Summary/disclaimer: Time for another chapter of Dancing Dreams. Enjoy the 1800-word chapter. I do not own Star Wars; Disney, Lucasfilm, and a few others do.

F was silent as she and Surn followed Juro into the deeper recesses of the temple. She did not know it at all, she did not act according to her station… If anything? There was more to this than possible.

She looked over to Surn, his face hidden by his cloak and mask. He had been too silent, too unable to think as he continued to mess with the lightsaber which hung from his belt.

"I suppose that double-bladed saber was a gift from your master?" Juro questioned.

"Yes," Surn stated, looking over to F. "One of the few things I have left of my master…" Surn stated.

"I am sorry," Juro said.

"Thank you…" Surn stated before he looked over to F. "Yellow blades aren't common, the Kyber crystal must be rare if you found one." Surn stated to which F nodded.

"It is," F stated, pausing to think. "You hadn't mastered a double blade, did you?" F questioned.

"Not to the degree my Master did, no," Surn stated, pausing to think. "Why do you ask? There is a lot more on the line I had not tried, a lot more than before." Surn stated.

"Oh?" Surn heard.

"He is a recent knight. I knew his master when he was still a Padawan… As I can see you are." Juro stated. "I can tell where your braid was…. You and he fight well for recent Padawans." Surn heard.

"Thank you." Both Jedi said before sharing looks at one another.

Surn could say nothing and simply paused, thinking of the next move. He wished to relax, to fight… And he did so with a grace rarely matched by such enemies… But F fought well, very well as she paused.

She did not think well, he did not stop well. Neither of them acted well but they could fight well enough, he acted well enough to handle such enemies and she acted with grace only she could act with the power and skill he had something to deal with.

He had not been unable to deal with it all for now… She had been too tired to think, to try and act with all the grace she would have.

He and she seemed to act; she had been too concerned with the empire however to speak.

"Are you going to say something or are both of you too tired to say anything? Because I have no intentions of doing such a thing… Not while it is still going on." Juro stated.

"While what is going on?" Juro heard.

"The empire is still above this planet… If they had wished harm upon us? They would have done so, have struck the same way a thousand times." Juro stated.

"They know there is Jedi here," Surn stated before he sighed. "They will come back to kill us with reinforcements, they always come back to try and hunt us," Surn stated before he sighed.

Something about it all seemed to be boring, to be tiring, for now, he had a lot more on his mind to try and understand for the moment as of this time. He was silent, thrown for a loop… And he acted as it had been… He was prepared for the best.

He did not wish for now, too interested in what to be thrown for a loop as he looked over to F. He cracked a smile under his mask as he seemed to try and deal with what to try and figure out for now as he looked to F.

He seemed to be tired, too interested for now, and cracked a smile under his mask.

"You both fight well, the force has drawn you both together, hasn't it?" Juro questioned. "There is something else to try and deal with at the moment," Juro stated, pausing as he seemed to think of it.

"No," F stated before she seemed to try and think, tapping her fingers on her belt as she was amused. "You ok, Surn?" F questioned before she seemed to relax.

"I am tired, but I am ok. Master Juro is right, though. You fight very well, F." Surn stated before he hummed.

"Yes, she does…. But you are not yet at the level you need to be." Surn stated before F paused.

The two Jedi seemed tired, thrown off, and unwilling to say something for now, making him tired, thrown off even… He had been too exhausted, too interested now. He had been relaxed for now and cracked a smile.

"Surn? F? Head inside, I sense something." Juro stated as the two Jedi nodded before slowly yet surely doing so, wanting to try and think of something.

He knew better than them. He knew both were too young to fight the empire, they were children fighting against a hurricane and it would cost them if something like this was happening for now.

He had been too interested in it for now, he paused to think of it as he cracked his fingers and then looked to the side.

He had been exhausted, too relaxed in his tutoring in it for now and then again? He had been too tired for now and then looked to the side, too interested in it when it came down to it.

The idea was too much, he had a lot more to try and understand, planning for now as he cracked his fingers, tired and unwilling to back down for now. He acted as if he had to know for now and he had a lot more ideas on his mind and he cracked a smile, ready to fight through it all.

He had been too interested, too relaxed, he had been too interested in the next maneuver for now as he cracked his fingers before looking downwards at the ground.

There was more to this as it came to such a degree. He could not wish to have revealed itself upon, for now, the idea meant something to him. He would act for now, he had been too interested in what was needed for now, a chaotic little thing for now, he knew that both were odd Jedi. He felt the energy from her he could not attempt to deal with something like this for now… He had such issues for now and he could not think for now what was going on.

Yet? He had been willing to think for now, to try and deal with something for now. F was quiet, her mask blaring with energy lighting up as she paused to think.

She looked at Surn, she had been prepared for a fight, a talk, a fight… It had been something that could be dusted and handled for now, she would deal with it for now… The chaos which she had not been used.

"Why do you wear a mask?" F questioned.

"It was to cover my identity… You? I have only seen gear like that since the high republic. I have been prepared for the worst… You show your face? The galaxy knows it." Surn stated before he sighed, tired for the moment.

He could not have it in him to think, to act for now… Such things bothered him to have known it for now.

She felt deeper in tune with the force. She felt the force had thrown her off as she reached Aeturn.

"You are much more peaceful than I expected…" F stated.

"I'm not as chaotic when I don't need to be… Chaos was only an ally when you don't move the same way you always do…" Surn stated before he twirled his lightsaber hilt in his hands.

"You were always a wildfire, Surn… You have been a lot different than this when you were a Padawan…" Surn heard.

"The galaxy has changed, so have I, Master. I have been running from things I do not know how to handle…. And cannot handle." Surn stated to which he sighed and looked to the side before now.

Even then? Surn could feel loss, he felt pain, an anger he could not overcome now, a desire to be beyond this for now. He had been too interested in it for now and for good reason.

He had been perhaps thrown off now, unwilling to interest himself in the swirling maelstrom which conquered the galaxy. He was a Jedi but he thrived in the fires which cooked the others.

F? F seemed to be the opposite; he could feel a peace within them which made him curious if she had been anything like this. He did not know, he could not tell, not when it was all falling apart.

Still? He could not for the life of himself understand where he stood… Where she stood either, not now, not when he had so much to try and deal with for now.

She had been too ready for now, she had been ready to try and deal with it for now, too interesting for him to back down for now… Not when he could deal with something else for now as he went tumbling to the side.

She didn't wish to relax, not when such things were too much to have to deal with for now, it would not matter much, she had been too interested in it.

She would find it amusing all the same. She looked over to him to see that it had been weighing on him all the same, he had been too relaxed for now, an idea which made little sense.

But it would mean something else, something like this was not to have lasted. She paused long enough to have been ready to deal with something like this as she paused to think of it for now.

F looked over at Surn before she seemed to tire, she wanted it to try and end for now, but she would continue to try and deal with it for now.

"You ok?" Surn asked, questioning a lot more than he thought for now. "Because if I'm right? We have a lot more to try and deal with, a lot of things I'm not used to." Surn stated.

"Do not think me that easy to read for now, I am not the same Jedi Master you remember," Juro stated to which F smiled.

"There's a lot I do not believe you recall about it," Surn stated to which F chuckled.

"There is a lot more to deal with," Juro stated before he seemed to think of it, ready to try and do something better.

The chaos within him would not end, it couldn't have ended, something that would not be ready, he would require to have done for now.

Author Notes
