The scene opens to Knuckles Kaji in his room meditating with a faint green outline shimmering. He took deep breaths as he felt his Chaos Energy flowing like a river. His peaceful meditation was interrupted as he snapped his eyes open.
"What was that?! Was that the Chaos Emeralds?! It only means…" Knuckles thought as he looks his sheathed weapons.
"It's time…" He said seriously.
The scene changes to the upper levels where a lone Shadow Yaminagi was walking with a bag in his hand. A few shots of various people making exchanges at the various stands as the Ultimate Life Form proceeds by with his business. Then he stops as his eyes widen and then lifts his head to the sky.
"The Chaos Emeralds… that means Tails has begun to make his move. I have to hurry home and notify the others!" Shadow thought as he closed his eyes.
"舞台は整った。 これを終わらせる時が来ました。 カオス コントロール。(The stage is set. It's time to end this. Chaos Control.)" Shadow muttered in his native tongue as he teleports away startling a few bystanders.
At Leonardo Lionheart's office, the Haven headmaster sits at his desk in front of a blue holographic screen with the text "CALL END" before deactivating. Raven Branwen stands a few feet away from him, arms crossed and smiling.
"I still have questions for you." She says.
"You're not alone in that." He said back to her.
"You know, I never expected you would be the one to have the guts to betray Oz. Which makes me wonder, what does she have on you?" Raven inquired while walking to his desk.
"I'm helping her for the same reason you are - I'm afraid. We... we can't stop her... no one can…"
The Branwen Tribe Leader rolled her eyes. "That's why I tried to leave when I did. I'm not afraid, I'm smart."
"You can call it whatever you want, it doesn't really matter. We're here... helping her." The Lion Faunus buries his face in his hands, sighing. "I've crossed a line... I've done things that Ozpin will never forgive, and he shouldn't! I don't know where I go from here."
Raven slams her hands on the desk. "Man up! You did what you had to do to survive, there is no shame in that."
"Who are you trying to convince?" Lionheart faced her eyes, calling her out on her actions.
Raven doesn't say anything, she just leaves the room while Lionheart sadly leans back, sighing.
In Menagerie, the assault on the Belladonna Family Home continues but the camera pans up to Miles "Tails" Prower flying with the 7 Chaos Emeralds around him but then his eyes glance downward to see Yuma flying straight at him. He gasps as the Kitsune Faunus skids to a stop to evade his attack at the last minute.
"Grrr I have NO TIME for this!" Tails thought as he turned to glare at the Bat Faunus.
"Where do you think you're going? Shouldn't you be down there with your friends?" Yuma inquired as he charged at him again. Then he bore a surprised expression after seeing the Chaos Emeralds briefly before they disappeared.
"They can handle your reinforcements and the rest of your kind! But I have no time for you! So move out of my way!" Tails said as his right hand turned into the red cannon. "Before I make you move!"
Yuma said nothing as he charged at him thus making the Kitsune Faunus fire multiple Electro Balls at the Bat Faunus. Yuma manages to evade them and throws a punch that connects to Tails' face. Then he was electrocuted, making him yell in pain as the Twin-Tailed Genius' hands were covered in electricity (Voltage Hands). Tails bore a sore cheek as he dashed to Yuma with a left haymaker to the Bat Faunus' face that sent him hurling to the ground below. The Kitsune Faunus continues flying to his destination.
"I can't waste anymore time! I hope Blake and the others are okay…" He said as he looked at the smoking Belladonna Family Home.

Elsewhere, Blake Belladonna and Ilia Amitola stare at each other from their positions, both holding their weapons.
"Did you come in here to hide?" Blake inquired.
"I told you, I didn't want this." Ilia retorted, standing firm to her resolve.
"But you're still here!"
"I don't have a choice!"
"Of course you do!"
Ilia looks away, having nothing else to say on the matter.
The Shadowcat narrows her eyes. "Just… stay out of my way."
