Chapter 13: Yuka of the Wave and the Doll Master Sherry

Gray had lost. The Ice Make Wizard still lay there face-first on the top of the temple after his defeat by Lyon.
'Nothing's changed,' his words echoed in his head, but being here like this, was far too familiar. Despite being scratched up, his eyes remained open, thinking back to being in the same position years ago. Laying here just like this after being defeated.
A younger Gray Fullbuster lay in the cold snow, his shirt gone as he lay there face first. His teacher Ur spoke behind him with her hands on her hip.
"What's the matter? Giving up that easily?" she asked, "Get up, Gray… Get up, Gray…" she ordered as the memory fad to who was talking behind him in the night.
"Get up, Gray!" spoke two young voices, both boy and girl.
Sting and Lisanna stood over their defeated comrade, Sting frowned in disappointment.
"Jeez, you lost to someone? It's not like you to lose to someone like that Gray,"
"Sting, Lisanna… what are you doing here…?" Gray asked weakly.
"We couldn't find the way back to the village so we decided to come up here and see." Lisanna said taking a good look at the top of the temple, "Looks like Lyon and those people left. Anyway, we found it now. Sting, get him up would you?"
"Sure, come on, let's go," Sting ordered, taking Gray's shirt and grabbing him to help him to his feet.
"Wait… I can't walk," he replied to the two wizards looking back at them. "Where's Lyon?" he added, seeing that everyone was gone.
"We only found you, even though the spell has stopped," Lisanna answered looking back to where those Moon Drip casters were, seem like they left after they turned up.
Gray felt the fatigue of the battle and the pain he was dealt by Lyon that he was ready to keel over to the ground, but Sting still held him by his shirt, a serious look on his face. Lisanna look at the two boys as White Dragon Slayer hoisted Gray onto his icy back, ready to carry the wizard back to the village along with Lisanna.
"Damn! It'll be our fault if they go after Lucy and everyone!" Lisanna said to the two.

As Sting (with Gray on his back) and Lisanna made their way back to the village to help Lucy, Kyuri, Roiyaru, Cyan, Lector, Ur, and Happy, Gray kept his eyes open and another memory faded before his eyes.
Inside the cabin, Ur took care of him and Lyon, the purple-haired teacher yelled while a younger Lyon looked shocked, "Stop! You know you don't stand a chance against Deliora! It's too much for you, Gray!"
As his memory faded away, Gray thought back to Kyuri and Lisanna demanding to go on the S-Class request.
"I-I-I'm not Natsu!" she stammered.
"Screw that! We're doing this S Class request!" Kyuri shouted back to Gray.
"Stay out of it Kyuri, you were gone for three years, a certain Takeover Wizard knows what happened, and the longer she pretends it's not a big deal, the more people will get hurt!" Gray explained. Sting and Lisanna growled at him, once again, everyone thinking they replacing Natsu, they are Natsu, who did they think they were, guild or not, they are not Natsu.
The second memory faded away as Gray clenched his teeth together, two voices calling out to them.
"Sting, Lisanna, thank goddess we found you!"
"You have Gray, that's good!"
Lector and Kyuri had floated down to them, Lector's wings still active. Kyuri landed to embrace Sting and Lisanna, but despite the ice sounding them, it didn't bother her. She eyed Gray and she smiled, happy he was okay.
"Is Lucy and the others okay?" Sting asked.
"We just left the village to look for you, I think Ms. Ur and them are trying to get the village to know those three are coming," Kyuri explained.
"We'll lead the way, let's go, I'm worried about the village too," Lector said, looking towards his partner and friends.
"Right, let's move everyone!" Lisanna commanded and the three wizards and Gray on Sting's back, they walked back to the village, Gray still quiet after Kyuri arrived. He did get mad at Lisana and Kyuri, Sting too to an extent, getting mad at them for what they were going to when he is no different. It was time to at most spoke up to the three.
"Lisanna, Kyuri, Sting…?" he asked the three wizards.
"Yeah?" they replied looking back at him.
"I have no reason to criticize you, Lisanna, sorry I brought Natsu's fate two years ago. I know you just to show you've grown, same with you and Kyuri. I'm sorry," he said, "I have no place to criticize any of you… No place at all…" as tears fell from his eyes.
"Quit feeling sorry for yourself just cause you lost! We're members of Fairy Tail!" Lisanna exclaimed as Gray stared unblinkingly at her.
"The guild that doesn't know how to stop! The only way we can live is to keep moving!" Sting chimed in.
"Take your defeat to that Cold jerk as a way to grow and improve, that's what we do!" Kyuri exclaimed as well.
The three kept their pace with Lector following after them, even though their running speed wasn't as good as they wanted.
"This ice really makes walking uncomfortable…" Sting groaned.
Once arriving back at the village, Lucy, Happy, Cyan, Roiyaru, and Ur explained the situation of what was going on. Ur explained someone was causing a strange ceremony here, with the Mitsu sisters explaining something under the temple, and lastly, Lucy explained someone was coming to eradicate the village, that three people were coming and who knows what they'll do to kill them. They explained more of their findings, especially since this is still an official S-Class request for Ur. They told them that a demon called Deliora is hidden in a secret cave underneath the Moon Temple and that Lyon and his subordinates are using magic called Moon Drip to melt the ice and release Deliora. And Deliora might be the connection to the curse placed on the island. The girls and Happy continued their explanation to the islanders with Lucy putting a hand to her hip, Ur folding her arms, and the Mitsu Sisters wanting to keep watch for Kyuri and Lector with Sting, Lisanna, and hopefully Gray.
"So the guys about to attack are responsible for your transformation!" Lucy finished
"They're coming here?!" a villager asked in fear of what the group might do.
"Yes," Lucy replied, "But this is also our chance to catch them and find out how to turn you back to normal."
The villagers look amongst themselves wondering if Lucy's plan will work.
"Will it be that easy?" asked another villager.
"I dunno about this." another replied unsurely at this plan.
"Are they serious?" asked another with hands to his chin.
"The man calling himself the cold Emporer is deadly serious to destroy the village, just for us being called here," Ur explained, leading the villagers to be worried, "but I promise you as both S-Class Wizard and Wizard Saint I won't let any of you die."
"Those three are probably wizards, though. They won't be easy to catch." Happy assured them and Lucy.
"Yeah," Lucy replied hand to her chin, "We outnumber them, but there's only Ur, Cyan, and Rioyaru, and I doubt it will be enough and I don't feel right putting Ur to do all the work despite being older."
"I'm not that old, just in my late 30s," Ur stated, feeling offended by the old comment.
"Wait a minute!" Happy interjected, "You're a Wizard as well, so you can fight too!"
Lucy didn't hear Happy as she clapped her hands in delight, a smile on her face that caught everyone off guard.
"I just thought of a great plan!"
"I gotta bad feeling about this…" Happy frowned.
"I feel worried and concerned, is that normal?" Roiyaru asked, looking at her sister.
"I've known her for a few days, to answer that is an easy no," Cyan replied.
"I see…" Roiyaru replied feeling her face go pale.
"What all this ruckus about?" the Village chief asked walking up to the crowd of villagers and the girls.
"Village chief," one of the villagers said seeing him.
"Please listen!" Lucy demanded, "The enemy will be raiding this village very soon!
