After the war and after the repairs, the Greek and Roman demigods start to work on their relationship and build a strong bond between the two groups

Problem arises when the Roman's start to realize how much closer to the gods the Greek god in them. Most Roman's have never met a God in person (besides the one at camp), much less an Olympian before Mars came with the quest, and that was only AFTER a GREEK arrived at camp.
Finding out that they had an Olympian in their camp as director? Jealous.
The Greek demigods have been to Olympus? Jealous.
They probably have MEET their godly parents? Jealous.
That they have the audacity to complain about all of it? Extreme Anger.
It isn't until they first visit the Greek camp that they begin to understand.
The anger the Roman's hold for the Greeks over the 'faver' they hold, isn't help by how reluctant they are to house them in their camp, but they couldn't hold out forever and the first group of Roman's arrive.
They arrive to an undisciplined summer camp, and scoff at how childish the Greeks are. Sneer and the 'Cabin Heads' that are no more then children. Feel insult at attending meetings with children
It isn't til day two when they Demand to speak with an actual adult, and find out their is maybe a handful at most of Greeks over 18, and none over 25. Some leave and never come back, because so few MaKE it to adulthood they have nothing in camp for those that do.
The rage at the Greeks quickly switches to the Greek gods. These children hold their attention so much and yet have a life expectancy of 16.
Sure New Rome starts training young but they have the experience to guide a quest. They have the hope to retire, and truly it is more likely to retire then die on a quest.
The Greeks have to legacies because they don't survive puberty much less make it long enough to start a family.
The fact that the Greek demigods, children, hold the attention of the gods isn't a blessing. Every quest, every gift, every meeting with their parents, is paid for in the of children. Children because the whole Greek 'army' is just a group of children trying to survive.
Trying to survive, because they have been cursed with the favor of the gods.
