here's part three, because of the unplanned second chapter, there will be a fourth one but it'll also the last one, I think hahah.
As I promised there's more darvey fluff in this one, well at least I tried.

"Morning" he smiles
"Morning" she leans forward to give him a kiss.
"how did you sleep"
"Like a baby"
"yeah, me too" she confirms
"so, what are we gonna do today?"
"work?"
"no! I asked you boss, he said you can have a free day. After so many years you deserve a free day"
"oh really? Did he say that, yeah?"
"he did" he smiles kissing her.
"I'd love to spend the day with you…"
"but?"
"but I don't want the others to think i'm being treated different just because we're together now"
"I don't really care what they think"
"I know you don't but I do"
"Donna, you never cared about that, why now?"
"because we're together and everybody knows. When I don't show up there the day you don't either, they'd know…"
"they'd know we're spending the day together. And? You never called a sick day before and the people who know you know that and the others, who cares, they'll talk anyway"
"yeah, you're right" she murmels
"what? I didn't hear that"
She smiles looking at him
"You are right" she repeats and he smiles
"I know, I always am but I love to hear it from you" he teases
"If it makes you sleep better, keep thinking that" and they start kissing again.
"I will"
They look at each other smiling for a few seconds "I still can't believe it's true" she says "I'm afraid I'll wake up and find out it was all a dream. Because it feels like that."
Thereupon he pinches her
"ouch" she cries dramatically
"see, it's real" he smiles "we are real" and she smiles "we are" he leans in to kiss her again "i just can't get enough of you" he whispers. "That's a good thing because I feel the same way about you".
"yeah? Then let's just stay in bed for the rest of the day"
"Sounds good"
"great" then he starts to undress her.
Later they decide to get out of the bad and to spend the day outside.
They just walk around, go out to eat and do other little things that couples do.

"Are you still cold?" asks Mike still worried
"a little, but it's okay"
"I'll get you another blanket"
"No" Harvey huffs a laugh "I've already too many of them, it's hardly possible to move" he coughs and sniffs his nose.
"I'll be right back"
"Mike I really don-" but he's already left the room.
After about 5 minutes he returns with a hot water bottle "here, take this. Maybe it'll help a little"
"Thank you" Harvey smiles
"Are you okay?" he asks softly
"beside the fact that I already know I caught a cold and I probably won't be able to see them for who know how long? Yeah, I'm fine"
"Luckily it's just a cold… it could've been much worse" Mike adds sadly. "and we'll figure out a way for you to see them" he assures him.
"I'm sorry, I didn't want to scare you. It's just… when I saw her empty bed… I couldn't handle it any longer"
"you promised to call me…You lied at me on the phone and-"
"I'm sorry. I just needed to be alone. But obviously I wasn't convincing, you came anyway?"
"yeah, I know you well enough by now"
They stay in silence for a few moments till Mike decides to speak again.
"why didn't you call me after you hurt yourself? You knew you wouldn't make it to the hospital yourself. You hurt your head, you probably were unconscious for god knows how long and you weren't able to walk, why didn't-?"
"I didn't care" Harvey interrupts. He takes a deep breath
"After I thought Amelia was gone… it hurt so much. I- couldn't breath I… I knew I've lost her and after what Dr. Shepherd said about Donna's condition in the morning, I knew her chances are about 0 to ever wake up. I just-"
"You didn't want anyone to fine you" Mike whispers in realization and he can't fight his tears any longer. "No" Harvey confirms.
"When- when I realized that Donna could still make it and I couldn't do this to her, it was already too late, my cell phone battery was dead"
"I called you so many times"
"I know, I'm sorry"
"How could you do that? To me, to your family, to all your friends?" Mike sounds somehow upset but also hurt.
"I didn't really think about the others, what it'd do to them. I just thought everyone will be fine"
"Well, you were wrong" Mike sounds a little pissed. He doesn't want to but he was just terrified and he's too afraid to lose again someone he loves.
