Starfire opened her eyes, the dark room of the Tower's medical wing was familiar to her. Also familiar to her was the slumbering form of Robin in the chair by her bed. His nose was whistling softly with each exhale, the subtle lean of his body as he struggled to keep his head up in his sleeping form. His domino mask was firmly stuck to the bridge of his nose even as his eyes remained closed.

She studied the sleeping face of Robin and she felt her heart pound in her chest, the aching burning sensation was the same as any time she ever took a moment to look at her teammate and leader. Starfire was confused about so many things on the planet Earth, the one thing that she was certain about was how much that she liked Dick "Robin" Grayson.

Groaning lightly as she sat up and stretched, the motion sensor lights caught her movement and the bright lights flooded the room, causing her to wince in pain as her stronger than human eyes instantly shut in pain.

Robin popped up right away but before he could say anything, Black Canary came in and pointed at him before saying "Out"

Robin frowned but did as he was told without and Starfire pouted. She liked ... maybe even loved how much of a hero and soldier he was. But sometimes she wished he was a little more human and would resist doing what he was told to do. She wanted him to remain here with him, she wanted nobody but him at her side.

She watched the masked hero leave the room before turning her attention to the pretty blonde woman in the room. Starfire was familiar Black Canary, she was the woman who the Justice League had to investigate the foreign alien girl who landed in Jump City and caused some minor damage. She was also the one who did their monthly mental health check ups and their yearly physicals.

"You seem to be doing well Kori-iand'r" said Black Canary, but Starfire winced at the rather "Unique" pronunciation of her name, another point for Dick because he was one of the few on this planet that could actually say it correctly.

"I am fine, but I prefer Kory or Starfire, Ms. Canary" greeted Star

"No need to be so formal Kory, we're friends" said Canary as she looked over Starfire's chart before moving to her side and putting her hands on her legs, slowing massaging the sore tight limbs.

"Thank you" muttered Starfire as she felt a lot of the stiffness and discomfort leave her lower half.

"He's been here basically every second that he hasn't been on patrol since he made that plan to catch the Joker for what he did to you" commented Canary

Starfire felt her face grow really warm and she was at a lost for words, "I'm sure that is simply due to him not wanting to allow a criminal to get away in the city"

"Or maybe the kid just likes you" said Canary

"Maybe" whispered Starfire as her heart pounded harder than ever in her chest. She and Robin had always been the closest amount all of their teammates.

Cyborg was an amazingly nice man, but he was much more of a 'Boy' than what Starfire was able to handle, he liked video games, cheesy pizza, and cars.

Beast Boy was sweet, but he did not smell nice. This is due to him being what the people of this planet called a 'pig' but she had never seen him turn into that farm animal before, but she was sure that he could turn into that beast/

Raven and her had grown closer over time, but the girl who only wore cloaks was not the friendliest person and liked to spend time alone. Raven often said she had demons to fight but Starfire never saw any.

That left Robin, the person she had kissed to learn the English language, he was the one who had taken the time to slowly bring her up to speed on many of the traditions on Earth. He was a little broken as he was seeking to be better than his father yet continued to act like the Man of Bat. But she liked that he was a little broken, it worked well with how she was slowly but surely she, herself was adjusting.

Dick, Robin's real name as he has shared with her and her alone, was handsome, smart, kind, strong, yet there was something missing to him. He lacked something that all of the team seemed to have ... even Raven.

Yes, even the dark and gloomy girl had something that she did when she was not being a hero, yet Robin did not. It was as if he did not exist outside of the being a hero thing. Which made Starfire sad because she like the tiny hints of the man behind the mask before he always slammed the door shut.

"Ms. Canary, how do you ask someone out on to do the dating?" questioned Starfire

Canary smiled at her young Teen Titans based ward

With Naruto:

Naruto didn't know what to do upon arriving back at the orphanage, so he simply showered and went to bed. Upon waking up in the morning, he decided to go back to school and act as if nothing happened late last night.

His uniform was thrown on sloppily, his clothes slightly wrinkled but he honestly didn't care.