"Enemy?" Moka repeated.
"They've taken up residence in the ruins in the forest and are responsible for transforming everyone!" she explained.
"They're the cause for that strange purple moon as well, once we capture the ones coming to the village, we'll put an end to this," Ur explained.
"I don't care about that!" Moka exclaimed wildly, "Why haven't you destroyed the moon yet?!"
"There's no reason to destroy the moon anymore." Ur replied nervously while still keeping a smile, "We just need to catch the guys responsible…!"
But Moka interrupted the jet-black-haired wizard with cries of, "The moon! Destroy the moon!" as villagers grabbed his frantic arms.
"Village Chief! Please calm down!" the right demon said.
"Come this way." The left demon ordered as they dragged the frantic-acting Moka away. The girls and Ur watched the ordeal with sweat dripping down the back of their heads. Talk about obsessed about destroying moons.
"Please don't take it personally." Another villager asked, getting Lucy's attention as she turned to him, "He did lose his son Bobo and all…"
"I can understand how he feels. I had to give up my child a long time ago, but," Ur looked on sadly, "She was dead, or so those people told me. But I won't let more youth die on my watch."
"Now you are sounding like an old woman Auntie Ur," Rioyaru giggled only for Ur to look at her with daggers in her eyes.
"I'm only 36, and when did I get upgraded to aunt?!" she snapped.
"Moving on, we need to prepare for how to get hold of Roi-nee's old guildmates," Cyan said.
"Yes," Lucy replied looking at a red-skinned demon, "Anyway, we have to catch the enemy."
"But how?" he asked.

Lucy closed her eyes with an assuring smile, "Just leave it to Lucy, the greatest Celestial Wizard in Fairy Tail! I know it'll all work out!" Lucy thought, squealing with glee in her voice.
'Ohh! That feels great!'
"She's getting cocky…!" Happy realized in a hushed whisper.
"If I had a jewel for every wizard I know with a cocky personality, I'd have five," Ur noted, crossing her arms, "Which isn't much, but, amazingly, it happened five times."
"Our leader and most of our group are not here and I feel dread," Cyan sighed irritably. Roiyaru patted her sister on the shoulder.
"There, there…"
Lucy took out a Golden Zodiac key from her belt, "Open, gate of the Maiden! Virgo!" she called as the familiar pink-haired spirit burst from the ground and magic circle to greet Lucy with a bow.
"You called, princess?" asked the maid spirit. At once, the Villagers were instantly in love with Virgo, pink hearts in their eyes as calls of 'So cute!', 'So this is a maid', and 'I can't get enough!' were from the islanders. Lucy sighed, hand to her right cheek.
"What's with this reaction?"
"So that's the Celestial Spirit magic I heard on my travels, didn't think I get to see up close," Ur said amazed.
"Same, I never met a Celestial Spirit Wizard or their magic before, so cool!" Roiyaru exclaimed, eyes sparkling.
After a few minutes, Lucy's plan was now operational and finished as Virgo stood with her usual maid stature whiles the Villagers watched as well.
"Preparations are complete, Princess," Virgo said calmly.
"Thanks, Virgo!" Lucy replied happily, "You're always fast at that!"
"Are you going to punish me?" Virgo asked politely.
"I'm praising you!" she snapped back at the reply the maid spirit gave her.
"Oh my, what thinks the young ones are into," Ur snickering, only for Lucy to eye the adult wizard.
"It's not like that!" she cried.
"Say…" Happy said looking up at Lucy.
"What is it Happy?" Lucy responded curiously about what Happy wanted.
"I seriously think you might be stupid," Happy replied, holding a paw up.
"How am I stupid?" Lucy asked calmly, "Is it because I'm blond? Then I don't know how to respond to something matter-of-factly sounding…" but Happy interrupted her frowning.
"I find it hard to believe anyone will fall for such a childish trap."
"I'm with Happy on this one. We are talking three wizards front the same guild as me, they aren't stupid to fall for a pitfall," Roiyaru pointed out.
Lucy smiled cunningly, a pink blush on her cheeks and her thumb/index finger to her chin, "Don't be silly. This is a perfect pitfall trap!" as what was now nearing the entrance of the village was covered with a pitfall trap, which wasn't the best covered as it had a large mound of dirt seeable.
"I'm with them, this won't be easy unless Lamia Scale has the most naive wizards, which is unlikely," Ur said crossing her arms.
"Aye… I think the mere idea is what's stupid." Happy frowned at the idea still not liking it.
"There's only one way into this village right?" Lucy asked everyone, "So the enemy will have to enter through it!"
"I don't think anyone will fall for this..." Happy admitted still disappointed.
"M-me neither…" said a green-skinned demon woman wearing a tan top and skirt with her hand up.
"I had to say it, but I agree…" agreed a muscular red-skinned/dark blue demon man with horns on his head.
"I also agree, Princess!" Virgo chimed in.
"You too?!" Lucy exclaimed seeing her spirit not approve of her plan. Lucy clutched her left fist, her one eye on the Villagers, Happy, Cyan, Roiyaru, Ur, Virgo, and the other to the gate, "Just you watch!"
"Lucy! Something coming this way!" someone called from above the gates,
"It's them! Open the gate!" Lucy ordered looking back at the guard at the gate.
"Right!" he understood as the gate slowly with Lucy placed her hands to her hips, saying slyly, "Okay! Come on in!"
Not realizing that Lisanna, Sting, Kyuri, and Lector were coming this way carrying Gray, the three wizards called out at the gate.
"Hey! Is everyone all right?!"
"Huh?!" Lucy screamed. It wasn't Lyon's followers, but her comrades still trapped in the ice Lyon put them in carrying something on Natsu's back.
"Sting and Lisanna!" Happy and the Villagers screamed in shock.
"Crap, we forget we sent Lector and Kyuri to go look for them!" Roiyaru, Cyan, and Ur screamed in horror too.
Worried that her plan to trap Lyon's group would be ruined, Lucy shouted shaking her hands and head while her eyes were wide with shock.
"No! Stay away!"
"Huh?!" the two wizards questioned, seeing Lucy looking like she didn't want them to come into the village. As they got closer and closer to the inside, Lucy pleaded still screaming.
"Stop! Stop!"
"Whoa!" Sting and Lisanna exclaimed, finally sopping their tracks close to the unseen pitfall with Kyuri and Lector stopping too, the cat clinging to Kyuri's clothes.
Lucy sighed in relief, 'Thank goodness they stopped. Sting's one thing, but he, Kyuri, and Lisanna would ruin my plan.' she thought.
"What is this?" Kyuri asked, finally seeing the odd mound in their way.
'A Pitfall trap? Whose idea was this?' Lisanna thought knowing what it was as Sting stepped forward causing Lucy to look at them with mouth open wide as he fell into the pitfall with Lisanna (who had a hold of Gray's feet) falling into it too, with Kyuri and Lector falling in as well. The villagers, Happy, Cyan, Roiyaru, Ur, and Lucy were stunned and frozen to witness the three wizards, Lector, and Gray fall in. All that work for nothing was on Lucy's mind. Her big plan was to show she was smart too.
"Someone did fall for it..." the red-skinned demon villager commented.
"I never would have imagined it… Those three… Lisanna seems just dragged in to fall." The yellowed skin demon said in agreement.
