So I figured I'd write one more chapter, just get people interested in the story idea some more.

The Fox & The Cat

Chapter 2

Jack & Jill

Dusty Canyon

Right now Jack and Jill were riding their wagon towards the place to plant the magic beans to grow the giant beanstalk to the giant's castle, yet what they didn't know was a group was waiting for them in order to steal the beans.

Turns out Naruto had agreed to join Puss in this adventure, wanting only 10 golden eggs for his troubles, though the group were puzzled as to why Naruto only wanted 10 and not more, he explained that he wasn't greedy and only wanted what Puss had owed him, making the cat in question wonder about that, but decided to move on from it.

So the group decided that Puss and Kitty would sneak onto Jack & Jill's wagon, while Naruto hangs back with Humpty, at least until he was needed.

Unfortunately the plan didn't go quite as well as they had hoped, so Humpty and Naruto, with Kitty on the roof, drove Humpty's wagon along side Jack & Jill's wagon, while Jill was hanging Puss over the side, but what she wasn't expecting was Naruto to suddenly jump onto their wagon, managing to distract her long enough for Puss to escape onto Humpty's wagon.

But while Naruto and Jill were sword fighting, her wagon began shooting at Humpty's, all the while both wagons were racing as fast as they could.

Though when Humpty's wagon went over the edge, Jack & Jill's wagon managed to stop in time, only for Humpty's wagon to turn into a glider and circle back around towards Naruto, with Naruto quickly yanking out a whip and latched onto Humpty's wagon, allowing Naruto to quickly climb up his whip towards the wagon.

Just as Naruto reaches the edge of the wagon, where both cats greeted him, since Humpty was flying, they all smiled at each other for a job well done.

With Puss exclaiming, "And that is why I asked Naruto to join us in our adventure!" Causing the other two to laugh and agree with Puss.

"BANG!"

That is until the sound of a gunshot went off, with Naruto slowly hanging from the back, since he was still busy climbing over, he then started blinking, wondering what was happening, until he looks down at his chest and noticed his shirt was starting to turn red.

Causing both Puss and Kitty to look towards Naruto in shock, Naruto soon gasps out, "I feel... Cold, all of a sudden."

After saying that Naruto soon falls backwards, off the wagon and into the chasm below, out of sight from the others, all the while Puss tried to reach out towards Naruto, trying to save him, but he was gone, all the while Kitty was holding onto Puss, making sure he didn't fall out too, with Humpty wondering and asking what was going on.

With Kitty telling Humpty that she'd explain what happened later, having an upset look on her face, with Humpty having a concerned/puzzled look on his, since he couldn't look back due to flying.

Yet what really struck in the egg's heart was what happened next, "MAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRROOOOOOOOOW!" Puss had let out a mournful cat yowl, the type of yowl that exclaims heartache and pain, causing Humpty to have a serious and upset look on his face, since while Puss did betray him and vise versa, neither had ever witnessed anyone close to them getting killed in front of them, so Humpty had a feeling that right now Puss was hurting deeply.

With the egg whispering to Kitty, "I-It's alright, I-I think I have an idea what might've happened." Since this whole thing was suppose to be easy with no-one getting hurt.

But right now, they had to continue with the mission, as much as they wanted to go back and get Naruto, they were on a schedule that couldn't be diverted, with Puss regretfully going along with it, "I'm sorry my friend, as much as I want to return to you and find you, we must stop Jack & Jill from getting the goose and eggs, but when it is over, I promise I will find you and give you a proper funeral." Since he knows no-one could've survived such a fall.

With Naruto

Right Now, Naruto was laying on the floor of the chasm, his body in a heap, his hat ( black cordobes hat) was over his eyes, yet in the background was nothing but darkness, due to the sun not being able to reach him.

(Play "The Whistle Of Death" during this part.)

Yet, a figure was slowly walking towards him, dressed in a cloak, all the while whistling an eerie tune, "Well now, isn't this a surprise, Naruto Uzumaki, the "oddjob" man from another world, funny how we keep meeting up at such strange times isn't it." The figure was a white wolf with red eyes looking down at Naruto.

Suddenly Naruto gasps in a gulpful of air, his broken body cracking and clicking back into place, causing him to grunt and groan in pain, since it turns out that the fox had also enhanced Naruto's healing factor to such a degree that almost nothing can kill him, expect for the obvious things.

But that didn't mean he never had any near-death experiences before, thus why Death was before him, though it was obvious that the wolf was upset at losing Naruto once more, but it didn't stop Naruto from not being interesting, not to mention that Naruto's deity from his world wouldn't be too "happy" about Death taking him, but he can still "visit" Naruto during these times now and again to talk.

As Naruto soon finished healing, the bullet in his back popping out and hitting a stone catch's Death's attention, "You know, at some point you cannot avoid me or your own deity forever, you do know that, don't you?" He asks while picking up the bullet, twiddling it between his fingers.

Naruto soon hunches over, catching his breath back, "Y-Yeah, but at that time I would've hopefully lived a full life and pass on as an old man, cause don't forget that I might heal from practically anything, my age is still my own." Naruto states with a smirk.

