We had went to an old diner near the cottage for lunch Josiah had opened the door of the diner and had let me go in first as he held the door. "Thank you." I had said to him as I smiled at him of course. "You're welcome, my dear." He had said.
I had then sat down beside him and waited for the waiter to come over to the table to take our order. I tapped my fingers quietly on the table while waiting for one to come over to us.
A few minutes later a waiter came over to the table. "Hi I'm Nick what would you like?" He asked. I let Josiah go first. "I will have a veggie wrap and some salad please and to drink I will have a vanilla milkshake." He had said. "Alright and you?" "I'll had a ham and cheese sandwhich with some salad and a strawberry milkshake please and thank you." I had said. "Alright." The waiter had said. The waiter then went to go make the food and drinks then brought them over. "Here you go enjoy." The waiter had said. "Thanks." We both had said at the same time then we began eating our lunch while hanging out at a diner. "You're welcome." The waiter had said then left to go to other tables and take orders.
The food at the diner was like so delicious what we had was so good and this diner we were at was known for very good food actually. All the other people who were eating at their tables already had agreed the food was delicious.
Music was playing in the background at the diner for entertainment that afternoon. The waiter had came back and asked if we were enjoying it we said yes then he smiled and went back to waiting on tables.
After a few minutes we were finished our food and our milkshakes then he came back collected everything went to the kitchen to put stuff in the sink then went back out to us . Josiah had paid the man for the meal we had just had then we left the diner I had walked with him down the streets that afternoon.
