I sighed and pulled out my keys. "Woh..." Utari quietly spouted- while Deidara was busy checking out the potted plants and smelling the minty breeze. Suddenly, the breeze picked up and a leaf flew into Deidara's mouth. He choked slightly, and Utari burst out laughing. "Alright now, it aint that funny..." I said, opening the door and walking in. "Alright now, nobody really asked you..." "Oop-" Deidara paused for a moment, looking between the two of us. I turned around and twitched my nose. "Boy, if you don't get yo off brand cherrios look- "H-HeyIdoikoI'mthirstydoyouhavesomewater?" Deidara interrupted quickly. I scoffed and nodded, walking into the kitchen to turn on the water tap. "Take off your shoes at the door," I called out to them, filling a glass and walking back into the hallway to hand it over to him. He gulped it down quickly, setting the glass on top of the shoe rack. "Thanks, Ido-" "Don't... put that there..." I said, picking the cup up again. "So, where does the rest of your stuff live?" Utari asked, toeing the huge line of space around the living room in the distance. I shrugged, putting my hand in my pocket. "I just live in a big flat. What's so bad about that?" He gave me a thumbs up and walked into the bathroom to explore. The room fell into an awkward silence. I shot Deidara a glance, but it looked like he had zoned out. "Oh... that reminds me," I spoke to break the silence. "Do you guys want anything specific for dinner?" "Yeah, actually," Utari called from the kitchen. "I'm up for some pizza!" I shrugged my shoulders and looked over at Deidara. He seemed to be staring at something in the distance and looked sort of confused. "De-" "Why do you..." He walked foward, but then took a step back. Then he took another, and another...and another.. until his back hit the door and he pointed forward. "W-woah..." I looked confused as I looked forward to see what he was pointing at, then back at him in a rush. "What?" He slowly began to chuckle as his eyebrows twitched slightly. "T-that demon... W-why do you... no... how.. how are you not scared of that? You kno-" He cut himself off and raised his hand. "Ido-" Suddenly, a large blast of ice came from around the corner, and somehow froze around a large invisible shape in the hallway. "HOLY SHIT!" Deidara exclaimed loudly as a huge ball of fire erupted from his hand at the object, causing it to explode into the air like dry ice. The smoke eventually cleared out, revealing Utari standing in the spot where the ice once was and looking mildly vexed. "What the hell was that, Deidara? And how did you not see that, Idoiko!?" Deidara shook his head, looking just as much dunid as Utari seemed. I was still staring at the spot- wide mouthed. "I have no idea-" Even I had to stop to take a moment to piece together all of the things that had just occured in my house. Utari and Deidara looked at each other, horrified. "You... didn't see that?"
