Michi sat up in his room, he looked at the clock, 3:04 am. He couldn't sleep... He let out an exhausted and frustrated getting, falling back into bed... he could hear Mari's soft snoring across the plane, he rolled his eyes as he rolled over in bed.
"On you being the man I'd fall in-love with!"
He sat up instantly, hitting himself on the head, pulling on his hair.
"stop. Stop. Stop. You can't. You know you can't... stop this shit Michi. Close your mind... close your heart."
Michi took a deep breath, exhaling. He recollected himself.

Michi knocked on Mari's door, he could hear her wake up, she fell out of bed, She talked as she knew Michi could hear her, slight panic could be heard in her voice
"what's up? You need something?"
Michi slid down Mari's wall, as he sat next to her door
"could we... could we talk?"
Mari paused for a second, Michi didn't dare speak
"if you want to talk Michi, then talk."
Michi took a deep breath, he choked on his own words
"were... were you really just "kidding" with me?"
Mari hesitated, she remembered Michi's horrified face, her own was filled with regret. She didn't want to lose her friend... from either one for all or this... awkwardness
"what... do you want my answer to be?"
"pardon?"
"did you want it to be a joke, or did you want me to be serious?"
Michi sighed... he was lost in his own feelings
"I... I don't know..."
a few tears fell from Mari's face
"your face said otherwise..."
"huh?"
Michi could hear sniffling on the other side of the door, his heart dropped from the sound
"Mari, it's not that I don't want.. it's just..."
Michi stood up, placing his hand on the door, his voice was filled with regret
"please... um... don't cry."
Mari chuckled slightly, wiping her tears,
"don't flatter yourself, who says I was crying for you?"
Michi's hand slowly fell from the door.. he could no longer tell if she was joking or being serious
"a-Ah... right... Mari, what's your plan after this?"
"my plan?"
"I mean... I know Shizu and Fugu will be your friends, probably your best, and they'll help you through anything and every-"
"why are you talking like you'll be gone?"
Michi hesitated
"because I might-"
Mari slammed the door open, Michi was face to face with a crying Mari
"Bull shit!"
Mari put her finger in Michi's face, walking towards him, Michi backed away into his room
"You don't get to act like you'll be gone like this! For all we know Sam Topper is a GREAT choice for One for All! Then you live your life quirkless, WE WILL STILL BE FRIENDS, GROW UP TOGETHER, AND ILL GET TO PROPERLY..."
Mari hesitated, she was inches away from Michi's face, Michi's face was slightly panicked and stressed
"properly.. what?"
Mari wiped her face again, she repeatedly looked at Michi's lips, and at his eyes, her sadness was replaced by anger
"GOD YOU ARE SO FRUSTRATING SOMETIMES, YOU KNOW THAT?!"
Michi tried to deescalate the situation
"Mari, you're clearly stressed-"
"MICHI! DO YOU, OR DO YOU NOT LOVE ME?"
Michi stopped breathing hearing her question
"Michi.. you and I can't deny it, we've had some moments, some hot... some confusing... and... please.. I can't be the only one who sees this! So tell me. Do you... or do you not love me?"
Michi stared at Mari, his heart felt like it was exploding, it was hurting but in a good way, he gulped hard, as his mouth opened, nothing could come out... he couldn't tell her that he loved her... but he couldn't just... lie.

Michi hesitated, he couldn't come up with an answer for her, he reached for her, but his hand was slapped away the instant he approached her, Mari turned around returning to her room, slamming the door closed.
Michi fell onto his bed, tears started falling from his eyes, he was stressed out by both situations.. he couldn't just leave Mari hanging but One for All took his full attention..
Mari's spirit watched Michi, she noticed his reaction, letting out a sad sigh returning to her body.