Blake puts Gambol Shroud on her back and starts walking away. Suddenly, Ilia leaps and charges at Blake but her form disappears. Blake then reappears a few feet away behind Ilia. The Shadowcat holds Gambol Shroud in a defensive stance, while Ilia begins to attack with the whip form of Lightning Lash. Blake dodges and rolls. She runs along the desks and chairs in the room as Ilia tries to use her whip to hit her. Blake manages to dodge and block Ilia's attacks, and uses her ribbon to wrap around Ilia's wrist. Ilia is pulled toward Blake, followed up with the latter kicking the Chameleon Faunus to the ground. The two then lock blades with each other.
"Why do you feel like we have to hurt people to get our way?!" Blake inquired with gritted teeth.
The Chameleon Faunus lets out a grunt of exertion. "Because it works!"
"Two wrongs don't make a right!" Blake retorted.
Ilia pulls the trigger on her weapon, generating an electrical charge that causes Blake to drop her katana a few feet away from her. Blake pulls out her cleaver, but Ilia jumps from the desk and does a turn kick that knocks Blake over another desk, causing her to drop her weapon. Ilia whips at Blake again, but she uses her Semblance to get out of the way. Blake takes cover behind a desk.
"Stop lecturing me!" Ilia hissed.
Blake peeks from behind the desk and notices Ilia's Grimm mask left behind on the ground. Ilia quietly turns the lights off in the room, causing it to go dark. Blake quickly goes to pick up her katana while Ilia sneaks around the room camouflaged. Blake hears a creak on the floor, Ilia quickly knocks her back. Blake uses the pistol form of her weapon to shoot at Ilia, who quickly evades the shots.
"Why couldn't you just leave?!"
The Cat Faunus closes her eyes as her weapon changes from its pistol form to the katana form. "Because I run away too much."
Blake dodges a couple more whips from Ilia who has moved up to the balcony. As she takes cover behind the desks, Blake takes out two cartridges - one with fire Dust and the other with ice. She loads the fire Dust cartridge in her weapon and aims at the shrubbery at the top corner of the room.
"Sorry dad…"
The Cat Faunus fires her weapon and the spreading flames start to light up the room, revealing Ilia's location. With camouflage not an option anymore, Ilia engages Blake in combat. The two start off with a mixture of sword clashes and hand-to-hand. Blake dodges out of the way of one of Ilia's attacks and starts shooting at her with the pistol form of her weapon. Ilia deflects the shots with her whip.
The Chameleon Faunus growls in frustration. "Quit taking potshots and fight me like you mean it!"
Blake dodges another one of Ilia's whips and lands on the balcony above her. She takes cover behind the railing.
"You used to see things the way I did! The way Adam did! If no one's going to do anything to stop the humans that attack us, then the only choice we have left... is to attack back!" Ilia barked as she balled her hand to a fist.
Blake loads another cartridge in her pistol and begins to fire at Ilia again. Ilia deflects the shots, but when she goes to use her whip again, her weapon is frozen in place. Suddenly, a ribbon is wrapped around her weapon as Blake pulls it away and she leaps from the balcony to kick Ilia to the ground. Blake holds her down.
"You're wrong, there's always another choice." Blake said with remorse in her eyes as she tightens her hold on her former friend as Ilia continues to struggle. "Ilia... please. You're a good person but you're making all the wrong decisions!"
"SHUT UP!" The Chameleon Faunus screamed in fury.
"Is this really what your parents would've wanted?!"
The scene transitions to Ilia's POV as her gaze on the floor began to blurry as her tears fell to the floor. Then her gasps turn to sobbing. "I don't know what else to do…"
Then the camera changes to Blake who closed her eyes as well as she shed tears of her own, feeling the various emotions of her former best friend.

Back with our flying Kitsune Faunus who was hovering above the center of Menagerie, where various of Faunus were looking up at him as he lowered himself down. The townspeople backed away from him as his feet landed on the ground. His sapphire blue eyes gazed at them, some felt intimidated, amazed by his ability to fly, and even curious on what he's going to do.
