The second match was Tsuyu, Fumikage, Rainbow Dash, and Sunset Shimmer against Ectoplasm. The four students were in the middle of the Labyrinth Zone, looking around for any sign of their opponent.
"The teacher's probably waiting at the gate," Tsuyu noted.
"All we need to do is find it." Sunset said.
"No problem! I can find the gate in 10 seconds flat!" Rainbow boasted as she prepared to take flight, only for countless clones of Ectoplasm to appear in front of the team.
"Here's a friendly warning... The teachers are trying to crush you with everything they have. No holding back. So you need to be sure to give it everything you have... Or you will lose!"
"This is not good." Sunset winced.
"Dark Shadow!" Fumikage called out as his partner appeared and wrapped himself around the Tsuyu, sending her into the air as Sunset and Rainbow manifested their wings and took flight.
"Hang on!" Tsuyu called out as she used her tongue to reel Fumikage up with her.
"Choosing to retreat and seek help knowing you're overwhelmed," Ectoplasm noted as he stood near the exit. "A sound decision. But I won't make it easy for you."
Ectoplasm's Quirk, [Clones], allowed him to make up to thirty clones at once, and while they couldn't cover the entire labyrinth, he could recall them at will and redeploy them as needed. And since they could share information with each other and the original, it was easy to spot where the four younger heroes were going.
Fortunately for Fumikage, the clones weren't durable even more so thanks to the compressed weights. But they still had the advantage in numbers and the labyrinth was well-lit, weakening Dark Shadow. This is where Tsuyu, Rainbow, and Sunset came in, supporting Fumikage by protecting his blind spots.
"We need to get higher and see if we can find some shadows!" Rainbow said as she sent some clones flying away with a large tornado. "There's no end to these guys!"
"Ectoplasm can emit as much of the ectoplasmic substance for his clones as he needs," Fumikage noted. "We need to keep on the move and prevent them from sharing our location easily."
"Still, we're making good time. Guess it comes with being a bunch of speedy heroes." Sunset said as she sent out fiery feathers at the clones.
"But this is likely where Ectoplasm will be setting his final trap." Tsuyu pointed out. "We've gotta make our choice here; do we try to escape, or do we go for the capture? That's gotta be his real body, so if we cuff him it'll count."
Ectoplasm looked up at where they were. "You've done well getting past the others. But I have one final move to make!"
Much to the four young heroes' collective surprise, he upchucked a huge amount of ectoplasmic goo, creating one massive clone of himself.
"GIANT BITE DETENTION!"
"Oh boy..." Sunset gulped.
"With this attack active I can't send out any more clones, but this one will be more than sufficient!" Ectoplasm declared.
"LOOK OUT!" Fumikage called out as he tried to push Tsuyu out of the way. It didn't do any good, and both of them were trapped.
"Tokoyami! Tsu!" Sunset cried as she and Rainbow took into the air and began flying around the giant clone.
"I'm the only one who can dispel this behemoth. So what do you plan to do now?" Ectoplasm questioned. "Will you surrender or can you rely on your allies to help you?"
"Forget about us!" Fumikage called out to Rainbow and Sunset. "If you can get through the gate, we can still win this!"
"Not without you guys!" Rainbow said as she sent bolts of crimson lightning at the giant Ectoplasm clone. "I never leave my friends hanging!"
Fumikage sent Dark Shadow out to try and reach the gate but Ectoplasm managed to hold him off exceptionally well in his own right.
"Do you intend to just play keep-away until time runs out? You won't pass if you do that."
"Actually, he was just the distraction!" Sunset said as she flew behind Ectoplasm and struck him in the back with a roundhouse kick, which manifested flaming talons that sent the Clone Hero flying off.
Tsuyu had been using the distraction in order to upchuck something from her mouth and hand it to Fumikage, who sent Dark Shadow out to strike at Ectoplasm as he tried to recover. Rainbow gave the sentient Quirk cover fire with a few light bolts as Ectoplasm quickly tried to intercept Dark Shadow with his legs, only to feel something latch onto them.
"Gotcha!" Rainbow smirked.
Tsuyu sighed in relief. "It worked. I knew we'd need a plan if Ectoplasm caught us at the finish line, so I swallowed the cuffs we were given. My Quirk lets me take things in and out of my stomach."
"An unexpected move, but an effective one," Ectoplasm noted as he dispelled the giant clone. Rainbow and Sunset took it upon themselves to catch Fumikage and Tsuyu before they could fall.
