[Royal Woods: State of Michigan]
As Lincoln was training his Pokemon and himself for his upcoming Grand Trial against the kahuna of Melemele Island, things were a bit different back in his hometown of Royal Woods.
It has been days since the Loud sisters had been interviewed by Katherine Mulligan, and they say that the interview was a disaster would be the understatement of the century as it was an absolute disaster of an interview, especially when security had to be called to separate the Loud sisters from each other!
Luckily for the Loud family, the interview was cut shorts and no one saw the infamous "fight cloud" that usually transpires when the Loud family, specifically the Loud children disagree with one another over something petty and trivial.
But that did not stop them from getting kicked out of the TV station, and humans are creatures that love to gossip with one another so to say that the news of what happened had already reached the ears of the gossiping citizens of Royal Woods would be the understatement of the millennia. As nosy people who had nothing better to do had already spread the rumors and it became like a wildfire in Royal Woods.
Currently the Loud sisters were hiding in their home as they wouldn't dare to go outside! Why would they want to go outside after the humiliating rumors had already spread around town and everyone was either laughing at them or jeering at them.
"I literally cannot take those humiliating pity looks anymore."said Lori, who was suffering greatly because of the rumors as her social media was greatly being affected as she was losing followers left and right.
"I know, even my friends are avoiding me as they don't want to be caught in the wildfire. But if there is a wildfire going on why aren't we evacuating?"said Leni, causing everyone of her sisters to smack themselves in the forehead as they couldn't believe she was this dumb.
"It's not a literal wildfire Leni, it's a social media wildfire."said Luan, correcting her older sister and her assumption that they were actually in a real wildfire.
"Ohhhh... that's bad as well."said Leni, who finally understood the meaning.
"Dudes, things have been bad ever since Lincoln left as we can't even show our faces outside without being laughed at or having people talked about us behind our backs."sajd Luna, who knew that the worst part was the fact that everyone made it so obvious so that they would hear I'm just to make them feel worse about themselves.
"Now some people are accusing us of making Lincoln disappear! We didn't make him disappear! Stinkcoln is often vacation and some Island archipelago somewhere near Hawaii! Why would we make him disappear to such a nice place and not include us! Huh?!"said Lynn with frustration as even her coaches were starting to believe all of this nonsense!
And she fears it will result in her getting kicked off the team as it didn't help already that she had a bad reputation with her out of their teammates with her superstitious nature and competitive aggressiveness... things that would have gotten her kicked off the team had she not had skill.
"We need to do something that's not even my animal buddies are talking to me."said Lana, who was feeling down that everything was going on as even her animal friends were avoiding her and only her pets El Diablo and Hops were still talking to her.
"What about me?! My pageant career is on the line as everyone knows that I'm not the sweet little angel that everyone thinks I am. The only good thing about this is that no one saw my outburst on camera and so many of my fans are saying that it's not true! But I can only put off so much heat before things are crumbling down! Oh, this is all Lincoln's fault!"shouted Lola, causing her fellow sisters to look at her with confused looks.
"And what do you believe elder male sibling is responsible for our current predicament when he's literally thousands of miles away from us?"questions Lisa she wanted to know what Lola was doing as she knew that Lola hardly ever accepted the blame for herself, but why would she blame Lincoln for this situation?
"If Lincoln just acted his role as support for achievements like usual, we wouldn't have fought each other at the TV station as he would have done something to make sure we kept our tempers in line! Lincoln always finds a way to keep us from tearing each other apart so he should have done that from the start instead of going on some vacation in some place we never heard of!"said Lola, who was sure that Lincoln would have done something to stop them from getting security code on them and getting kicked out of the TV station!
After all, he is the man with the plan!
"Maybe Lincoln is the rock we need to keep us all together!"suggested Lucy, appearing out of nowhere and scaring everyone!
"Lucy you literally need to stop doing that!"said Lori as she was clenching her chest, as she swears one of these days Lucy is going to give her a heart attack!
But Lucy ignored her and continued."Lincoln is the foundation for this household as if it wasn't for him we would have never made it to our events just the other day. We need him back, otherwise how are we going to properly keep up with our schedules. And because he's the man with the plan he could come up with a strategy to help us pour water on this wildfire so to speak."said Lucy, before the rest of her sisters began pondering at this idea.