Landing
theme: "run, Jump, Climb, dying light 2"
as everyone woke up, the pilot announced that they have arrived to New York City, as the Japanese students peered out the window, they saw a massive mega city below, cars, and buildings were clearly futuristic in America, but "futuristic" was today Shizu shouted
"Hey! Fugu, Toma Yoko is out there somewhere doing her internship in America! Maybe we can go visit her after the One for All situation is finished!"
Fugu nodded, she hadn't seen her friend in years, it's been too long, but Shizu and her were clearly excited
Nemui approached Michi and Mari from behind, placing his hands on both of their shoulder, pulling them in closer
"you kids ready?! After 12 hours we've finally made it!"
Michi and Mari pulled away from each other, Michi glared at his dad with depressed eyes,
"Ah... shit. We'll talk later Michi."
As they landed in a designated area, Michi stepped out of the plan, he blocked the bright sun from his eyes, he could barely see, as he looked down, he saw a man with long, blonde hair, in a red white and blue themed outfit, with a giant grin, the tall, strong man offered his hand to Michi
"Michi Shinomori I presume! I am Mr. America! Cameron Bate! But you can call me Cameron!"
Michi basked in the massive man, the man was atl east as tall as Prime All Might, Michi shook his hand Michi tried his best to speak english
"Nice to... to meat you, with me. Michi am!"
Cameron laughed hard as he slapped Michi on the back,
"Good attempt my Japanese friend! Do we have anyone that speaks more fluently?"
Everyone but Michi raised their hands proudly, Michi scratched his head slightly embarrassed. He has never been good at learning English. Mr. America took the students on a short tour of in the American Airforce base, to calm the nerves of the crew, Michi looked at Mr. America
"Ah- what is... what is your... boom boom?"
"My... boom boom?"
Michi quickly turned around, turning to Shizu
"パワーって英語くそでなんて言うの?" (What the fuck is "Quirk" In English?!)
"Quirk."
"Ah! Quirk!"
Mr. America laughed,
"My quirk is Durability! I can take any sort of damage and shrug it off like it was nothing!"
Michi nodded, but was a bit distressed
"Please... tal r! No... no understand fast."
Mr. America began talking slower
"I have been informed, that we are ready, for you to meet Sam."
Mr. America and Michi began walking towards a Silo, Mr. America turned around
"We will be back with everyone after the interview, one of my fellow associates will be around to pick you all up soon!"
Shizu and everyone looked at each other slightly concerned. Mari stared at Michi as he left Shizu approached Mari
"could you do your... spy thing?"
"really? Really Shizu?"
"Please.. something fishy is happening here."
Mari let out a sigh, she looked around as soldiers were walking around the camp
"Catch my body."
Mari slumped over into Shizu's hands Her slowed spirit started using obstacles around the airspace to catch up to Michi, she wrapped herself around him, by accident she started listening to his thoughts
"Midoriya, what do you think of this situation?"
"It's odd that they feel inclined to take you to a secluded spot to meet this boy. Please, ten, be on the look out."
Mari's eyes widened realizing that she was currently listening in on the conversations between the users of One for All
Michi was led into a small, dark room, in front of him was a black haired little boy, his arms were folded neatly, and the boy seemed to have a bright smile on his face
"Ah- Hello- Mr... Topper! Michi! am!"
Mari rolled her eyes, he was hopeless with English
Sam Topper looked at Michi with confused eyes, "Hello?"
Michi sat down across from the boy
"How... how... Old! how old are.. you!?"
"I'm eleven."
"Eleven, eleven! Good, good age! Do you... want to be... hero?"
Sam exhaled the smile still on his face
"My mom was a big strong hero! She saved our country from so many bad, bad people... But, she wasn't strong enough... She died defending our country, and since then, I've wanted nothing but to carry on her legacy, so I could show the world how amazing she was! I want to carry on her legacy!"
Michi nodded, he surprisingly got all of what the boy said, Mari looked at the boy with a relieved smile she thought
"This is the perfect boy for this! The search is completed, before it ever really started!"
Michi's face went straight, his fixed his posture.. in perfect English he spoke
"Why, have you all lied to me?"
Michi slowly looked at the one way glass, Mari was surprised by Michi's reaction, and she jumped through the wall, upon investigation she could see dozens of government officials and "Heroes" What exactly is going on here?!
Mari grabbed back onto Michi
"There was no Sam Topper, was there?"
"What do you mean? I'm right here...?"
Michi looked at the one way glass, slamming his hands into the table as he stood up, his hand prints left on the metal table
"When Izuku Midoriya was my age, less than 3% of the population was quirkless all over the world! Since then those numbers have drastically shrunk! The chances of you finding an eleven year old quirkless boy are less likely than winning the damn lotter-"
Michi felt a piercing headache hit his brain, something was wrong, the moment Michi recognized the feeling described to him, he dodged backwards, listening to the feeling, after dodging backwards, he looked to his left, it was the little boy that shot the laser
The Fourth's gift... Danger Sense!

