Starling City, Mayor's Office, Night

Outside the Mayor's office, Maseo Yamashiro now dressed as the Green Arrow had Felicity Smoak in his sights and then aimed and fired at her. However, knowing the immediate danger, Ray tackled Felicity to the ground, saving her at the last minute. Not wasting time with his master's plan, Maseo continued to fire and killed the Mayor's security staff.

"This is Captain Lance. City Hall, shots fire." Quentin said on comms and glance out of the window, seeing the Green Arrow imposter going down a capable line. "Suspect on the move, I need ESU and an ambulance. Now!"

"Are you ok?!" Laurel asked Felicity from the ground.

"I'm fine!" But as Felicity replied, she saw Ray, with an arrow, lodged into his chest in pain, with blood slowly coming from his mouth.

"We have confirmation that Mayor Castle was pronounced dead at the scene. Palmer Technologies CEO Ray Palmer was taken to Starling General Hospital where he is listed in critical condition." The news reporter said as Oliver and Diggle watched her with worry as what they just talked about had come to pass.

"I tried to call Felicity earlier, she's not answering her phone," Dig told Oliver, as the two knew she was there.

"SCPD Captain Lance was present for the attack, and had this to say on the incident -" She said and showed the news footage of Quentin's statement.

"I just requested a first-degree murder warrant for the Green Arrow and reinstated the Anti-Vigilante task force with shoot-to-kill order if necessary. Excuse me." Quentin said trying to leave as Oliver and Diggle with surprise.

"Why would the Green Arrow suddenly decide to assassinate the Mayor?" One reporter asked.

"I don't know. You can ask him when I catch him." Quentin replied as he left the reporters.

"This is all my fault," Oliver stated.

"Oliver, don't even start to think like that." Dig countered. "We have to deal with the problem that's at hand."

"The murders are being orchestrated by Maseo," Oliver replied. "Although I can't believe he would've done this.

"Oliver, the question is, where do we find Maseo now?" Diggle pointed out.

"Sara. She'll know." Oliver left to go talk to her.

SCPD Headquarters

"Ok, listen up. The suspect is armed and dangerous. Do not fire unless absolutely necessary! Understand!" Quentin told his officers as he went to his office with Laurel following him from behind.

"Shoot to kill orders? Really?" Laurel inquired.

"Laurel the Green Arrow just killed the mayor!" He reminded her.

"He's being framed." She shot back.

"By a copycat, I know." He said getting behind his desk. "But that doesn't matter right now, not in the eyes of the public." He pointed out as Laurel fell silent, sighing, Quentin made a final statement. "This has to end, Laurel. And has to end tonight."

Roy Harper's House

Exhaling from pleasure, Thea and Roy lay naked in bed together covered by his sheets. "I am the biggest idiot in the world for breaking up with you," Thea said with a chuckle, she really missed this.

"Remember the last time we did this?" Roy asked after a small laugh of his own. "We were going to run away together."

"Why don't we?" She asked rising up from the bed but he didn't answer. "Roy."

"Things are just complicated with the city right now." He replied getting up to meet her gaze.

"Ra's al Ghul complicated?" She asked for clarification Roy could only sigh but then saw the tv on the news channel with the Green Arrow being the topic.

"Oh, my god." He uttered and Thea looked on as well as Roy then grabbed the remote and unmute the tv.

"In the wake of the attacks, Captain Lance has issued an arrest warrant for the vigilante known as the Green Arrow, as the largest manhunt in the city's history is now underway." The news reporter addressed to the audience as the young lovers watched on.

Starling General Hospital (Ray's doctor is Dr. Lockhart)

As Ray slept unconscious from his injury, Felicity at his bedside watched the news as she saw Oliver's situation grow from bad to worse, she heard Ray groaning as began to come to. "Ray? Hey." Felicity told him softly. "Hey." She said kissing his hand. "How are you?"

"Well, you're here, so I'm great," Ray told her with a reassuring smile.

"Mr. Palmer, how are you feeling?" Ray's doctor asked as he walked in on them as Felicity got away from him.

"You have a not-so-good look on your face." Ray noticed the doctor's expression. "You see his face?" He asked Felicity who also noticed.

"I've got some bad news. During the surgery to remove the arrow, you developed a Thrombus." The doctor explained.

"A blood clot." Ray clarified.

"If left untreated it could cause an Ischemic Stroke." He went on.

"Well, then maybe we should treat it," Felicity stated the obvious.

"It's not that simple. Your injuries have left you very weak. A Craniotomy could end up doing more harm than good." He clarified.

"And by harm, you mean ..." Felicity asked as the doctor confirmed her worst fears.

"Brain damage, at best." He told her, as she looked down about to cry. "At worst ..."

"So we are basically saying that if we have the surgery now, I could die, and ... if I wait and the clot moves I could die," Ray asked for how dire his situation was and the physician nodded. "What if I told you that I invented a bunch of teeny tiny robots that were capable of entering my bloodstream; traveling to the clot, and shrinking it, all without damaging my brain or any other organ in my body?" He explained with some dramatic hand gestures.

