Missy and Dale were sound asleep in their bed, lost in dreams when suddenly the alarm clock on Missy's bedside started crackling with random static that filled the room. Missy opened her eyes and sat up slowly. She brushed some of her white hair out of her eyes and glanced over at her alarm clock. Ever since Addison had left, she had made the decision to hide herself no longer, and to have a constant reminder of her daughter. She hadn't worn her own wig in months, and while it took some getting used to, Dale reassured her every morning that she was still as beautiful as ever.

"Weird," Missy said to herself, and she reached over to try to snooze the clock, but nothing was working. The time was flashing 12:00 like there had been a power outage or surge or something, but Dale's clock was acting perfectly fine.

Dale though sat up as well, "Uh what is it?" He stretched his arms above his arms and yawned.

"I'm not sure, for some reason my clock is acting weird," Missy said, still trying to turn it off, she was so focused on her task, she failed to notice the room growing brighter.

"Um…Missy?"

"What is it Dale?"

"Your…your hair, it's glowing," Dale said quietly, and Missy realized that she could see his shocked expression way too clearly in what their dark bedroom should be.

She slowly reached up to grab a strand of her hair, and brought it in front of her eyes so that she could see it glowing a bright sky blue…just like the aliens….just like… "ADDISON!"

Missy jumped out of bed and ran into their bathroom and turned the light on. She watched in shock as her entire head was now just as blue as Addison's had been, but to her confusion, seconds after she turned the light on, the glow and the color seemed to fade away until about half a minute later her hair was back to being snow white.

"Missy, are you OK?" Dale followed her into the bathroom, and hugged her gently from behind, ready to support her however she needed it.

"Dale…I have a feeling. We need to go look outside."

"For what?" Dale asked.

"I don't know, I don't want to get your hopes up…but let's go."

Missy ran downstairs and out to their back porch and stared up into the sky, Dale following two steps behind her. And when they looked up they both froze in their tracks.

"Missy…is that what I think it is?" Dale asked in a quiet voice.

"It has to be, I don't know, I just had his feeling, but now that I can see it…"

They both stood frozen for a few minutes, wanting to be sure.

"Where do you think they're going to land?" Missy asked.

"Hmm, well, it's too far East to be Zombietown, and not West for the Forbidden Forest…Actually, it seems to be coming down….near the school!"

"Dale grab your keys we need to get there now!"

"Right behind you Missy. They're back!"

"She's back!" Missy and Dale both ran through their house, only pausing to pull on their shoes and for Dale to grab his keys before they both jumped in Dale's patrol jeep, with sirens blaring they took off into the night.

Zoey too was sleeping like the dead in her room at home, cuddled up with Puppy in her arms just like always. But then Puppy perked his ears up, jumped out of her arms, and started licking her face to wake her up.

"Ha ha that tickles." Zoey giggled as she slowly opened her eyes before she realized just what was happening and raised her hands in front of her face to shield herself. "Puppy? What is it boy?"

"Ruff ruff!" Puppy barked, he jumped off the bed and started pawing and whining at Zoey's bedroom door.

"Do you have to go outside right now? You just went before bed." Zoey groaned in slight annoyance, but she would always do anything for Puppy, plus it was better that he be allowed to go outside, or else he'd use some of her countless drawings scattered around her room. So Zoey dragged herself out of bed, opened the door, and then slowly followed Puppy who was already moving in a mad dash down the stairs.

"Puppy wait up!" Zoey whisper-yelled, she didn't want to wake up Daddy if she didn't have to, she knew they both had trouble sleeping ever since Zed and Addison left. She understood why they did what they did, but that didn't mean they both still didn't miss them.

Puppy was still scratching at the door and barking loudly, encouraging Zoey to move fast. "Don't worry I'm coming," Zoey said.

