The current Inter-School match is between the Spade Branch and Clover Branch, the Duelist are Ruri Kurosaki for Spade's and Sayaka for Clover
On Sayaka field there's the Xyz Monster Fairy Cheer Girl and on Ruri field there's Assemble Nightingale with no overlay unit, her hands are also empty and no set Spell/Trap card. The best part for the Clover Branch is it's Sayaka turn
"Fairy Cheer Girl attacks Assemble Nightingale!" Sayaka commands her monster
Fairy Cheer Girl started to do a high jump kick which landed on Nightingale inflicting Ruri damage which ended the duel
"There we have it folks! The winner is Sayaka Sasayama of Clover's!" The announcer announce excitedly with a thundering applause from the crowds
Ruri and Sayaka exited the field when Sayaka hold Ruri sleeves
"Is something the matter Saya?" Ruri ask
"I-I want you to have this!" Sayaka exclaimed while showing her her's ace, Little Fairy
Before Ruri could say anything her older brother, Shun appear, fuming, "Don't you dare accept it!-" Before Shun can slap the card a hand stop him, it's his older twin, Sagi
"Don't slap the card Shun" Sagi said glaring at her younger twin, "It's Ruri decision"
She look up sweetly at her sister, "It's your decision, I promise I wouldn't get angry at your decision"
Ruri and Saya look at the two with sweatdrop
Ruri took the card from her best friend hand, surprising her, "Thank you, I will cherish it very much" Ruri said which made Saya let out a few tears
They then heard a voice coming out from the speaker, "Please proceed to the observing area, I repeat, please proceed to the observing area"
Not knowing why, the four started to make their way there. There, they saw some of their friends talking together but not Yuto. Ruri feeling uneasy look around the room and saw that Yuto just enter with his brother, Yugen
Before she could go see him Mr Ukyo touched the mic making everyone pay attention to the stage, "Ahem, Everyone I'm sure you have an exciting month considering the Inter-School Tournament and I'm sure you all are sad that it's about to end. So, let's make the final day exciting!"
Everyone started to whisper wondering what the teachers going to do
Looking at the student whisper, Mr Ukyo let out a small smile, "We decide to hold a Special 2v2 Match. Now the student who I call please come forward" Mr Ukyo put his hand in the box the call the student
Everyone is excited except the Otari brothers who silently wishing they didn't get pick since they are tired
"Well, would you look at this! Yugen and Yuto Otari please come forward!" Mr Ukyo said cheerfully
"And they will be facing-! Sagi and Ruri Kurosaki!"
The siblings look at each other in shock. Come on! What are the chances for siblings to get selected! But not once but twice! And what are the chances for the siblings to be close and actually dating each other!
The four of them make their way to the field, readying their Duel Disk
"Come on, Yuto. Let's finish this quickly" Yugen said to his brother in a tired voice
"Right!"
"Oh? What makes you think you can win?" Sagi ask her boyfriend
"Just a gut feeling" he answered
"Can we start already? I'm tired" Yuto ask

Everyone was taken back for a moment, especially Yuto, "How dare you say that!" Yuto is now fuming

"Who knows" Sagi chuckled, "But I do understand Yuto anger, calling a duelist a horrible duelist bound to make the said person angry"
"How long do you think they going to continue arguing" An audience member, with red spiky hair ask
"You know how they are Allen" Another boy, older than the redhead said, "They won't stop until an adult told them so"
Mr Ukyo, tired of the brother arguing, suddenly shouted, "You two!" Mr Ukyo glare at the boys, "Stop it now!"
The Otari brothers gulp and answer in unison. "Y-yes sir"

Assembled Nightingale hit Yuto and Yugen but the glow that should have showed damage instead heal them

"Hey, at least I'm not wearing a stupid cape!" Yugen point at his younger brother accusingly
"This cape makes me look cool alright!" Yuto shout at his brother but he ignore him
"Alright. I'm wearing this" Yugen said
He's wearing a black turtleneck with a yellow and maroon jacket with black lining. He's also wearing gloves
"Gloves? Seriously?"
Yugen ignore his brother remark and started walking away
"Mom! Dad! We're going now!" Yugen shout, leaving his house
"Goodbye!" Yuto also told their parents, "Bro, wait up!"
The brothers quickly run to their meeting location. Their friend group consist of them, the Kurosaki siblings, Sayaka Sasayama, Allen Kozuki and Kaito Tenjo who Yugen called Kite for convenience
"Hey, sorry we're late" Yugen apologise
"It's fine," Allen said, then he looked at Yuto who was standing behind his brother, "Um, Yuto, why are you wearing a cape?" Allen ask
"The cape makes me look cool," Yuto said, pouting. Seeing that his friend looked at him weirdly, Yuto quickly pointed out, "How about you Allen? Why do you wear your poncho?" Yuto asked, grinning
"Alright, you two cut it out" Ruri said, standing between the two boys
"We better get going or else we're going to be late" Sayaka said while looking at her watch
The group decide to watch a movie first then go to the amusement park. The movie they decide to watch is starting in about 30 minute so they sprint
That's when they heard it
The blast
The group looked back to where the explosion was and they saw it. The giant robot

"W-what the…"
They then saw people running and some got turned into…a card?
They saw the mechanical robot and below them were people wearing a blue military uniform with masks that can only be differentiated by the stone colour they have. Those people are wearing Duel Disk
The group activate their Duel Disk while their home got invaded
In a matter of seconds, Heartland is ruin
Yuto decided to stop reminiscing about the past and started his patrol. He looked at his ruined home. It's all because of them ! He was going to destroy them-!
"Yuto" Yugen voice cut through Yuto thought
"What is it?" Yuto wondered when he saw where they were, their former home. The place where their parents got carded
Yugen looked at his brother in pity but the moment got cut short when he saw Academia duelist. "Yuto! Heads up there's Academia duelist!" Yugen shout but his words left on deaf ears
Seeing his brother still crying he decided to initiate the duel without him. After Yuto realised what was going on he saw how many duelists there are. Anger take control of him and both his and his brother card started to glow

The Phantom Drake and Majestical Musoraid
The Phantom Drake. My second favourite og archetype. In all honesty, I have no idea what I'm going to say for this archetype other than I'm sorry if this archetype is too powerful, i try to balance it out by banishing it face-down after they left to Pendulum Zone
Majestical Musoraid. The combination of Lyrilusc and Raidraptor. It's namesake is from muso (which google said in informal term for musician) and raid (from raidraptor). This archetype is also my favourite for the girls. Since Lyrilusc and Raidraptor initials are LL and RR I decide to put MM because I initially thought l means left and r means right so I decide to put m for middle. I honestly proud of the archetype name
I forgot to mention it but the symbol for En Winds is the middle of the snowflkes while En Birds on different part of the body
The next chapter is going to be a while because 1) I need to clean some things up and 2) I suddenly realised I need to plan this out (or having a rough plotline) for the story because of multiple reasons
Other than that I should say that 1) They won't be too much different from the anime, 2) Somethings I already planned out people aren't probaly going to like (eg, Yuri's will be closer to his manga personality)