"I'd say you need a psych eval." The attending remarked.

"Ok," Ray chuckled. "But after, we go to my lab, get the nano-tech, inject it in me, and publish the results in the "New England Journal of Medicine."

"Ah, I'm sorry, but that's simply not possible." The doctor dismissed.

"Uh, I invented the tech, it's possible," Ray assured him.

"Starling General has a very strict policy against experimental procedures." The doctor revealed.

"Wait, there is a procedure that could save his life. And you're saying you won't perform it?" Felicity asked with some irritation.

"I'm saying I can't perform it. The hospital won't permit the use of experimental or untested technology." He made it clear and looked at his patient. "How do you know your invention won't kill you?"

"I don't. It's a risk." Ray admitted.

"I'm very sorry. But there's really nothing I can do." He apologized as he left the couple to themselves.

"We'll figure something out," Ray told the tearful Felicity who was grasping his hand.

Immediately, Felicity heard a knock on the door and then saw her mother, Donna Smoak, walk in with a travel case. "Ray Palmer. Even in a hospital bed, you're the most handsome man I've ever seen." Donna greeted him.

"Can you give us a minute?" Felicity asked walking over to her mother. "Hi," She greeted her mom.

"Ohh," Donna said as she was escorted out.

"Mom," Felicity muttered.

"I heard what happened so I caught the first flight out of Vegas!" Donna revealed and hugged her daughter tightly. "So tell me, what did the doctor say?" She asked.

"Absolutely nothing good," Felicity said with a tearful cry.

"Ok, Ok. Hey." Donna said again.

"Hey," Felicity mumbled

"At least you finally have a boyfriend." Donna joked.

"Mom!" Felicity said dismayed.

Arrowcave

As Laurel, Roy, Diggle, and Oliver suited up and armed themselves, Sara walked in. "I have Maseo's location. A building called Magnuson Plaza." Sara revealed.

"Yeah," Dig said hardly surprised as he finished loading his Glock. "The company that owns that building went belly up a few months back." He said bringing up the location

"Apparently the League has been using it as a safe house and staging ground for its attacks," Sara revealed to Oliver.

"How'd you find this out?" Roy asked.

"Because I was League of Assassins too," Sara replied. "Your primary concern should be the League. But even if you put Maseo in a cage, Ra's still has an army at his command." She reminded them.

"One step at a time," Oliver replied.

"Oliver ..." Dig spoke up to show him as he was seeing the building's schematics.

"We're going to have to spread out If we're going to covert the entire building. Dig, I want you on overwatch." Oliver ordered.

"Copy that," Dig said going to get a sniper rifle

"Sara? Are you coming?" Laurel asked.

"Felicity's with her boyfriend in the hospital, someone should support you from here," Sara answered.

"Agreed. Let's do this." Oliver told them as they headed out.

Magnuson Plaza

Meeting up with Roy and Laurel, Oliver settled his compound bow. "We scoped out every floor, nothing," Roy told him.

"Same with the parking garage," Laurel added.

"Diggle!" Oliver addressed him on comms.

"Northside is clear," Dig responded with his gun aimed at the building.

"You think Sara was wrong?" Roy asked Oliver, who began to wonder.

Seeing something from his scope, Dig spoke up. "Hang on, I got movement. Upper level, southwest corner." Dig informed them as they headed to that location.

Entering the rooftop, Oliver saw and fired an arrow at Maseo, who immediately caught it and tossed the projectile aside. "(Kill them all.)" Maseo ordered his brothers in Arabic as he unsheathed his katana. Marching toward the assassins, Roy fired two arrows which immediately struck both assassins behind Maseo.

Engaging Maseo, Oliver ducked and struck Maseo in the abdomen as he also avoid Maseo's sword swing he got behind him while the other turned around and continued their fight. At the same time, the assassins shot by Roy's arrows regained their composure and engaged Roy and Laurel; in a one-on-one fight for each. Laurel was struggling some with her's getting hit in the face and in the back of the leg. Blocking Maseo's sword with his bow, Oliver managed to land a hit with his left hand. Roy dodged the sword attacks of his opponent before giving him a spinning hook kick to his face and immediately striking his recurve bow. As Maseo tried to kick Oliver's face, the latter ducked to avoid it and followed up with a Meia Lua de Compasso kick which Maseo ducked to avoid and followed up with a kick to Oliver's torso from the ground. Elbowing his friend in the back of his knee, Oliver used his bow to leg sweep Maseo, putting on the ground he immediately drew and notched an arrow at his old friend's face.

Immediately, Oliver heard the sound of clapping causing Laurel, Roy, and their opponents to stop in their tracks as they also heard the sound and watched Ra's al Ghul come from the shadows. "I must admit, I enjoy watching you fight, Mr. Queen." Ra's complimented, Oliver. Immediately, one of the assassins pulled out a knife but simply raised his hand to command him to halt as Oliver raise his bow and arrow aiming it at Ra's. "Your arrows will do nothing to me, even at this distance, boy." He assured Oliver.