She finally opened the door and Puppy shot out of the house like a rocket. Zoey followed him to sit on the concrete steps and wait for him to do his business like normal, but instead of doing so. Puppy ran into the center of the backyard and started barking even louder while hopping up and down and spinning in circles, his head pointed nearly straight up in the sky.

"ARRF! ARRF! RUFF! BARK!"

Zoey walked over to him. "Puppy! What is it, boy? Why are you acting so crazy?"

"BARK! BARK!" Puppy looked into Zoey's eyes and then tipped his head back up to the sky to continue barking madly.

Zoey finally turned her attention to the sky and she literally felt her slow heartbeat stop and skip a beat. Those blue lights, she would recognize those blue lights anywhere. Every night before she went to bed, she would stare out her window and pray that she would see them return.

"Puppy! Good boy! You are the bestest, most amazingly cheertastic dog on the planet!" Zoey leaned down to surround him in a hug and Puppy finally stopped his barking. "Thank you for showing me this. They're finally home! Now come on, we have to go tell Daddy the good news!"

Zoey ran back into the house, with Puppy on her heels, she slammed the door open, screamed at the top of her lungs, and then all out sprinted back up the stairs. "DADDY!"

Zevon was just walking out of his room and rubbing his eyes. "Zoey? What's wrong?"

Zoey jumped into his arms, and thankfully he caught her, although he let out a loud oof in response.

"Nothing's wrong! It's the best day ever! They're back!"

"What? Who's back my little zombie angel?" Zevon was still mostly asleep.

"The aliens! I saw their spaceship! And if the aliens are back, that means Zed and Addison are back!"

"Are you sure Zoey?" Zevon asked in disbelief, at Zoey's excited explanation he was fully awake now.

"Yes I'm sure! Go look outside, you can't miss it!"

"OK." Zevon set Zoey back on the floor and Zoey pulled him downstairs and out to the porch and simply told him to look up. "I…I can't believe they're back."

"I told you."

"You're right Zoey I-" Just then they both heard the landline ringing in their house so they ran back inside so Zevon could answer it.

"Hello? Hi Missy I- I know, we can see it too! They have to be back right? The school? We'll be right there, we'll see you soon! Goodbye!"

"Zoey, Missy, and Dale think they're going to land or beam down or whatever they do near the school, and we're going to meet them there. Can you go run to Eliza's house to wake her up, and I'll go get Bonzo? I know they aren't going to want to miss this, and then I'll drive us over together."

"You got it, Daddy! Come on Puppy!" Zoey sprinted across the street with Puppy on her heels. While Zevon jogged over to the Mortenson's he could feel his undead heart racing with excitement he hadn't felt since Zed's first football game. He couldn't wait to see him and Addison again.

At about the same time, Zed and Addison glanced out the window of their room. Their sheets were a bit messed up, but they had plenty of time to be refreshed and finish packing everything. Zed had his duffel bag and Addison had her suitcase sitting by the door. But their attention was focused outside the ship as they watched Seabrook slowly come into view as Mothership drifted down lower and lower through the clouds.

It was currently dark outside. Mothership informed Addison that it was currently a little after 11 pm local time. So the streets were lit up by the streetlights in Seabrook, the light gardens of Zombietown, and also a full moon was shining down on the woods, so they could both recognize all the familiar streets and buildings below.

"Attention Addison and Zed: Please report to the bridge." Mothership's voice rang out. "Other crew head to your landing workstations."

"Looks like it's showtime." Zed smiled at Addison and squeezed her hand tightly.

"I know." Addison squeezed his hand back. "Thank you so much for coming on this crazy journey with me."

"For you my dear…anything," Zed promised and then they both leaned forward for a short, but love-filled kiss.

"Come on, we don't want to be late!" Zed grinned. They both stopped only to grab their luggage and then they walked confidently through the halls towards the bridge.

"Good, you are present," A-Spen said without preamble. "I will leave it up to you two, where would you like us to beam down?"