"Hope that poor girl and that cat's okay…" another villager commented.
"My plan…" Lucy said in realization. All that work for nothing.
In the pit, a dust cloud (an oddly shaped one), covered Gray, Sting's torso, Kyuri's head, and Lisanna's back from view as the Dragon Slayer called out annoyed. Can the last few days get any worse, first the guild thought they stole an S-Class request, Gray coming along, a demon underneath a temple, and getting encased in ice, now someone thought it was wise to put a hole going into the village.
"All right! Who's the wise guy playing around at a time like this?!"
At once, Cyan, Roiyaru, and Happy all pointed to Lucy, with Ur pointing as well while another hand pinched the bridge of her nose.
"Oh sure, always the bridesmaid, never the bride." Lucy sighed.
"Figures!" the three wizards shouted.
"It's not like that, I'm sorry!" Lucy called back to the three looking panicked that they'll get even madder at her.
Happy looked down to the hole, seeing the four and Lector were safe, "But I'm relieved you three and Gray are okay!" he caked from above.
"Don't be! Gray out cold!" Lisanna said with Sting and Kyuri nodding in agreement.
"That masked guy beat him?!" Happy asked, unsure what his 'momma' said was true.
"Looks like it," Kyuri replied.
"I didn't think Lyon would, but it's clear he's not the same boy I once knew," Ur stated, her tone more saddened.
"I know how you feel Ms. Ur, you wanted to plead with them, clearly their minds are made up," Cyan replied.
As the dust finally cleared, Sting sat up, looking at his body to see the ice covering him and Lisanna was gone. Gray remained as he slept unaware of what was going on. Lisanna realized it too, able to move her body more freely.
"The ice cracked. Huh?! But not even fire could melt it!" Sting exclaimed.
"Our fall must have shattered it. Our magic might not work, but the sheer force did. Or because we were away from Lyon." Lisanna said, pondering, sitting up as well.
"Thank goodness anyway, you look so weird covered in ice," Kyuri noted.
"True, still didn't need the falling into a hole through," Lector admitted.
Lucy looked down at the freed wizard, stammering while standing with Virgo and Ur.
"E-Exactly as planned!"
"I believe the spell's effect weakened due to the distance from its caster." Virgo and Ur said looking at her stunning expression.
"I knew it and one more thing… Lucy," Lisanna said, getting out of the pit to dust herself off and walk over to her. She took both her hands and comically grabbed her cheeks, making the Celestial Spirit Wizard wave her arms frantically, "What were you thinking, believing a trap like that would stop them? What, are you nuts?"
"I'm sorry!" Lucy pleaded, seeing the grin on Lisanna's face as Sting and Kyuri carried Gray out of the pit to eye their friends. Lisanna continued to grill into Lucy, with everyone watching.
"I don't think I heard you, what was that?!" she grinned devilishly.
"I'mh sowwy!" Lucy struggled to say, Lisanna's hands still on her cheeks. At the same time, Ur and company watched on, seeing the two girls being silly.
"You know, flirting was a lot easier back in my day," Ur sighed with disappointment.
"She's so oblivious," Cyan sighed in disappointment hand to her forehead
"Aye," Happy agreed.
"Huh?" Roiyaru asked, cocking her head.
Watching the two friends messing around, brought a smile to Sting's face. While it's just Lisanna just teasing Lucy, his friend's expression, he was just happy they were together. Even without his brother, this will always be the same. Even he couldn't hold a chuckle at the scene. Once out of the pit and Lucy and Lisanna calmed down, he placed the Ice Wizard on the ground, his back resting there still asleep.
"Gray…" Lucy breathed, seeing how beat up he looked from his battle with Lyon.
"Lyon did attack him, although, amazingly, he's alive, I'd have his head if he killed him," Ur spoke darkly.
"Ur…" Lisanna said looking at the Ice Make Wizard and seeing the anger and sadness in her eyes.
"If things get too out of hand, we might have to report to the Magic Council," Ur explained, only for the group to be shocked.
"What?! It's that seriously lady Ur?" Kyuri asked looking at the S-Class Wizard.
"Yes. I took this mission knowing I'd get leads to Deliora, now a person from my past is causing all this to think I need to get the Council involved, even if it was my old student," she explained.
"What will happen if you do get in touch?" Lucy asked curiously.
"The Council will send Rune Knights to arrest Lyon and his accomplices and try them for their crimes. Lyon might get sentenced to prison… or death," her tone more serious, making the girls, Sting, Happy, and Lector gasp.
"We won't let that happen, we decided to help you Lady Ur, and we aren't backing down, we'll protect this village and stop them from unsealing Deliora!" Sting exclaimed, puffing his chest with pride.
"Aye!" Happy exclaimed.
"I joined to help you Ms. Ur, so I'm not backing down. Wouldn't have gotten stronger as a wizard if I wasn't ready for a challenge," Kyuri agreed, hand to her chest.
"We'll be helping too. Lyon has my old guildmates involved, this is my burden as well. Plus how do I help the one who saved me if I back out of this?" Roiyaru asked, encouraging the S-Class and Wizard Saint.
"Everyone…." Ur spoke, feeling a tear falling from her eyes. She wiped her eyes, seeing her fellow guildmates being so grown up and mature, it was really like seeing your children grow up. She dragged Lisanna's group and Lucy into her past, now they are serious about helping her.
"Anyway, why aren't they here yet?" Lisanna asked curiously as to why the subordinates weren't here before Sting, Kyuri, Lector, and Lisanna when they left first, then Happy, Cyan, Roiyaru, Ur, and Lucy who arrived first.
"C-Come to think of it, they are taking a long time," Lucy admitted, placing her hand on her chin,
"they left for the village before you and Lisanna did, and Kyuri and Lector left to find you. But you three arrived first…"
"Yeah, Sting and I had to take our time lugging Gray here," Lisanna said hands to hips.
"Kyuri and I went to find Lisanna and Sting, we found them not long after we left the village," Lector explained.
"Meaning, they are coming, we just all beat them on time," Kyuri explained adjusting her katana to her belt.
Lucy smiled again, eyes widening with excitement, and left fist in the air.
"This is our chance! Hurry and hide the hole!" she ordered.
"You still wanna use the pitfall again?" Lisanna and Sting said frowning.
"Focus Lucy!" the Mitsu sisters and Kyuri exclaimed.
"Yup, I am raising children again…" Ur sighed dryly.
"Wh-what's that?!" one of the villagers (the red-skinned one) pointed out, getting everyone's attention to look up into the sky.
What was in the sky shocked the Wizards as Lucy made it clear what it was.
"It's a flying rat!"
True to her words, it was a flying rat. But it wasn't flying with wings, but its tail was spinning around like a copter, with Toby, Yuka, and Sherry on the rat's back. There was something in its paws when Kyuri pointed it out too.
"What's with that bucket?!" as it was carrying a large silver bucket with a purple drawing on the side.
"The sky?! That makes the pitfall pointless!" Lucy yelled, hands balled into fists and her teeth gritted.
In the air with Sherry, Toby, and Yuka, the three stood on the back of Angelica, their hair whipping in the wind.
"It certainly took a while to prepare the Double Poison Jelly," Sherry stated arms folded.
"Perfect timing, though," Yuka said hands behind his back, "Those wizards have gathered in the village too."