So if I can fight Superman, I wonder what else I can do

You survived Superman brat, he could have tossed your annoying ass into the sun with ease

Distracted by his internal conversation, Naruto missed running right into a girl. And the scene was like a rerun because she was beautiful, her red hair flowed down to the middle of her back. Her bright green eyes, her nose that ended in a bubbly circle, capped off with her soft smile. Sierra Collins dressed in the tight form fitting uniform that looked way better on her than him and everyone knew it.

This time, Naruto didn't fall but she did. This time Naruto's hand shot out and grabbed her around the waist, holding her up as he pulled her closer to his body.

"Hey, sorry about running into you, I had been meaning to catch up with you since the last time that we hung out" admitted Naruto as he slowly lifted Sierra back up to her feet, his hand leaving a burning trail on her body as he removed it.

"Yeah, I had fun hanging out with you, what have you been up to?" asked Sierra

"Oh you know, breaking into warehouses and getting into fights with Superman" said Naruto honestly much to his surprise

Aye Kurama, what the literal fuck was that?

Dad does the same thing, he can lie and it looks like neither can you

"You're funny, you know that right" said Sierra with a giggle before she looked at her phone and said "I gotta get to class, but let's grab pizza after school"

"I would really like that" said Naruto

"It's a date" whispered Sierra shyly before she turned and walked off.

The Phantom Stranger watched as the young teen man disappeared from the realm of Dreams and an ancient yet familiar voice spoke.

Class flew by faster than it normally did for Naruto, who had stuck around the entire day. Which was a rare feat for him, but he had a pair of very good reasons to do so. First, there was this beautiful red haired girl waiting for him after school. Second, Batman and Superman has seen his face and it was definitely better to lay low for a couple of day ... weeks ... years.

But mostly the girl thing if he was being honest.

As Naruto made his way out of the school, she was waiting for him. She gave him a bright big smile, the kind that made her nose crinkle and made her eyes disappear and it was the perfect kind of smile to Naruto.

"Ready to go?" she asked as he returned the big smile and nodded. The result was them walking down the stone stairs and towards the parking lot.

Do you feel that?

It is raw unfiltered anger and it is like a tsunami of emotions coming from the south, flying faster than any plane

Naruto slipped into the passenger seat of Sierra's soft baby blue BMW and the car vibrated as she put some pressure on the gas pedal and the car lurched forward easily above the speeding limit. This just reminded Naruto that she was a snooty rich girl like most of his classmates and was the daughter of someone with organized crime tries.

But she was pretty and that made being a reckless bad driver ok with Naruto and with the window rolled down, her red flowing hair, Naruto couldn't help but think about how beautiful she was.

"Stare much?" she asked rhetorically, the bright smile showing off the pearly white teeth, her soft cherry lips split with the smile.

"Yes" admitted Naruto, "How can I not when you're so beautiful"

Sierra blushed as she heard him and she looked away

Just like dad

Naruto ignored his internal tenant, afraid to be forced to answer what was on his mind if caught in an internal conversation.

Naruto's ear twitched as he heard something whistle through the wind and he glanced as the world around him slowed down once again. The car and Sierra comepletely froze and Naruto narrowed his eyes as the feeling in the air was familiar to him now.

Naruto ignored the correction by his live long friend living inside his arm and instead unbuckled his seat belt and slipped out of the frozen car.

I wonder if you actually need to breath or if it is something that you just do because you're used to it

Naruto narrowed his eyes as he focused on the lone figure down the street that was still moving as freely as he was. Standing a 6 feet tall, absolutely shredded with muscles, a large pair of feathery white wing spread out behind him, a large silvery sword in his right hand and a whip in his left hand. The armor that covered his lower body, a weird man that Naruto was sure that he had seen before somewhere.

"The son of Samael" growled the winged white guy once again much to Naruto's annoyance

"Oi, you giant winged cunt, don't you have any other teenagers to stalk" questioned Naruto

A gust of wind later and the massive man was standing in front of Naruto, his fist buried inside of Naruto's stomach. Naruto slumped over in pain, then wheezed, then felt the air leave his body.

