"Dear lord." Amelia gasped and slammed down a magical containment before Pettigrew could get his act together and change back into a rat.

"Sirius Black is innocent." Mad eye growled. He looked over at Amelia, a frown pulling at his scarred face.

Shacklebolt stunned Pettigrew before he could get away.

"Hell." Kingsley said. "This is...big Boss."

"I know." Amelia rubbed her face. "Here's what we do, get him in magic and animagus suppressor cuffs I'll talk to Crouch, if we make it his idea he wont make a fuss."

Amelia true to her word talked to Crouch, she had been put in Hufflepuff but could've been a Sytherin with the way she could manipulate people. Sirius was given a full pardon and money.

Sirius went to the Ministry to receive his money then went to Gringotts to sort out his inheritance.

He sat in the kitchen with the Founders Sirius Amelia and the Grangers.

"So, wait tell me again..the kids are going to basically bring back the Dragon riders?" Sirius asked. "And they'll get to go see the only other still living dragon riding master..your own teacher?"

"Yes that about sums it up." Godric nodded.

Sirius scrubbed his face. He was still thin but getting better all the time.

"I feel like I need a drink." he muttered.

"That's how I felt." Amelia agreed.

".Same." Severus nodded.

"Ok…ok I can work with that." Sirius said. "I can.. Ok I can do this I can be supportive and helpful." he breathed slowly trying to center himself the way Helga had helped him relearn.

"We'll ease you into this Padfoot." Severus said. "When you're feeling up to it I'll need your help with their magical training."

Sirius nodded. "Yeah, yeah I can do that."
The adults went to go look for the kids who were hanging out in the yards with their dragons.
"Oh look." Emma Granger smiled. They could see the kids just goofing off together with Blaises little sister. They were playing a game that seemed to be a mix of hide and seek and tag.

"It's good to see them being kids." Sirius said. "They're gonna have so much on their shoulders."
"We try to help them find balance." Helga said. "We dont want to ruin their childhoods, even if we must train them."

The others nodded in agreement.
Soon it was time to return to school; the dragons waited until a storm to return first and get settled.
"I feel off without Iris." Hannah mumbled She and Susan settled into their compartment to wait for some of their Hufflepuff friends.

They couldn't draw attention to each other by hanging out with the other young Riders.

"Me too, it's weird without Apollo." Susan agreed before turning the conversation to something innocuous as Ernie MacMillon came up to the door.

The ride to Hogwarts was thankfully uneventful as was the feast. The only new bit of news was the new Defense teacher Remus Lupin.