Toby barked in agreement as Sherry added, "Destroying Deliora is the only way to achieve our desire. Those who stand in our way must die."
As Angelica carried the Double Poison Jelly, a single drip of green jelly dripped from the bucket and plummeted down to the ground. Lucy's eyes widen, seeing the drip of Jelly falling to the ground.
'Jelly?' she thought. What's so dangerous about that?
"Lucy!" screamed Lisanna as she grabbed the blond-haired wizard in the nick of time to get her away from the jelly and the drip fell to the ground, but what the jelly drop did afterward made everyone shocked. It started to dissolve the ground where it fell; Lucy looked shocked and relieved it didn't hit her.
"What is that?! It smells like trouble!" Sting said while Lisanna was still holding the Celestial Wizard.
The villagers screamed with panic as one of them yelled seeing the large bucket of aid like jelly.
"Is that bucket filled with that stuff?!" one villager beside him asked in fear, "D-Don't tell me they're gonna drop it on us?!"
"Hideous." Yuka remarked seeing the Villagers, "To think that the Moon Drip causes people to become so hideous."
"They're almost like demons, like Deliora's children. How unpleasant," Sherry said coldly looking down at the whole lot of them.
Toby barked as Sring growled in anger, Lisanna agreeing too. They truly were low if they will kill anyone and make it look like an accident.
"Do it, Angelica," Sherry ordered the large, flying rat. Angelica obeyed and sent the green acid-like jelly out of the bucket and headed towards the village. Lucy exclaimed panicking, hands to her cheeks as she watched the jelly coming its the way.
"How do we protect ourselves from that much?!"

With a running start and serious enough to stop it, it was no time to think but take action.
"Everyone, get in the center of the village!" Lisanna ordered.
"Ur, Kyuri, form a barrier around everyone!" Sting ordered.
"Sting! Lisanna!" Lucy gasped seeing the two mages taking action
"Happy, Lector, Can you fly?!" Lisanna asked the two cats.
"Aye Sir!" replied the blue cat as his angelic white wings sprouted from his back the blue cat carried Lisanna into the air while entering her Phoenix Soul and Lector taking hold of Sting and taking off into the sky.
The villagers ran for the center as Lisanna request them to do, panic in their faces as to the horrible face that would be the acid jelly. They carried Gray, but Moka remained by a tombstone holding it with his head bowed.
"I won't leave! I won't leave Bob's grave!"
"Village chief!" the red-skinned demon called, "I understand how you feel, but…!"
"Let's make it quick! Kyuri, you ready?!" Ur exclaimed to the Ice Sculpt Wizard.
"Yes!" Kyuri exclaimed, unsheathing her katana.
"Ice-Make: Rose Barrier!" Ur exclaimed, slamming her left hand to her right, before slamming it into the ground, forming a blue magic circle and a sheet of ice forming around the villagers, Cyan, and Roiyaru, forming the shape of a rose.
"Ice Sculpt: Shield!" Kyuri exclaimed, stabbing her katana into the ice, a sky blue magic circle conjured over the top of the rose, a shield was formed on top of it, "Second Shield!" and a second ice shield formed on top of it, "Third!" and a third shield formed on top of the two shields. Kyuri was panting, kneeling on the ground, the Mitsu sisters seeing her straining.
'I have to hold onto this as long as possible. Sting-san, Lisanna-san…' Kyuri thought, before screaming her heart out to her friends, "Go!"
Lisanna and Sting flew closer to the jelly, Lisanna's hands were blazed with flames, and Sting's arms were ignited with light too. They knew just how to deal with the jelly, which was their combination when they defeated Lullaby.
"The light of my left hand and the light of my right!" Sting exclaimed as white light appeared on both his hands. "Put them together, and…!" as he slams his hands together, creating a ball of light into his hands and over his head.
"You won't take any life today!" Lisanna exclaimed flames spiraled through her arms as a red magic circle even wilder.
"This'll blow you away! White Dragon Radiant Luminous/Fire Spiral!" called Sting and Lisanna as Sting tossed the White Light Ball at the jelly a powerful spiral of red flames erupted from the magic circle in Lisanna's hands. Like their battle with Lullaby, the white ball and the spiral of flames joined as one as it traveled up to the jelly, entering inside it, causing an explosion in the sky and spreading the jelly away from the Village. The villagers, Ur, Kyuri, Cyan, Roiyaru, and Lucy shield their eyes from the light of the explosion as Yuka comments on what the two wizards did.
"They dispersed it!"
"That boy's a Light Wizard. And the girl has a Phoenix Take Over, something that rare?!" Sherry gasped her hair whipping in the wind.
The jelly rained down to the ground around the village, saving everyone. But unfortunately, one lone drop fell onto Bob's grave, destroying it and Moka as well.
"Village Chief!" called one of the Villagers in shock.
Everyone including Lucy gasped in shock, not because of the tragic death of the Village Chief, but what was revealed as the smoke cleared. Virgo had saved Moka, the maid spirit holding the demon chief safely by his collar.
"There's the Village Chief, ready for punishment." She said at once, her blue eyes remaining stoic.
"Virgo!" Lucy gasped as most of the villagers started to see he was alive.
"The village… it's all been dissolved…" a villager realized as more smoke cleared. Everyone looked around to see the destroyed village as they stood where the jelly didn't hit.
"This is terrible…" another commented sadly.
"Is anyone hurt?" another asked.
Kyuri and Ur dismissed their magic, Kyuri despite the strain to hold three shields up, wasn't feeling fatigued, she was feeling anger. Anger these people would try to kill them. Ur looked on as well, the S-Class Wizard Saint just furious. Lyon ordered them to do this, she'll make them all pay.
As more smoke cleared, Moka shake in almost tears as he saw what made him upset.
"Bobo's grave…" he said as Sherry's foot hit the already destroyed tombstone. The three subordinates of Lyon now stood on the ground and walked forward. His eyes widen as Sting looks at them along with Lisanna.

"The Cold Emperor's enemies must all be expelled." Sherry said tonelessly, Yuka on her left and Toby on her right as they stopped, the pink-haired girl flipping her hair back, "We were trying to show some mercy by making your death quick…" She placed her left hand on her hip, Toby smiled with his hands in his pockets, and Yuka's arms behind his back, "…but it seems there's going to be much bloodshed after all."
"Huh?!" Sting and Lisanna asked, looking at them
"Approximately fifty villagers. Eight wizards. And about fifteen minutes, I'd say." Yuka commented.
Toby snored as Lisanna stood ready to fight, Sting, the girls, Ur, and Lucy as well.
"Let's do it!" Lisanna ordered everyone
"Yeah!" agreed Lucy placing her hands on her keys, rapier, and whip, Ur standing more geared for battle, Kyuri taking her katana back from its sheath, and the Mitsu sisters ready to transform.
"Take over: Siren!" Roiyaru exclaimed, her body bathed in light before emerging as a completely different person. Her clothes changed into a one-piece blue feathered dress, her feet barefoot except for the small wings on the heels of her feet. Similar blue wings were on her back, and her hair was done up like a bird's plumage. Her eyes now resembled bird's eyes, her face remaining the same. Her hands now resemble bird's talons instead of human hands.
