W.

/ Thank you for taking care of me!

I'm feeling much better.

I have something important for the weekend, and I was afraid I was going to miss it because of the fever. /

.

S.

/ That's good. /

.

W.

/ Just that? /

.

S.

/ A quarter of the city is covered with snow.

If you're so affected by the heat.

Why didn't you move to Tundratown? /

.

W.

/ I wanted to!

But I could only afford that one room.

And it's close to my work, too. /

.

S.

/ How about not wearing a suit anymore?

At first I thought you had a gland problem or something.

Or is it a medical problem? /

.

W.

/ I'm healthy and overly stylish. B) /

The trees are shady and lush, sunlight streaming through the gaps in their leaves and branches.

The park was very large and home to many lush plants and trees.

The ground is covered with a layer of green grass, and when stepped on, it felt as soft as a carpet.

Shark holds a large basket in his hand, stepping into the dappled shade of the tree as he walks beside Snake with Webs on top of his hat.

They proceed lightly up the steep hill.

Finally, they spot Piranha welcoming them along with Joy and Rhonda on the classic red and white checkered picnic blanket spread out on the lawn.

- They picked a very nice spot. -

Greets the shark leaving the heavy basket on the ground, then turned around and admired the scenery.

- A very good view to watch the race. -

The Boulevard was closed for the local Grand Prix, the track was surrounded by fences and hay bales.

It's a lively scene, there were tourists and vendors everywhere.

They sat on the tarp, and brought out some snacks that were prepared in advance.

Piranha happily took the food plate by plate out of the basket she had brought and placed it in the middle of the mat.

- I coordinated the entire evening of appreciation for the great masters of the history of science, and should I agree to be the second vice president in the Honors Program? -

- They don't value you. -

The Raven and the Shark chat casually.

- Yes. And how are you doing? -

- There's a sales conference all week and I'm in charge of seven welcoming committee activities.

And a thank you? No.

They didn't even appreciate that I got a reservation at the Revolving Restaurant for the welcome banquet. -

- They don't appreciate you. -

Webs is showing her photos to Rhonda of her visit to Tundratown, with Shark and Piranha.

- We went skiing, skating and... -

He's scrolling the images on the screen.

Snake carelessly watched the scene in search of the wolf.

Not long after, the green-scaled one approached him with a can of cold beer.

- He has a surprise for them, so he'll be late. -

Informs the little fish with a playful smile.

Then the snake came back to its senses and lazily picked up the beer to concentrate on the food.

- Try my Lettuce Wraps. -

He stretched his flipper forward and carefully handed the wrapped lettuce to Snake.

The reptile just smiled, and bit into a crunchy bite of the warm, fragrant Wrap.

- Delicious! -

Piranha puffs out his chest proudly and takes a swig of beer.

- Try the Muffins I made. -

The one in yellow offers a tray with the desserts still steaming and giving off a rich aroma.

- They are figs with cheese. -

The piranha is happy to hear that.

- Everyone to the starting line. -

The competition is about to start and a lot of strangers came to watch, so the surroundings became much livelier.

- Start the engines. -

Eyes fell on the drivers in their uniforms and the cars lined up on the track emitting their roars.

They waved the starting flag and away they went.

The chase for the top four was intense, while those behind managed to keep up with them.

They were practically pushing them through every corner, but simply could not pass them.

It crashed, the green car broke in two.

As it was turning into the apex of Turn 5 while going full speed, it wobbled and ended up off the track crashing into the safety barrier.

I'm okay, was the cat's voice echoing over the communicator and there was loud applause and cheering.

He was escorted out of the car and taken to be checked.

The race continued and somehow, the red car after one lap, lost first place.

He braked early and spun, but coming out of the turn he had a moment of oversteer and pulled away from the rest.

This allowed those behind to take the lead, with the black car close behind and the yellow car on its heels.

After overcoming one of the two tightest turns on the route, the yellow car and the black car are now neck and neck.

He leaned forward straight ahead, but slowed down a moment later, just before entering the corner.

The wheelspin caught him and nearly put his car out of play.

His yellow-colored opponent took advantage and overtook him, managed to get his nose in and force him to give him the space.

He came out of the turn first and took the lead.

The black car managed to make up the lost time, right behind on the long straight.

He rushes forward, increasing his lead.

He has no intention of attacking in a straight line.

He wants to overtake his rival in the turn.

A tight turn with limited movement, anyone would let their guard down believing he wouldn't attack at that precise moment.

He fired his car into the corner.

The driving of the black car surprised everyone, it is almost impossible and absolutely dangerous to overtake in the narrow streets but he is doing it with absolute precision and drive.

He squeezed his opponent, causing the rear to move out of the way, allowing him to pass.

The one in yellow again fell behind.

However, he was not about to give up his position, he turned sharply taking the outside line and made a backing move on the black car, deploying all the fuel he had.