"Everyone. The people of Menagerie. I know you're concerned by the commotion going on at Kuo Kuana! The White Fang has begun their assault on the Belladonna Family to try to silence them for speaking out against their plans! They're involved with Adam Taurus! One of the ring leaders who aided the enemy who initiated the Battle of Beacon last year!" Tails said, getting the townspeople to gasp in shock and then they began talking. Then the murmuring turned to screaming as the crowd began scattering due to more White Fang members armed with guns burst from the crowd and began firing at him.
The Twin-Tailed Genius gasped but vanished for a moment before the armed White Fang members were violently shocked by electricity as Tails appeared again with his Electro Sword activated. The WF members stood in place as they fell, still being coated in electricity (Stun Slash). He sighs as the Kitsune Faunus looks at the stunned WF members, but he gets tackled by Yuma who is choking Tails with a sick smile on his face. Some of the bystanders were shocked by this. A Goat Faunus man tried charging at the Bat Faunus but he was shot by another WF Member and more of them came on the scene aiming their weapons at the crowd making them back up but a few of them rebelled and tried to step in to only be shot down. The WF members nodded as they began shooting at the crowd. The Twin-Tailed Genius saw this and enough was enough. He gripped both of Yuma's arms and gradually pulled his hands away from his neck. Then he placed both feet on Yuma's chest and kicked him upwards and then he performed a butterfly kick to Yuma's face knocking him out and sent him into one of the WF Members, knocking them down. They turned their weapons but they didn't even have the chance to pull the trigger as they were all airborne by an orange flash. Then the same orange flash struck them again and they were sent away in different directions. The orange flash revealed to be Tails stops in front of the bunch of bodies that laid before him. It was a bloody mess. He fell to his knees as he cried.

"I'm sorry! I'm sorry! I'm sorry!" Tails said in between sobs as the camera changed to his shadow and his tears hitting the ground.
His heart was in pain of seeing and hearing all of the Faunus trying to help him die for his sake. All the bodies of the Faunus that attempted to step in to aid him. Then the moonlight broke through the smoky night sky on him. The Twin-Tailed Genius stayed there for a bit until he opened his eyes seeing his right hand enshrouded in a multi-colored aura. He started at his hand before having an epiphany. He hastily stood up and grabbed his Scroll and dialed Knuckles.

Back at the House in Mistral, Knuckles is walking down the stairs till he feels his phone vibrate in his pocket. He pulled the device out to see his eyes widen as he saw the Caller ID. Knuckles immediately accepted the call as he held his Scroll to his ear.
"Tails! Are you ready for the ritual? WHAT?!" Knuckles hollered, getting everyone's attention. "This isn't the plan! Tikal and the Neowalker told us that myself, Shadow, and yourself are supposed to do this and besides, you don't have too much experience with Chaos Energy! You don't know if your body can handle it!"
"Tails…" Sonic muttered.
Knuckles lightly growls as he closes his eyes for a moment, he opens them and looks at Sonic, Ruby, Weiss, Yang, Jaune, Pyrrha, Ren, and Nora. The Speedy Faunus nods with a smirk on his face. "Alright then… be careful Tails. We'll be looking out for any indication for the ritual."
Tails nods as he ends the call and takes a look at the bodies of the deceased Faunus. Then he looks at the moon again as he closes his eyes as the 7 Chaos Emeralds appeared around him and they started spinning around him gradually picking up speed till they became blurs and his hair began standing.
"セブンサーバーはセブンカオスです。 カオスは力です。 心が豊かになる力。 コントローラーはカオスを統合するものです。 どうか、ファウナスの未来を取り戻したいという私の心からの願いを叶えてください。自由の戦士を連れてきて、セーラムの影に包まれたヘイヴンを解放してください! (The Seven Servers are the Seven Chaos. Chaos is power. Power enriched by the heart. The Controller is the one that unifies the Chaos. Please, grant my heart's desire of bringing back the future of the Faunus and bring the Warriors of Freedom to liberate the enshrouded Haven in the shadow of Salem!)" Tails chanted as he got a green aura and his eyes glowed green as the scene fades to white.