"Tokoyami, you learned how to use Dark Shadow in a way other than attacking, and you showed wisdom in listening to your partner. Asui, you made use of a facet of your Quirk you normally don't rely on. As for Rainbow Dash and Sunset Shimmer, you both showed admirable loyalty, refusing to take the opening provided and instead opting to help your allies. Congratulations, you all pass.
"That's Rainbow Dash for you. She's the most loyal friend anybody could ask for." Twilight said with a smile as Izuku nodded in agreement.
"Man, Rainbow is so manly! In a girl's way, of course!" Eijirou excitedly noted.
"Kirishima, your views of manly are practically gender-equal," Momo said with a roll of her eyes. "Though I still need to find a way to help my own team pass when our time comes..."
The third match was now underway with Tenya, Oujiro, Terumi, and Rarity against Power Loader. The Support Course Teacher used his Quirk, [Iron Claws], to dig under the Dirt Zone, creating pitfalls to limit the team's mobility.
"Given the odds, it might be best for us to run for help," Tenya said.
"A good idea, Iida. Unfortunately, there's just one problem." Oujiro pointed out as he used his tail to knock a rock into the middle of the field, locating a pitfall.
Terumi quickly got an idea. "Hey Iida, remember our training with Swift Sculpt?"
Tenya nodded, realizing what his partner was getting at. "Rather than trying to outmaneuver Power Loader, we'll try a direct assault. And since we don't know where he'll attack from, we'll just force him into the open."
"I can get behind that plan." Rarity said. "As long as I don't get anything on my costume. I just got it cleaned from Internships."
"Iida and I will carry one of you each," Terumi said as he crouched down, allowing Rarity to get on his shoulders while Oujiro did the same with Tenya.
"RECIPRO BURST!"
Tenya quickly raced past most of the traps while Terumi followed after him, using his uncanny strength to make giant leaps across. Rarity held on as tightly as she could to Terumi as she scanned the area.
"We're aiming for the gate, but Power Loader will seek to guard it. And when he pops out..."
Sure enough, Power Loader emerged from the ground right in front of them. However, this was exactly what the team wanted as Tenya quickly turned around and hit the afterburner, blinding Power Loader with the exhaust.
This gave Oujiro the opening he needed to wrap his tail around Power Loader, leaving him open for Rarity to create a crystal collar around his neck while Terumi did a power slide, locking the cuffs onto his legs.
"Impressive, you took the risk of a head-on fight when it was the only option open. And you made sure no one got injured. That was great work." Power Loader said.
"Thank you for your kind words, Sesei," Tenya said. "But if you don't mind, I'm completely stuck."
During the last attack, Tenya had wound up buried up to his neck by complete accident. Naturally, this made Terumi and Oujiro bust a gut laughing and even Rarity couldn't help but giggle.
Next up was Momo, Shoto, Tempest, and Ghidorah facing Aizawa in the Suburban Zone.
"This is where it gets real. I hope we know what we're getting into." Momo said.
"Don't worry, I have a plan in mind," Shoto said as the four started running through the alleys.
"Really? YOU have a plan?" Ghidorah asked skeptically.
"Yes, I have PART of a plan," Shoto said, narrowing his eyes back at Ghidorah. "All of you start using your Quirks. If you stop using them, that means Aizawa-Sensei is close by."
"Todoroki and I will draw him to us," Tempest added. "That will let you and Ghidorah run for the gate, Yaoyorozu."
Momo nodded, popping Matryoshka dolls from her body as they ran along the backstreets. Ghidorah and Shoto emitted flames from their hands like makeshift torches, and Tempest began emitting electricity from her hands.
However, Ghidorah and his ever-keen senses could tell that something was eating away at Momo. Shoto noticed this as well as he turned to her.
"Something wrong?"
"Thinking back to my Internship with Daring Do... She said she wanted to help me improve my self-confidence." Momo explained. "As the two recommended students in our class, we started evenly. But then you wound up accomplishing far more overtime. During the Cavalry Battle in the Sports Festival, I was mostly following your lead. And you got a little higher than me in the finals while I was completely useless in the first round."
"Yeah, that was my bad," Ghidorah admitted guiltily. "When we started our school year, I just thought you were a spoiled know-it-all rich girl...but after I beat you in that match, I realized just how emotionally fragile you were. I never got around to apologizing for it so... I'm sorry."