"Marcus is your brother, of course he'd care! We all would, we all do" he corrects himself.
"We haven't talk about two months and it's my fault"
"Then you can change it from now on if you don't want it that way" he nods "I will"
"I just thought he has his own family, he'd be sad but he'd be fine. We don't talk that often so he wouldn't miss me that much anyway and his children wouldn't really care, they barely know who I am. My mother wouldn't care at all and my friends, well I don't really have any"
"what about Jessica? what about me?" He asks hurting.
"Jessica…" Harvey says while releasing a breath "I'll never forget what she did for me but… she's not a friend… not after what she did. I'll never forgive her"
"and me neither" Mike says and stands up to leave.
"Mike, that's not-"
"It's okay, Harvey. You have a point. What we did is unforgivable" he turns towards the door but Harvey grabs his wrist "Please… don't leave" he says while looking directly in his eyes and Mike sits down again.
"I know you're sorry. It took me a while but I got it. I just wanted to let you suffer a little longer to make sure you'll never do it again"
"I'd never do that again. I regrets a minute after I did it… Why did you then think I wouldn't care?"
"Everyone cares most about their family, Mike. You have Rachel, you'll have your own family with her one day, you'd be fine without me in you life"
"You are my family Harvey!" he shouts louder than he meant to and Harvey flinches. "Don't you get it? You're the only one on family I have, your my brother... Yeah I'm gonna have my family with Rachel one day and I love her more than anyone else in the world but… that doesn't mean I wouldn't care about anyone else and it sure doesn't mean that I'd be fine if you..." he can't finish his sentence. "Just because you don't talk to people everyday it doesn't mean you don't care about them and
what if it were the other way around? If he or any of us would be gone, wouldn't you care just because you have Donna and your own family?"
"of course not" Harvey says upset.
"than why did you think that about us? You have to get it throug your head that there are a lot of people who care about you just as much as you care about them" Mike says calmly.
"I'm sorry, Mike" Harvey apologizes honesty. "I really didn't think about it. Like I said when I realized I was wrong, it was too late"
"How did it happen?"
"I- I don't know" at some point I just started to run and didn't' stop and out of the blue I was lying with my back on the ground. I don't know how long I was away or what happened. I guess I twisted my ankle because there was this plug that I didn't see. I only know that I was dizzy and couldn't walk anymore and that it was very cold. I didn't even have a jacket on. At some point I just hoped someone would come by and get help.
They don't speak for a while
One year ago
"what are we doing here?" she asks him
"We met here for the first time, forget?"
She rolls her eyes "Of course I know that but… we've never been here again"
"we should change that…
Here was one of my luckiest moments, even though I didn't knew it back then" she looks at him "I just wanted to celebrate that place"
"oh my god, since when are you the romantic guy?"
"maybe I've always been a romantic guy" he smirks
"Let's get a drink"
And they do so. They order two drinks and talk till they're empty.
"Oh my god" Donna says as he sees something sparkling in her glass
"what's so exciting about your drink, Donna?"
She puts her finger in the glass and takes it out. It is a beautiful ring with a diamond placed on it that is gorgeous and fits Donna just right.
He hands her a napkin to dry her fingers and the ring
"Harvey" she whispers "It's beautiful" she starts crying.
"That's why we're here. He says and kneels in front of her.
"Here started our history. It took us… me a hundred years to get it but I know it now. You are the one and whether I admit it or not, I wanted to do this from the second we met. I told you before, here was one of the luckiest moments in my life 'cause I met you and I don't wanna stop to make new ones. And this is the perfect place to do it"
Donna Roberta Paulsen I love you more than anything else in the world, will you marry me?"
She nods crying "yes, yes"
"Yes?" he laughs
"Yes, yes of course I'll marry you, Harvey" and he stand up and kisses her while all the others are clapping.