Stumbling backwards, Naruto clutched at his aching chest, his heart beating so strongly and fast and his lungs begging for air.

Naruto's thoughts were broken up as he dodged the swing of the sword, his wings shot out of his back and he leapt up into the air despite the protests of Kurama in the back of his head, which he was about to question.

The vice grip that wrapped around his ankle and used said grip to slam him into the ground was the answer he didn't want.

The thing about being an Angel or part Angel like Naruto and this man were, they were incredibly strong and durable, inhumanely as a matter of fact. Naruto was stronger than almost everyone else on Earth, but this man was not from Earth.

The hand released his elbow and the foot that slammed into his ribs, sent cracks through them. Skidding on the road, ripping up the once smooth road in his wake, Naruto coughed as he tried to climb to his feet.

You are getting your ass kicked

Naruto pointed his hand at the slowly approaching Angel and in a burst of hellfire, Kurama erupted from his arm and roared so fiercely that it shook the still world.

Naruto felt the bones in his chest knit back together and his skin crawl back together before his eyes turned a solid red color as he flapped his wings as he with his demonic brother at side turned to face this unknown Angel.

The Angel looked excited to have a target that could seemingly take the punishment that he was dulling out.

But both of them stopped when the fluttering of a cape above them caught both of their attentions

Jump City: Titan Tower

Starfire was floating down the hall, her hands fiddling with each other nervously as she slowly approached the training room where she could hear Cyborg and Robin training together

Upon entering the room, Robin dropped what he was doing, running over to Starfire and giving her a strong tight hug.

"You're okay" he whispered in her ear and she returned the hug, minding her strength.

The moment is perfect between the two of them and Robin could feel the happiness vibrating out of Starfire. And if he was being honest, he wouldn't change a thing. The pair broke apart after a moment and they both blushed as they remembered that Cyborg was present to see their embrace.

Cyborg smirked at the pair before looking at Robin," Let's go get some pizza bro. Unless you want to stay here goofing around with your girlfriend!"

There was a long pause, only the sound of Robin deep breaths filled the room

"She's NOT my girlfriend!" replied Robin sternly

Starfire falls over in shock upon hearing this in what could only be disappointment and disbelief.

Starfire with tears in her eyes, stammered, "I am not your friend?"

Robin looks over that Cyborg had been smart and already left the room, leaving Robin to deal with his alone.

Starfire continued on to ask, "I am not a girl?"

"Star, I didn't mean it like that" pleaded Robin with his hands up in surrender

"If I am not your girlfriend, then what am I?" demanded Starfire

"I ... well, um" muttered Robin as he struggled to think of what to say

Starfire turned and huffed as she stomped away and without thinking, Robin followed her trying to plead his case.

"Star ... I do not believe that you know what girlfriend means here on Earth" stated Robin

Starfire scoffed, " Is it not a female with whom you have a pleasant and special association, including the sharing of enjoyable recreation and occasionally the buying of bountiful floral arrangements?

Robin blinked "Okay...maybe you do understand"

"What I do not understand is why you do not like me" said Starfire before she ran off, far faster than Robin could ever manage and he could only watch her wrap around the corner.

"Could this day get any fucking worse" groaned Robin right before his Teen Titan beeper went off and revealed that Cinderblock was causing issues downtown in Jump City.

"Son of a " started Robin

With Naruto:

"Superman" whispered Naruto as the cape wearing man dropped down between himself and the Angel trying to murder him. It didn't make sense to him how the man was able to appear where he needed to be but also was able to throw off the magic being used by the Angel.

The amulet around his neck, it is giving off some serious magical aura

Wait you can sense magic too

I am a mystical being kid

Kid just watch

Naruto watched as the Man of Steel walked up to the bearded immortal being and the Angel growled "Son of Krypton, move or face the wr-"

The angel never got the chance to continue as Superman casually backhanded the being into the air, sending the Angel rocketing away.

Holy fucking shit

And you thought you could take him in a fight

Not anymore I don't

A/N: I didn't know how to end, so let's just set up the next big fight. Despite what people think, I do actually like Superman, just not as much as Batman.
