for the past couple of days, Ryan and Team RWBY were in the training grounds, with Team RWBY teaching Ryan some of their skills, with Ryan getting some of his training in with them. Ruby was teaching him about weapon combinations, and how to do some of her own moves with a scythe. Weiss then taught him how to utilize dust with his Strange Fate Magic Glyphs. Blake taught him how to create elemantal clones of himself with his Shadow Clone Jutsu. And Yang taught him her style of hand to hand combat.
One day after training, before class, Ryan grabbed his things, and Summoned Excavaliere, "You four go on ahead," Ryan told his teammates, "I have some work to do."
"Where are you going?" Yang asked.
"Just into the city," Ryan replied, revving Excavaliere's engine, "But I'll be back in time for the bracket reveal... OH, Ruby, My homework for professor Port is on the Nightstand, Turn it in for me would ya?"
"Sure!" Ruby replied, as Ryan hit the throttle, and like a drag racecar, He was off like a bullet, and headed into Vale. Team RWBY looked at Ryan go, before heading to class.
(2 and a half hours later)
Ryan went back to his team's room to drop off some things, and to his surprise, he saw two things. The first thing that caught his eye was Steven Tyler's microphone, and stand, that he got for Christmas. Wrapped around it were 16 stips of silk, Ten of them were three feet long each, each of them having their own unique pattern. And the other six were five and a half feet long. Three of them were Brown, Black, and Whitem while the other three were black with white leopard spots, White with Black Leopard spots, and gold with Black Leopard spots. Ryan walked up to his Best Christmas Gift ever, and saw a note attached to it. It said, 'To Ryan... My only son... I don't know where you are in the world right now... But know this... I love you from the bottom of my heart... Your father, M.'
"I miss you too, Dad." Ryan replied, as he looked over to His, Blake and Yang's bunk, and saw a large metal box on it, with a note. Ryan grabbed the second note, and read it. It said, 'Ryan, you might not know who I am, but I know who you are. Ryan Alpha told me to give this to you, in case of an... accident. So when the time is Right, put it on, and you'll be ready. Good luck, Azrael. From, your friend, Thorin!'
"Thorin?" Ryan wondered, "Who in the Depths of Hell is Thorin? And I haven't been called 'Azrael' since High School." Ryan placed the note to the side of his bags from his shopping spree, and opened the box to see a mechanical right Arm. The arm has a black base with yellow plating. The fingers are red with black joints, excluding the ring finger, it was all an emerald green color, with the symbol of an equal sign having a circle in the middle. The Whole thing had a custom Hot Rod Flame design, with the hand being red flames, the forearm being orange flames, and from the shoulder down to the elbow, was all yellow flames. Ryan took a moment to look at the amazing design the arm had, and thought of a cool name for it, "I'll call you the Flame Breaker." Ryan closed the box, placed it inside his weapons bag. and looked out the window.
"A lot has happened over the time I'm here at Beacon," Ryan thought to himself, "First, I arrived in Remnant... Then I join the greatest team in Beacon for a second time... I... Died... Then Alpha and Rabbit brought me back to life... and now..." A smile came to Ryan's face, "Me and Yang are dating... Even I still can't believe it... and what's better... That was my First kiss..." Ryan covered his heart with his hands, and closed is eyes, "And now... I'm finally happy."
*Bzzt* *Bzzt* Ryan took his phone out of his pocket, and saw a text from Ruby. 'Where R U? Glynda is about to reveal the bracket!' "Shit, Better get to class!" Ryan said, as he headed for the door, but stopped. Ryan looked back at his clothes he just got, as a lightbulb came into his head, "Although..." He smirked, "Glynda wouldn't mind if I arrived fashionably late?" Ryan went to the bags, grabbed whatever clothing combination he could find, and headed for the bathroom.
(15 Minutes Later)
In the sparring arena, Nezuko had finished up her Spar with Android #18, with the Demon sister of Tanjiro being victorious. The two headed back to their respective teams, as Glynda and Ozpin took to the floor, "Now..." Ozpin began, "We all know that you're all excited for the Vytal tournament. As is everyone on Remnant... But... Due to us having some... Visitors... from another world, the counsil has decided to let them compete in exhibition matches... To show the people how they fight."
"THAT'S GREAT!" Silver said in excitement.
"HELL YEAH!" Ryūko added.
"Yeah!" Inosuke pumped his fist into the air.
"Now..." Glynda began, "Before we reveal the exhibition matches, we will show the teams that will fight in the first round match... With the exception of one of the exhibition teams fighting a team here at Beacon..." Glynda tapped some inputs on her scroll, as a giand holographic screen showed up above the sparing arena, "Now... Twelve of the teams have been selected for Round one," Glynda continued, "So... as Host... Beacon will reveal the last four teams, Starting with the Two teams that will Kick off Round One." Glynda pressed a button on her scroll, and the screen revealed images of a girl with a dark complexion, platinum blonde hair with pinsin them, and olive green eyes. A young man with lightly-tanned skin, amber eyes, and black hair. a young girl with light green hair swept to her right, with teal eyes and fair complexion, wearing two black facial markings on her cheeks. And a young man with a dark complexion and blue eyes, long pink hair tied back into a short ponytail, with an undercut, and the undercut portion of his hair is black. "First... Team ABRN of Haven Academy," Glynda continued, as the images of Ruby, Ryan, Weiss, Blake, and Yang popped up on the screen, "Team RRWBY."