"Take Over: Werewolf!" Cyan exclaimed, her body surrounded by a dark purple light, before emerging in a new form. Her body was covered in blue fur, her hands resembled claws, and her clothes were a darker version of her main clothing. She growled, her eyes now yellow. Roiyaru saw her expression, she wasn't a child controlled by the beast, but a teen controlling it. It was amazing how much she's grown.
"We're here too, that makes ten wizards," Lector assured them, he and Happy standing behind the team.
Gray started to wake up from the ground seeing his guildmates, Roiyaru, and his teacher about to fight the Cold Emperor's goons.
"How dare they?! How dare they ruin Bobo's grave…!" Moka remarked. With anger in his words, he exclaimed while the villagers held him back, "They'll pay for this!"
"Hey! Village Chief!" said the red-skinned demon.
"Let's get out of here!" the blue-skinned demon demanded.
"We'll get caught up in the wizards' battle." the lime green demon added too.
"No!" screamed Moka shaking his head furiously at the red-skinned demon ordered while pointing his fingers, "Take me away from here!" as the two other demons carried the village chief away.
Gray finally got up from the ground, his body still fatigued from his battle with Lyon
"I'll help, too…" he said weakly getting everyone to turn to him.
Lucy gasped, seeing the Ice wizard back on his feet while Team Struss and Roiyaru looked too, "Gray! You're conscious!"
Sting and Lisanna at the Ice wizard, the Dragon Slayer's bang covering his eyes, "Get outta here. You'll only get in the way." He said to him.
"You just woke up from being beaten by Lyon. If you fight, you'll just be a hassle." Lisanna said, her bangs covering her eyes.
"Gray, Lyon hurt you badly, please, I order you to rest," Ur ordered, her tone sounding more like a strict mother than a fellow guildmate and teacher.
Gray breathed heavily, trying to catch his breath and his anger at the two wizards and Ur's remarks and orders, "Sting… Lisanna… Master Ur… D-Don't mock me…!" but Lisanna delivered a punch to his gut, silencing him.
"Just lie down again. You're hurt," Lisanna said calmly, Gray grabbed hold of Natsu's muffler, looking at Lisanna, seeing the Natsu in her eyes.
"Lisanna, You little…" he said weakly as he started to lose consciousness while Lisanna held him in her arms, speaking his last words to the girl, "Someday, I'm gonna… Kill…" and Gray was out, Lisanna only looking down at him with a sad look in her eyes.
'Sorry Gray… You'll thank us for that later.' she thought, her tone more somber.
"Why…?" Lucy asked, seeing Lisanna punch Gray out and Ur just letting her do it.
"It's just Lisanna's way of showing compassion, Sting and Ur know it too," Happy answered smiling, "Gray's still in no condition to fight"
"It's better Gray's safe and not hurt than to get in the way," Kyuri mused, looking back at Gray to their enemy, "I hate his guts but I don't want him hurt even more.
"Is that the bond shared in Fairy Tail?" Lucy asked her brown eyes wide.
Lisanna returned to her team and Lucy's side, how trying to show the guilt out loud about what she had to do.
"It's for the best… He needs his rest." Lisanna said calmly.
"Yeah…" Ur agreed calmly too.
Lisanna stood back with Lucy, Sting, Cyan, Roiyaru, Ur, and Happy, her arms folded seriously and Sting's arms folded too. Lucy looks at the villagers (one holding the sleeping Gray) and was worried for him. He needed to stay out of the fight right now.
"Please, look after Gray!"
"You can count on us." The red-skinned demon answered as he turned to order the others, "All right! Let's go!" and they walk away from the upcoming battle, but before Sherry said smiling at the leaving crowd of demonized villagers.
"There's no escape. The Cold Emperor ordered that everyone be eliminated. Angelica," she ordered to the large rat now on the ground with them. The rat understood and jumps into the air, not before twisting her tail to fly with Sherry on her back and going after the villagers as Team Strauss watched it get closer to them before passing them. They covered their eyes, hems of their clothing blowing when the large rat passed them.
"I'm a member of Fairy Tail too, you know!" Lucy declared, grabbing hold of Angelica's foot and flying away with her.
"Lucy?!" the Mitsu sisters exclaimed in shock.
"Everyone, you deal with them, I'll stop this flying rat and the girl if I have to!" she screamed to the three mages below.
"That's a first…" Lector and Happyrealized.
"She's thinking!" Lisanna, Sting, Ur, Kyuri, Cyan, and Roiyaru finished.
"Stop, will you?! Quit messing with the villagers!" Lucy demanded In the air, punching the toe of the animal to make it stop.
"Who are you?!" Sherry asked seeing the crazed blond-haired girl grab her Angelica.
"How about this, them?!" she asked with a smile on her face, tickling the rat's foot as she still held on with her legs.
"That would never work," Sherry assured her, but Angelica started to laugh, feeling where Lucy was tickling her.
"Angelica?!" Sherry asked worried for the rat as her tail stopped twisting on its stop a dime as the teal-colored rat laughed even more in midair.
"What are you doing?! If you stop your tail…!" Sherry warned. And the rat went plummeting to the ground. Sherry screamed, but Lucy smiled proud of her quick thinking
"I did it!" But all quick thinking must to an end as she realized something.
"Wahh! I'm falling too!" As Lucy, Sherry, and Angelica fell into the forest, a sweat dropped down the back of Lisanna's head as her guildmates and Roiyaru watched. They'll take that back, that was stupid. Her crush by the way.
"That's gonna tick him out," Yuka commented eyes narrowed.
"I'm not ticked off!" Toby exclaimed looking at Yuka.
"Not you," Yuka added.
"Is she okay?" Cyan asked curiously.
"Hopefully it didn't crush her," Sting added.
"She'd be dead if it did." Happy said sighing. With his white angelic wings out, he added floating in the air, "I'm gonna check!"
"I'll fly off too. Cyan you come with," Lector ordered the Mitsu sister.
"Okay!" Cyan nodded and changed from her werewolf takeover to a pair of bat wings, "Lisanna-nee, Sting-Kun, Kyuri-chan, Ur-san, Roi-nee, kick their butts!" and took off with the cats.
"Right! Thanks!" the wizards said to Happy, Lector, and Cyan and flew away to see if Lucy was alright.
They watch Happy, Lector, and Cyan leave, and now Lisanna, Sting, Ur, Kyuri, and Roiyaru turned their attention to Toby and Yuka. (Cue Fist of Flame— Fairy Tail Volume One Soundtrack)
"Meanwhile, we'll take care of business here!" they decided at once, their eyes on the two wizards.
Sting and Kyuri leaped at Toby the dog man who looked shocked, as he delivered a head-butt to his face while Lisanna, Roiyaru, and Ur followed after them, and Toby went flying and crashed to the ground, the others turned to the other.
"Now with him for my friends to deal with, you're mine!" Lisanna stated towards the large eyebrow wizard, sending out a stream of flames at him from her hands. Lisanna skidded to a halt facing the mage, to see the damage her Flame Burst did, but the flames were gone as it revealed he was perfectly fine. With his left hand out, a green-blue barrier surrounded him and it faded away when he placed his hand down.
"Such ferocious flames." He commented, "Are you the Fairy Tail girl with the white hair, Wild's Soul, right? And that scarf, belonged to the Fairy Tail Salamander I heard some much about? The boy with the blonde hair is also a Dragon Slayer, Eucliffe, right?"