"I wouldn't be so sure," Oliver replied with angry defiance. "Why are you doing this?"

"For a cause far greater than your own, with more dire stakes." Ra's answered with conviction. "And also, to punish you." He added.

"For what?" Oliver shouted.

"Your many offenses against me and your refusal to bend to my will. To be hunted down and imprisoned by the city you've sworn to protect seems fitting sentence." Ra's mused.

"You're not going to take me, prisoner." Oliver

"No, I'm not." Ra's replied. Quickly, they heard and saw a helicopter fly above them and shined its light down on them.

"This is the Starling City Police." The voice over the mega speaker said as Ra's left them along with his followers. "Put your weapons down and your hands up. You are all under arrest." The voice ordered as Oliver could only watch Ra's leave knowing he had been outplayed.

Looking around, Oliver, Roy, and Laurel saw SCPD, SWAT, and a police car; with Quentin exiting it and moving toward the vigilantes with his gun aimed at them. "On the ground! Get down on the ground!" Quentin ordered. Looking around for a split second, Oliver fled with Laurel and Roy following him. One of the SWAT officers opened fire at them, but Quentin put a stop to it immediately. "Hold your fire, Hold your fire!" He shouted.

Leaping over the building's ledge, the three flew threw the air. Oliver and Roy fired their grappling arrows, with Oliver catching Laurel as they safely descended and landed in the streets. "Lockdown this entire area, three-block radius," Quentin told the SWAT Captain.

"Diggle!" Oliver shouted on comms, as he saw the three running through the streets via his scope.

"I got eyes on," Dig replied. " The Blue is everywhere."

"Suspects headed east on Dayton. Keep them pinned." Quentin said via radio as the officers were closing in.

"The warehouse door is on the west side of the block. You get there, you're in the clear, go." Dig informed the trio as they did just that. "Move. Four more are headed your way. You got to move, move, move, move!" He shouted.

Running down the alley, the three found their path blocked by a police car. "Put your hands in the air." The cop shouted via the speaker. Turning back, they made a left turn and took cover behind a dumpster. As the police were gathering on them. "Go for the door. I'll draw their fire." Oliver told him.

"We're not separating!" Laurel objected.

"They don't want you, they want me. Now go." Oliver countered as Oliver fired an explosive arrow into a pipe causing the steam released from it to give Roy and Laurel cover as they entered the warehouse. Looking at the cops in front of him, and the chopper above him; Oliver fled hoping to get their attention.

"Cooper, Jones, Box 'em in on 43rd," Quentin ordered his men and stopped at the warehouse. "I got two masks in a warehouse, west side of 43rd." He said through his walkie.

Running through a laundry room, Laurel and Roy took a left turn with Quentin following them. "He's headed toward the east exit!" Quentin said following the two. Reaching the next room, Roy gave Laurel a nod as the two split up. As Quentin as his men were right behind them, Quentin ordered his men to follow Roy. "This way, take him!" He ordered as he followed Laurel.

Running from the cops, like in the old days, Roy pulled and fired an arrow into the ankle of one of the officers behind him. While the other two officers opened fire at him, which fortunately missed.

Reaching a dead end, Laurel came to stop as she looked for a way out.

"Laurel!" Quentin stated as she gasped.

"Daddy, please. Please don't do this." Laurel pleaded.

"Relax, sweetie. I'm not." He assured her as he lowered his gun. "Okay, hit me."

"What?" A confused Laurel uttered.

"We gotta make this look real, so come on." He pressed her. Getting the idea, Laurel took her tonfa and used to smack her father in the left side of his skull. Quentin was knocked out cold, with Laurel hoping that he wouldn't have a concussion.

Briefly, she stood over and looked at her unconscious father. "Okay, I enjoyed that way more than I should've." She remarked to herself and then fled the warehouse.

"Did Arsenal and Canary get away?" Oliver asked Dig while pressing his comm-link while and coming to a stop. "Diggle! Diggle!" He said again not responding and Oliver resumed his run.

Back in the warehouse, Roy climbed up scaffolding as more officers entered the building. "Get back!" Roy yelled at the cops who were aiming at him. Firing a non-lethal explosive arrow right in front of them.

In the alley, Oliver was avoiding the gunfire until he saw a familiar armored van pull up in front of him. "Get in!" Dig yelled as he opened the door and Oliver did just that as the cops fired at the van. Driving away, Dig soon found himself being chased by cop cars, one of them being driven by Quentin. "If we get to the tunnel on the 8th, we're good. Clear those squad cars." Dig told Oliver.

"On it," Oliver replied and went to the back of the van. As the police continued to chase them, Oliver opened the van's back doors with a non-lethal explosive arrow ready to fire, which he did at the leading police car. The explosion caused the car to swerve and pull over, along with the two other cop cars. Getting out, Quentin sighed in relief as he watched Oliver get away.

