In which Sally reacts to Piper's new look, and Sadie's jealous. And I want to know what you think will happen in the next fic, I want to see your theories guys. Also, I wonder what Walt is up to :D

Guest: You'll have to wait and see for some of your questions. But yes Thalia is already revived. The camp have been told that Luke is a traitor but Chiron hasn't told anyone about the Annabeth situation as he's decided to trust her judgement. And Grover has kept his mouth shut.

Ryan Fowler: Percy is protective what can I say.

There were times when Percy found it hard to keep a straight face. This happened to be one of those times. She wasn't sure how she didn't even crack a smile, but she managed it as her mother's narrowed eyed gaze bore into her and Piper, who was stood by her side in the kitchen of Brooklyn House.

After several long moments Sally cracked first. "Why?" She didn't have to elaborate on that question, and Percy gave her best innocent smile.

"Piper wanted it."

"Yes but-" Sally took a deep breath, "It's illegal."

"I mean- when has our family ever cared about illegality-"

"Piper is under eighteen and you didn't have parental permission girls."

"Yes but the piercer... may have believed he was given permission."

"I-" Sally shook her head, "I'm not even sure there's any point in trying to tell you off at this stage girls. How many did you get?"

"Only the one in my nose." Piper was looking very smug as she gently poked the shiny metal of one of her new piercings, a septum piercing, "And two helix piercings in my left ear and a rook piercing in my right." all of which were glinting prettily in her slightly reddened ears.

"Did you have to get so many at once sweetheart? I don't mind exactly but it seems like an impulse decision-"

"Oh but didn't you know." Piper's voice was suddenly angry, "That's the type of person I am, I'm not a mature respectable princess like my dad deserves-"

"What?" Sally's voice was horrified even as Percy grabbed Piper's hand tightly and squeezed it reassuringly. "Who said that?"

"His new assistant." Percy spat the words, "She didn't say that exactly but she got her message across. She thinks Piper will ruin his reputation she tried to bully her into changing."

"I see." Sally's expression hardened, "Did you even see Tristan?"

"No. And I don't want to." Percy could feel the faint tremors shaking Piper's body through her grip on the other girls hand.

"I see." Sally nodded, a grim look on her face, "I think I need to go and make a phone call. Piper, sweetheart I'll let you keep the piercings but in the future you come to me if you want anything like that and we can talk about the options and after care." she pursed her lips "Go see Jaz, she might be able to speed up the healing for you to make it a little easier."

"I-" Piper paused, "I'm not in trouble?"

"No darling." Sally stepped forward, pressing a kiss to the top of Piper's head, "I think you made a very reckless and childish decision but then again you are a child. And you should be allowed to express yourself however you like. And I will be making that very clear to this new assistant of Tristan's. No one treats my girls like that. Now shoo, before I change my mind."

"Thank you mom." A wide smile split across Percy's lips as she darted forward, letting go of Piper's hand in order to throw her arms around her moms shoulders. "Love you."

"I love you too darling." Sally gave a wry smile, "Now like I said, shoo."

"C'mon." Percy grabbed Piper's hand again and the two girls took off, rushing towards the infirmary- and Percy cackled when they arrived and she saw Felix and Nico with Jaz. Felix was stood next to the bed, a sheepish look on his face as Jaz berated him and Nico- Percy laughed harder as Piper tried to stifle her own laughter.

Nico looked rather miserable, understandable given the fact that his feet seemed to be encased in a block of ice.

The two girls laughter drew the attention of the three already in the room and Felix groaned, "It was an accident okay-"

"It wasn't his fault!" Nico said quickly, despite his obvious discomfort, "The spell went wrong."

"They're both idiots." Jaz declared, giving the two girls a smile, "But I've cast a warming spell and it shouldn't cause any damage. Now what are you two here for?"

"Mom sent us." Percy pointed at Piper, "She said you might be able to heal up some stuff to make the healing time shorter."

"Heal up-" Jaz moved a bit closer before letting out a laugh, "Ah, I see. Well one of my potions should do the trick." she grinned, "Looks good Piper, really."

"Thank you." Piper looked smug again, "I got them to piss off my dads new assistant but I really like them." she touched the septum piercing gently- and Jaz slapped her hand away lightly.

"You stop that." she ordered, "You leave them alone while I find the potions. I don't want one that'll heal too fast because the piercings could get stuck then but if I use- ahah." she had moved over to a cabinet filled with different bottles of potions, "This one should heal them up within two days or so. I'd say gently twist the piercings a couple of times an hour until you go to bed and then do the same in the morning and it should avoid it being so tight that you won't be able to take them out and put new jewellery in."

"You are my hero." Piper beamed as she took the bottle from Jaz.

"Well I like to think I do my part." Jaz gave a wry smile before her lips twitched, "why don't you girls go find Sadie. I have no doubt that she'll be incredibly jealous."

"Hmm." Percy grinned. "The only problem with that idea is mom might kill us for inspiring Sadie to get a dozen piercings."

"They do look good on you Piper I must admit." Jaz smiled, "Just drink that potion and you should be all good."

At which point Piper pulled the cork out of the bottle and tipped it down her throat, swallowing it down quickly- it wasn't as if there was much too swallow, none of the potions needed too much drinking.

"Where is Sadie anyway?" Percy asked suddenly, "Wasn't she having a date day with Walt."

"I think she was." Jaz frowned, but then Walt got a call from someone. He didn't say who but he said something about-" she paused, "Doesn't matter, so I think that got cancelled."

"About what?" Percy tilted her head curiously, "Is it something I should know?"