They stop kissing and Harvey turns to the others "I know this isn't really the place for this question" he laughs
"Yeah, your right pal" shouts someone
"but it means the world to me"
"to us" she corrects "and he got me a beautiful ring to make up for it" Donna raises her hand and everyone laughs.

"Thank you for not giving up on me" he says quietly, looking at Mike. "At some point I started to lose my hope that someone will come. It was dark and I knew nobody would be there. It was cold and dark and nobody with common sense would be there… expect you" he smiles"I'm glad I found you. You really scared me and the worst thing was that I wanted to tell you that she's fine and that you don't have to worry about her anymore"
„You had a panic attack after her hätt stopped, didn't you?"
Harvey nods „I couldn't handle it, it was impossible to keep control over it. I closed my eyes to focus on my breath and when I open them again and looked at her, they… I didn't see her"
„You don't have to talk a-„
„I want to" he assure him
"I decided to go to the restroom 'cause I felt like I'm gonna throw up… I somehow managed to get there… I got into a stall, sat down and threw up… then I waited till it was over" he pauses for a few seconds
"The second d I fe,t strong enough to get up at did. I wanted to go back also but when I got there she wasn't there anymore… and there was inky one reason for it in my head… "
"And you walked away"
"Yeah"
"Did you have another one?"
"You mean after I left?"
"Yes"
"I don't know. I can't hardly remember anything.I have no idea where I've been or what I I've done. I was numb. I just wanted everything to be over… and then at some point I was laying on the ground"
Mikes puts his hand on Harvey's forearm
"I'm sorry I wasn't there" he says softly and sounds so sad.
"It's not you fault Mike. You tried a thousand times… I just couldn't think clear"
"Please, if you need anything or you just wanna stay together in silence, please don't hesitate to let me know. I don't care even if it's midnight. I need you to know that"
"I do know that" he assures him "I really do, Mike… and I will, this time I will. I promise"
"Good" he smiles.
p"Amelia huh?" Mike starts again after a while "beautiful name?"/p
"Yeah, it's the doctors name who saved Donna" Harvey smiles
"What about Dr. Robbins?" Harvey laughs "yeah, no… her name is Arizona"
"what? Why?"
"I don't know Mike, why don't you go ask her parents?"
"I'll think about it"
"No seriously. I don't know…. I know I forgot that for a moment but she gave me my hope back after Donna's surgery. She had a chance about 4% and she made it. That's because of Dr. Shepherd, I don't know, it just felt right."
"What about Donna, Harvey? They wouldn't tell me and…"
"Dr Shepherd said she's in stage 5 of a coma, it's the worst one. She doesn't show any reaction when they run the tests. The level is based on their brain activity, pupil reaction to light and whatever else they are looking at.
"I'm so sorry" he whispers
"I have faith on her, she' ll make it. It's Donna. You were right, she fought so hard, she didn't give up when she was in pain alone, she didn't give up after giving birth and she won't stop with it now."
"Yeah, that's great Harvey… we need to have faith in her"
"The worst thing is" he coughs for the hundred time "I won't be able to visit any of them for who knows how long. They'll think I forgot them" he says hunting
"That's not true… we'll find a solution. Maybe we can place a cleaned cell phone in the room and you can call Donna and Amelia will no longer be in the intensive care unit as of tomorrow, then we can do this phone thing for sure.
"I hope so, I'm such an idiot" he says madly.
"Please stop it. Don't blame yourself for everything that goes wrong, yeah it wasn't your best idea but… it's a hard time, we all lose it at some point sometimes. Just promise me to never do it again. No matter what happens"
Harvey nods "I promise" he says honestly.

The next days are pretty hard for Harvey. He can't visit either Donna nor Amelia and it's eating him up that he can't see them. At least Mike is there for him and all the others, too. Everyone is offering him help with his clients or some company while he's at home alone, even Louis.
Marcus called and offered to come for a few days but Harvey gratefully declined his offer. Jessica also tried to talk to him but Harvey wasn't interested, he just can't forgive her.