Lisanna frowned, eyes sharp at the blue-haired wizard as he look to see Sting and Kyuri watching Toby start to rise from the ground. He seems perfectly fine as Lisanna, Ur, Roiyaru, Sting, and Kyuri stood back to back facing him and Yuka. The dog man wizard had his right hand on his head and his left on his stomach.
"Are you guys really from a wizard guild like Roi?" Sting asked his arms to his sides.
"We once belong to a renowned mage guild, too, same as Roiyaru," Yuka answered calmly, "This won't be as easy as you all might think." Toby smiled a goofy grin and Yuka added coolly, "We were members of the Lamia Scale Guild, same as Roiyaru,"
"Hard to believe you're in the same guild as Jura, but why are doing all this?" Ur asked, "There's not a soul who knows Deliora's wrath, and I know Lyon had to tell you who sealed him in the first place!"
"Everyone, jump back…" Lisanna spoke coolly, Ur and everyone saw the look on Lisanna's face and jump quickly at what she was doing. Holding out her two arms, Lisanna let out flames from her palms, the orange fire hitting both Yuka and Toby at the same time. Yuka held out another barrier to protect his body once the flames and his barrier died down.
"D-Don't you have manners to listen until someone is done talking?!" he stammered, his left hand still up.
"I don't care what guild you're from or who you're partnered with," Lisanna stated while facing Yuka with narrowed angry eyes while Toby's head caught on fire.
"You're going after our client and interfering with our work." Sting finished looking at Toby.
"You tried to kill innocent people and us, what you've done is unforgivable," Ur said pointing her hand at Yuka.
"I promised our master I bring you back, you won't stain your hands in blood!" Roiyaru exclaimed.
"You're an enemy of Fairy Tail, in other words. That's more than enough reason to fight." The members of Fairy Tail spoke at once, the seriousness in their voices, and at the same time, the flames on Toby's head went out.
Yuka scoffed in annoyance and ordered the dog man wizard, "Toby, deal with that Dragon Slayer and ice wizard, I'll take care of Wild's Soul, Ur, and Roiyaru on my own."
Toby growled in response as Sting and Kyuri stood behind Lisanna, Ur, and Roiyaru's backs still facing his,
"Good luck," murmured Sting to her.
"The same to you," replied Lisanna and they each faced their opponents.
"Toby huh, that's a really interesting name," replied Kyuri, keeping her katana in her hand to fight, "Let's see what you do," Sting and she dashed to Toby, while in the meantime Lisanna kept her eyes on Yuka.
With his outstretched fingers joined and his thumb pointing upwards, Yuka called out to the three wizards.
"Wave!" as green-blue magic energy emitted from his hand and fired a considerably large mass of energy (That he referred to as Wave) as it headed towards Lisanna.
"What?" Lisanna asked only for Roiyaru to tackle her away.
"Lisanna!" Roiyaru exclaimed trying to push her away but the pair hit with an intense impact that sent them flying off their feet.
"Hmm, I expected my former guild mate to know what my magic can do," Yuka stated with a smirk making his eyebrow raise.
"Darn, you!" Lisanna growled, returning to her feet and launching a flame burst from her hands, but Yuuka countered with a flick of his wrist.
"Wave!" and a green-blue barrier appeared in front of her and canceling the fire attack from hitting him. With his left arm still raised in the air, he explained, Rioyaru and Ur standing with her.
"The pulses produced by my hands neutralized every manner of magic. In short, it's magic impenetrable by magic,"
Lisanna grunted, wiping the blood from her face.
"So that's why it felt like my fire couldn't hit him!" Lisanna realized staring at the Wave mage with his hands spread out.
"It looks like Lyon thought smart of who he's using, hate to admit it," Ur said, the look of disgust of her former pupil.
"I specialized in anti-mage when I was in Lamia Scale." Yuka explained both his hands now glowing with a green-blue magic circle on each of his hands, "Because all mages are powerless before me!"
'That's right; they had someone who could nullify magic. Lamia Scales is no laughing matter to their power.' Lisanna thought, before adjusting the scarf, 'But he has a weakness,'
Yuka then fired two orbs from his hands, which they then were sent at Lisanna, Roiyaru, and Ur like bullets. The three quickly jump into the air to evade the attack, shattering the ground where they stood and covering the three in a cloud of dust.
"I wouldn't be so sure!" Lisanna exclaimed from inside the dust cloud, finally leaping from the dust cloud with her right fist wrapped in flames.
"Ice-Make: Petals!" Ur exclaimed, putting her hands together, and ice-shaped flower petals shot from her hands, followed by Lisanna.
"Water shot!" Roiyaru exclaimed, generating water from her hands before shooting it like a ball.
"Wave!" Yuka countered with his left hand up as a blue dome of Wave magic formed around him like a bubble as Lisanna's fist collided with the bubble of Wave magic, the flames he emitted were gone and the attacks from Rioiyaru and Ur's attacks were dismissed too. Yuka narrowed his eyes and frowned at the three's wasted effort to defeat him, "I already told you, my waves nullify magic."
"That's no big deal, then!" Natsu replied teeth baring his left fist up to punch the bubble, "I just won't use magic!" Taking her right fist from the bubble and replacing it with her left fist, this time going through the bubble like a glove, "See! I broke through!" he added pointing it out to the Wave Wizard. But then the energy of the wave magic was hurting her arm, screaming in pain
"Lisanna!" Roiyaru exclaimed, trying to run over by Ur holding out a hand.
"Don't worry, I think she knows what's doing," she assured her.
"Plunging your hand into a vortex of energy is truly reckless. It's going to blow off." Yuka said with his eyes still narrowed at the screaming Takeover Wizard.
But Lisanna wasn't going down without a fight just because of the burning pain of the wave magic, as she shoved her head and torso through the wave bubble still screaming in pain. This caught Sting, and Toby's attention as the two looked at Lisanna, Ur, Rooiyaru, and Yuka's battle while still slashing (on Sting's part), punching, swinging, and kicking one another.
"Wha…?!" Toby responded bewildered, "She's sticking her whole body inside!"
"That's Lisanna for you, she gets reckless but we'll through!" Sting exclaimed back to Toby still attacking him while dodging his punches.
"Maybe magic can't break through your wall, but brute strength can!" Lisanna smiled triumphantly looking at the blue-haired mage.
"This girl's crazy!" Toby screamed getting his attention off Lisanna and onto the others and Yuka for Sting to land a punch at his face pushing him back. Kyuri's ice-covered katana slashed at Toby who was pushed back.
"That's my friend you're talking about. Only our guild and I can say that." Kyuri smirked as Toby recovered from her counterattack
Back with Lisanna and Yuka, the blue-haired Wizard smiled at the Dragon Slayer and asked cockily, "But what are you planning to do now, Wild's Soul? You can't use magic inside the wave!"
"No," Lisanna replied, his big smile on his face despite how the wave was making her look light blue out, "But I can use it outside! Thanks for the advice!" as a red-orange magic circle appeared on his elbow with flames ignited it as Lisanna called out, "Pheniox…" and a powerful rush of flames appeared from her elbow, stretching away from Lisanna while Yuka looked shocked at this, exclaiming,
"You're using your magic as a booster to increase your fist's strength?!"
