A few weeks after Daah's party, it is the second senior trip to District Seven: Himanad. Himanad has a famous ski resort called, Barph's Paradise. "Barph's Paradise! What the hell?" Jared exclaims. "Well, Barph means snow, so why not?" Alexis asks. "Why not? Imagining being afraid of heights and trying to ski down the hill. Barf is what you'll get." Odd laughs. "I can't wait to see that." "From you?" Dexter teases. "Please, I have a summer's worth of snowboarding." "Really? I would love to see that." "But, then you'll be distracted from me," Sajin said. "No, I won't. Watching Omar make a fool of himself will make me appreciate you more. If you know what I mean?" Dexter winks at Sajin. "Um, look. Dean Kathin is coming," Sajin says nervously. Dean Kathin arrives and speaks to the students. "Given what happened what the senior party, there will be some changes," Dean Kathin says as he rips the tape. "What is that?" Allison asks. "An insurance policy to ensure everyone's clothes stay on, Your Royal Highness." "Excuse me?" "You heard me! Now, everyone put your luggage in your rooms; lunch is being served!" The students go to their rooms, but Dean Kathin pulls Allison aside. "Listen, Princess Regnant. You and your little friends better watch out." "Why?" "Given that you and your little Leader Knight boyfriend found Daah in that state. Don't do anything! Got it!" Dean Kathin releases his grip on Allison, and she falls into the snow. "Get up," he sneers as he walks away. Allison stands up and rubs her head. "What is going on?"
Daah enters the room that she shares with Cressila, Hiroshima, and Alexis. She flops on her bed and sighs. "It is time to act, my child. We need to stir up trouble so I can return," Kaante says to Daah. Daah gets up and looks into the mirror, and sees herself with Kaante behind her. "Time to make a mess," she says as she waves her hand, and yellow mists appear. Cressila and Hiroshima arrive with their luggage and sit on the sofa. "I can't believe Dean Kathin is putting you all on notice," Cressila said. "Of course he is. He knows he fucked up with the jumbie because it attacked Daah. Now, he is blaming us for his shit," Hiroshima said. Daah listens in. "Dean Kathin is an asshole. I'll start with him," Daah says with a smile. Alexis appears with some contracts. "We have a "no fucking on the trip" contract," she said. Daah sprinkles some cotton flower pollen on the contracts as the girls fuss. "Something for the dean," she sneers. Allison chats with Yumi, Dawn, and Aelita as they sign the contracts. "It said that we could have sex in our room. It doesn't mean anywhere else on the trip," Aelita said. "True, but I am getting major deja vu from here," Dawn said. "I know. The summer of hell," Yumi said. "Now, we can create great memories here," Allison said. She gets a text from Moxie about lunch. "Time to eat, ladies," Allison said. "Good. I haven't eaten since early this morning," Dawn said as the girls laughed.
Sajin paces back and forth in his room. Ash and Brock noticed him and called him out. "Sajin, you are going to make a hole in the floor," Brock said. "Sorry. I am thinking about something." "The contract?" "Fuck that shit. I am thinking about more important issues." "Like?" "After lunch." At lunch, the boys notice Sajin looking distracted. Odd speaks to him. "Is everything okay? Are you mad that Dexter was assigned to another room?" "No." "Is it Dean Kathin?" Jeremy asks. "No. Please stop!" Ulrich thinks about it. "Is it sex?" "What?" Sajin blushes. "Sex?" "Yeah. You want to fuck Dexter, right?" Sajin hides behind his drink. "I see; first time, right?" Jared asks. Sajin nods. "First, get protection." "I have that. The problem is..." Sajin freezes. "It will be awkward, but it will get better each time," Ash said. "All of you have fucked a girl. You don't understand." "The nervousness of the first time. The 'what ifs.' We felt everything Sajin. Talk to Dexter and make a plan," Odd said. "What. He has been dropping hints and seems so sure of everything." "Dexter? I think he is just as nervous." "How do you know?" "You're a First Class Knight. That is a lot of pressure." Sajin smiles. "Right. I'll talk to Dexter." At that moment, Dexter arrives with his food. "Hello, men. What are you talking about?" "No fucking contract," Jared said. "I hope he gets it." "Me too," Sajin said as he and Dexter smiled at each other. Dean Kathin collects the contracts and gets a paper cut. His blood bleeds on the stack and turns black upon contact. Daah smiles, "I will please her!"
