Here we are at Chapter 9, and opening 9 for the series. Man, feels like forever since I've been back here. You guys know how it is. I do not own RWBY. They belong to roosterteeth. I only own my OCs. Here's chapter 9. Enjoy.
Chapter 9: Inside
...Music begins...
The images of a crying Jaune and Neo in their respective colors appear, followed by the images of Yang, Weiss, Blake, Lloyd, and Porphyrius. It ends with seeing Khazhak and Ruby, standing together, before a blinding light springs forth from them. A light falls and hits the ground behind the tree of the Ever After.

Two more lights fall off to the side of the tree.
...Sinking down into depths of nowhere. I am undone...
Weiss is seen walking forth as her outfits change in front of her emblem, followed by Blake and Porphyrius doing the same actions in front of their emblems.
...Clasping tight onto memories I know they'll be overrun...
Yang and Lloyd are seen walking as their outfits change in front of their emblems, but then Ruby and Khazhak appear, back-to-back with Ruby's hood up and Khazhak looking up with his eyes closed. The image of Alyx's head comes down in front of them.
…(By a girl) We must live with balance, but balance is blind...
Ruby and Khazhak shed tears that fall before forming into their weapons. Then a flock of Afteran birds fly past them. The Hunter mice pick cheese from the ground.
…(Lost her world) Vengeance is a riptide...
The Jinxy peddler sits outside the Blacksmith's workshop, before the Red Prince appears in the shadows, looming over his toy soldiers, with a pair of eyes watching from the darkness.
...In a fairytale, she'll find...
Ruby and Khazhak's weapons fall and hit the ground, breaking apart before reforming into the group. They walk through the acres, picking up speed as they traverse each area, following the shadowed form of Alyx. But, Ruby slows down in each one, with only Khazhak and Bahamut looming just in front of her. Then the Herbalist breathes smoke forth from the tree leaves.
...Inside. A new me, I'm ready. But who will I find? Inside. I've gotta let go but could I lose my mind...
Jaune appears before a clock before the scene changes, showing Yang and Porphyrius running up one wayward road. They pass by Blake who takes another path, followed by Weiss who walks one path upside down, and Lloyd who walks another while sideways. Ruby sees Alyx standing before her, but then a glaring Khazhak is seen clashing a dragon fist against a smirking Kamir'ahk; their dragon partners on their shoulders. Next, Neo is see with a cup of tea in front of a group hidden by shadows.
...Inside. Our worlds unwind...
The Jabberwalker appears in front of a closing book that gets consumed in flames as the Rusted Knight appears. The group are seen running up the tea before it shifts and they all end up falling into the clouds. Ruby and Khazhak fall in front of images of the inhabitants of the Ever After, with Neo and Kamir'ahk being the last two. The scene changes, showing Alyx waking up on the beach next to a set of footprints. She gets up and starts walking in the direction of the tree, while the water washes up Ruby and Khazhak's weapons on the beach.

And that's the chapter. While this isn't my favorite opening in the series, it was definitely an interesting one, and the volume itself was awesome. God, I love RWBY. Anyway, now time to wait for the next volume for the next opening. I'm stoked to see what they have in store for us. Until then, please Read and Review.