"Flame Elbow!" exclaimed Lisanna, forwarding her elbow into Yuka's face, canceling the magic canceller and sending him flying through the air before crashing down to the ground with a thud. His face was blank with shock, to be defeated like this? He was a magic canceller, how could one girl outmatch him?
Lisanna stood with his fist up with pride, a smile on his face. "Your magic's impressed but even the strongest power has weak points," Lisanna commented before looking at Sting and Kyuri who was still fighting Toby.
Sting and Kyuri, continued their fight with Toby, the two Wizards stepped back panting slightly as Toby smiled at the Dragon Slayer and Ice-Sculpt wizard.
"I must admit your friend is a strong mage." Sting smiled still panting.
"Once we deal with you, your boss is next," Kyuri panted.
"No way, I'm much stronger than Yuka!" Toby replied smiling, crossing his arms together as green fingernails extended from his fingers, "Mega Jellyfish Paralyzing Nails!" he called still smiling, "There's a special secret to these nails!"
"Poison?" Sting asked at once.
The dog man Wizard reacted with s loud, "Gahh! How'd do you know?" His eyebrows narrowed while holding up his left hand, "Y-You one hell of a Wizard…"
'This is a Lamia Scale Wizard…?' they thought puzzled, seeing how he reacted to her obvious guess. She frowned, taking her paw and placing the pads to her face, "Oh man, you are a moron."
"Don't call me a moron!" Toby screamed leaping forward to Sting and Kyuri to slash them with his elongated fingernails which quickly dodged.
"Whoa!" the two exclaimed. Sting and Kyuri maneuvered their body from the swing of his fingernails again from his left hand.
"One scratch from these and you're paralyzed!" Toby cried out as he added while swinging his right arm at her while she dodged, "All you can do is wait for death!"
"Wait, hold on!" Sting called to the dog man wizard, stopping with his hand to her head, "You got something right here."
Toby took his right hand to his head forgetting that his nails would puncture his head as it did. The dog man Wizard was electrocuted from the effects of his nails as screamed. The many bolts of electricity surged through his body as he stopped moving. He fell backward to the ground saying weakly, "Oh that feels so nice…"
Kyuri sighed, sheathing her katana shaking her head, "He's a moron."
"You two alright?" Ur asked, she, and Roiyaru walked up to the two. Roiyaru reverted to normal and eyed her comrades.
"Never better Ms. Ur," Sting replied punching his left fist into his right palm. Lisanna reverted to normal, her arm stings stinging from the Wave magic.
"That takes care of them," Lisanna said before Roiyaru walked up to her and took hold of her arm, making her blush, "Roiyaru?"
"That was pretty bold to just put your arm into that magic," Roiyaru interlocked her fingers to Lisanna's, Lisanna going even redder.
"Y-Yeah. I mean, his magic can't do anything with physical attacks, so I took a gamble," Lisanna replied nervously.
"Still, we protected the villagers, but," Kyuri's eyes looked at the damage the three coughed, "Look at what they have done because they don't want anyone in the way of their ceremony,"
"Yeah," Sting nodded. The group looked to the defeated wizards and frowned, remembering the three kicked the grave of Bobo. Sting walked to the ruined grave and picked up a piece, Lisanna following suit, getting her arm free from Roiyaru. It was a shame reals was the last memory the chief had of his son, and the three ruined it and the village. For their sake, they should fix it for Moka; it's for the best anyway.
"These guys are so mean." Sting remarked with a light growl, placing the grave back together with Lisanna's help, "But the village and its people will be back to normal. I swear it!"
"Let's make sure the Moon Drop Charemoney is stopped before the next night, I'll go," Lisanna offered.
"You sure? Lyon is my responsibility, I should deal with him, as both S-Class and Wizard Saint, I can't sit idly by after what they have done," and gripped her left arm with her right. She felt this is still her fault, that Lyon is like this and should take the fight to him.
"Ur, I feel for you. But if there's anyone who can do some damage, it's Lisanna. Let's leave it to her for the time being," Sting assured her, a hand to the adult Ice-Make Wizard. Ur looked solemnly at the White Dragon Slayer, the guilt of what she have done to Lyon to reach this point of attempted murder and dragging her comrades this far now.
"It's my fault for all of this," she said sadly.
"Wel, we made it this far, we should finish this. Ur, I'm sure you'll find the answer. As for me, that temple is where I'm going," and turns around to the direction of the template.
"Be careful, and don't get into a fight you know you can't win," Ur reminded her. Lisanna turned back and smile at the Ice Make S-Class Wizard.
"I know. See you later," Lisanna replied, turning into her Takeoer: Harpy and flying off in the direction of the template. Ur, still looked solemnly before Kyuri came up to the S-Class Wizard and smiled at her.
"Let's put our faith in Lisanna for now. We'll make sure Lyon is stopped. Okay?" Kyuri asked cheerfully.
Ur nodded, still feeling the guilt of what happened with Lyon. She patted Kyuri on the head, ruffling her hair. "I know. Thanks, Kyuri."
"I wonder how Lucy's doing?' Sting asked.
"How She'll okay, Sherry's magic is scary though," Roiyaru explained.
"That bad?" Sting asked.
"Yeah. I don't know Ms. Lucy well, but I hope she's alright," Roiyaru replied, clutching her right hand to her left arm.
(Cue Demon Deliora—Fairy Tail Volume One Soundtrack)
Meanwhile, in the Frozen Deliora's hidden chamber, Lyon stood in the cave where Deliora was kept, not only standing with several hooded figures who are classified as Deliora Survivors, but another new face stood a few from him. He was a male with a red mask with white horns and an odd symbol in the forehead area covering his face with what seemed to be dark green hair in the back. Like the Deliora Survivors, he wore a green robe instead of the blue ones they wore. It seems he had a slouched stature as he spoke to Lyon with the Ice mage's alias.
"Cold Emperor, why did you not kill the boy named Gray or let Ur get away?" he asked smiling at Lyon who stood there with his arms folded.
"No particular reason." Lyon admitted coolly, "You know I detest blood. I have no reason to kill Ur either, only to surpass her "
"No, no, you say that," the masked man replied shaking his head, "But yet you are exterminating the villagers. It would seem that you still have sentiments for your fellow pupil and former teacher."
"Nonsense," the Cold Emperor replied coldly as his name implies, "After such a crushing defeat, he won't oppose me again." He paused but added, "Still, if they attempt to interfere, I won't hesitate…"
The masked man nodded, still smiling while he asked, "Truly?"
The once flying rat Angelica is not laid all beat up from the impact with scratch marks all over its fur as it lay there out cold. Both Lucy and Sherry weren't near the rat as Lucy rubbed her aching head from the fall.
"Oww…" Lucy groaned. Maybe tickling the rat wasn't one of her brightest ideas, but at least the villagers are safe. Lisanna, Sting, Ur, Roiyaru, Cyan, and Kyuri probably defeated the other two, leaving her with the hot pink-haired Wizard. Speaking of a hot pink-haired Wizard, she rose a little and looked around, "Huh? Where's that girl?!" she asked.
From where Lucy lay, the hot pink-haired girl look at her while she looked back tears flooding her eyes. She was crying, her voice shaking when she demanded to the Celestial Spirit Wizard, "How dare you that, Miss!"