It wasn't such a bad idea as Lincoln was very smart and, since he was the self-proclaimed man with the plan he was easy to see how he could come up with a way to save everyone's reputation by doing some convoluted plan that was over complicated or something.
Or at the very least him returning would prove that those more unsavory rumors weren't true!
"But I doubt little bro we'll cut his vacation short just to help us out dudes, as it looks like he's having a really good time where he is right now and I don't think anything we do was going to change his mind."said Luna, who knew that Lincoln would probably continue his vacation until he was done.
"Plus don't forget that girl he likes over there."said Leni, who remembers that Lincoln unintentionally revealed that he has a crush on someone over there in Alola.
"She must be pretty as we know our brother has great tastes. So I doubt he'll drop everything that I had if it means not being able to get in contact with her at least."said Lana, who knew then Lincoln was serious about people he had to crush on and would most likely try his best to get to know this girl better before he makes a move.
And knowing Lincoln he would come up with some complicated plan that would help him and his agenda and, and when Lincoln comes up with a plan he does not stop until he sees it through, even if it's the help his sisters!
"Why don't we go where Lincoln is and we'll make him come back!"said Lola with a raised fist.
"Why are you always so quick to violence?"questions Lynn, as everyone looked at her like the pot calling the kettle black.
"But we don't even know where Alola is."said Lori, causing everyone to remember that they didn't even know where the island was as they didn't go with their parents to drop Lincoln off at the airport that day!
"Oh yeah..."said the Loud sisters at the same time.
"I'll go."said Lucy, shocking everyone as they couldn't believe she wanted to go somewhere where it was sunny.
"Why do you want to go to some place like that?"questions her roommate Lynn, as one doesn't sleep in the coffin if they liked sunshine.
"First of all, shark attacks! Second of all, I'm our best chance of finding Lincoln as I have a spiritual connection with him that I established a while ago with Great Grandma Harriet, so I'm our best chance in finding him as we all know that Lisa's tracking device doesn't extend that far outside of Royal Woods."said Lucy, surprising Lisa she wondered how she knew about the tracking device.
"I-I have no idea what you're talking about!"said Lisa she shifted her eyes left and right, while sweating nervously at the same time...
"Great Grandma Harriet told me what you did, but that's not important right now. Anyway, all we need to do is save up some money and I'll be able to go find Lincoln with my psychic connection. Then I'll go to Alola and look for him."said Lucy, as everyone was surprised by how skilled her plan was as Lucy was not usually the talkative type, as this plan sounded like something Lincoln would come up with.
"But why are you going through all this trouble for us, Lucy?"questions Leni, who wanted to know why Lucy was doing all of this.
"Because you guys are my family and I know this is affecting all of us...Plus... I really want to see Lincoln again as it's been lonely without him."said Lucy, as everyone knew that she and Lincoln were particularly close to each other thanks to their closeness and age, and similar interest in ghosts and the paranormal.
Also because it wasn't unusual for Lincoln and Lucy to call upon one another when they needed help.
"Aww! Come here!"said Lori as she and the rest of the Loud sisters gave Lucy a hug.
"Stop it, my ghost friends are watching..."said Lucy as she managed to slip out of the hug.
"But where exactly are we going to get the money to send Lucy to Alola?"questions Luna's none of them had the kind of money.
After all the only reason Lincoln went is because of a raffle.
"We'll just need someone to sponsor us."said Lucy as she looked at Lisa.
"What do you have in mind now elder sister?"questions Lisa as Lucy looked at the computer.
"The computer should still have the number of Professor Samson Oak. I bet he has the money to sponsor me."said Lucy as what was reminiscent of a smile of appeared on her face.
Shocking her sisters of they couldn't believe they saw the closest thing to a smile from their spooky sister.
Meanwhile outside, someone was listening to the whole thing and he couldn't believe what he was hearing.
"So Lincoln is in Alola...I better tell the others about this!"said Clyde McBride, Lincoln's best friend!
[As Lincoln prepares for his Grand Trial against kahuna Hala, things are moving fast in Royal Woods as the Loud sisters try to find a way to get in contact with Lincoln and convince him to come back to help them with this dumpster wildfire. Meanwhile Lincoln's best friend Clyde McBride has plans of his own. What could he be planning? Only time will tell as the journey continues]