Zed and Addison had a silent conversation between themselves for a few seconds before answering. Addison spoke up, "How about in front of the school, its pretty much the center of town, so we can hopefully meet everyone there."

"Understood." A-Spen moved a few spheres on the console. "Our final course trajectory is set. We will be within teleportation range in about a minute."

Almost home gorgeous.

I can't wait to see everyone. Addison replied back.

A few moments later. A-Lan smiled, as Zed and Addison felt the ship's movement come to a stop as it began to hover in place a few hundred feet above the ground. "We have arrived, at our new home."

A-Spen, A-Li, and A-Lan all motioned toward the door and bowed their head's slightly to them. "Lead us home," A-Spen said with a smile.

"Happily!" Addison nodded and grabbed Zed's hand. As they walked down the halls, they could both hear all the other alien crewmembers following behind them.

You're a leader Addison. I've always known it. Zed silently told her.

We're leaders Zed. We've brought not only our worlds together but even alien worlds together. There's nothing we can't do.

And that will never change. Zed promised her as they stepped onto the teleporter. A-Spen and several other aliens stepping onto the other platforms behind them.

"Beam us down Mothership. Please." Addison asked.

"Request acknowledged. I'm going to miss you two, even with all the hanky panky you two think you've gotten away with." Mothership warned them.

"Wait, what?" Zed and Addison were equally confused and shocked. Moments before the bright blue light surrounded them and sent them back down to Earth.

A few moments later they were all back on solid ground, in front of the doors of Seabrook High.

Look where we are. Back where everything started.

Yeah, we are. Addison leaned closer to Zed to let his arm wrap around her shoulders, and she snaked her arm around his torso. There's nowhere else I'd rather be, or anyone else I'll ever want to be with.

Zed's eyes scanned the lit up, but also darkened streets, "You know I just realized, everyone's probably at home asleep in bed, and thankfully the mothership didn't blow up half of Seabrook again, probably no one knows we're here yet."

"Oh yeah, think we should call our parents at least? Or should we just go home and surprise them?"

"I…I don't know how to choose though. Maybe we…." Just then they both heard the wail of a Z-Patrol siren approaching them and seconds later they watched as a gray patrol jeep raced into the parking lot and came screeching to a halt about 50 feet away from them.

"Oh great, Z-Patrol, and I've only been back on Earth for a minute." Zed said sarcastically, "Wait a minute I don't have my Z-Band! Addie do you…?"

"Yes I have it with me, and I know you don't need it," Addison promised and squeezed him comfortingly in a side hug. "You are going to be fine I know it." Then she couldn't hide her smile when she realized just who was in the Z-Patrol jeep, and thanks to their connection Zed knew too. "I promise you don't have to worry about the Z-Patrol."

Seconds later the sirens cut off and both doors of the jeep swung open as Missy and Dale, both still dressed in their pj's jumped out of the car and locking onto Addison, sprinted over to her and wrapped her tightly in a hug.

Zed could tell what was coming and graciously let go of Addison to give them both all the room they needed.

"Oh, Addison. You're really home!" Missy said, her voice shaking.

"My little girl has come home," Dale whispered, sounding equally choked up beside her. Both of them squeezed her like they were afraid to let go.

But even more than that, Addison felt flooded with all the feelings of love and happiness that were pouring out of them, filling her up to the brim and instantly washing away all the strains of homesickness she had even with Zed to help distract her for the months she had spent away.

"I missed you both so much. We're just happy to be home."

"We missed you too sweetheart," Missy whispered in her ear.

Addison finally looked up from being surrounded by their embrace and noticed something different. "Mom, your hair…"

"I know," Missy smiled, "you taught me I have nothing to fear from being different any longer. If my daughter can embrace her true self and travel across the galaxy to save her…our people, the least I can do is stop hiding."

"And neither of you has ever looked more beautiful," Dale promised and squeezed them both tighter for a moment.

"How did you know we would be here?"