Jessica and Louis took over his clients till he's back and Mike and Rachel are helping where they can. Harvey hasn't been around since Donna was admitted to the hospital. He spends all day in front of his daughter's or Donna's window talking to them through the phone.
"I'm so sorry, Donna" he says looking at her through the window while a phone is placed next to her head. Mike organized a private room for her so Harvey can talk to her without being bothered by anyone else.
"I was such an idiot. I didn't think and… I'm sorry. But I promise I'll never do anything that stupid again and I'll come everyday here to talk to you and I'll do the same with our daughter" He looks at her for a few seconds. "There's something I have to tell you. I have a name for her and I hope you'll like it. Yeah you rejected all my other suggestions and I don't get why, they were great" he says sarcastically and smiles "so I thought again and decided for… Amelia" he smiles. "It's the doctor's name who saved your life and she's so smart that… it felt just right.
I know we wanted to look at her and then decide the name together but… I hope you'll like it anyway"
One week later
Harvey finally is allowed to visit them. He could've visited Amelia two days ago 'cause Dr Robbins gave her 'okay' but Harvey was too afraid to do so and waited even though it almost killed him.
"Hey honey" he whispers, taking her in his arms. "I'm sorry I wasn't here" he strokes her cheek and takes her little hand and strokes her fingers with his thumb. "I missed you so much" he kisses her and presses her against him. "I'll never go away again, I promise" He stays with her for a long while without noticing it. He talks to her and tells her stories about him and Donna, he explains it as if she'd understand what he's saying.
"You know, there were so many days in my life I thought it would be the happiest one" he smiles releasing a breath "… but there's always another day she tells me something and the happiest day is replaced by another one. But every time I thought that… it always had something to do with you or her… or both of you. But the day she told me about you, there was nothing that could be that ever since"
About 8 months ago
"Hey" he greets her placing a kiss on her lips
"Hey"
"you wanted to see me?"
"yes"
"why here?" he asks "It's not a long time we've been here"
"It's 4 months" she shoots out and he smiles "yeah"
"you said you want to make new good moments here and that this place means a lot to you… to both of us"
"actually I said 'it means the world to me' " he teases and she rolls her eyes "I'm sorry" she says sarcastically
"Well, back than you said this place means the world to you" she says emphasizing the word 'world' which makes him smile "and than you asked me to marry you… and I've never been that happy before. And now I have something to tell you…" she smiles and takes a present off her handbag
"for you" she hands it to him "it's not my birthday" he says confused.
"Can't a girl just give something to her boyfriend without his birthday?"
"yeah of course but…"
"then open it" she smiles and he does as told.
It's a white romper with the imprint "Best Daddy in the World" and Harvey gulps when he reads it. He just looks at her. He's overwhelmed and can't get a sentence out first.
"You are…. Pre- pregnant" he stutters and she nods. "yes"
"Oh my god" he says and a huge smile builds up all over his face.
"I'm gonna be a Dad!" he shouts and everybody looks at him while he takes Donna in a hug.
"Harvey, shhh we're not alone" Donna laughs.
"I don't care" he replies
"I love you so much" he says and puts her face in his hands and kisses her "so much… and you, too little girl" he says looking at Donna's stomach.
"Oh so you want a girl?" she says
"uhm, no uh I- I don't care it uh just… comes over my lips. I really don't know why" he stutters.
"chill Harvey" she laughs "Maybe your right… but if not" she shakes her head dramatically "then you have a lot to explain to him"
"You won't tell them?"
"Oh yeah, I will" she says and takes his hand to leave. "But first I have to do something else"
"and what" he asks curiously
She puts he mouth next to his ears and whispers something
"Let's go home" he says quickly and they rushes out of the door…
"Your birthday was the happiest and worst day at the same time. Don't think I wasn't happy, I just didn't got it immediately. You need to know that I don't get some things that fast but I'm working on it" he says and puts her back in her bed.