Tempest was keeping her focus on her Quirk while listening to the conversation at the same time. Her eyes widened when she saw the electricity fizzle out from her hands.
"He's close!"
"A good strategy to detect me. But now's the time for action rather than talking."
Everyone looked up to see Aizawa dangling from a telephone wire with his Capture Tape. He then quickly dropped down while focusing his Quirk on Shoto, Ghidorah, and Tempest, forcing the three to be on the defensive.
"Yaoyorozu, run for it!" Tempest cried out.
Momo quickly ran while Aizawa tied up Shoto and swung him into Ghidorah, who did his best to catch him but the force knocked them both down. Tempest rushed to try and take advantage of the opening but Aizawa quickly blocked her approach and flipped her over his shoulder.
"All three of you have powerful and versatile Quirks but you've still got a long way to go in close quarters."
The three all found themselves strung up by the length of his body, hanging from some telephone wires.
"You know I can just flex and break out of these restraints." Ghidorah pointed out. "No Quirks needed, I'm just that strong!"
"True, but you might want to watch where you land," Aizawa said as he tossed a handful of caltrops all over the ground just under the three.
"Caltrops? This is your strategy? You pretending to be some kind of ninja?" Shoto sarcastically asked.
"I literally just ran across, like, four rooftops, shut down your Quirks, and strung you all up like pinatas. Congratulations on putting two and two together. I'm sure Daddy must be proud." Aizawa said as he applied his eye drops and went off to look for Momo.
Ghidorah bellowed out laughing. "OH NO HE DIDN'T!"
"Maybe we should consider a different sort of plan."
The three perked up and turned to see Momo peeking out from a nearby wall.
"Why didn't you run for the exit?" Tempest asked.
"I realized you three were trying to put a lot of the burden on yourselves. Todoroki, especially." Momo explained, "But isn't that how your father does hero work? Aren't you trying to be a different sort of hero than him?"
"OOOOOH, DOUBLE BURN!" Ghidorah cackled.
"She has a point," Tempest admitted. "For all that you're trying to differentiate yourself from Endeavor, you tend to fall into the same mindset as him."
"I figured Aizawa-Sensei would see through your plan and immediately take you out," Momo continued. "So I hid while he was distracted and waited for him to chase after the last direction he saw me running toward. The fact that you were able to evade him for so long helped in that regard."
"It's important to have a plan, but I guess sometimes it's best to work with other people's plans as well." Tempest smiled before scanning the skylines, her eyes glowing light blue with computer data streams.
"What are you doing?" Shoto asked.
"I'm using one of my added Quirks, [Forbidden Knowledge]. From what I'm seeing, Aizawa-Sensei is staying high."
Ghidorah then noticed something. "She's right! He's running along the wires back to us! He must have realized you doubled back, Yaoyorozu!"
Momo smirked. "Good thing I came prepared then. Everyone, close your eyes!"
She threw the Matryoshka dolls she previously created into the air just as Aizawa leaped at them. When he tried to strike one out of the way, it popped open to reveal flashbang grenades inside them, which immediately exploded and blinded the Erasure Hero as Momo took the time to cut her teammates down.
"Quickly, out of his field of vision!" Tempest ordered as the four ducked away from Aizawa.
"How is doing that going to help?" Shoto asked. "He can still take out our Quirks the second he sees us."
"But he can only erase the Quirk itself, not the things a Quirk makes." Momo pointed out. "For example, he shut down my ability to make more nesting dolls and flashbangs, but that didn't suddenly cause the ones I already made to cease to exist. In the same vein, if you were to create constructs with your elemental powers..."
"Oh, I see where this is going!" Ghidorah grinned.
Aizawa had managed to recover from his bout of blindness and tried to get closer, lashing out his Capture Tape.
"Damn... Not enough time. I've kept my eyes open too long. The second I'm forced to blink..."
At that moment, he did blink. And that was when Shoto, Ghidorah, and Tempest made their combined move.
"HEAVEN-PIERCING ICE WALL!"
Aizawa had just enough time to get out of the way of an utterly massive glacier that overtook nearly half the Suburban Zone and blocked his view of the students. Without the danger of him erasing their Quirks, Shoto quickly heated himself up as Ghidorah stretched out his back.
"Okay, now his sight is blocked and we can use our Quirks again. So what's the next part of your plan?"
"Don't look, boys," Tempest said calmly as Momo had just opened her top to create a large capture scarf of her own.