"I…just had a feeling, and when I looked outside I knew it was true and we came as fast as we could. But tell us about you two. Eliza showed us your video and I know you have something new to show us?"

Addison smiled even brighter and held up her hand. "I do! Zed and I are engaged!"

"Oh congratulations sweetheart," Missy said, examining the ring on her finger. "It's so beautiful Zed I think you made an excellent choice."

"Thanks, Missy," Zed said and stepped closer again.

"Zed," Dale said sternly but then broke into a smile. "Let me be the first to welcome you into our family." He held out his hand for Zed to shake and after doing so, smiled again. "Now bring it in for the real thing. We missed you too, and you did exactly what I asked, by the looks of things, you kept Addison safe, and you kept her happy. That's all I ever want for her."

Missy and Dale now surrounded both of them in a group hug.

"Thanks Dale, but trust me, Addison was the one keeping me safe the entire time."

"Well no matter, we're so happy you're both home where you belong." Missy replied, "We also called Zevon on our way, and he was already on his way so he and Zoey should be here any minute now."

And Missy was proven right as just a moment later, another car sped into the parking lot, and seconds later, a small, green-haired blur sprinted out and into Zed's arms.

"ZED!" Zoey screamed at the top of her lungs and buried her face in his chest as she squeezed the life out of him with the strength of her hug.

"Hey Zoey. I missed you too." Zed leaned his head down to whisper in her ear.

"I missed you and Addison so much! I know why you had to go, but I still missed you."

"Trust me Zoey, we both missed everyone a lot, and we're happy to be back."

Zoey picked her head up and looked between both Zed and Addison for a moment. "And is it true? Did you ask her when you were gone?"

"That I did Zoey." Zed moved his arms so he could hold Zoey in one hand, and pull Addison close with the other in a side hug. "And believe it or not, she said yes."

Addison grinned but elbowed Zed lightly in the side. "Of course I did," and then she held up her hand so her ring could sparkle in the light coming down from the mothership.

"Yay!" Zoey cheered, and then she grinned even wider. "Does that mean you're my sister now?"

"I certainly hope so Zoey. I've always wanted a younger sibling and I already know you're the greatest little sister anyone could ever ask for."

"Yay!" Zoey reached out to pull both Zed and Addison in for a hug. "You're going to be the best sister ever!"

Zevon walked up to them a bit slower, and Zed could tell his eyes were moist with unshed tears of happiness and relief. "So, did I hear that right? You're willing to join our crazy crew?" Zevon asked with a laugh.

"There's nothing I want more Zevon. Plus once I found out about Zed's plan, I had to badger him to get him to ask."

"That's because I wanted to make it special, and I know we both agree we wouldn't have changed a thing about it." Zed reminded her with a chuckle of his own.

"Welcome home you two," Zevon said, getting slightly choked up as he leaned closer to surround all three of them in a hug of his own, Zoey squeezed in between all their arms. "And Addison…welcome to the family."

"Thank you Zevon, you have no idea how much you and Zoey mean to me just as much as Zed does."

"I think I have a pretty good idea," Zevon laughed, and wiped his eyes. "Now I know we have a lot to catch up on, and I can't wait to hear everything, but I'm pretty sure you're about to have a line of people welcoming you home." Zevon grabbed Zoey's hand and took a step back.

Zed and Addison both glanced up to see Eliza, Bonzo, and Wyatt walking up to them with giant grins on their faces.

"Zedski! Addiska!" Bonzo took the last few giant steps forward to wrap both of them in his infamously crushing, and infamously loving hugs.

"Hey Bonzo, we missed you too!" Zed patted him on the shoulder, trying to signal him to let go so he could breathe, his hugs were even stronger than Zoey's.

"Gru back!"

"Yeah, we're back."

"Agr Engar Rring?"

"Oh yeah, we're engaged Bonzo." Addison beamed.