"Hey," Oliver said unmasked to Thea he and Diggle entered their base with Laurel there as well.

"Oh! Oh, thank god, I've been so worried." Thea said giving him a quick hug.

"It's ok. I'm ok." Oliver said as they parted and he hung up his bow in the glass case. "Where's Roy?" He asked Laurel.

"He's still out there." Laurel reluctantly admitted.

Before Oliver could reply, Thea spoke up. "It's like the whole city has lost their minds!"

"It's not the whole city. It's just one man." Oliver countered and picked up the encrypted phone to call Lance.

Walking into the SCPD, Quentin pulled out his personal line to the Green Arrow and answered. "Just so you know, I've got three officers in the hospital because of you," Quentin said with some irritation.

"Captain Lance, why are doing this? You know that I don't just go around putting arrows in innocent people." Oliver pointed out.

"Look, I know that Oliver," Quentin replied as got inside his office. "But I can't just call off the department when the mayor's been assassinated when it looks like I'm helping the prime suspect. Last time I did that I got sent to prison." He reminded him. Quietly, Oliver held his tongue. "Look, Oliver, I'm sorry ... but unless you can actually prove that the Green Arrow didn't do this, that this is a copycat, my hands are tied." He finished with an apologetic tone as he hung up on him.

Taking a moment, Oliver then spoke up. "I thought that if we stopped Maseo, we'd stop the killings, but Sara was right. This extends way beyond him." Oliver admitted.

Immediately, Roy walked in catching their attention. "Oh, Roy!" Thea said with relief as she hugged him.

"I'm ok. I got clear somewhere on Hudson. I had to shoot a few officers, but they're just flesh wounds." He admitted reluctantly as this brought up bad memories about Officer Vincent.

"I've underestimated Ra's, and now we're all paying the price. I'm sorry." Oliver said shaking his head.

Starling General Hospital

As Felicity watched the news anxiously, she saw that 3 officers were wounded in their pursuit of the vigilantes but was relieved to hear that they escaped their pursuers. Immediately, Donna returned and gave her daughter a cup of coffee. "Ohh," Felicity muttered.

"You ok?" Donna asked.

"Mh-hmm," Felicity said with a nod. "Thanks for getting this." She said sipping it.

Donna sighed. "I ran into Dr. Lockhart in the cafeteria. I thought maybe, I don't know ... I could talk him into giving Ray those nano-thingies." Donna admitted.

"Nano-tech." Felicity corrected her.

"He wouldn't even look at me. Have you seen this dress? Hello!" Donna said as she was wearing an attractive and revealing yellow dress, that Felicity thought was way too young for her mother.

"Mom."

"The man's an idiot." Donna and Felicity smiled and almost laugh. "I guess you're just going to have to be the one to inject those teeny tiny robot things into Ray yourself." She stated.

"Great plan, except I'm not a doctor. Even Ray said that they can kill him. I'm not going to be the one to risk his life, I'm not." Felicity argued against the idea.

"His life is already at risk. What you're saying is that you don't want to be the one to take the chance." Donna pointed out which saddened Felicity. "If your father were here ..."

"He would be arrested." Felicity finished.

"Probably. But right before that. He would tell you that sometimes, we got to take a chance, particularly for the people we care about." Donna said as Felicity contemplated her decision.

Streets of Starling City

Walking to Verdant from her father's apartment, Sara was on the phone with her mother, Dinah. "No, mom. I haven't found the time to talk to Laurel about it lately. You know her, Laurel Lance always saving the world." Sara remarked and immediately came to a stop in the streets. "Uh, Mom, I gotta go. I'll call you back soon." She said hanging up her phone. "You can come out now." She said out loud.

Immediately, Maseo appeared from behind her and removed her mask. "Ra's al Ghul demand your presence, Ta-er Al-Sahfer," Maseo announced.

"And he sent only you?" She remarked and not too long two more assassins appeared behind her. "I guess not."

"I've never underestimated your strength, Sara. You would be wise to do the same." He advised and Sara decided to go with him.

Allowing herself to have a black bag put over her head, Sara was taken to another location - at least 2 miles from where she was picked up. Having the bag removed, Sara then saw Ra's al Ghul. Immediately, Sara tensed up, there wasn't much in this world that she feared but the Demon's Head was one of them; any member of the League learned to fear Ra's in order to obey him.

"As I recall, only a month had passed since we last met. Yet, your eyes have changed much since then. There is more light in them." Ra's remarked.

"I guess that's a benefit of no longer being under your thumb," Sara remarked. Immediately, Maseo and the two other assassins reached for their weapons only for Ra's to give a hand gesture commanding them to stop.

"I see you still have that great fire in you, I wonder if it's what made my daughter fall in love with you." He pondered.

"Let's skip the small talk and get to the point since I know we'd both prefer it." She insisted.