"Mr Specter, hello" Dr Robbins greets him
"Hey" he whispers "Do I have to leave already?" she laughs
"you've been here about 4 hours"
"what? No way. I came at 12" he argues
"Look at the clock" she smiles
"Harvey looks over and it's 4:17pm "oh my god" he laughs "I uhm, really didn't realize it. I wanted to see my wife, too and spent some time with her. I think I have to hurry"
"Maybe you wanna take her with you" she says pointing at Amelia and Harvey looks at her with a questioning look.
"I waited for the last tests. Amelia's values are perfect so far. That means you can take her home" she says with a smile on her lips
"wh- what? Today?"
"yes, today. In case you are ready, of course"
"yeah, yeah of course I am" he walks over to her and pulls her in a hug "thank you… I- I'm sorry I- uhm I just didn't expect it"
"it's fine" she assures him "I'm happy for you, too. For both of you. She had a really hard start in the life but… I'm pretty sure she'll have it good from now on"
"Thank you" Harvey says "Are you really sure?" he's still hesitant
"yeah" and then he turns to his daughter "Did you hear that, my princess? Daddy can take you home" he takes her in his arms again "and the happiest day is replaced again" he whispers in her ear and places a kiss on her little cheek.

Harvey called Mike after the news and asked him to bring some baby stuff and Amelia's Maxi-Cosi.
"Should I take her as long as you're with Donna?" Mike asks him but he shakes his head.
"I want to take her with me. Maybe it helps her somehow"
"Okay. I'll be waiting here. Take your time… and let me know if you need anything"
"Mike no, you don't have to stay here for few more hours. It could take me a little"
"But I really don't mind"
He shakes his head "Go home. I'm fine, really. Actually more than that." He reassures him "I can take her with me tonight" he smiles "I'll call you later"
"okay" Mike agrees "greet Donna from me"
"I will"
"See you" he looks at Harvey and gives him a soft claps on his arm
"see you, Mike… and thanks for brining the stuff"
"My pleasure" Mike smiles.
"Buy sweetie" Mike says and strokes Amelia's fingers
Harvey takes a chair and places it next to Donna's bed.
"Hey" he says in a low voice and places a long kiss on her forehead "I'm sorry I couldn't come, they said it's to dangerous for you. But I promise I'll be here every day form now on. I am really glad your parents could stay here over the week and being with you or all your other friends and colleagues, in that way I knew you'll be fine even though it killed me not being able to be there for you the way you deserve it, being able to touch you or kiss you… just being there with you, letting you know that I'm there but as I said there's nothing in the world that prevents me from doing it from now on." He clears his voice "I have here someone for you" he says and turns to Amelia. He picks her up and carefully puts her on Donna's chest. He unbuttons her shirt and puts the fabric from her shirt a little away so Amelia's head is touching with Donna's skin.
"Donna meet Amelia" he feels his eyes filling with tears "Amelia… meet mommy"
He places Donna's hand so that she's touching Amelia's. He holds Amelia tight with the one hand and with the other one he takes Donna's hand.
"she's so perfect, I've never seen something so perfect before. I never thought I could love someone that much, as much as I love you two. Being a dad is so overwhelming, it's a completely new feeling. But you'll experience it yourself as soon as you wake up" he says softly, kissing her hand. "And you know what's best? I can take her finally home" he takes a deep breath "I just wish you could be with us. I wish we could share this moment together" he adds sadly. He stays there for a while talking to her till Amelia starts crying.
"I have to go now, honey. I'll be back tomorrow. I love you" he kisses her "we love you" he corrects and takes Amelia home.

I know I don't mention the others like Donna's parents or the others that much but it just meant to be a darvey family (+ Mike fic) and it would be just too much to write everyone talking to everyone. I just didn't want to let Harvey alone the whole time, that's why Mike is in the story (and because I'm a sucker of their bromance hahah).