"Congrratularrr Addiska! Zedski!" Bonzo gave them both another round of crushing hugs for a moment before letting them go again.

"Thank you Bonzo," Addison said again.

"Hey Eliza! "Addison greeted her with a hug, "It's been so long since we last saw you, in person!"

"Yeah, no kidding cheerleader," Eliza smirked but happily hugged her back. "I know I was sort of here the whole time thanks to my robot, but it figures when I'm away from Seabrook you freaking hop on a spaceship and leave the planet." Eliza turned to slug Zed in the shoulder, "And seriously? Proposing Zed?"

"Why wouldn't I, do you really think I haven't had that idea since forever?" Zed rubbed his shoulder for a few seconds but kept smiling.

"Well yeah, I guess you have a point, but still. Figures you don't listen to the aliens telling you something is stupid and dangerous, just like when you swiped right on your Z-band."

"Hey, just like everything else, everything turned out amazing in the end. That's all that matters. But speaking of…" Zed got a devilish grin in his eye. "Wyatt, how'd you end up with the Zombietown crew all by yourself?"

"I was hanging out at Eliza's house when Zoey and Puppy came and told us to look outside and we saw the spaceship," Wyatt answered.

"Oh really, I know we've had plenty of developments, but how are things between you two?"

Eliza crossed her arms defiantly. "I don't know what you think you're talking about Zed."

"Seriously? Hey Addie, are they still both in denial?"

"Umm." Addison tried to focus in on Wyatt and Eliza's emotions specifically, but they were nearly indistinguishable in the crowd of happiness and joy that surrounded them. I don't know, I can only clearly hear the aliens' and your thoughts remember? Not everyone else.

"Well, if you must know, Eliza is now my girlfriend." Wyatt reached out and gently squeezed Eliza's hand.

"Alright fine, but Zed I swear you better not say anything annoying." Eliza squeezed Wyatt's hand back but warned Zed away with a glare.

"Oh like you don't love making fun of how cavity-inducing we are? At least Addie and I haven't been in denial for the past year."

Eliza glared defiantly at Zed. "I have no idea what you're talking about."

"Hey that scruffy, handsome, fine-smelling Wyatt-" Zed started off in an exaggerated impression of Eliza's voice.

"OK, that's enough!" Eliza shouted in mock anger. "You've been back on the planet for five minutes and you're already annoying me."

"Oh no, I think I want to hear this." Wyatt grinned at her.

"So not happening Fido."

"So when did this start?" Addison asked.

"Um…" now Wyatt was the one who looked embarrassed, and it was Eliza smirking at him. "So we found one of the aliens' Luma Lens' and Eliza hacked it so we could see all the memories they were scanning, and Eliza found my memories and…as they say, the rest is history. We've been talking over video chat a lot the past few months, but thankfully she's been back in Seabrook the past two weeks and things have been amazing."

"Awe. Well, let me be the first to say you two are so cute together." Addison smiled brightly.

"Cute? I am not cute. I'm a lean green, justice-bringing machine. I am not cute." Eliza pouted.

"Correction, that's a lie, you're adorable," Wyatt informed her.

"Adorable? Really Fido? You did not just go there." Eliza teased him.

"Well whatever you two are, we're happy for you. Trust us, we just want everyone to feel what we can feel." Addison laughed at them. They are so adorable already.

Good thing Eliza can't hear you.

"Speaking of, do I want to know what exactly your alien magic soul bond thing means?" Eliza asked.

"Well I think it's amazing, but I don't know you probably don't want to know everything." Addison cautioned her.

"Yeah," Zed smirked and reached up to rub his hand on the back of his neck.

Eliza's eyes scanned them suspiciously for a few moments. "OMZ did you two….WAIT A MINUTE!" Eliza's arm flashed out and she grabbed Zed's wrist to examine it, in the process pulling Zed down to her level and hissing under her breath. "Zed…where the ztergoge is your Z-band?"