'Miss, that makes her a year younger than me and Lisanna… maybe a few months.' Lucy thought.
"Now the Cold Emperor's trust in me will plummet!" she added tearfully, "He won't love me anymore!"
"Love?" she repeated in shock and disgust, this all for love? Who is this girl?
Sherry started to wipe the tears from her eyes, adding, "And there's Angelica…" before looking at the blond-haired Celestial mage with anger and tears in her blue eyes, "You will pay for this!"
Lucy grunted before staring up to face Sherry, her own eyes crossed with anger, "Listen, I don't care about your love for the Cold Emperor or your pet." She stared down at the girl her eyes staying focused, "Anyone who harms innocent people is a direct enemy to me and my comrades. You got that, so bring it on! I dare you!" she added with seriousness in her voice.
Sherry retaliated to Lucy, holding her left hand up as a pink magic circle appeared from it. Lucy looked on with confusion, wondering what this girl had in store for her, but hearing something moving behind her caught her attention. She turned around and gasped as to what was facing her. What looked like a moving tree with a face on it and larger than her was now in her line of vision when Sherry cried out, "Wood Doll!"
"The tree is alive?!" she asked in realization. How can a tree move? They're living things like her, but not like this.
Sherry screamed with angry tears as the living tree hit Lucy, causing the Celestial Spirit mage to be sent flying backward. But Lucy quickly recovered before taking from her belt one of her golden Zodiac keys, "Open, Gate of the Golden Bull! Tauros!" she called, and emerging from the blue magic circle and ground was the large bovine Spirit his trusty ax on his back.
"I'm not perverted, just faithful to my lust!" He said once summoned.
With a battle cry of "Moo!" the bull spirit charged his way to the Wood Doll Sherry made, and chop it with his ax in one swing.
Sherry gasped, "Celestial spirit magic and a Zodiac Gate Key, at that?!"
"Nice job, Taurus!" Lucy congratulated the bull spirit with her right fist in the air.
"Your body is utterly the best, Ms. Lucy!" roared Taurus with pride.
"Only someone indecent would enjoy making her celestial spirit say that." Commented Sherry, arms folded.
"I didn't make him say it and I don't enjoy it!" Lucy retorted feeling offended by the hot pink-haired girl.
"Moo!" responded Taurus.
Sherry grinned confidently at the mage and spirit, a plan forming in her head, "Still, Celestial Wizards are a terrible match for me."
"Taurus, get her!" Lucy ordered to the Bull Zodiac spirit who responded with, "Moo!" and ran his way to Sherry, carrying his double-bladed ax in his hands ready to strike at the hot pink-haired Wizard. But Taurus stopped in his tracks, still facing Sherry but nowhere near her when he left Lucy's side.
"Moo?" responded the bull spirit lowering his weapon for some reason. He turned his gaze to Lucy, making the blond-haired Celestial Wizard gasp in shock. What was up with Taurus, he should have attacked Sherry by now. Why isn't he attacking her? Sherry smiled darkly, it was all over now.
Taurus then turned and aimed his ax at Lucy, who gasped in shock that Taurus would attack her. She dodged right away, missing the ax by only a second.
"What's with you, Taurus?" Lucy asked concerned. As perverted the bull was, he would never attack her for any reason. Taurus's ax while missing her skin nicked her top and was ready to fall off as Taurus grabbed the Celestial mage by her shoulders, shocking her even more as she was pinned roughly to the ground.
"Taurus, what…?!" Lucy asked in shock.
"I'm sorry Miss Lucy, but I can't control myself!" replied the bull spirit apologetically to the blond-haired Celestial Wizard. His normally black eyes now seem to be glowing.
"So you haven't figured it out yet?" Sherry asked smiling evilly, "My Doll Play magic can control any living and non-living thing that isn't a human. That includes your spirits, Miss Lucy was it?" she added before grinning wildly, "Now Taurus dear, strip the clothes off your master!"
"It would be my pleasure!" obeyed Taurus without any delay.
"Is he controlled?" Lucy asked bewildered.
"I'm so sorry, Miss Lucy!" cried Taurus, grabbing hold of her top and tearing it off revealing her pink tube top as she screamed.
"Now that was entertaining." Sherry grinned.
'She's insane, is love that much to her? I have to do something or Taurus will kill me…' Lucy retorted in her thoughts.
"Close, Gate of the Golden Bull!" she called out, hoping that it would work, but nothing happened. Taurus was still here, still pinning her.
Sherry laughed, "You think you can force close your spirit's gate so easily, so one-sided in fact? Both the sides, the Wizard, and the spirit, must agree to close the gate." With her fingers out like a true puppeteer, she continued to order Taurus to harm Lucy. The bull spirit grabbed her by her neck on his left and was ready to punch her with his right.
"Taurus, close your gate and return to the Celestial Spirit world!" she ordered, feeling the bull's grip on her tighten. He then used his right fist to grab Lucy's left arm, ready to pull it right out of its socket, making the Celestial spirit mage scream out in pain.
"Is this the strength of a Fairy Tail Wizard; are they really at this level of magic power?" Sherry asked astonished by the girl's control of her spirit if it could be controlled by her so easily, "No matter, Taurus!" she ordered again, still moving her fingers, "Destroy Miss Lucy for me!"
Lucy gasped in fright, one eye closed as Taurus was ready to finish her off. No way, I can't give up; I have to break that girl's control on him… I can do this, I know I can. Lisanna… Sting… Kyuri… Cyan… Ur…. Roiyaru… The Villagers… they all are counting on me and I'm not going to let them down. I need to focus.' she thought desperately.
"Close, Gate of the Golden Bull! Please, I am begging you!" Lucy pleaded to the Bull spirit, hoping this time her words could reach him. Taurus tightened his grip on Lucy even harder but it started to loosen. The bull spirit's eyes were fading in and out from glowing to the black ones he normally had. He let Lucy go and started to scream himself, the control that Sherry had on him weakening and Lucy making a difference that even made Sherry shocked.
"What are you doing, Taurus? Destroy her!" Sherry ordered angrily, still moving her fingers. But the Bull spirit wouldn't listen to her and continued harming Lucy; instead, he held his head in pain. Finally, the Bull's body started to dissolve into light right in front of Lucy and Sherry's eyes. A smile was on his face, thanking the Celestial spirit Wizard as he disappeared back to the Celestial spirit world, the weight he had on Lucy finally gone as she held her left hand up.
"Did I… really did it… Did I close his gate…?" she asked herself curiously, "Did I force his gate closed?"
Sherry lowered her finger and set down from the rock, still astonished as to what just happened. "Well, I'm impressed Miss Lucy, someone like you to pull off a Forced Gate Closure. I miscalculated about you, Fairy Tail mage." she smiled.
"That you have," Lucy said getting up to face Sherry, her left hand on her hip, to the handle of a weapon that finally Sherry noticed, "But there's something you didn't know about me girl is that Celestial Spirit magic isn't the only thing I can use," taking her rapier from her hip. Sherry look at the blade and laughed.
"What is a blade gonna do," she asked.
"More than you think. Get ready," and Lucy entered a fighting stance, "You're gonna see a whole new Lucy. So be prepared, because I'm ready to give it my all!"