"I wish for you to relay a message to Oliver Queen." He stated as he got to the matter at hand.

"You really think he'll want to hear anything you have to say after what you've put him through?" She reminded him.

"Perhaps you might find this difficult to believe, but have respect for your former lover. He wishes to protect this city. I understand and commend him for this. However, his goals now conflict with my own." He assured Sara.

"This is about the second Lazarus Pit, isn't it?" She brought up and saw a slight flicker in Ra's eyes. "You've found it haven't you?"

Smiling, Ra's lowered his head slightly before looking Sara in the eye again. "Well done. However, it would seem that you only have only a piece of a much larger picture." He revealed, piquing Sara's curiosity. "Inform, Oliver Queen, that if he wishes to save those he cherishes. Then to take them and depart from Starling City, this will be the only mercy he shall receive from me." He told her as she stared at him silently.

Verdant

"I can't believe this is happening." Thea expressed herself at her bar with Roy.

"The line forms behind me," Roy added as they which the news of the Police chasing the Green Arrow.

"The city-wide manhunt for the Green Arrow continues this evening as Captain Lance has made capturing this dangerous vigilante the SCPD's top priority." The reporter stated as footage of tonight's event went on.

"I'm sure those cops were chasing you are fine." She assured him, knowing he was feeling guilty about that.

"I shot them with arrows, Thea." He snapped. "When it was happening there was a part of me that ... that felt relieved."

"Relieved."

"That I'd be finally going to jail and I'd get what I deserved." He admitted.

"What are you talking about?"

"You know last year when I kind of went off the rails for a bit?" He reminded her

"Yeah ..."

"I was under the influence of something. And I killed someone. A cop." He reluctantly revealed surprising Thea.

"Roy ..."

"Everyone I knew didn't tell me and when - when I found out ..."

"You wished that you didn't know." She finished understanding.

"Ever since then - I can't help but feel I deserve to be punished for what I did." He admitted.

"Roy, listen to me. The only thing that you deserve is to be happy. Now you've got to find a way to forgive yourself. What happened with that cop last year, it's not your fault." She said to him.

"She's right." Oliver pointed out as walked in on them. "Sorry, that you have to go through this, Roy. I gave you that mask ... so you could help the police, not run from them."

"Then what's going to happen?" Roy asked but before Oliver could answer, they heard barging at the doors, and eventually, they saw Sara walking in.

"Sara?" Oliver uttered as the two friends walked up to each other. "Where have you been?"

"With Ra's." Sara revealed.

"What? Are you okay?" He asked out of concern;

"No, we need to talk Ollie." She said worriedly.

Arrowcave

As Oliver gathered Laurel, Diggle, Roy, and Thea; Sara revealed Ra's message. "Sounds like Ra's is just telling us to pack up or leave," Thea noted.

"It's more than that Thea," Sara spoke up. "Ra's didn't give a lot away, he never does but he let on there was a lot more to his plan than just finding another Lazarus Pit."

"Has Felicity's contact managed to translate the texts from the scroll?" Laurel asked Oliver.

"Not yet," Oliver answered and turned to Sara. "Any ideas on what his bigger picture could be?"

"None," Sara answered.

Outside of the Verdant building, members of the League of Assassins gathered at of club. "(In position,)" A member of the League said on comms.

"(Understood. Be ready on my the signal.)" Maseo ordered, as his men placed explosive charges all around Verdant's basement door which lead to the Arrowcave.

"You were right about Ra's, Sara," Oliver spoke up. "Turning the city against me, this is all a distraction. While we're all focused on avoiding the police, Ra's is focused on doing whatever he wants."

Immediately, Maseo set off the explosion, which caused the door to burst open. Shocked, Oliver and company were immediately surprised again when another explosion came from the exit to the alley. Still, on the floor, they saw smoke bombs coming down the staircase which quickly exploded causing the Arrowcave to fill with smoke. Immediately, assassins dropped into the bunker and began firing arrows into the Arrowcaves equipment. One by one, their arrows destroyed the team's computers and lab equipment. Although his sight was impaired by the smoke, Dig pulled out his Glock and double-tapped the first two assassins in front of him, however, the third threw a knife at his gun which disarmed him of his firearm and charge at him. But Dig turned things around and threw them on top of a nearby table and started slugging him. This gave the rest of the team to disperse.

As more appeared from the front entrance and the alley entrance, they continued to destroy the base's equipment and weapons inventory. Using the smoke as cover, Oliver kept low to the ground and moved to the assassins at the alley entrance. Springing up, Oliver simultaneously grabbed the assassin's wrist, which held his compound bow, and punched him in the face. With his grip loosened, Oliver then push kicked the assassin away, taking his weapon for himself. Which he used to block the sword attack from one assassin and strike the face of the other.

