3rd Person (P.O.V)
Carol sat in complete shock at what Lily was telling her. A hidden world not many mundane people like herself wouldn't know existed unless her child was magical or married someone magical.
She noticed Lily shifting uncomfortably as everything sunk in. Carol grew up in a religious household, but at the end of the day her daughter came first. She wouldn't turn down the help that was being offered.
"Will Sophia really be safe?". Carol asked worriedly as her little girl was all she had left.
"Yes, I will protect everyone in my group to the best of my abilities, but magic has it's limits. We will have to work together to survive, everyone will have to train to be able to protect themselves". Lily said to everyone.
"Are any of the others going to join us?". Carol asked Lily.
"I don't think so, I have to take care of my family, and during my time with the group, I have come to care for you Carol, Sophia and Amy but I don't know how others will react to the news of magic exist". Lily said as there were many in the other group she didn't trust and others she barely knew, but there wasn't any more time to get to know others.
"Are Luna and George like you?". Sophia asked curiously.
"Yes we attended boarding school together and have a strong sibling bond". Lily said smiling at her siblings.
"Where will we go?". Carol asked as she saw the relief on Lily's expression.
"Honestly anywhere it may not look it, but my RV before I removed the spells was previously a five bedroom three bathroom home". Lily said as the three females eyes widened.
"Really?". The three question.
"Yes, I removed my magic when I asked Amy to babysit. The RV has unlimited water as well, I have a trunk that contains a home where a friend of mine is in charge of taking care of the animals and vegetation I have". Lily explain as everyone looked at her, not knowing that piece of information.
"Animals?". Carol choked out at what she was hearing.
"Yea mom I got to see them when the camp was overrun, Miss Lily friend took me and Amy into the home in case the RV was gotten into by the walkers". Sophia said as her eyes lit up at what she had seen during her tour.
"The RV and my trunk will provide the safety we need. I don't want everyone to depend on mine or my siblings magic we won't allow anyone to use us. Myself and my siblings have had conversations of where to settle. It isn't concrete at the moment, but I want to build a safe haven for non-magical and magical's. We can't save everyone but those that we do will be welcomed". Lily explain for once she was putting her family safety first, but also extending a hand to the women she she grew to care for.
Carol's heart grew with Hope with the help of Lily. Her daughter will be able to survive. She took the words to heart she wouldn't abuse the help she was offered. She would use it to grow and be the strong woman she thought maybe she could be.
"When do you plan to separate from the others?". Carol asked curiously.
"Sometime tomorrow I would have left after the quarry but I wanted to make sure you and Sophia were okay. I also need the information the CDC contains to find out what is going on, I'm hoping with the help of magic a cure could be created". Lily said as she put her hand into her bag take it out two sling bags.
"What are those?". Sophia asked curiously as the bag looked similar to the one Amy had recently gotten.
"These bags have a few spells on them. This small pocket is bottomless, but also helps preserve food. The larger compartment is bottomless you could put anything you wanted to take inside just put your hand inside and think of what you want". Lily said demonstrating as she pulled out a water bottle from the bag. "Inside the bags is a gun, box of bullets and two knives. I honestly prefer you girls to use it as a last resort as loud noises draws the walkers in. I also put essential supplies inside like a first aid kit, lighter, a sleeping bag and a one person tent. This water bottle I have in my hand have what I call runes". Lily said as everyone looked at the bottle that held two different things on them.
"What do the carvings do?". Sophia asked excitedly. Wanting to know more about magic.
"One carving is for hot water and the other is for cold, running your fingers over it will refill it automatically once your finger is removed it will stop. If you need warm water, simply just fill the bottle halfway with each". Lily said as she demonstrated to everyone.
"Magic is awesome". Amy said as she had yet to go through her new bag.
Carol sat shock she believed Lily but it also is another thing to see it as the bottle was previously empty. The bottle glowed as she touch each carving and the water could be heard coming from the inside of it.
She felt a weight lift off her shoulders. She knew if anything was to ever happened to her. Lily would protect Sophia to the best of her ability like she does her own children.
Lily was happy with how the meeting went. Once everyone fell asleep she would use her invisibility cloak to get whatever information she could from Jenna's office. She was ready to look towards the feature towards to their safe haven.