"Now this capture scarf isn't exactly the same as Aizawa-Sensei's, since I don't know the exact composition. I had to research the materials from scratch." Momo explained. "Additionally, we need to consider this zone as a real residential area, which means keeping damage to a minimum."
Momo then created a giant catapult and loaded the makeshift Capture Tape onto it. Ghidorah then smirked as the four started the next part of their plan.
On the other side of the glacier, Aizawa was waiting for their next move before noticing four figures running off in black cloaks, completely covered.
"Disguises. Clever. I can't use my Quirk if I can't see them, but I still have other options."
He leaped down to wrap them all up by the upper body, only to find he's been duped. Momo had made a mannequin to act as an upper body, giving her the chance to fire her catapult. Aizawa leaped back as the capture scarf was launched at him, only for his own binding technique to work against him.
Shoto, Ghidorah, and Tempest had actually been tied up under the other three cloaks, but that meant their Quirks couldn't be erased, letting them launch a collective stream of fire at full force. However, Aizawa realized that the flames weren't aimed at him but at the scarf.
"This scarf is made of nitinol alloy. It's a special memory alloy that will return to its normal shape when exposed to heat." Momo explained as Aizawa quickly found himself wrapped up in the memory scarf.
"Guess you finally know what it feels like to be on the receiving end of that tape!" Ghidorah chuckled as Tempest smirked and sent out her own shadow to turn into tendrils that wrapped further around Aizawa, completely immobilizing him.
"Awww yeah!" Rainbow Dash cheered. "That's how you kick butt!"
Ochako sighed. "Guess I'm up next. Wish us luck, you guys."
"Oh, dear..." Fluttershy gulped. "I hope I don't mess everything up..."
"We're with you in spirit, Uraraka!" Marco said as Click chirped in agreement.
"Maybe I should have asked for more luck!"
This is what Ochako said as she, Yuuga, Fluttershy, and Kira were just barely holding onto a railing in the Arena Zone. They had almost reached the gate, only for Thirteen to catch them in the reach of [Black Hole].
"To be honest, the teachers couldn't have picked a more fitting opponent for us!" Yuuga admitted. "Neither gravity, plants, nor light can really work in a black hole!"
"And I don't exactly have many options of my own!" Kira added. "I'd also dread to know what happens if my Quirk activates when I'm sucked in!"
"Can't we do anything!?" Ochako called out. "What about your costume, Aoyama? Can't you bounce a laser off something?"
"That would only distract Thirteen for a short time!"
"And I can't bring myself to risk putting any of my animal friends in danger either!" Fluttershy added.
"Then I guess there's only one thing left to do..." Kira sighed and, much to everyone's collective shock, he let go.
"KOBAYAKAWA!"
"It's imperative one sacrifice himself for the sake of others, yes?" Kira said with a reassuring smile as he was pulled into the vortex.
However, despite playing the role of a Villain, Thirteen was still a Rescue Hero through and through and had long developed a knee-jerk reaction whenever she saw a living being flying at her due to her suction power. Thus, when she saw Kira flying toward her, she quickly turned off her Quirk out of instinct.
Kira then smirked as he all had gone according to his plan, sweeping Thirteen to the ground in an effective pin. Thirteen tried to grab him with her other hand but Fluttershy, seeing the opportunity, created roots from the ground to wrap around her wrist and fingers, binding them together as Ochako and Yuuga flew over.
"The victory is ours!" Yuuga declared as he and Ochako cuffed Thirteen together.
The next fight was between Denki, Mina, Elleanor, and Pinkie Pie against Principal Nedzu in the Industrial Zone.
"A little trick I've picked up in my life is that I tend to memorize places I've been to," Elleanor said. "I memorized this place from our training with All-Might a few weeks ago."
"Principal Nedzu is pretty damn smart. Smarter than all four of us combined even. Still, I'm sure we can do this." Denki said.
Mina nodded. "So, if I were a small rodent that happened to be the most intelligent being on the planet, where would I attack from?"
"How about that crane up there?" Pinkie Pie suggested, pointing to a large construction crane as everyone followed her direction.
"How do you guess that?" Mina asked.
"Just a hunch!"
With that, Pinkie suddenly pulled out a giant cannon from her hair and picked up everyone, throwing them into it before jumping inside herself. The four were then launched screaming into the air straight toward the crane just as parts of the piping started to come loose.