"Hey, No Fair!" Knuckles shouted, "They have Five against Four!"
"I was just about to get to that, Mr. Knuckles," Glynda continued, "If Mr Connell would be Here already!?" Everyone looked around to see where Ryan was, but... nothing... not even a yell.
"Where is He?" Weiss whispered to her teammates.
"I don't Know," Ruby replied, "I texted him a couple of minutes ago."
"He said that he's on his way back from his 'Spree'." Yang informed her team.
"And By spree, that means that he's probably messing around, If you catch my drift?" Gordaeu said to the girls, who had disgusted looks on their faces.
"EW!" Ruby shouted.
"Relax, Sheilas," Alexandar told them, "Ol' King Grimm Killer's always late for his next meal," Alex kicked his feet up, with his left crossing his right, and putting his hands behind his head, "And he'll be late to put a bullet through his targets Yowie Yahoo, If ya catch my drift?"
"I heard that, Alex!" Ryan said, standing in the doorway.
"Hey," Alex replied, "Sorry to burst your bubble Ryan, But it's the Bloody damn'- CRIKEY!" Alex and everyone looked at Ryan, and he looked... Ten Times More Awesome Than Before.
He was swole as all hell. He had Rock hard abs, counting a total of ten, incredibly formed pectorals, and amazing biceps that were so ripped, he dosen't wear a shirt for it. He was Wearing a red sleeveless jacket with White Lining. On the back was the logo of a skull in the shape of his Reaper mask, engulfed in fire. Above the flaming skull was his name 'Ryan Connell', and his Bounty hunter name 'The King Grimm Reaper' below the flaming Skull. He was wearing black pants, with the right leg being torn off, and a pair of Red and Black shoes, with Iron soles. On both of his ears now, he was wearing a pair of Dangle earrings (Like the ones on the RoosterTeeth Store (Now avalible on Amazon). He had Ruby ahn Weiss' emblems on his left, and Blake and Yang's emblem on his Right. He was wearing some thing's that referanced his Teammates. For instance, he had a new pair of Bluetooth Headphones, with the muffs having Ruby's emblem on the sides. Around his neck was his Sir Francis Drake Ring, but he was also wearing a small apple pendant on a silver chain, Just like the one Weiss was wearing. Around his Left arm was The Number One Headband, being accompanied by Blake's Old Bow. As for his hair, he got hair extentions that went to his shoulders, and had it tied in the back with a Yellow ribbon. And for his Hair color, he was no longer a Strawberry Blonde haired young man, he had it dyed to a bright golden color, that fades to pale gold at the tips, Just like his Girlfriend.
On his back, he was carrying Two New Weapons. One was a Scythe, that had a combination of Crescent Rose, a spear, and Myrtenaster, with a circle at the center of the top of the pole, with four prongs near a spear head at the top, a revolver-like chamber around the bottom of the circle, and two blades on each side, One that resembled a Scythe, and another that resembled an Axe. He was also carrying a giant axe and an elongated machine gun combined into one weapon.
"HOLY CRAP, RYAN!?" Ragna said in shock, "You Look... GREAT!" Everyone was amazed with Ryan's New look, even Yang fainted at the saight of him. Ryan walked into the arena, cracking his neck bones as he did.
"Sorry I'm Late," He said, "Was Just getting into something more comfortable... Got some new clothes, hair dye and extentions, stopped by a tattoo parlor-"
"Tattoo!?" Nicole stood up and said in shock. Ryan looked back at his mom.
"Yeah, Of everyone's emblems," Ryan replied, as he placed his weapons down, Removed his Jacket, and showed Nicole his tattoos that were all shown on his back, all the way from Team RWBY's Emblems, to the emblems of the people who are participating in the Vytal Tournament. Even Ryan's symbol, a full moon glowing red that is covered with blood and three scratch marks with the shadow of a wolf howling projected upon it, can be seen on his neck, "Oh, and I also got this for me and Yang." He said, as he showed his mom and sisters that he got a tattoo over his left pectoral. It was a flaming heart that covered his entire pectoral, that had a Sword piercing through the middle of the heart, with the tip dripping blood. Inside the heart were the words: 'Ryan Connell + Yang Xiao Long, 4 EVR and 4 All Ways.' Nicole was in utter disbelief and shock to see what her Son did to his skin.
"H-How were..." She tried to say, "How Were You Able to afford all of this!?"
"Weiss lended me her card." Ryan replied, putting on his jacket, grabbing his New Weapons, and headed to where his team was sitting, "Glynda, Please continue."