the boy slowly morphed into a tall, blonde haired teenager, no younger than Michi.
"who the hell are you?!"

"name's Scotch Bate."
Michi recognized the last name, for the first time, Michi activated One for All, at 3 percent! Upon activation, his body was engulfed by an orange hue. He kicked the table into the air, and launched it into Scotch's face, Michi turned his head, feeling the alarm of Danger sense, he dropped to the floor and rolled out of the way of gun fire,
Scotch launched the table into the doorway Michi entered from... it was now blocked, Scotch exhaled sharply, muttering,
"My strength now rivals One for All."
Michi's Danger Sense set off increasingly worse, he felt the hand of a user grab onto his shoulder, it was the third!
"Ten! Quickly, activate Fa Jin, One for All and your original quirk all at once!"
Michi nodded, "Yessir!"
Michi twisted his body, activating Agony, ten rings instead of his original six appeared on his bodyMichi ran towards the two way mirror, he took a deep breath as his legs began to glow
The Third's gift... Fa Jin!
"Faux, 55%!"
Michi bursted through the two way mirror, upon entry he sent many officials and soldiers flying, Michi saw Mr. America, the man had a sinister smile on his face,
"MICHI!"
"MARI?!"
Michi dodged away from Mr. America's grasp, the man tried capturing Michi
"MARI! GET TO EVERYONE, WARN THEM THAT THIS WAS ALL A TRAP-"
Michi was grabbed by Mr. America, who began to do a bear hug, crushing Michi
"WHAT THE HELL IS THIS STR- AGUUGHFHUHGGHHHH"
Michi felt his ribs snap, the intensity of the pain made him lose control of one for all, Michi readied his arm, landing a blow on Mr. America.
Mari Nagamine
Mari jumped from corridor to corridor, upon exiting the building, she saw her friends and teachers fighting American soldiers, it seems right after Mari and Michi left, they were attacked Mari saw her body being dragged away, the moment she entered it, she flipped her body onto the soldiers, twisting her own body and sending him flying into the wall
"GUYS!"
Mari dodged multiple soldiers and gun fire, and hid behind a wall with her friends
"It was a damn set up!"
Shizu held his bleeding shoulder, the exit wound was massive
"OH SHIT I DIDNT NOTICE, HEY FUGU, YOU THINK THIS MIGHT BE A TRAP?"
Fugu launched over 20 clones from the shadows to the soldiers
"NOT THE TIME SHIZU!"
Karasu was dashing from soldier to soldier, disarming them, and sending them flying. Nemui was holding cover from whoever was in trouble, and Masa was entering his mist form to take down any and all soldiers Nemui shouted to Masa
"MASA! TRACK DOWN MY SON! IM GOING AFTER HIM!"
Masa activated his hearing quirk, right when a massive explosion went off, Masa's ear started ringing.
half of the Airforce building was blasted away, Michi launched out of the building, his arm was completely shattered and his face was full of panic, he fell next to his friends and family. Shizu pulled his friend behind cover
"Michi! Shit are you okay?!"
Michi tried living his right arm, but he couldn't move it at all
"We've got to get out of here! These men... they are.. they are terrifying monsters!"
Nemui turned his head towards his son with a terrified look
"Monsters?! What do you mean?!"
Mr. America slowly rose from the destroyed building, half of his body, and head were missing, he slowly regenerated as Scotch landed next to his brother, the two slowly walked towards the group. Mr. America spoke as his jaw regenerated
"For, Democracy."
"For our freedom."
Michi stood up quickly, activating Fa Jin, Agony, and Danger Sense
"Get back to the plane! I'll catch up when I can!!"
Michi squatted repeatedly, building up energy for Fa Jin, he began to walk towards the two villains with a determined look, he took in a deep breath. Scotch laughed
"SO, YOU'RE GONNA TRY AGAIN? ONE HANDED?!"
Michi looked down at his hand, he could see his blood through his jacket and he knew it was bad, he took a deep breath as he tried to bend his fingers, he could barely make a fist, Michi shrugged
"I never liked fair fights to begin with."
"Cheeky."
Mari helped an Injured Shizu towards the plane, everyone hastily made their way towards the Plane, except for Nemui
"I'm going back for my son! He's not fighting alone in this battle! Karasu get everyone to safety!"
Karasu nodded, rushing towards the plane as everyone piled in, Mari took a deep breath laying down on a chair
"I'll be back!! Nemui and Michi are going to need call outs!"
Karasu turned his head, filled with shock he screamed
"NAGAMINE WAIT-"
Mari was already on her way, she grappled onto Nemui
"Sir! I will be your eyes on the back of your head, please listen for my call outs!"
Nemui shuttered as he used his quirk to boost towards the noisy battle
"Jesus, has anyone ever told you, how creepy your voice sounds like this?!"