Dodging the sword slashes, Laurel threw a punch at the assassin's right kidney and followed up with a downwards left cross to face. Grabbing his wrist and disarming him of his sword, the assassin then pulled out a knife and took a stab at her but Laurel intercepted the blade by grabbing his wrist and forearm and spun him around as she then threw him into the remains of the broken computer station. As the League member got up, he threw a roundhouse kick that Laurel braced and clutched to her side as she then finished him off with a straight punch to his already dizzy head.

Grabbing a kali stick from the ground, Roy charged forward and slide underneath one of the desks getting behind the professional killer, he struck him in the back of the leg with his weapon. Taking a knee, Roy used the weapon to put the assassin in a chokehold. Kicking off one assassin that was coming at him, and once the assassin in the choke hold lost enough air; Roy knocked him out with the but of his stick.

Using a high block to stop an overhead sword swing by aiming just below her opponent's fist, Thea then push-kicked the assassin and then used her left leg to disarm the assassin of his sword. Immediately, tackling her into a nearby support pillar. Using her elbows to strike at his back, Thea surprisingly reflexed in pain once the continued to knee her in the abdomen. Pulling out a knife, the assassin tried to stab her but was stopped by Sara.

Taking the assassin that was holding Thea at knifepoint, Sara turned the tables on him and held his own serrated blade to his throat. Pulling him away from her and pushing him aside. As he turned around, Sara already in her fighting stance, delivered a right punch to his face and right roundhouse to his knee so fast that could almost be simultaneous. As he stumbled she used a spinning back fist that caused him to take a knee and knocked him out with a knee strike to his chin.

As the League continued to destroy his base, Oliver, finished off one of his opponents with an elbow strike to the face and took a quick glance at his surroundings - making a snap decision, Oliver shouted. "Everyone, out now! Now! Now! Now!" He shouted as he cleared a way for them out of the foundry by hitting off the assassins to clear the path for the rest of them. Roy, Laurel, and Thea immediately followed him while Diggle and Sara finished off their opponents and soon did the same. With everyone out of the foundry, they began running down the alley for their escape. Immediately, an explosion occurred behind them and Oliver looked back briefly before resuming his escape.

Starling General Hospital

"Oh, for what it's worth, I'm thinking of starting a reality tv show, so maybe I already have brain damage." Ray mused out loud as Dr. Lockhart was flashing a light in his eyes as Felicity and Donna watched on while he was in bed.

"Don't joke, Mr. Palmer. The next few hours are critical. I'm going to want to keep you under close observation." Dr. Lockhart said.

As Felicity gave her a look, Donna got the signal.

"Oww!" Donna shouted clutching her back

"Mom?"

"No, no, no, it's nothing. Ohh!" Donna shouted again. "I think my back is spasming!

"Oh! Oh. Ooh." Donna continued faking as she bumped into the doctor. "Oh, gosh so strong." She mentioned stroking his arm, which caused her daughter to wince in disgust. "Ow! Oh, my god, I think I - I think I'm going to faint." She continued faking her spasm as if she was about to roll over.

"Maybe we should get you on a gurney." Dr. Lockhart suggests.

"Yeah! Yeah, let's get me on a gurney. Ow." She agree as she limped away with the doctor. "Oh! I'm sorry. Ow!" Shooting Felicity a look, she then gave her a thumbs up from behind her back.

"Is your mom going to be ok?" Ray asked worriedly.

"Ooh ... I think she'll make a miraculous recovery in about five minutes. Ok." Felicity said and pulled out the nano-tech from her purse and showed it to Ray. "Just like you."

"Is that my nano-tech?"

"Assuming the organizational system in your lab is accurate." Felicity witted.

"Uh, I - are you sure you want to do this?" He asked.

"Aren't you?"

"Yeah. I mean, my alternatives are brain damage or death. But if the hospital finds out, you could go to jail." He reminded her as she looked at the syringe, and immediately she injected it into his neck.

"I'll take my chances." She smiled.

"Ahh." He said touching his neck.

"Ok. All right." She said pulling out her computer tablet and pulled out imagery of his brain. "How do we feel?"

"Uh, normal? But I wasn't expecting any side -" Immediately Ray was cut off as his body began shaking uncontrollably.

"Ray? Ray!" She said worriedly as she then heard his monitor flatline. "Ray, Ray, hey!" Immediately, Ray gasped, seemingly back to normal. "Hi."

"Ok, well ... maybe there are some side effects." He admitted as he was going to have to do some tinkering later.

Oliver's Other Lair

As Oliver headed downstairs with Laurel, Sara, Diggle, Thea, and Roy right behind him; some of them were slightly confused by the place. "What is this place?" Thea asked looking around the room which hard cargo boxes, sparing mats, a Wing Chun dummy, and an archery stand.

"It's Ollie's mancave." Laurel sassed.

"It's not a - It's a place I sometimes come to when I want to be alone." Oliver clarified.

"So, basically a mancave," Sara said pilling on Laurel's remark.