"Of course," Glynda continnued, "Now... Since Team's RRWBY, PANLZ, JJAWS and JJMPN have five members, one will have to be excluded from the battlefield."
"With the exception of Mr. Connell participating in four, one versus four matches," Ozpin told the participants, "And a handicap two versus one match."
"Eh, Reasonable enough." Jiraiya replied.
"Now, for the rest of the Teams in round one," Glynda continued, as Team JNPR's Images popped up, "Team JNPR, versus..." Four more images popprd on the screen. One image had a young man with dark purple eyes and short black hair that graduated to gray with his hair slicked toward his left. Another one had the image of a dark-skinned young man with green eyes and brown hair styled in cornrow dreadlocks tipped in gold clasps. One had the image of a teenage boy with messy dark red hair and pink eyes. And the fourth one had a young girl with light tan skin, dusky rose hair and gray-blue eyes, wearing a distinctive black beanie that covered her left eye, "Team BRNZ of Shade Academy... Next, we Have Team SSSN of Haven, going against..." On que, The images of Team SSSN were shown, alongside four images of four girls. One of the girl's images was lightly tanned skin, had indigo hair brushed over to her left side and olive eyes. Another image had a young woman with lightly-tanned skin, dirty blonde hair swept to the left, and violet eyes. Another image had a young female with lightly tanned skin, curly black hair pulled back from her face into ringlets, and brown eyes with purple eye shadow. And the last photo had a young woman with fair/lightly tanned skin, brick red hair left loose with swept fringe to the right and olive green eyes, "Team NDGO of Shade Academy. Then we have," Glynda tapped her scroll, as Team CFVY and Team MINK's images appeared on screen, "Team CFVY vs Team MINK."
"SWEET!" Makoto said.
"Alright!" Ichigo said.
"And now... For the exhibition matches," Glynda continued, as Everyone's images popped up, revealing the bracket for the exhibition matches, "First up... Team CRNG vs Team FNTS."
"But, since Team FNTS has one member incapable of fighting," Ozpin said, "A huntress or Huntsman will accompany you for the tournament."
"Understood." Nicole said.
"Next we'll have..." Glynda continued, "Team MESL versus Team TNZI... Team HHOL versus Team YYYC, Team RALS versus Team JOKR, Team STKS versus Team JYNN, Team DNVR versuss Team BLST, Team KASH verses Team JJMPN... Mr. Jotaro, please select who will step down."
"I will," Jotaro replied, "If I used my stand's ability, the match would be over in a matter of seconds."
"Well... Alright then," Glynda replied, "After that will be Team BRST versus Team PUNK, Team JJAWS versus Team CLTT... Mr. Jiraiya?"
"I'll step out," Jūbei replied, "Besides... It'll give me a chance ta practice my swordsmanship."
"Of Course, Jūbei." Glynda replied, "Alright... Next we have Team PANLZ versus Team BBFT..."
"If it wouldn't be too much trouble," Zelda spoke out, "I would actually like to sit this one out."
"Of course, Miss Hyrule," Glynda replied, as she looked on at the remaining six people from Ryan's World, "Oh... Well... I suppose I miscounted the teams."
"No need to Worry Glynda." Ozpin replied, "Sora, Pit, I will offer General Ironwood, and one of his soldiers to fight alongside the both of you, as you will take on Asta, Mitsuru Kirijo, Deku and Hakumen... Who will now be known as Team HAKD (Hacked), Led by, Hakumen."
"I will do my best." Hakumen replied.
"And... Those are the teams for the tournament... Now... As for what's next?"
"I can answer that," Ryan said, getting up from his spot, and walked down to the arena, "Like I said when I first got here... The Vytal Tournament is where the Fall of Beacon happens, and now, after grueling battles, tough losses, and the amount of training that we have all put in... We're ready, for the Black Queen Club!" Ryan threw his Right fist in the air, and smiled, "As an old friend once told me: 'As long as there's hope, We can change the future... NOW WHO IN THE DAPTHS OF GODAMNED HELL IS WITH ME!?" Everyone got up and cheered alongside Ryan, as he lowered his arm, "I'll take that as... Everyone," He said, as he pulled out his new scythe, "Now... How about a quick spar? RAGNA, C'MON!"
"Alright you blonde hairred Jackass!" Ragna replied, getting up from his spot, and loading his Bloodscythe . Ragna ran to the arena floor, and got battle ready, "I'm not going Easy On You!"
"Neither am I, Bloodedge!" Ryan replied, getting into a battle stance.
"Alright then," Glynda said, raising her arm up, "A quick impromptu match for the Vytal festival... Both combatants ready?" Ryan and Ragna nodded in response, as Glynda lowered her hand, signaling the start of the match, "BEGIN!"
"BLAZBLUE!" Both Ryan and Ragna shouted, as they headed for each other, and clashed their respective blades, "ACTIVATE!"