Zed just smiled. "Well, one of the positives of our soulmate connection is that apparently, I don't need it anymore. I've been completely fine on the ship and even now, the first time I've been around humans in months I have no trouble staying me.

"OK, you two are telling me absolutely everything, and I don't care how cavity-inducing it is. I want to know everything!" Eliza hissed under her breath.

"We promise to tell you and everyone else everything you want to know." Addison sighed, in happiness "It's amazing."

"But like you said you always have to be near Addison for her powers to work on you. What happens when you go back to living on opposite sides of town?"

"Well, my powers have gotten stronger over time, but yeah, I guess we don't know for sure what real separation will do. But we both don't plan on that happening anytime soon." Addison said protectively.

"Right, I know you're engaged but I'd love to be a fly on the wall for that conversation with your parents." Wyatt laughed. "Congratulations by the way."

"Thanks, Wyatt. Where are the rest of the wolves?" Zed asked.

"They should be coming, I called Willa and she said they already saw the Mothership coming from the Den. They should be here any time now." Wyatt promised, and right as the words left his mouth, he pricked his ears and turned his head to the right. "Here they come."

"Awwooo!" Howls echoed all around them as about a dozen wolves ran onto the scene, Willa and Wynter in the lead.

"They're really back!" Willa smiled as she scanned everyone in front of her. Then both Willa and Wynter ran to Addison and Zed.

"Awwooo!" Wynter and Willa both howled. "Welcome back you two!"

"Thanks, Willa!" Addison smiled and the four of them took turns exchanging more hugs.
"We missed you so much."

"We missed you too. Seabrook just isn't the same without either of you." Willa admitted, "When you left, we lost two great alphas, but now you've come home."

"Thank you Willa, that means a lot." Zed smiled at her.

"So did you have to fight any space squids or escape asteroid fields or anything cool like that? If you did I hope you showed them what the mighty shrimp can do, right Zed?" Wynter clapped Zed hard on his shoulder.

"No, nothing really crazy trust us, we were never in any danger at all. Well, I maybe technically was but Addison kept me safe. All the really cool stuff just happened inside our heads."

"They didn't probe your brain did they? Because if they did, I will tear them apart until their blood pours out of their throat!" Wynter growled and reading everyone's shocked expressions, she backed herself up a bit. "Too much?"

"Just a little bit." Wyatt patted her on the shoulder.

"So, did you find the aliens' Utopia?" Willa asked, "Are all the other aliens going to be leaving again?"

"Actually about that…" Addison started, but suddenly she was distracted by a strange feeling of longing and melancholy that was breaking through all the pure happiness surrounding everyone. Addison tried to zero in on the source and was surprised it was Willa. She was sure of it, but she had no idea why, and for some reason, Willa was glancing over at the crowd of aliens that were quietly milling about, but staying a respectful distance from the homecoming crowd that kept growing bigger and bigger.

And speaking of growing bigger, one last vehicle came to a screeching halt in the school parking lot, and it was going so fast, it almost hit Dale's parked car before coming to a stop. All Addison could see was a large pink blur that she only recognized when it came to a stop.

"Addison!" Multiple voices cheered as Bree, Bucky, and the Aceys all ran out of Bucky's cheer van.

"Cuz! You're back!" Bucky ran and did a front flip in excitement right in front of Addison and then pulled her into a tight hug. "Thank the cheer gods you're back! You missed me right?"

"Of course I missed you Bucky, we both missed everyone," Addison promised him.

"I hope you represented how awesome the Mighty Shrimp are across the galaxy?"

"Well, not quite but I did show the aliens some moves while we were traveling," Addison promised.

"Alright, I'm happy to have you back Cuz. But also seriously? Engaged? How is my baby cousin engaged?"

"Well, Zed is very persuasive when he wants to be, and are you really surprised?" Addison pointed out.