Entering the next corner, the two were side by side.

They gain even more speed, putting them both at a safe distance between the other cars.

The finish line is a few meters away.

The dark car goes on the inside, the one in yellow squeezes it to the edge of the apex and is forced to back off.

But that's not the end.

The finish line was approaching and he just changed gears and stepped hard on the accelerator which allowed the car to fight against the frictional force and pass in front of the yellow car and over the finish line.

Shouts of excitement as he skidded the car and brought it to a stop.

He took off his helmet, his coat is covered in sweat.

- Moe Wolfford claims the win! -

Shouts the announcer.

The crowd erupted in cheers and applause.

As they watched Wolf greet the people around him with the biggest smile on his face.

The three clerks were left with their mouths open.

- Did you know about this? -

The shark interrogates the snake pointing to the wolf on the podium.

- No! -

Piranha guffaws.

- Moe likes the extravagant entrances. -

Raven comments after chewing her sandwich.

Rhonda with a cheek full of potato salad, nods her head in agreement with her friend.

The wolf after having his five minutes of fame and that no one wanted to pay attention to him anymore, walked forward, stepping into the shade of the tall trees while taking small, quick steps.

- What did you think? -

He asks holding up the big trophy.

- Woohoo!

- It was amazing! -

- You kept me in suspense! -

The canine is showered with praise and congratulations.

- I was more surprised to find out you were the winner. -

The reptile replies.

- I'll take that as a compliment. -

He smiles, it's impossible to lose his good mood.

- I think it will be fair to know their names now that they know mine. -

- He's Lou and I'm Tara. -

The tarantula introduces herself and her shark friend.

- I'm Pepe. -

The piranha points to himself with his thumb.

- And I'm Snake. -

He was cautious enough to pull out his ID and point to his name written in capital letters.

The spider takes a picture of everyone's surprised faces.

- Moe! -

A clear female voice with a strong penetrating power rang through the crowd.

An ideal woman walks in their direction.

Wherever the owner of the voice passed, everyone gave way, creating a passage.

It was like Moses parting the sea to welcome the most radiant queen in the audience.

- Are these your friends you talk so much about? -

His voice is resonant, silky but firm.

About a hundred and eighty centimeters tall with shapely legs, curly jet hair in an afro and her huge bright brown eyes.

The qualities of her body and beauty were emphasized by her yellow pilot outfit that fit and molded her figure.

- You came at the perfect time; guys, this is Pam, the one who just barely took the first place from me. -

The panther greets the three new faces in the group with a handshake.

- Pam, this is Tara, Lou and my boyfriend Snake. -

The shark and the spider burst into screams and cheers, the excitement was unbearable.

Unaware that the snake was shocked.

- A. . . . A taste. -

She didn't have the courage to embarrass him in front of everyone and forced herself to smile.

Maybe it's just a game.

He's staring at Wolf waiting for a sign or something, and didn't notice the presence of the other pilots arriving to say hello.

They met the other members of the competition and Wolf kept introducing him as her boyfriend.

.

.

.

It was seven-thirty in the evening at Zootopia.

Snake is sitting on the cushion in front of his living room table.

He is staring at the coffee cup.

- Why didn't you stop him?! -

asks the puzzled spider.

- Everyone was watching! I didn't want to make him look like an idiot.

And having two idiots congratulating me wasn't helping! -

- We were so happy! -

Said the shark, sitting on the couch, he showed a somewhat guilty expression after hearing his friend reprimand him.

- From the moment they started going out without us, Webs and I were waiting for the good news. -

- What good news?! -

- Please Snake. -

This is the tarantula speaking.

- For a guy who doesn't care what other people think of him, you were very concerned about how Wolf thought of you. -

- Aaaahg. -

The reptile rests its face on one of its coils.

- I didn't even know he liked men, and I was sure he had a girl in his sights. -

- What does it matter? He chose you, and you already committed, you should see what happens and make the decision based on that. -

Advises the fish.

- Don't you think. . . . Too young. -

There was a little guilt mixed with some unclear emotions in his heart.

- Don't worry, the first one is always scary, in time you might even get an eighteen year old. -

Jokes the redhead.

- I'm not amused. -

- That you feel a sense of responsibility for their well-being spoke volumes about your integrity as a person. -

Shark points out with a comforting smile.

- Give him a chance, he seems like someone who has his priorities in order. -

- And you really like him, the Snake I know wouldn't be running around like a headless chicken.

I'd just send him to hell. -

Webs says with a smile of amusement.

The reptile suddenly felt his anger drain away.

He could no longer pretend that nothing was going on.

- But there's still something I don't understand. -

Shark speaks.

- How did you not know that he asked you out on a date?!

You've been dating for over a month.

More than a month! -

-Radar failed me! -
