"So how does your flight jutsu exactly work?" Jiraya asked suddenly as we walked. We were going to go to a hotel for the day to rest. And for Naruto to finish his fuinjutsu assignment. The question was odd. But not really. I didn't really want to answer but eh. I had an idea.

I grinned, "Do you really want to know?" It was a complicated jutsu. It took me many sleepless nights to figure it out. But I did. And now I am officially a big brain. Part of the big brain society. I still needed to finish my spear jutsu. Damnit.

Jiraya nodded, "Yes I damn do. Flight with fire should be impossible," It was. But there was more to it. Far more to it.

I nodded, "It is. But its far more complicated than flying because I have fire wings," I grinned, "I'll tell you if you teach me a jutsu," I had nothing to do other than research. So a jutsu to learn(or rather master) in a month would be cool. Sensing was still by far my favorite ability.

Jiraya sighed, "You and your jutsu. I swear your even more obsessed than Orochimaru," Maybe I was. But jutsu was just so interesting! Making it was even more so. I even had a perk for it! Jutsu making is by far my favorite thing about jutsu. At least now it is. Jiraya sighed as I grinned, "Fine what do you want?" Lets see, "Nothing too dangerous," Damn that took away shadow clones. Well lets see...

Okay yeah I knew what I wanted, "Sarutobi-sensei said he'd teach it to me after the exams but he's... well yeah. So could you teach me swamp of the underworld?" I wasn't lying through my teeth. No. I'm totally innocent. Heh.

Jiraya laughed, "Want that one eh? Well I'll teach it to you once we get out of town. Testing that here wouldn't be good," Yeah we were in a town, "Now, details," I understand that it was the peak of fire jutsu I had made but still

I placed up my hands, "Alright, alright. So basically it has three components, Chakra, Fire, Air," I raised up three fingers for emphasis, "The fire armor acts as both an awesome defense and as the caviat for the chakra. The chakra heats the air up. Once the air is heated up I can manipulate it a bit. Not to an insanely high degree as it isn't literally on fire. but enough to where I can fly. I use it to propel me and give me more kinetic energy. The wings on my armor makes the jutsu more effective as I can fly longer distances without using too much chakra. Thats why the wings are so big,"

Jiraya nodded and wrote that down, "I imagine its far more complicated. Mind if I share this with sensei later? Put it down as an official jutsu in the archives? It would be an A rank or an S rank depending on chakra cost," I grinned. Welp that was nice.

I nodded, "Yeah. Knowledge is meant to be shared. If Konoha can benefit from my jutsu years down the line then that'd be fantastic. but I'd wait until I perfect the jutsu. Its still not perfect. The armor isn't at its best and it doesn't surround my body. Only part of it," Jiraya nodded, "So... We're here now," Jiraya looked up and sure enough we were at the hotel and Naruto stopped as well.

Jiraya nodded, "Alright as soon as I pay for the room, you brats can rest and I'm going to go look for information," Yeah right. Lazy pervert. Jiraya was a damn good shinobi but he had his flaws. He was too horny. I'd bonk him later.

I nodded, "Sureee you are. Have fun and try not to get drunk," I walked into the building and left the man trying to retaliate.

Deidara and Sasori

So when should we try to retaliate Sasori-sempai?" Deidara asked impatiently. He wanted to show the Nine tails jinchurriki his art! He wanted to show the world that art was an explosion! But Sasori-sempai was keeping them waiting for some reason.

Sasori hushed him, "I don't want to keep him waiting but he is with Jiraya of the Sannin. A man who is comparable to Orochimaru. He is not to be trifled with. He can summon toads to keep my puppets at bay and that brat with them has Lightning release and he is really proficient in it," Ah yes his arts only weakness. Damn lightning users. They were so annoying to deal with.

Deidara whined, "Damnit," He sighed, "For now we will have to wait then eh sempai?" As much as Deidara hated being in the Akatsuki he did have immense respect for his fellow artist. Even if his art was wrong and stupid. He held respect for the man still.

Sasori nodded, "Keep having your clay birds report back every five minutes," Sasori liked Deidara's usefulness even if he had no understanding of what art truly was. Art was eternal. Something long-lasting. That was why he was the ultimate expression of art.

Deidara nodded.

Five minutes later Deidara perked up, "The nine tails shall know true art!"

Sasori felt a ghost of a smile form on his face inside of Hiruko, "It is time then I presume?" If it wasn't then Deidara was getting a leg chopped off. Just because he wasted Sasori's time. Sasori didn't like his time being wasted. He hated it actually.

Deidara nodded, "That woman your controlling is really good at the art of seduction, They're in a hotel, 250 meters west," They knew the boy they took with them was a sensor. His range was big. They just didn't know how big. So they had to stay a bit further away.

Sasori nodded, "Lets stop keeping them waiting,"

Kukui pov

I felt people come into my area. Two. Both with large amounts of chakra. One of them had it in their heart entirely. I knew only one person who could have such a state. I looked to Naruto, "Naruto could you make two wind clones and make one look like me?"

