring daggers at the MC after hearing her question.
"Does this…" HoTE points her free hand towards the weapons stabbed on her. "Look like I'm afraid of that?"
"It depends on what you're going to do with it." Welt replies while pulling his glasses out and cleaning it. "If you do things like the future Otto… then we're having problems. But if it's to help people, then we would react positively to it."
"Hypocrisy at its finest, isn't it?" HoTE chuckles sarcastically. "Anyway, the ones doing this to me are Kiana and Mei."
"...Why do you clone us?" HoO questions, ready to pull her blades in case…
"First, it's for memory conservation. And it's not only you that I cloned." HoTE raises a finger up. "It's like the Elysian Realm, where they stored their knowledge for the future generations to use against the Honkai."
"It… is a bit different. They are just memories…"
"Yet if you ignore that fact, you would have thought you were talking to the real ones, wouldn't you?" HoO has no counters against it. "I would say one thing is 'sentient' the moment they can act against their instinct and orders."
"You sure have some naive thoughts about…"
"Klein." That instantly shuts MOBIUS up. Seeing the green scientist doesn't make a follow-up, HoTE raises a second finger. "Second, it's a back-up plan."
"...Do you usually speak with that many details withhold?" VILL-V questions.
"You do make a lot of back-up plans yourself, don't you?"
"I do have a reason to make them."
"And I do, too. The things I have to deal with regularly relate with Butterfly effects. With clones, the pressure will be lessened when I don't have to think of EVERY effect."
"...I have to agree with her on this one." The older Theresa speaks up, with her younger self nodding in agreement. "With Amber's help, my work is certainly less-weighted and we can also talk the problems out since we're technically the same."
"Thanks for the understanding. And the third reason… Well, it's fun."
"...Fun?" All ask, not expecting the answer.
"I mean, in Timido's case, having Bronya with her all the time…" Everyone turns to the girl whose face is burning up in embarrassment. "You see what I mean. Or in KALPAS' case, if you have a clone of yourself, you can vent it out on yourself without hurting others… not counting the collateral damages, of course."
"...Hm, fighting yourself… I like it." KALPAS crackles. "It means you have one of me somewhere, don't you?"
"I do. Unfortunately yours is one of the few that I can't let out without a superheavy controlled environment. You know your own destructive power, don't you?"
"You better do so." He crackles again.
"Anyway, those are the main reasons."
"...Which part of that explained why they stabbed you?" HoTr doesn't see the connection between the two stories.
"Oh? It's just to tell you that I have clones of you, that's all." HoTE grins. "Oh, about the clones, unless I give them specific tasks to do, they're pretty much living their lives similar to yours."
"Can you be a bit more specific about it?"
"Considering they have to conserve memories, Einstein, pretty much their behaviors are the same as whom they're made from."
"So it's a replication." Tesla concludes, which HoTE nods in agreement. "Anyway, back to Bronya's question."
"...APONIA, Cecilia, cover GRISEO and Kiana's ears." The two instantly do so. "About why they stabbed me, I did a 'Enter the room without knocking'."
It takes a couple of moments for everyone to try to 'decipher' before ELYSIA giggles with a pervy smile. "Ara ara, you should be careful when you enter someone's room."
"The problem is that it wasn't my intended destination. I used another portal, but my other self decided to screw it midway. Or whoever likes to prank to do so." HoTE sighs as she starts pulling the weapons out of her.
"...You can't control that?" HoV questions suspiciously.
"I can, but only when it's a serious moment."
"...I don't think it's that serious for them to react to your appearance that extreme." Human Bella tilts her head cutely. "I mean, they're embarrassed since you came in while they're dressing for sure, but to stab you…"
"When did I ever say that they're dressed? And I never mentioned what they were doing before I entered, did I?"
Several blinks later, then all the ladies blush, knowing EXACTLY what HoTE is talking about.