"Well no, since it's you two I guess not. But anyway. Zed welcome home too Man." Bucky held his hand out for Zed to shake. "And I also suppose, welcome to the family, cousin-in-law."

Zed smiled widely at him. "Thanks, Bucky, that means a lot."

At the same time Bree launched herself forward to wrap Addison in a hug of her own, even though she could barely see through the tears of joy streaming down her cheeks. "Oh, Addie! I missed you so much bestie!"

"I missed you too bestie, and suddenly Addison finally felt like she was hitting the breaking point of how much emotion she could handle, every time she hugged someone, their emotions were a hundred times stronger when they were in contact, and it may just be Bree's emotion's getting to her, or everyone else's, but she felt herself start to cry too. "Trust me, I thought about how you and the cheer squad were doing every day when we had a free moment."

And you weren't distracted by me? Zed smirked silently.

And like you didn't still think about football while we were gone, and I wasn't distracting you. Addison silently teased him right back.

"I've kept the squad in tip-top shape as much as I could, but I think we all want our captain Addie back." Bree was saying.

"Don't beat yourself up, Bree." Lacey spoke up, "You've been an amazing captain!"

Stacey jumped in. "Yeah, and while we wouldn't want anyone but Addison leading us. You've been the best leader we could ask for."

"Awwe thanks you guys. But also, engaged? AAHHH!" Bree screamed in happiness.

"I know Bree I know." Addison was able to laugh and get control of herself again.

"Well, first congratulations, and girl you are telling me everything!"

Addison laughed, "I promise Bree, I'm not going anywhere."

"That's amazing!" Bree finally let go of Addison and after giving Zed a quick hug in welcome as well, she stepped back to join Bonzo who wrapped an arm around her. "But what are all the other aliens doing here?"

"How about we explain? Everyone!" Addison called out, "We have an announcement."

Everyone formed a large group circle, the aliens on one side, and all of Zed and Addison's family and friends on the other. "Well I know everyone already knows this, but yes, Zed and I are engaged!"

"AWWOOO!" The wolves howled, and everyone else clapped and cheered.

"Thank you, and we are back home to stay but it is not just us. The aliens have decided they want to stay in Seabrook as well."

"But what about Utopia?" Willa asked.

"Seabrook is our Utopia," A-Lan answered with a smile.

"But Seabrook isn't a perfect place." Bree pointed out.

"It's not." A-Spen agreed. "It's messy… emotional." A-Spen smiled at Willa.

"Full of surprises." Willa smiled back, and Addison could have sworn they were staring into one another's eyes, and she was definitely feeling some strong emotions from both of them.

"Where change can happen," Addison added.

"Where someday, can be today," Zed said, and Addison leaned closer to him to rest her head against his chest, while also sending all of her love and gratitude into him.

"So Mom, can the aliens stay?" Addison turned her attention to Missy.

All eyes turned to Missy, who seemed a bit surprised that the focus shifted to her. She stepped forward to walk up to A-Spen. "My mother always told me Seabrook had the potential to be the most perfect place in the universe. I see now exactly what she meant. She couldn't do it alone, I couldn't do it alone, it took Addison, Zed, and everyone standing here tonight to make that happen. I am happy to be the first to welcome…my people into Seabrook. I promise I will do everything in my power as mayor to make this your home too."

"Thank you, Mayor Missy." A-Spen nodded, "you have no idea what this means to us."

"Trust me I do. I was never sure what was true and what was real when it came to my mother's past, but I know we are finally on the path to the future she always dreamed of."

Zevon spoke up, "Zombietown will be happy to welcome all of you too. You brought my son back in one piece. I know you only want what's best for all of Seabrook, just like we do."

Willa stepped forward too. "I'll be the first to admit, our pack doesn't trust outsiders easily, but we've also learned that all of us are stronger together. The wolves will welcome the aliens with open arms. We know you mean us no harm."

"Yes, trust me, Willa, that is the last thing any of us want," A-Spen promised.