Ignoring their sass, Oliver went and opened up one of the cargo boxes; it was filled with handguns. "Originally, this was a backup base in case the foundry was ever compromised which it clearly has," Oliver said and opened up more cargo boxes, which had replicas of his compound bow and Roy's recurve bow. "But I did manage to stash some weapons. Spare Uniforms."

"Good, 'cause we're gonna need it," Dig remarked taking a loading a Glock from the cargo box.

"Why the hell did the League attack us now all of the sudden?" Roy asked.

"They must've planted a tracker on me, so I could lead them right to you. I'm sorry." Sara apologized thinking this was her fault.

"Sara, they already knew where we were located," Laurel spoke up figuring Maseo must've told him.

"Laurel's right, Sara. As for why Ra's did this now, my best guess is that he's cutting off our resources. The city's after me and now I can't use anything in the foundry to clear my name." Oliver speculated and then looked to Thea. "Speedy, I'm gonna need you to go to the club. Do, or think of anything that you can to make sure the fire department doesn't find what's underneath Verdant." He said and she nodded.

"I'll go with her, just in case lame excuses are genetic," Dig remarked as the two headed out.

Starling General

"I did it," Felicity told Donna.

"Ah! I am so proud of you." Donna expressed as clutched her daughter. "I am so proud - your father would be proud of you. You know, he's not exactly a role model, but ..."

"Oh, Miss Smoak, just the person I wanted to see." Dr. Lockhart said as the mother-daughter pair walked up on him. "Do you know what these are? They're Mr. Palmer's latest MRI." He said showing her the images. "The clot in his brain is gone."

"Really?" She asked looking at the brain scans herself.

"Not move, not smaller. Gone. He's going to make a full recovery. You wouldn't happen to know anything about this unprecedented medical development, would you?" He inquired.

"Huh?"

"Are you accusing my daughter of something? 'Cause I work a table at Caesar's that's frequented by no less than 3 lawyers." Donna spoke up.

Behind Dr. Lockhart, on a tv in the hallway, Felicity saw a news report about an unexpected fire that started at the Verdant nightclub immediately her attention and worry. Pulling out her phone, Felicity started to call, well everyone.

Oliver's Other Lair

As Oliver, Roy, Laurel, and Sara began unloading the cargo boxes; Laurel spoke up. "I haven't seen any computers in any of these boxes." She noted.

"That's because there is none," Oliver replied.

"Felicity's gonna love that," Roy commented.

Coming down the staircase, the four then drew the hands that they had on them only to see it was Diggle. "Whoa, whoa, it's just me," Dig said raising his hands and they lowered their weapons.

"Sorry," Roy apologized.

"How'd it go? And where's Thea?" Oliver asked.

"She's down at the Fire Station, clearing up a few details. But, I don't think the FDSC will be checking the basement or what's down there," Dig told him.

"Why what did you say?" Sara asked curiously.

"You don't wanna know," Dig replied.

"Hello," Felicity shouted from the above floor. "Hello," She said again and came down the stairs. "Oh, Thank God." She uttered as she came down the stairs and pretty hugged everyone. "I was so worried about all of you." She finished with Oliver being her last hug. "What the hell happened?"

"The League of Assassins," Oliver stated as they parted.

"Basically, they've made our jobs of stopping them even harder." Dig quipped.

"Okay, so what do we know?" Felicity asked Oliver who walked away from her, from everyone really.

"Ollie?" Laurel said worriedly. "You do have a plan right?"

"No, Laurel, I don't." Oliver reluctantly admitted startling everyone. "Even if I did have a plan for Ra's, I couldn't do anything with the whole city after me."

"Oliver had the cops on our tails before," Dig pointed out.

"This is different, John, I'm public enemy number one." Oliver reminded.

"Our, dad," Sara spoke up. "He could get the manhunt called off or at least divert attention away from you so we focus on Ra's."

"That wouldn't work forever and it'll eventually cost your dad his job, and we need him where he is," Oliver stated.

"Oliver, there has to be something you can do," Roy spoke up.

"There isn't, Roy!" Oliver snapped in frustration. "There isn't." He said lowly collecting himself and walking away, going up the stairs to mope.

As everyone in the room, they began looking at each other wondering what they could possibly do. "This can't be how Ra's beats us, it just can't be," Felicity spoke up refusing to accept defeat.

"Unless we can actually give them the copy Green Arrow, the city going to keep hunting after Oliver." Sara pointed and gradually, an idea began to form in Roy's mind.

"I might have something," Roy spoke up.

Starling General

Returning from her visit with Oliver, Felicity walked in to see Ray. "How are you feeling?"

"For a guy that just avoided death and/or brain damage, pretty good," Ray said cheerfully.

"Good." She responded lowly.

"Are you ok?" He caught notice of her expression.

"It's a long story. I'm just glad that you're all right." She said pulling up a chair.

"Thanks to you."

"Oh, I think your nano-tech deserves some of the credit. All I did was stick something in you." She said downplaying her actions and realizing that she had done it again. "Do you think there will ever come a time when everything I say isn't some weird double entendre?" She asked.