The students get to ski, snowboard, or tub on the slopes. Ash J and Moxie take a selfie by a lake. "We were just as cute two years ago," she said. Ash J smiles and kisses her. "Look, Rocky is racing Apin. I want to watch," Ash J said. "Sure," Moxie said. Moxie looks at her phone, deletes a strange text, and runs off with Ash J. Dean Kathin feels lightheaded as he skis down a hill. He stops and sees the wind blowing the snow. The snow creates a monster, and it roars. Dean Kathin waves his silver wand and creates a hole in the beast. The demon grabs him, and his Quaquaval comes out of his Pokeball. "Use, Water Gun," Dean Kathin commands. Quaquaval uses Water Gun, and the snow monster melts. "Thanks," Dean Kathin said. Daah snowboards by and chuckles. Later that day, Dean Kathin dodges falling rocks, waterfalls, trees, and broken glass. "Students a pulling a prank on me, and I will find out!" Daah smiles. "Perfect time to strike!"
Later that night, the boys arrange for Sajin and Dexter to have a private date in their room while the rest crash in another room. Dexter snuck in a bottle of wine from his mother's stash and found their favorite movie on Netflix. "Favorite movie or favorite show?" Sajin asks. "Fine. Love is Blind is a good binge-watch," Dexter said. Sajin laughs. Meanwhile, Dean Kathin loos around the resort and sees handprints on the walls. "Whose is it?" Dean Kathin touches on the handprint and faints. While he dreams, he sees Alexis taking his job. "Move over, loser. I will take your place!" Next, he considers the heirs to laugh at him. "Dean Kathin is a loser," they said. Last, he sees the Knights waving their swords at him. "Die, motherfucker!" They chase him. Daah is standing over Dean Kathin's body as she charms him. "I am doing it for her!" She waves her hands as she taunts Dean Kathin. Ash plays video games with the boys when Sangharsh appears and pushes him down. "Shit," Ash said. Sansgharsh laughs. Ash gets up. "Are you okay?" Brock asks. "Yeah, I tripped." Ash notices his Winged Heart glowing bright red. "I think Kaante is here." "Again?" Jeremy asks. "She was at the first trip." "Well, we can stop her this time," Ulrich said. The boys rush to the floor lounge and see Dean Kathin in a nightmare bubble. "Like the one for the Tribulation Keepers," Brock said. "I think I can break it," Odd said. Odd calls out his Houndoom. "Ready?" "Hound," Houndoom answers. Odd places his Lunar Wing on his watch, and it glows. He moves his hands and draws a shape of a pentagon. Houndoom draws the same form with his horns. "Houndoom's Sonic Fire Fangs!" Houndoom breaks the nightmare bubble, and Ash's Winged Knight clears all traces of the charm. Dean Kathin wakes up and sees the boys. "Get back to your rooms!" "We saved you," Brock explains. "Now!" Dean Kathin shouts. At the same time, Sajin snuggles in bed with Dexter, "Are you okay?" Dexter asks. "Yeah, are you?" Sajin asks. "Yeah. However, I feel like Kaante did something." "Well, we will find out in the morning," Sajin said as he kissed Dexter on the forehead.
The next day, Dean Kathin is on the warpath. "Some students decided to prank me, and I don't like it." The students look at each either. Daah smiles but acts shocked. "Whoa, sir. How do you know it was one of us?" "Well, it has to be." "The jumbie," Rosé said. "If I hear one more talk about the jumbie, prom is canceled!" The students were quiet. "Good!" Jeremy texts the group. "We'll resume our search at the fountain once we're back at school. Kaante attacked Dean Kathin. We need to act now." The group nods. Ash sees Sansharsh, and he laughs at Ash. Ash growls and squeezes Allison's hand. Allison rests her head on Ash as Sangharsh growls, and Ash sticks his tongue out.
Back at school, the students say that the fountain water is gray. "What does this mean?" Jared asks. "She is out of the fountain," Hiroshima said. "She's here but not weak." "That means we can stop her." "Not yet. At this point, we have to stop her at her strongest. She will only get stronger if we try to stop her." Allison touches the water, and it feels like tar, and she gets a phone call. "Good morning. Am I speaking to Princess Alicinda?" "Yes, who is this?" "Lady Thanda." "It is a pleasure to hear from you again." "Wait, that is what I came to tell you. The woman you, Lord Jeremiah, Lady Hiroshima, and Rosé meet was not me." "Not you?" "No. I believe Kaante attacked me and took my place. She told you everything, but she also gave you nightmares. I saw it from the cameras. She tricked you into gaining a sense of who you all are." Allison is in shock. "What is going on?" Ash asks. "Lady Thanda. When we met her, it was Kaante." "What? It wasn't a test. Kaante did that to us!" Rosé exclaims. "She did," Jeremy said. "She wanted to bait us, and we took it." "Now, it's personal," Hiroshima said. "War," Ulrich said. Daah stops walking and holds her head. "War. They declared war! They know what we did." "Now, I have to up the game with those flies," Kaante said.