Michi dodged backwards, Mr. America hand multiple unnamed quirks, whilst Scotch had some intense power, but the two of them together made it almost impossible for Michi to fight them, they were too quick, the only thing keeping him alive right now is his bursts of Fajin plus Agony, Michi dodged backwards, knocking down a pillar with a single kick, and then using the falling pillar to launch Mr. America backwards
Scotch threw a punch at Michi, Michi promptly dodged and head butted the... villain? Michi used Fa Jin to launch himself into the air, putting the rest of the energy in his arm, he flexed his arm over and over to build up more
Scotch launched himself towards Michi,
"I can steal, One for All."
Michi's danger sense went off, he used Fa Jin in a downward motion to launch himself farther into the air, dodging Scotch's attack Michi reorientated himself in the air, right when he heard a scream of a man, grappling onto him, Michi flew towards the ground as Mr. America held onto him.
"This is gonna sting-" right before landing on the ground, Nemui used his quirk to slice through Mr. America's arms, then used his quirk to grab onto his son, he pulled him into safety, the father and son stood side by side,
"Dad?!"
Mari tapped Michi on the head "And Mari!"
Nemui had a serious look on his face
"Son.. you are right.. these are no mere humans. These are monsters..."
Mr. America regenerated his arms, letting out a sinister laugh
"Aww pops! Don't ruin the surprise for him!"
Nemui had a flashback, remembering Hokori, the only remaining lieutenant, who was put under witness protection by America.. he let out an aggressive yell
"GODDAMMIT HOKORI!! MAKING LIEUTENANTS FOR THE AMERICAN GOVERNMENT NOW?!"
Scotch laughed as he stood up,
"I can regenerate to my previous state..."
Scotch pointed at his brother
"he may look older... but he's actually only four years old... you're right. He was created by Hokori, under the request of me."
Nemui and Michi looked at each other, Michi spoke out
"and who are you exactly?"
"I told you my name, and my story, Michi you really don't recognize my quirk? God, you Japanese really are self absorbed, you kill our number one hero over forty years ago, and you can't even make it an effort to remember her?!"
Michi felt Deku grab onto his shoulder
"no... it can't be... that's..."
Scotch put his hands out
"I'm a test tube baby of America's one and only..."

