Chapter Twenty-Nine

For the next week, Dean was in therapy three times a day; sometimes in a group, but mainly solo to discuss his relationships with Sam and his parents.

Dr. Lowell expressed his displeasure when Dean mentioned moving back in with Sam, but supported the patient when a compromise was finally met: Dean agreed to stay in a guest room and to continue his therapy sessions.

Sam was ecstatic on the morning that his boyfriend was finally coming home and made sure everything was perfect. He had already torn that bungalow down, so there would be no reminders of Luke. Sam instructed Seth to only make healthy, but delicious entrees and no one was to mention anything about what Dean is or isn't eating.

Dean was pacing his room, eagerly anticipating Sam's arrival so he could finally leave the hospital. Dean didn't understand why he needed to stay all that time since he wasn't really sick.

Sam cleared his throat to get his boyfriend's attention, "Are you ready?"

"Hell yeah!" Dean exclaimed, grabbing his bag and practically running out the door.

Sam had brought the Corvette, hoping they could have a fun and relaxing ride home. "Do you want to stop somewhere or just head for home?"

"I really wanna see my mom, but she told my dad that I should come by tomorrow afternoon while he's out with Adam, so let's just go home."

Sam saw the hurt in his eyes and just wanted to pull over and hold the guy he loved, but knew Dean would've hated that. "Good news…Castiel will be back tonight from his trip and he really wants to see you, so I was thinking about barbequing some chicken and corn-on-the-cob…are you up for that?"

"Yeah, that sounds great."

"It'll just be us, my mom, Adam and Cas," Sam said, in a soft tone. "I even gave the staff the night off because I want it just to be an intimate night."

"Ummm, I'm gonna stay in the guest room…" Dean remarked, looking out the window and not making eye contact.

"I know."

"So, you're not going to talk me out of it?" Dean questioned.

"No, I won't," Sam replied. "I promised you and your doctors that I will do anything to get you healthy and that's what I'm doing."

Dean nodded, still not making eye contact.

Sam wanted to lighten the conversation, "I also had your room redone…it's an homage to Hawaii."

That got Dean's attention and Sam started laughing when he saw the displeased look as Dean was glaring. "Dude, don't worry, its awesome."

"Awesome?"

"Yeah, awesome." Sam mimicked back as the laughter filled the car on the long ride home.

Dean's palms were sweaty when Sam turned onto the lavish property. How can I be nervous going back to Sam's house?

Before they could get out of the car, Karen was practically pulling Dean out and hugging him.

"Mom! Mom, be careful!" Sam yelled. "You're going to hug the stuffing out of him!"

"Dude, chill," Dean stated in a relaxed tone. "I'm not gonna break…its awesome to get a hot babe to hug the stuffing outta me."

Sam smiled, "Oh well, let me in on this."

Dean was quite embarrassed to be in the center of an unusual family hug, but let it slide when he sensed that they needed it more than he did. After all, his family never really showed an intimacy; therefore, this was new to him.

Sam then immediately showed his boyfriend where his new room was as he eagerly opened the door. Dean was reluctant to go inside, but pleasantly surprised and appreciated the gesture when he saw the outcome.

"Well, doesn't it look exactly like that room we spent on my island? I had it done to the exact detail and quite pleased with the results….are you?"

"Not really…this one doesn't have that hot chick Kalani here."

Sam instantly gave his bitch face and that made Dean laugh hard. "What's so funny?"

"Dude, you are." Dean chuckled as he flopped onto the bed.

Sam desperately wanted to lie next to him, but decided to let Dean freshen up and have a nap. "I'll call you at seven o'clock since Cas will back by then."

Dean nodded and watched the taller man leave then room. I really want to spend more alone time with Sam…wonder if he really does too.

Dean drifted off into a deep slumber…something he hadn't done in months as his body had been healing and mind was somewhat clear.

Flashback

"Dean! Dean!"

"What? He mumbled, managing to turn over in his twin bed to see a gorgeous pair of blue eyes watching him.

"Dean, you…we overslept and we're going to be late for class!" Castiel shouted, trying to jump out of bed, but was pulled down into a kiss. Cas sighed, knowing he and his penis were defeated and gave in by turning over.

"The best part about having a twin bed means that getting into position won't take long." Dean chuckled.

"Ha-ha, very funny, now get on with it so I can make my next class," Cas huffed.

"Okay, you asked for it," Dean mentioned, licking behind his boyfriend's ear, knowing full well that spot practically made Cas cum every time.

Cas was enjoying the licking so much that he was genuinely surprised when he was being rammed in from behind, causing him to screech like a school girl.

Dean was proud of that and desperately wanted to be in that angel again; therefore, he gave it all he had. Being inside that man made Dean forget all about his troubles as he was in love.

"Fuck," Castiel gasped, instantly bending back when Dean pushed further into him, and buried his face into the already messy sheets when Dean settled balls deep.

"Hey, you asked for this and I'm just obliging," Dean said, smirking while the other male was loudly moaning.

Cas was uncomfortably positioned and that made it feel like he wanted to stop, but Dean's cock inside him felt so fucking awesome that he never wanted the pleasure shooting through him to end.

