After the events that transpired in Lastation, the party's next step was Lowee. Goku was pumped to figure out what Lowee was going to be like. Planeptune reminded him of West City with how advanced everything was thanks to the Capsule Corporation. Lastation however drew a blank as to what that reminded him of. Certainly more industrialized than Planeptune or West City was.

But now they had arrived at Lowee, the snowy fairytale land of Gamindustri. It snowed eternally here and the temperature was always feeling like Winter.

Goku: "Looks like I made it here first! Do I win anything?"

IF: "You only won because of your physical fitness."

Raditz: "Hah hah, well done Kakarot! You managed to even best me."

Nepgear: "Wow... It's so cold, yet the scenery takes your breath away..."

Goku: "So, straight to the Guild for information, right IF?"

IF: "Nope, we'll bypass that and head straight to the Basilicom."

Goku turned his head over to IF for a moment, confused on the reasoning why, before she continued.

IF: "I haven't heard anything bad about the Oracle here, so we should be fine."

Nepgear: "Wait, do you guys see that? There's a commotion on the road leading up to the Basilicom."

Raditz: "Ah yes, I see it too. A gathering of sorts."

IF: "We don't have time to be sidetracked, so let's get a move- Wait, that's...!"

Up ahead on the road was a gathering of Loweean citizens gathered around a central point. In the middle of all was Underling who appeared to be advertising. The party approached carefully as it commenced.

Linda: "Step right up, folks! The fun and magical ASIC team is here to spread the good word! Join ASIC today and you'll get instant access to any and all games you want to play, for free! *Sigh* Why do I have to do the sales pitch grunt work? Handin' out flyers and crap... I wouldn't be stuck doing this if it wasn't for those stupid brats."

Raditz: "Stupid brats, are you referring to us?"

Raditz blurted out as they made it through the crowd and approached Underling, who seemed to be oblivious to them at first.

Linda: "Yeah, the overcompensating monkey, the transforming baby, the snob and the musclehead."

IF: "Snob, huh? I didn't know having proper manners came across that way."

Nepgear: "Transforming baby...? Do I really look that little...?"

Goku: "Musclehead, huh? You're just made you don't put in the hard work and training to reach this power."

Raditz: "Overcompensating monkey?! Why you runt!"

Linda: "Uh huh... H-Hey! It's you all! Oh, what the hell?! When'd you get here?! How'd you find me?!"

IF: "We weren't looking for you but this commotion made you stand out. And now we can't let you get away."

Raditz: "Exactly. We're going to ensure you pay for your crimes."

Linda: "Dammit, this could be real bad... Hey, you! Stray kid!"

Linda looked around and noticed a small girl. She wore a blue overcoat with white puffballs, a pink handbag and a ribbon, and a white and blue hat that matched with a pink rectangle in the center. Her leg-wear consisted of white tights and shoes that matched the design of her dress. She had shoulder-length brown hair and steel blue eyes.

?: "Huh?"

Without hesitation, Linda grabbed her and pulled out her weapon, aiming it at the girl's head.

Linda: "Don't move, you're my ticket out of this mess. Heh, you all better not try anything or the kid gets it!"

IF: "Back to basics, huh? How cliché."

Nepgear: "Let her go!"

Goku: "She had no part in any of this, Underling!"

Linda: "Shut up! ASIC is all about playing dirty, you know? Now, if you'll excuse me."

Then the girl started crying as Linda made her getaway.

?: "..P-Please help me, Ram...!.."

IF: "Damn it. That's low, even for Underling."

Goku: "So what are we doing wasting our time here? Let's go after her!"

Nepgear: "Let's go!"

The party quickly began their pursuit of Linda who ran off with a hostage, Goku in particular resolute about the situation. Flashbacks to his moments dealing with the Red Ribbon Army back home on Earth, and back to when Raditz took Gohan.

Raditz: "This is all too familiar. Except I used it to goad you into fighting me, Kakarot."

Goku: "Yeah, I'm still not fully trusting you after that, and your stunt against us earlier."

Raditz: "I don't blame you. But times like this, we need to support each other. We're the only ones left of our race, Kakarot, we need to stick together."

Goku: "Alright, but only because Nepgear trusts you."

Nepgear: "We need to work together if we're going to save my Sister and the others. Which made me realize something. You were working for them, right? Can you tell us anything?"

Raditz: "I can't. They kept me in the dark. Only told me things that were 'need to know.' Apart from Turles and one other, I'm unsure if there was others working alongside this... ASIC."