"Whoooooooooooooooooooooa!" Mina cried.
"I'M GONNA HUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUURL!" Denki screamed in terror.
"WHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!" Pinkie and Elleanor cheered in excitement.
Up in the crane's canopy, Nezu was sitting comfortably and enjoying his usual tea when he saw the four students flying right toward the control box and crashing through, much to his surprise.
"I was not expecting that... but I was expecting not to expect something, so it doesn't count."
Elleanor quickly coiled herself around Nedzu like a snake while Denki shorted out the crane controls allowing Mina and Pinkie to cuff him. The principal chuckled as he had to admit that thanks to Pinkie's randomness, they had managed to pull a victory together.
The 7th match was Kyouka, Kouji, Trixie, and Starlight against Present Mic in the Forest Zone.
"We're obviously going to be outclassed by Present Mic in a direct confrontation," Kyouka decided. "So instead we should try and make for the escape gate to get help."
"Of course! Sometimes it's best to make a dramatic exit if things aren't going your way!" Trixie laughed as Kouji nodded in agreement.
"Considering how loud Present Mic is, though..." Starlight worriedly said as she took some rocks and transmuted them into sets of headphones for everyone to wear. "Here, put these on, and let's get moving."
Present Mic was waiting for the four, stationed at the front of the exit while whistling a tune. Getting bored, he unleashed his Quirk, [Voice], projecting a sonic cry that tore through the entire forest.
"YEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"
The four flinched as even with the headphones on, they could still feel Present Mic's sonic cries ringing through their ears.
"Jeez, I can feel that even with these headphones on!" Kyouka cringed. "Kouda, can't you send some of the local animals to interrupt Present Mic? Like maybe some birds or something?"
Kouji shook his head and used sign language. "There's no way there are any animals in the area after that! Present Mic's voice would have scared them off!"
"Maybe you shouldn't have hurt his feelings for that announcer quip earlier," Starlight noted to Kyouka.
"Even Trixie considered that to be in bad taste," Trixie said in agreement.
"WHAT'S TAKING SO LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG?!" Present Mic cried, not even needing to aim since his Quirk had such a wide range.
"He's like a high-powered death amp!" Kyouka realized.
"If we don't do something we're never gonna pass this exam! Or at least go deaf!" Starlight said before noticing some bugs crawling from where she took the rocks to make the headphones. "Hey wait a minute...Kouda, can your Quirk work on insects?"
Kouji nodded but he paled considerably when he saw the bugs crawling around. Noticing this, Trixie put a gentle hand on his shoulder, her usual proud expression becoming more gentle.
"I know how scared you must be. Trixie can understand what it's like to be overwhelmed on a big stage...but it's important to conquer that fear and give the best performance ever!"
"We know you can do it, Kouda! You're much braver than you think you are!" Starlight smiled.
"COME ON OOOOOOOOOOOOOOUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUT!" Present Mic called out, his Quirk echoing through the area.
"I'll try to drown him out!" Kyouka said as she placed her jacks in the speakers on her gloves. Her rapid heartbeat created a counter-wave that canceled out the attack.
Present Mic whistled. "Someone's been investing in better sub-woofers."
"Kouda! You can do it!" Starlight cheered on as Kouji looked at the bugs then back at Kyouka, Starlight, and Trixie and the looks of utmost faith they had in him.
"They're counting on me...That's right. I got into UA, my dream school... and at UA, it's always about moving forward! That's what we tell ourselves... Plus Ultra!"
Swallowing his fear, Kouji got down on his knees and looked as best he could at all the insects scurrying around.
"Now's the time, tiny ones! Hear my call and burrow toward the loud monster who's been scaring everyone!"
"YOU CAN TALK?!" Kyouka exclaimed in disbelief.
Not realizing what Kouji was doing, Present Mic was confused when he saw the ground start coming up near him. He then completely freaked out when a large number of invertebrates started crawling up his leg.
"You gotta be kidding me! They sent bugs underground to attack me where sound doesn't travel!? This is why I hate the outdoors!"
The Voice Hero let out a shriek of abject terror before fainting, froth coming out of his mouth as Kouji led everyone to the exit.
"Uh...is he dead?" Starlight awkwardly asked as they passed their teacher.
The next match involved Tooru, Shouji, Derpy, and Jotaro facing Snipe in the Underground Zone. The Gunslinging Hero was keeping the four pinned down with his gunfire.