"Man, Cas, how can you be so friggin' tight from all that fucking we did last night?" Dean snarled, letting his boyfriend adjust to get comfortable for a few moments before he thrust back in.

"Fuck…I uh…" Cas moaned, trying to catch his breath again.

Dean smirked again, continuing to pound into his boyfriend.

Cas thrust back, desperately wanting more. "Want you, Dean," he moaned.

"Yeah, that's it, Cas, fuck yourself on my big dick."

"Dean…oh god," Cas panted, coming all over the sheets beneath him.

Dean chuckled, "Well, I'm not ready yet, so brace yourself."

Castiel couldn't believe what was happening, as Dean pushed into him again and again. He moaned lowly and piercingly squealed, making him feel like a love stuck teen.

"Son of a bitch, dude, you're making it sound like I'm fucking a farm animal in here!" Dean growled but quickly added,"…uh, keep howling…it's umm…turning me on."

Cas was appreciative when Dean slowed his fast pace and didn't want this sensation to end. Before he could express his emotions, the pounding began again.

Dean grunted, fiercely thrusting in and out of his lover, moaning and filled Cas with his release. "That was fucking awesome!"

"Yeah, it uh, w-was," Cas panted, barely able to move a muscle as Dean pulled out.

Dean chuckled, moving off of his lover and lying next to him, licking behind his ear again.

"Dean, uh…don't do t-that," Cas pleaded. "I need to get to class as you do too."

"Are you mad? Dean questioned. "I didn't hurt you, right?"

Castiel faced his boyfriend, "Yes I am mad, since you made me miss most of my classes, but as usual you only pleasured me…not hurt me."

Dean was relieved by those words and felt even better when Cas rewarded him with a deep kiss, erasing any doubt of hurting his lover.

The cuddled and made love the rest of the day, despite many phone calls Dean refused to take, knowing full well it was his parents as they always seemed to know when to cock-block.

End of Flashback

Dean felt extremely awkward walking outside for the evening Sam had planned, where all eyes were on him. He was ashamed of having a sex dream about Cas and guilty for all the trouble he had caused them.

"Dean, are you okay?" Sam inquired, snapping him out of those thoughts and nodded as he sat down in-between Adam and Castiel at a cozy round table with candles glowing while the sun started to fade.

"Did you have a nice nap in your new room?" Karen asked in a motherly tone with a warm smile, handing him a tall glass of iced-tea.

Dean nodded, "Yeah, thanks."

"Bet you were surprised by that crazy-ass room, huh?" Adam chuckled, earning a bitch face look from his older brother.

"Hey! I only did it for love." Sam teased, bringing over the food and sitting on the other side of Castiel. "Well, dig in everybody."

Dean watched as everyone seemed to wait for him, making the awkward evening more awkward. He noticed how all the chicken pieces were leg quarter sizes and the corn-on-the-cob were abnormally larger than he was used to, but made everyone happy by placing those, and a baked potato on his plate. Seeing Dean have a generous portion of food on his plate, made the others fill their plates as well.

At first, Dean picked at his food, because he really wasn't hungry, but sensing all eyes on him, he began shovelling the items into his mouth. And that allowed everyone to feel at ease and start a conversation about what to have for dinner tomorrow night.

"I might not be here, so eat without me." Dean replied, hoping he wouldn't have to endure this awkwardness tomorrow when he is out with his mother.

Adam chuckled, "You got a hot date or something?"

"Adam!" Karen shouted.

"What?"

Dean put down his fork, "I'm spending the afternoon with my mom and maybe uh…never mind, it's a stupid thought anyways."

All sat there, seeing the hurt in the man's eyes and wanted to comfort him. Dean wished he never said anything and just wanted to leave, but knew they all would be following him anyway.

"That wasn't a stupid thing to say," Cas quietly said, noticing his former lover to look at him for the first time tonight. "You want to spend time with your mother, so it would be expected that you would both eat a meal together."

Dean nodded, feeling even more guilty about that sex dream and how understanding Cas was. Hell, everyone was so nice and he wanted to thank them for caring, but the words never seemed to form.

"I was planning on making you a casserole to bring with you tomorrow, would that still be okay?" Karen asked.

Dean smiled slightly, "Yeah, I would like that and I think she would too…thanks."

The night ended after a friendly game of poker, which Karen had won. Dean wondered how she became quite the player, but was stunned when her sons really sucked at it. Cas came in second and smirked at Dean, who was at a loss for words.

"Well, I'm off to bed now, thanks for an awesome evening," Dean remarked, standing up.

"I'll drive you over at noon, since John and I need to be at the track by one," Adam mentioned.

"You're going to a car race tomorrow?" Cas asked.

Adam snorted, "Dude, we're betting on horses at a horse track."

Everyone laughed, including Dean, who said, "I just hope you do better with the ponies then the way you play poker."

Sam decided to walk Dean up to his room, but was disappointed when Dean said his goodnights and closed the door.

Dean rested his head on the shut door and sighed, "Wish you could stay the night, Sam, but I'm not normal…I was dreaming about Cas and thinking about my mom at dinner. Hopefully, someday I won't me a stupid mental case and we can be together."