Especially the mentioned couples. All Mei's faces are red enough to mistake them with tomatoes. The teenage Kiana is about to 'molest' her Mei but teenage Bronya and Hua immediately hold her back. HoFi sheepishly moves slightly away from HoO, but the latter pulls her back, with their fingers now wrapped into each other. HoFi's free hand is also held by the Adult Mei as well.
"Cap… please don't tell me it's also a norm to you?"
"You wouldn't believe how many pranksters I have." HoTE shakes her head annoyingly. "And, not sure why I did, I coded them to do pranks on me most of the time instead of the others. Probably to avoid trouble, but still."
"And… the idea to prank you…"
"It's better than to walk up on you with Herrscher of Thunder." Multiple lances stab her from the back. "Case in point."
Ai-chan gives HoV a glance while the other denies: "It's not me."
"I know." HoTE defends her, as she casually pulls the lances out. "And thankfully it's the Kiana and Mei of that time period. HoF and HoT's blades aren't fun to be stabbed against."
"Was it because…"
"I ate Kiana's desserts made by Mei."
"You deserved that." HoV concludes.
"I know."
"Hey, Captain~" HoTE backs away, again, as ELYSIA approaches her with a sweet smile. "Is that the 'fun' part when you made the clones?"
"...First, that's an automatic system. The clones made themselves." She has to swallow hard once to not fumble in her words. "Second, while it's possible, I'm not touching owned flowers."
"Aw, how gentleman of you." The Elf giggles, enjoying teasing the False Herrscher. "What do you think of this pretty me~?"
"A certain singer would kill me if I dare."
"Oh, I wouldn't go that far."
"Cosmic Harmony in your hand would like to test that."
"Aw, EDEN~ You care for me~" Thanks to that, HoTE escapes the 'tortures' as ELYSIA returns back to her 'soulmate' and starts smoothing her 'slightly drunk' friend.
'It's hard to deal with her, isn't it Cap?'
'Unless EDEN wants to share, I ain't risking it. That goes to everyone.' HoTE lets out a sigh of relief before heading back to the table and prepares the vision… "Oh great. It's… oh wait…*Groan* Yep, it's changed."
"So we're going to watch a different universe than the one you just said?"
"...Give me a moment… Might need your help this time, Ai-chan."
While the duo do their work on what to show next, HoV returns back to her seat and watches the 'Herrscher couple' fidgeting in their seats with the two Bronya watching their reactions with a small smile while Carole and Timido fangirl again. HoV snorts seeing her 'host' reacting to the new 'information'. "Wasn't that your 'dream' after you met her?"
"If Idiotka didn't have to seal the Honkai, Bronya is certain that they're going to do that when they return to Earth." HoTr agrees, causing steam to start blowing out of her fellow Herrschers' ears.
"Squad Leader kept talking about her many times in the mission. She missed her very much."
"Carole!" Adult Mei embarrassedly growls.
"I guess we lose hope on her to continue the Kaslana bloodline, huh?" Young Siegfried chuckles.
"We still have Durandal… though I think that maid might be into her." His older self cracks.
"At least they find their love." Cecilia giggles while rubbing baby Kiana's face with the girl happily receiving it.
"Alright…" All turn to the table to see Ai-chan and HoTE pull out a huge spinning wheel with multiple titles on it. "Since we're having a lot of visions, we're doing this."
"Uh… not to spoilsport…" Senti raises her hand. "But didn't your other self screw with you earlier? Don't you think this won't work?"
"I know, but I do know that he WILL pull some unexpected stuff. This wheel is only for aesthetics. Now, let's see what fate, and the bastard of my other self, will show you next." HoTE says as she spins the wheel…
An open opportunity to show them some 'sailing ships' in the future :D
I was about to write this chapter as a reaction chapter, but I didn't feel it to be as good as I thought so I scratched it away.
Have to say there are a lot of mixed requests for this. I will try my best to convey most of them.