"I don't think so." Jaz shrugged, though something in her eyes, a glimmer of amusement made Percy feel very curious all of a sudden, "So she's probably here somewhere. I'd say try the training room, she'll be annoyed at her date being cancelled and she'll want to blow some things up."

"Good call." Percy grinned, grabbing Piper's hand "C'mon-" she paused, "I can't call you Siren anymore. I gotta come up with a new nickname for you. I mean you and Annabeth have two for me and we have one for Annie but none for you. It doesn't seem fair."

"If you come up with something that isn't ridiculous-"

"Like Lovely dovely?" Percy's voice was teasing but she let out a yelp when Piper jabbed her elbow into her side hard. "Okay okay! I get it, it's bad." she laughed, rubbing her side as they made their way towards the training room. "But you're not being helpful y'know. Gods how is your elbow so pointy?"

"Do you want the elbow again because I will elbow you again?" Piper's voice was filled with laughter and Percy poked her tongue out in response.

"It's not my fault you're all prickly and-" she paused, "Pr- You're all spikey- cause of the piercings."

"Sp- No-" Piper laughed, "Percy-"

"No, no I like it." Percy declared, "You're my Spikey best friend."

"I-" Piper shook her head, a wide smile on her lips despite herself, "Well I suppose it could be worse. It's better than lovely dovely-"

"Lovely dovely?" the voice came from inside of the training room. The doors were wide open and three of the hay stuffed training dummies had clearly been having a very bad day. "That is sickening you know that?"

"Yeah yeah." Percy grinned at Sadie, who was stood in the centre of the room, one hand on a hip and her staff gripped loosely in her other hand- and- she almost cackled with laughter at the group of young newbies huddled in the corner of the room. "Sadie did you interrupt a class by any chance?"

"Eh, call it a practical demonstration-"

"It was cool!" the little voice came from the group of newbies and Percy's face lit up.

"SHELBY!"

"Percy!" Shelby managed to shove her way through the group, practically flying towards Percy, and Percy's arms were out almost instantly and the girl- gods she was getting big now, flung her arms around Percy tightly as Percy hugged her back.

"How's my favorite little minion?"

I'm great." Shelby's grin was manic, "Can I try out some of the spells that Sadie used-"

"Not without supervision." Sadie said quickly before groaning, "Gods listen to me, I sound like Carter." she mock shuddered, "I'm... maturing. Now shoo younglings, I've traumatised you all enough today and I assume you two came to see me right?"

"Of course." Percy grinned as she let go Shelby, ruffling the girls hair before she rushed off with the other kids, and then she towed Piper into the room as Sadie got to work fixing up the destroyed dummies. "Pipes wanted to show off-"

"Show off what?" Sadie turned her gaze back towards them, red tipped hair flying in her face before, "Oh cool!" She grinned widely, dropping what she was doing as she moved towards Piper. "Where'd you get that done?"

"A little shop, the one near your favorite music place."

"Oh that is badass." Sadie reached them and looked closer, "What made you get that-" she paused, "How did you get tha- stupid question, you just told the piercer right?"

"Yep." Piper nodded, "And I got them to piss off my dads new assistant."

"Bitch was overstepping her boundaries massively." Percy scowled, "I kinda wish I'd turned her into something- maybe a goldfish-"

"Percy mom's told you you're not allowed to turn bullies to goldfish- not even adult bullies." Sadie paused, "But- I'm just saying- no one needs to know if you do it to Hailey when you're back at school-"

"You are a terrible influence." Percy gave a devilish grin. "I love it."

"You're both terrible." Piper was smiling though, even as she shook her head fondly. "You're both dumbasses."

"Yes, yes we are. But we're the type of dumbasses who can blow people up easily so most people fear us rather than look at us like we're dumb-"

"I mean, Carter does do that actually." Percy remarked, "But most others look at us with fear and awe-"

"As they should." Sadie slung an arm over Percy's shoulder. "We should be worshipped, don't'cha think."

"Oh gods don't inflate her ego too much." Piper snickered, "She already practically has cults of fangirls-"

"Hey!" Percy pouted, "I don't have that big of an ego."

"Okay, okay that's fair." Piper grinned, "But you do have ridiculous fans sometimes- remember that girl who told you that she had a life-size cut out-"

"Hah!" Sadie snorted with laughter, "Don't mention that to Carter or he might have to find that fan to burn it- you know how protective he gets over you."

"It's nothing dangerous." Percy rolled her eyes, her face flushed "A little weird maybe but I mean, I love my fans." it was flattering, knowing that people liked her so much. "And you'd totally have fans too- I mean technically they do they just don't realise that you're not just a character in a book or in films."

"Yes, and I can watch with much amusement." Sadie declared sagely, "Without having them watch me on the streets. What I find really weird are the Carter fans." she mock shuddered, "I mean- out of all the characters to like, they really chose Carter's character? Really? He's so-" she waved a hand emphatically, "So boring." she paused, "If mom does write about your Greek adventures does that mean Piper and Annabeth can play themselves?" her grin was devilish once more and Piper gave Sadie a dirty look.

"I would genuinely rather die than have to do all the stuff that Percy does for her job."

"Oooh, hard no then." Sadie snickered and shook her head before pausing, "You two wanna come and go out with me since Walt was so rude and ditched me? I need some more dye." she tugged on her hair, gesturing to the red ends, "I'm thinking of going purple on the ends for a change and I want help picking the shade."

"Now that I can do." Piper grinned, "You up for it Percy."

"Always."