Then a multicolored beam of light shone and reached the heavens above. Then we get a shot of Blake, Sun, Ghira, Ilia, Kali, and the rest of the Faunus shielding their eyes from the light. The pillar of light expanded covering the continent of Menagerie as the camera pans into the light. Then we see Tails in a white void with his eyes closed. He smiled as he uttered two words:
"カオス コントロール。(Chaos Control.)"
Then the beam of light expanded rapidly as the light enshrouded Remnant as the scene fades to white.

The scene opens back to Menagerie where it is enshrouded in some dense fog. Blake and Sun were on guard as the rest of the Menagerie Guard made their way to the front of the crowd to guard them from an unknown threat. The people were starting to panic as none of the Faunus couldn't see through the dense veil of fog.
"Calm down people! We have our guards in the 'U Formation'! Whatever is lurking in this fog, we'll take care of it!" Saber Rodentia told the crowd, trying to settle them down.
"Man! This is some fog! I don't think Menagerie gets fog this thick does it?!" Sun asked, being quite nervous.
Ghira looks at his daughter with concern on his face. "Blake! Do you know what is going on with this fog?!"
"I don't know! We're in uncharted territory Dad but I trust Tails! He should get back up soon!" The Shadowcat replied as she kept her Gambol Shroud.
Then the fog began dissipating as the Faunus were hearing a single pair of footsteps, then they heard multiple footsteps as they see a lone figure that had two tails wagging slightly, which made Blake's eyes widen as she went to Saber.
"Wait! That's Tails! Hold your soldiers!" Blake told the captain of the Menagerie Guard as she went through the crowd with Sun in tow.
"Lower your weapons!" Saber commanded as the guards followed orders.
Both Blake and Sun went through the crowd and guards as they stood in front him. Their anticipation turned into surprise as they saw orange eyes in front of them, then light blue, emerald green, sky blue, two pairs of green eyes, deep violet, and many more different colored eyes appeared in the fog, surprising them and the Faunus behind them. The vast number of eyes is what caused them to stagger back as the fog dissipated more as the Faunus' eyes gasped at the sight before them.
"Oh… my… Oum…" Uttered a speechless Kali.
"There are so many Faunus… where did they come from?" The Belladonna Patriarch asked, flabbergasted at the sight of multiple Mobian-Faunus Hybrids before them.
"Make way for the King of the Acorn Kingdom! King Elias Acorn of Mobius!" Tails spoke in a loud voice sounding like a general as he stood aside.
"King? Mobius?" Ilia repeated as the crowd of Faunus began murmuring.
The Mobian-Faunus Hybrids split around the middle as a figure was approaching the Faunus. As they got a closer look at the approaching figure, they gasped in shock and began kneeling, confusing the Belladonna Family and the Menagerie Guard until they saw the figure. They too began kneeling as the figure revealed to be a young man who looks to be in his early 20s. His height of 5'10, melatonin skin, blue eyes, auburn hair that reached to the his neck, a long bushy squirrel tail, wearing a golden crown that laid firm on his head, along with the crown; he wore heavy mechanical-looking blue boots and a red cape with his blue uniform jacket, blue pants, along his side is a sheath for a sword as he carried the blade as he approached. The Mobian/Squirrel-chipmunk Faunus stopped and planted his sword into the ground as his red cape fluttered in the wind. He is Elias Acorn! The King of Mobius!
"Rise, fellow warriors! We come from a realm far different than your own! We have come to give you aid in this trying time! The Walkers have sent Mobius' best fighters to your cause! Hope you all accept us!" Elias spoke in a smooth and regal voice.
The camera pans to Elias' face as he opens his eyes as the scene freezes frame on his smiling face as the scene fades to black.