"I hope not. It's one of your more charming traits. That, and the fact that you had the courage to throw caution to the wind and save my life." He said gratefully.

"Well, it would be in bad taste to do nothing while the man I love dies on me." She admitted.

Pausing, for a moment, Ray spoke up. "Did you just say, what I think you just said?" He asked.

"Oh," She said realizing what she said too. "Oh, that you're the man I love. Yeah. I mean ... Ray, I love you." She admitted with a soft smile.

"Ah ... thank you." He said awkwardly and immediately Felicity looked disappointed as she then got out of her chair.

"Um, I'm - I'm gonna go." She said.

"Felicity -" He said trying to get her to stay but left anyway.

Oliver's Other Lair

Walking into his backup base, Oliver looked around and saw that it was getting set up nicely; minus the computers it desperately needed. "Hey," Roy greeted Oliver as he turned around and saw him. "Where were you?"

"Trying to clear my head, which is funny cause I usually come here to do that," Oliver noted the irony.

"Any luck?"

"No. What's that?"

"Oh," Roy uttered as Oliver was noting the vodka bottle in his hand. "Well, I know it's not the vodka you have with Dig but I figured." He explained and Oliver smiled.

"Poor me one," Oliver said. Going over to a nearby table with glasses on it, Roy turned around and poured the drinks; then handed one to Oliver. "Prochosnost". He said as the two down the entire glasses.

"Yeah, you're stuff down in the foundry was definitely better. Certainly stronger." Roy noted. "Any ideas, on how to get out of this?"

"None. And I've been trying." Oliver expressed.

"I figured. Which is why I'm sorry." Roy apologized.

"For what?" Oliver asked in confusion. But then slowly realized what he meant, as he suddenly became dizzy and his vision became blurry. As he dropped the glass, which broke, Oliver fell on his knees to the ground. "Roy," He managed to say before falling on his back.

"It'll wear off soon. I'm sorry, Oliver. But this was the only way." Roy told him apologetically as he looked over his mentor who eventually lost consciousness.

SCPD Headquarters

Inside his office, Quentin was doing was taking his heart medication when one of his men entered his office. "Captain, we've got a possible Green Arrow sitting in the Glades." The officer told him.

"You sure? Could just be a false alarm." Quentin said trying to downplay it.

"Patrol spotting him heading a known Culebra hideout, immediately afterward they heard shots fired." The officer replied and Quentin sighed.

The Glades

With the police car sirens on, Quentin got out of his squad car and two others as backup. Immediately, he heard the sound of gunshots coming from the Culebra hideout. "All right, stay cautious. I don't want anyone opening fire until I give the order." Quentin ordered loudly. Immediately, the cops then saw a criminal being thrown through a glass window. Out of it, Quentin saw Oliver, or rather the Green Arrow, jump right out of the window where the criminal was thrown. Quickly, the Green Arrow then fired an explosive arrow just a few feet in front of Quentin and the other cops. The arrow exploded and the force of the explosion pushed them all back to the ground. As Quentin, struggled to get up, he obviously realized this was the copycat Green Arrow. The copycat that aiming an arrow at his face.

Suddenly, the copycat archer was pushed back several feet by the force of a sonic wave. Immediately, Quentin saw Laurel, in her Black Canary attire, and what he hope to be the real Green Arrow right beside her. As the copycat rose to his feet, the real Green Arrow approached him. Throwing a few wild punches and a push kick they all missed and the Green Arrow punched him straight in the gut and then grabbed him as he then tossed him to the ground. Once the imposter was finished rolling, the emerald archer then fired a cable ensnarement arrow at the copycat which tied him against a street lamp pole.

As Laurel help her father up, the cops raised their guns at her. "Hold your fire, hold your fire," Quentin said urgently holding his hand up to stop them.

As the other Green Arrow turned and face him, he spoke to Quentin and the officer, but it wasn't Oliver Queen under the hood, it was John Diggle. "Captain Lance, this is the copycat who assassinated the Mayor. As well, as all the other criminals in the past couple of days." Dig told him under a voice modulator.

"Count yourselves lucky that you weren't added to his list," Laurel added also using a voice modulator. Seemingly getting the idea, the cops lowered their weapons.

"I trust you'll know what to do," Dig told them and gave a nod before he and Laurel left them to do their jobs.

With his sidearm on standby, Quentin and his other officers approached the copycat vigilante still bound to the lamppost. "So who the hell are you?" Quentin asked as he then unmasked the fake Green Arrow and was startled to find out his identity.

"My name is Roy Harper," The young man declared fiercely.

Author's Notes: I had to change things since Quentin would be more or less on Oliver's side this time and way for him to keep the Green Arrow identity instead of throwing it away and getting a new one. I also have some mixed feelings about the Team just abandoning the OG Arrowcave, but I was sorta in hurry to just get this chapter finished because I spent too long on it.