Naruto perked up to me, "Yeah why?" Shit. I'd have to explain later.

I grabbed my bag, "I'll explain later. Akatsuki is the short answer," Long answer they sent the two people hardest for me to kill. Not really but the two people most annoying to kill at the moment. Sasori's puppets would suck to deal with and Deidara would just be annoying. If he suicided then I'd be open for an attack by Sasori. Sasori's poison would have me going down in an instant too.

Naruto nodded and two wind clones were created. One was made to look like me. He opened the window and we jumped out of it. Leaving. It was then the door was blasted open, "Hello Nine tails! We're here to teach you what true art is!" Deidara said that.

Sasori sighed, "What the idiot means is we're here to capture you. Now come on I don't like to wait. If you come with us your friend can live," That was a blatant lie. They stepped into the hotel room and Sasori poised his tail to attack.

The Naruto clone blew a raspberry, "Boo! No you'll get to us over my dead body!"

The Kukui clone grinned as well and performed a hand seal, "Fire style: fireball jutsu,"

A loud explosion was heard in the background, "Fuck. Deidara the mad bomber," If he knew who we were dealing with then that'd be good. Hopefully, that drew Jiraya's attention. Because I'd love to have him for a fight against Sasori. I'd deal with Deidara on my own.

Naruto's eyebrow rose,"Is that one of the bozo's chasing us," I nodded and suddenly I felt chakra above us. Deidara.

He shook his hand at us, "Who are you calling a bozo!" He threw down a C1, "Feel my art brat!" He threw that one at me specifically. I unsheathed my sword and cut through it with lightning release.

I looked to Naruto, "I don't know if you can hear me Kyuubi but for fucks sakes help him take down Sasori because his poison will kill your host and I know for a fact your only half of yourself now thanks to the yondaime. The girly looking bastard is mine,"

Sasori threw a poisoned senbon at me through his tail and I dodged, "Cocky aren't we? Oh well. I won't keep you waiting. Deidara take care of the brat. I'll take care of the Nine tails," He grabbed a scroll and 10 puppets were released.

Deidara grinned and formed a C1 as Sasori jumped off of the bird, "With pleasure. I'll teach this brat true art!"

Naruto looked at me, "The Kyuubi says yes for now,"

I nodded and grinned as I looked to Deidara, "Your art shall meet mine then," My hands and sword crackled to life with lightning. I'd try to not use my fire armor unless I needed to.

Deidara threw a C1 at me, "I'll show you your art is worse than mine!"

I decided to lead him away from Naruto and Sasori. I began running away, "Catch me if you can then asshat!" He began following me and throwing explosives at me. Which I promptly cut in half. I hoped Naruto would be okay.

I jumped back, dodging the S-Rank terrorists attacks. His dragon spat clay out at me like a flamethrower. I simply cut it up. This fight should be relatively easy for me if I play my cards right. I activated sprinting. I'd need it, "Stop dodging my art!"

I shook my head as I did a back flip, "Nope! Your art doesn't work against mine," I was hoping my words would piss him off a lot. Although that may be a bad thing. Goading him into a C0 or C4 wouldn't be pretty. For anyone involved.

I ducked under another attack, "Fuck you then!" He began spraying more clay at me. I knew he needed to hold back and not use a C3 or C4 or C0 but still there was the possibility. I wanted to avoid that at all costs.

I went through some hand seals. I wanted him to get off that damn bird, "Lightning style: Electromagnetic murder!" I sent out a blast of lightning toward his C2 which dodged the attack. I ducked under another explosion and grinned. My body was loosening up again, "Also nope I'm not interested. I like girls," He sputtered in anger.

I hoped Jiraya would get here soon though because I didn't trust Kurama enough to let him help Naruto fully. I just knew he'd cooperate here for once. Because being sealed is better than being turned into the ten tails again. Which he probably didn't want, " Taste this then!" He threw a clay dragon that expanded into a C2 at me, "C2!" The dragon blew up midflight and I jumped back, feeling a few burns hit my arms. Great. I fucking hated burns.

I channeled lightning through my blade again. I was taking out that smug face now, "Sussano slash!" A large arc of lighting traveled through the air, chopping off the wing of the dragon. Deidara cursed as he quickly formed another C2 and got pelted with an electromagnetic murder blast. His other C2 blast was disarmed quickly.

He threw dozens more C1 at me, "FEEL IT. ART IS AN EXPLOSION!" Multiple explosions traveled through the air and around me. I couldn't destroy them all and I felt pain. Explosions hitting me and blinding me. They fucking hurt. I jumped into the air and away from the blasts. I activated Kaentenshi and flew toward a shocked Deidara, "Oh fuck I forgot you can fly too," Not for long but long enough.