"I can copy quirks to the exact detail."
Scotch's body filled with rings, similar to Michi's he began to glow, but in some sort of way, he was slightly restricted
"Ah... so this is your original quirk?! Interesting.. it hurts.. just to... breathe?"
Michi felt Mari's presence
"Listen.. the plane is going to be flying any second now! I'm going to grab onto Scotch and put him in a daze! I know you can deal with Mr. Chump by yourself!"
"Wait! Mari how are you going to follow us back?!"
Mari laughed softly
"I'll hitch a ride!! It's what I'm good at!"
Scotch got ready to charge Michi Mr. America already ran towards the father and son
"MICHI!!!!-"
scotch softly gasped, stopping in place,
"no... no... not this place... I swear.. I swear it wasn't me.. the kid's delusional.."
Mr. America charged Michi, after a few exchanged blows Michi landed a powerful kick, sending Mr. America into the ground, Michi yelled on the top of his lungs as Nemui grabbed his son's arm
"MARI!! WE GOTTA GO, NOW!!"
Mari tried letting go of the tranced Scotch, but the moment she did, he instantly woke up, Mari kept her hold on him, unsure of what to do
"MARI COME ON-"
Nemui pulled his son towards himself, using his quirk to launch himself towards the airborne plane. Michi and Nemui both got onto the plane, Michi turned around
"MARI!!!!l"
Mari let go of the hold on Scotch, she started floating into the sky, realizing she could not reach the plane in time, it was going to fast
"hmf... what a cheap trick."
Michi looked down at Scotch, panic started to set in
"WE NEED TO GO BACK! ILL GO BACK! SHE'LL GRAB ON TO ME, THEN ILL JUMP BACK UP HERE, EASY! SCOTCH WONT BE ABLE TO GET TO-"
Karasu and Nemui looked at each other... Nemui remembered what Mari said to him before she put Scotch into a trance
"If push comes to shove, leave my spirit! As long as my body is alive I can one day return to it! This is my choice! Please, One for All is what matters right now!"
Nemui nodded at Karasu, the two parents grabbed onto Michi, pulling him into the plane, Michi tried pulling away
"no... NO NO NO NO!!! STOP STOOOOP!! YOU'RE KILLING HER IF YOU DO THIS!! SHE DOESNT KNOW HOW LONG SHE CAN LAST WITHOUT A BODY!! STOP STOP STOP!! DAD PLEASE, UNCLE PLEASE I BEG I BEG!! DONT DO THIS..."
Michi pulled away, almost jumping out of the plan, until he was pulled back in by Shizu, Masa, and Fugu
"GODDAMMIT DONT DO THIS!!! NOOOOO-"
Michi was pulled into the plane, falling next to Mari's body, he looked at her as tears fell from his eyes
"please... I... I love her... I have to make things right... I have"

Scotch lifted his hand into the air, aimed at the airborne plane
"I can shootlasers from my hands."
Suddenly, a laser cut through the plane, splitting it in two, Michi grabbed onto Mari's body, as Fugu and Shizu grabbed onto each other. Whilst Masa pushed his kids to safety, hearing the lazer before it's initial impact.. Shinomori used his quirk to hold himself on one side of the plane, Karasu was fastened in a seat. Kou tried flying the crashing aircraft, and began to sweat
"THERE'S NO WAY- WE'RE MISSING THE BOTTOM HALF OF THE PLANE, EVERYONE, BRACE!!!"
as the plane crashed, the hull of the plane was breached, pulling Michi, Mari, Shizu, and Fugu out of the plane, leaving them free falling
Michi slowly opened his eyes... the setting sun made the word colored a blood orange as he was free falling, coming back to his senses, he saw his friends free falling all around him, Michi began to stress out , trying to formulate a plan...
the fifth grabbed Michi's shoulder
"HEYA KID! IT'S TIME FOR ONE FOR ALL'S (not biased) BEST QUIRK! MINE!"
Michi put his arm out, as he tried to focus, he became frustrated with its unresponsiveness
"NO THATS RIGHT KID!! LET THE ANGER CONTROL THE QUIRK!!"
Michi tried again to summon the fifth's quirk, until finally, three black whips appeared from his forearm, grabbing onto Fugu, Shizu and Mari's comatose body

Michi reorientated himself, using his built up energy of Fajin to slow down their descend, the students fell into a grove of trees
Michi fell, branch after branch in his face, until his face met with a tree trunk. Sending him unconscious