"If this keeps up we won't be able to reach the goal!" Tooru said.
Jotaro reached into his satchel and took out a cylindrical grenade which he then tossed out. The grenade released an infrared pulse that allowed them to see through the smoke Snipe created with a smoke grenade he tossed out earlier.
"This might be our chance. Snipe's Quirk might be able to track Hagakure but he still can't see her if she goes invisible."
"We'll try to keep him here!" Derpy said as she prepared to get out from behind the cover. "Luck don't fail me now!"
Tooru quickly moved as well, going invisible as Snipe took aim but couldn't trace her. Shouji was able to use his Quirk to track Tooru visually as he and Jotaro broke away from their cover as well. This was good as it began to collapse from the damage it took earlier.
Snipe scoffed as he saw Shouji, Jotaro, and Derpy. "If you're trying to run for the exit, you're doing a sloppy job of it."
Jotaro reached into his satchel and pulled out a buckler shield, using it to block Snipe's gunfire as Derpy quickly leaped into the air toward the hero, Snipe turned toward her and fired but much to his shock, the bullet missed her by a hair's length.
"What in tarnation...?"
Before Snipe could try and fire again, he felt the cuffs slap on him. It was then that Derpy plummeted on top of him, crushing him into the ground as Tooru backed away, turning visible again as she giggled at the comical sight.
"I just don't know what went wrong..."
The second-to-last match was underway with Sero, Minoru, Flash, and Junko against Midnight.
"Are you sure you'll be okay, Asahi? You've got a strong sense of smell and you might end up whiffing Midnight's smoke." Flash worriedly asked as Junko smiled.
"Don't worry, I can still see her with my radar sense. I'm practically Daredevil mixed with Wolverine, yo!"
Sero had taped his helmet shut to prevent Midnight from flipping it open from behind to hit him with her Quirk, [Somnambulist]. Minoru and Flash were also given strips of tape of their own to cover their noses and mouths, leaving just enough room for them to breathe.
"I can smell the gate from here. It's in the other direction across from Midnight." Junko said. "I can help guide us there but I need my full nose out. So you boys better take care of me~!"
"Not you too!" Sero complained.
"And besides, she's never gonna let us get close to it!" Minoru pointed out. "We've either got to trap her away from the gate, or try and capture her ourselves. That's the only way we're getting out of this."
Midnight was slowly walking after the four, grinning to herself. Flash had managed to pull everyone away before she could hit them with the biggest sphere of influence possible from her Quirk.
"You naughty little children are only driving my fire even more."
"I can smell her and it's almost putting me to sleep here!" Junko said as she covered her nose protectively. "Get ready, you guys!"
The three boys nodded. Surprisingly, it was Minoru who looked the most determined out of all of them.
"I learned something important during the USJ Incident. All my life, I wanted to be cool so girls would actually like me and people would actually respect me but now I know the truth! People don't become heroes to be cool. They become heroes BECAUSE they're cool. Well, now it's time to show that I can be a hero too!"
Much to everyone's shock, Minoru rushed ahead, pulling off several of his hairballs as he charged straight for Midnight.
"MINETA!" Flash cried out before turning his arms into energy cannons, firing blasts of concussive plasma to back up the diminutive boy.
"So you're using tape to block my scent," Midnight realized. "But do you really think you can beat me in a state of suffocation!"
Minoru kept his eyes on the prize, refusing to be tempted by Midnight's seductive tone as he dodged her whip strikes and readied all the hairballs he could carry.
"GRAPE RUSH!"
He tossed the hairballs in a flurry as he dashed past. Midnight found her whip stuck to the rocks, and her hand stuck to the whip. With her body covered in adhesive hairballs, she was left vulnerable as the others made their own move.
"BANZAI!" Sero cried as he used his tape to slingshot Junk over the mist so she could reach the gate without breathing in the mist. Flash then flew forward and cuffed Midnight while doing his best not to breathe in the gas.
"Well, how about that?" Katsuki noted as he, Izuku, Twilight, and Tony prepared for the final match, which was them against All-Might. "Who knew the little shit had it in him."
"It's just us left, you guys," Izuku said.
"This is gonna get real ugly, isn't it?" Tony sighed.
"Let's make sure to do everything by the book, gentlemen," Twilight said.
"And if doing things by the book fails?" Katsuki pointed out.
"Well...Improve is always good."
In the next chapter, we reach the final part of the Final Exam! Hope you're all ready for some excitement!