Causing the wolf to grunt in amusement, since it turns out that while Naruto does having a healing factor, it doesn't really effect his aging, so he'll still age as nature intended, but it would take some time before Death can truly take him.

Once that was done, the two began talking about Naruto's adventures, along with Naruto joining up with Puss in order for the cat to repay him for leaving him behind, though Death growled slightly at the mention of Puss, he could understand why Naruto was doing such a thing.

Thinking about it, "That's fine Naruto, though you might need to visit Puss's hometown, since that's where he and the others will be in about 2 days, and it's a couple of days travel from here, so you may want to hurry." With that Death got up to leave, saying his goodbyes and whistles his tune as he goes, vanishing from sight.

After hearing that, Naruto stands up and brushes the dirt and dust off of himself, fixing his hat back into place, along with his fox-ears poking out of the two holes in the brim, his sword on his left hip and his whip on his right, "Welp, I may as well head on to San Ricardo and figure out what to do from there when Puss and the others reach it, though they be slightly pranked when I get there for leaving me behind."

Granted he can understand their rush of getting the golden eggs and everything, but he was still upset that they left him behind, so he wouldn't kill them, just prank them.

With that Naruto made his way to San Ricardo, since it was pretty much the closest town to where he was, not to mention he needed some food and water after such an ordeal.

2 Days Later

Once he reached to town, Naruto noticed all the wanted signs of Puss, figuring he needs food and water first before anything else, Naruto went to a bar, got what he needed, until his ears picked up a familiar sound of Humpty's voice, along with Jack & Jill, hearing this just as a person walks by, Naruto quickly vanishes from sight, with a few gold coins on the table, with one of them spinning before settling down, making a few people confused at how someone can suddenly vanish like that.

Naruto was soon standing on a building, overlooking and listening to Humpty explaining his whole plan of revenge against Puss, yet he soon picked up Puss's voice, "And what of Naruto!? Huh!? Was he apart of this!? Only for you to shoot him in the back!"

Humpty simply shook his head, "No, no, Naruto wasn't apart of this, he had nothing to do with my plan, his death wasn't my fault, but your's, since you did bring him into this whole thing, so you best blame yourself for his death."

Just as Puss was about to attack, the town guards circled Puss, along with Puss's mother telling him to give up, which he did, Humpty soon yelled out, "But don't worry Puss, I'm gonna follow through with your promise of bring Naruto's body back for a proper funeral, we'll even bury 10 golden eggs with him as well so that your debt to him will be paid in full."

Hearing this, Naruto hid in the shadows, trying to figure out what was happening, until he spotted Kitty walking by herself, before she knew anything, she was grabbed and taken into the shadows, "What do you-!? N-Naruto!? But how!?" She couldn't believe her eyes, Naruto was standing before her, fully healed.

Naruto gave her a slight glare, "It doesn't matter how I survived, but what does to me is the fact that you betrayed Puss for some golden eggs."

Hearing this, Kitty nods her head in regret, "Yes, you are right, I did do that, but there's something you should know, Humpty is planning to use the Great Terror to destroy the town, by using it's baby to draw her here, and even though I regret betraying Puss, I never wanted to be responsible in destroying a town for a few golden eggs."

Listening to what Kitty said, Naruto let her go, "Alright, I believe you, so listen, you go and get Puss out of jail, since I get the feeling we're gonna need his help, while I try and help the people when the attack happens." With that Kitty was about to leave until, "I'm trusting you in helping us save the town Kitty, please don't let me down." Naruto finishes.

In that second Kitty quickly turns around to say something, but all she saw was an empty alleyway, "How does he do that!?" She couldn't help but ask herself, but quickly decided to move on from that thought and go to rescue Puss.

Few Minutes Later

It didn't take long for chaos to explode in San Ricardo, what with the Mama Goose looking around town in order to find her baby, with her being as tall as a building, along with knocking the buildings around her down, with Puss and Humpty running around trying to get the giant goose out of the town.

Yet neither one noticed someone zooming around saving the people around them, though considering they have to deal with a giant goose and everything, they have other priorities to deal with at the moment.

But soon everything was over, with Humpty sacrificing himself in order to save both Puss and the baby goose, allowing Puss to see that Humpty was really a golden egg inside, he soon got the respect from the townspeople, along with his mother being proud of him to, but just as the soldiers appear, the cat was gone, appearing on top of a building, bowing while removing his hat.

Just as he was about to straighten up, his eyes caught the something in an alleyway, making his eyes widen in disbelief, for there standing in the alleyway was Naruto, his black hat and fox-ears standing out, along with his fox tail poking under his cape, with him looking towards Puss, a smirk made it's way to Naruto's face, until he ran off without a trace.

Seeing Naruto alive filled Puss with glee that as he put his hat back on, he could simply stated, "Toot-toot!" And he was gone, all the while thinking to himself, "So that was the person who was very convincing for Kitty to help me!" Though he couldn't deny, Naruto certainly had a way with getting people to help him.

Soon he met back up with Kitty, both escaping from the guards and their weapons, wondering what will be their next adventure, and if Naruto will be joining them as well.

The End.

And there you have it, the first movie finished, along with an intro of Death making his appearance and why he can't take Naruto, though if anyone wants to do their own version and/or edit this idea, then feel free to adopt.