I grinned, "DAMN RIGHT I CAN. BLUE METEORITE!" I crashed through C2 in a blue blurr as Deidara abandoned ship and threw a larger C2 at me. It exploded and I was burned again. Chest burns, hand burns, a head burn, and a few leg burns. Great.

Deidara grinned, "Your art isn't as great as mine but I admit I'm warming up to it! C2!" He threw three C2's at me and I cut all but one. I dodged the third.

My grin grew. I knew this would be a long fight, "Your art isn't bad itself," I then got curious, "Say why are you a missing nin?" I was curious. I kinda forgot or never really know. My memories were hazy and my Notebook wasn't too reliable sometimes.

Deidara stopped throwing explosives, "Thats a weird question to ask," He then thought about it for a second as he tried to blow me up, "Well that old fucker Onoki tried to kill me. He said I was too dangerous to be kept alive because of my art. So I blew up Iwagakure and left... Sadly my beautiful art attracted the wrong crowd and now I'm here thanks to that Itachi asshole," Oh yeah he hated Itachi. I could use this to my advantage.

I stopped, "Ah so what happens when your kage is a dickhead... Wait you hate Itachi too?" I hated him myself but I'd work with the man. If I could manipulate Deidara's hatred long enough to kill him then that would be fantastic.

Deidara nodded, "Yeah that asshole genjutsu'd me and made me lose! Now I'm stuck here for some bullshit plan I don't even want to do. I just want to show the world my Art... What did the fucker do to you?" I grimaced.

My heart went out to Deidara. Genjutsu of any kind from Itachi sucked, "I was trapped in a Tsukuyomi. I'm not the only one he did that too," This made Deidara stop again.

Ceasefire huh, "My heart goes out to you and the unlucky soul who got genjutsu'd by that bastard. I'll have even more fun showing him my art then," He prepared another C2.

I nodded, "Okay then! If you live until then. May the better artist win this then," Lightning crackled to life as I deactivated Kaentenshi. I rushed toward Deidara.

My lightning would win Damnit.

Then I saw Sasori. Outside of Hiruko, "Deidara we need to get out of here," Jiraya must have showed up... Great. Sasori flicked a senbon into my arm, "Your not going to die brat. Don't worry. I'd not have the time to collect your body anyways,"

Deidara sagged for a second, "What a shame," He looked to me, "We'll meet again one day and then we will battle a glorious battle to see whos' art is better," He nodded

Sasori took one last look at me, "I will turn you into a puppet the next time we meet. The fact your alive still says a lot about your ksill. Your lucky Jiraya of the Sannin is nearby otherwise I would poison you and turn you into a puppet," e turned around and the Akatsuki duo left. 'Damn... I couldn't do anything... I need... to... be... stronger...'

That was when I passed out.

Jiraya kicked Sasori away from Naruto just as he was about to poison him, "I Jiraya the gallant am here!" He was holding a woman, "Where's your partner?" He knew there should be another. He had a feeling he knew who it'd be.

Sasori "broke" and a younger red haired man(more like brat) popped out, "What a shame. I was hoping I'd keep Hiruko. I'd love to fight you Jiraya of the Sannin but you would give me too much trouble. I must go find my partner whom is fighting your other brat," He quickly disappeared with a smoke bomb.

Jiraya looked to Naruto and quickly deduced he was fine, "We need to go find the other brat. Any idea where he headed off too," Naruto pointed west and Jiraya heard faint explosions then a temporary cease-fire, "Alright come with me now," Naruto nodded, oddly quiet and came along with him.

They saw Deidara the mad bomber and Sasori leave after Deidara nodded to Kukui who was holding his arm. Injured, "Your lucky Jiraya of the Sannin is nearby otherwise I would poison you worse and turn you into a puppet," Sasori was a scary man if you weren't as strong or stronger.

The duo left and Kukui passed out.

Jiraya caught him and pulled a senbon out of his arm. He recognised the poison. He looked to a worried Naruto, "He's just knocked out. Not dead,"

Naruto wiped a forming bead of sweat on his head, "Phew... We should probably leave town right?" Oh yeah they caused untold amounts of destruction.

They were lucky Tanzaku was the next town over, "Yeah... I'd say we should leave when the brat wakes up but we'll be chased out of town by then. So lets go and I'll carry the brat," Naruto nodded and they began to leave once again.

Naruto's fight will be shown later. It effects him more then you'd think. But anyways that's a wrap. I originally planned for Deidara to betray the Akatsuki but I didn't know if he would. I had a whole speech and everything. A shame it'll go to waste. Anyways next chapter is hopefully when the slug sannin makes an appearance. Hopefully is the keyword. Not too sure yet. Also Deidara and Sasori might be making another appearance this arc.

Anyways I have another idea for the fic that I am not entirely sure people will like if I go through with it but eh I've done worse and probably heard worse. Anyways Hopefully you enjoyed the chapter! I enjoyed it! I'm slowly getting back in the game. I'll be fully back soon.
