A bloodied Abigor and three others ran into Cellblock A of Hope's Lament while Eadbhert was there waiting for them. Abigor helped a member lie down on a cell bed as he panted hard from his wounds.
"What happened!?" Eadbhert asked as Abigor coughed up a fair amount of blood.
"Police... they caught onto us and ambushed us before we could kill of more people." Abigor explained as the other members in his group collapsed on different beds, "We managed to kill five of them and get away, but lost Francis and the rest on the way." Abigor winced from the pain of his wounds, "This one officer got me well... right in the stomach."
Eadbhert teared up at seeing his friend and leader dying and gripped his hand, "Y-You can't die now... you're our leader!" Eadbhert tried to help Abigor up but was met by groans of pain... "Please..."
"I... can't last much longer Eadbhert... unless... you sacrifice yourself for our cause..." Abigor coughed out more blood and put his hand on Eadbhert's cheek, "Your ability... your... invincibility... mixed with my power over the mind will let us be unstoppable... it's our only chance..."
Eadbhert closed his eyes and scowled in a mix of anger and sadness, "Fine... I'll make the sacrifice... so our efforts won't be in vain..." Eadbhert told Abigor, who gave a smile before sinking to the ground.
"Abigor!" One of the members called out as Eadbhert turned to them.
"I'm alright." Abigor reassured the three, now using Eadbhert's body as his own, "I may lose all of you today... but know that I will not let everything we've done here today go to dust! I will figure out how to expand the field... and I will kill every last soul in this damned world to purify it!"
The other members gave hopeful looks as they all slowly bled out from their injuries. Abigor gritted his teeth as he took their bodies... somewhere before returning to the cell block to hide his body as well, "One day... this plan will be complete... mark. my. words..." Abigor told himself as he knew that now he wouldn't be able to leave the prison without returning to his original body and dying... he would wait, and it didn't matter if hundreds of years passed... as he believed he would eventually get what he wanted.
