As the portal diminished, the Cybersquad and friends no longer found themselves in Equestria. They noted that wherever they were, they appeared to be in the middle of a desert, judging by the intense heat, and the dusty, sandy they were standing on. The place was split into many different buildings and warehouses. On one of the buildings, there was a small billboard with the single word "RED" written on it. Behind them in the distance, they could see a wooden tower that looked like it was on the verge of collapsing. They even saw some sort of training field with dummies, and a railing system, which still had some carts left on the tracks.

"What is this place?" Matt quietly asked.

"I don't know, but I don't think we're in Equestria anymore." Inez replied.

"Gee, I wonder what makes you say that?" Stewie rolled his eyes and scoffed.

"Hey Stewie, by any chance does the remote say where we are now?" Jackie asked.

Stewie pulled the remote from his pocket and began fumbling with the controls, but whatever button he tapped, it didn't seem to do anything. "Hmmm, it appears to be having some difficulty!" Stewie said rather concernedly.

"Is everything okay?" Digit asked nervously.

"Yeah I'm fine... It appears to not be working right!" He said frustratedly. "I don't know what I did with it, it was working just fine a few seconds ago!"

"What do you think happened?" Fluttershy asked.

"I'm not sure, but I think it's possible that the remote has malfunctioned. Probably because I wasn't able to fix it right." Stewie said.

"What y'all mean you haven't fixed it?" Apple Jack asked.

"Yeah, I thought you fixed it back at your house?" WordGirl asked.

"I did! But I was in a hurry, and... Look, there's no need to panic! I just need to find some tools and I'll be able to fix it in no time!" Stewie said reassuringly.

"Looks like we're at the right place! There's got to be some tools around here!" Matt said.

"Well then what are we waiting for? Let's start searching!" Pinkie Pie cheerfully exclaimed, bouncing up and down.

"Wait a minute! I don't think that's a good idea! We're pretty much trespassing into someone's property and taking their stuff without their permission." WordGirl replied, feeling unnervingly.

"Relax! We're not taking any of their things, we're just borrowing them! I'm sure they'll understand!" Pinkie replied.

"So what are you saying, we should ask someone if we could borrow their tools for a bit?" Stewie asked. "This place is deserted! Look around! Who are we going to ask?"

"There's gotta be someone around here to help us!" Chris Kratt replied.

"You know, during the time it's taking us to discuss this, we could've already found some tools, fixed the remote, and gotten out of here." Peter sighed.

"I just don't feel comfortable taking stuff without asking, that's all!" WordGirl quietly said.

"Well...I-"

"Hey look!" Pinkie suddenly exclaimed. They turned to where she was pointing at, where they saw a strange red color-coated object bounce off from one of the buildings to the other, before stopping and rolling close to where they were standing.

Before they could figure out what the object in question was, the object suddenly exploded. They all jumped backwards onto the ground below. Luckily they weren't injured, but they were in utter shock and horror.

"WOAH! WHAT WAS THAT?!" Matt shouted, as they carefully rose to their feet.

Before any of them could reply, they heard what felt like a stampede of angry bison. They could then hear the sound of screaming, and as it got closer, they saw several figures running towards them while holding a variety of weapons. One of the men, who was more bigger and muscular, was holding a large machine gun and tried to shoot at them. Another man was running towards them while holding a grenade launcher, and firing directly at them. The Cybersquad had no other choice but to try to run away and split up into different directions.

After running for a bit, Stewie managed to find a small tool box and hid behind one of the buildings, hyperventilating as he desperately tried to fix the remote. But was found by one of the men, who swung the baseball bat he was holding at him, but Stewie managed to barely crawl away; the bat being inches away from his head. But as he made his escape, he dropped the remote on the ground, where it got struck with his bat, breaking it into pieces.

"YEOW!!!!" Digit screamed loudly while quickly flapping his wings in fear. He was being chased by a man in a gas mask, who was chasing him with a flamethrower, with the flames barely touching his feathers.

Martin managed to find a hiding spot behind a large pile of crates, which he used to stop and catch his breath. But that didn't last long, as a few seconds later, he jumped as a bullet suddenly ricocheted from the crate next to him. He looked to see where the bullet came from, and he saw that in the tower nearby, one of those guys was standing inside it, aiming a sniper rifle at him.

Martin ran away before the man could get his aim at him. But he accidentally ran into his brother. They were then cornered by two of the other guys. One was in medic clothing while the other one appeared to be an engineer or builder of some kind.

"Well, what do we have here?" The engineer replied maliciously, speaking in a southern accent, similar to Apple Jack.

One of the men who had a large helmet that covered his eyes was laughing hysterically while holding what looked like an RPG and firing directly at WordGirl, who was in the sky dodging his attacks. Eventually, she had enough of them attacking her and her friends for no reason. So, she flew around the base and collected all nine of the men and tied them together with a rope she found. They all shouted at her furiously as she continued to tighten them, unsure what she was doing.

...

"Hey! What the Hell's your problem?" Scout shouted furiously, the others also shouting as they struggled to get free. The rest of the Cybersquad moved closer to confront them.

"OURS?! What the Hell's YOUR problem?" Peter retaliated.

"That's right! You're the ones who were trying to kill us!" Jackie shouted.

"Well, what in the bloody Hell are you doing here in the first place?" Demoman asked.

"Calm down! We came here by mistake." Matt explained. "We didn't mean to come here!"

"And yet, here you are!" Spy snarled.

"So, you mind telling us what you're doing here then?" Sniper asked.

"Only if you tell us why you were trying to kill us?" Peter argued.

"Well, what did you expect? You were trespassing into our base!" Medic replied.

"That's right! You could've been part of the BLU team for all we've known!" Soldier proclaimed defensively.

"BLU team? What are you talking about?" Jackie asked, confused.

"Long story, not relevant." Engineer said. "Look! This is all a complete misunderstanding! Why don't you untie us, and we can have a nice, civilized conversation about this inside." He suggested.

"I don't know..." Digit said skeptically.

"He's right, It is just a misunderstanding. Let's start over, shall we?" Jackie asked, the others reluctantly agreeing.

"Okay." Digit nodded as his beak turned into a large pair of scissors, which he used to cut the thick piece of rope, setting them free.

"Alright..." Soldier slowly replied. "Now, state your names and business here!" He ordered.

"Right..." Matt nodded, as the Red Team took him and the rest of the Cybersquad inside their base.

...

The Neighborhood of Make Believe; What used to be a happy, thriving community, now remains in a ruined and hopeless state. Many of the buildings were in complete ruins, others barely holding together. Some were on fire, only till recently had it been starting to settle down. It is unknown what happened to its inhabitants.

The castle that served as the town center, and once home to the royal family, now is starting to crack, with one large chunk of the castle completely destroyed. In an old brick bunker underneath the castle, King Friday sat on a wooden charge, hands covering his face as he sat down in shame.

"Oh what kind of king am I?" King Friday questioned himself. "How could I stand there and let them attack my kingdom? How could I just stand here and let them take my friends, my neighbors, my family?"

King Friday stood up from his chair and began to pace around, continuing to ponder to himself. "And now…. Here I am! All alone! While they've been taken, and facing who knows what, I remain here in my bunker, waiting…. Waiting for them to return, so they can take me and do what they're going to do to them, to me!" A loud rumble above him was shortly followed, sounding almost like thunder.

"And yet, it can't come soon enough…." King Friday quietly said.

Soon, a loud crashing sound was heard, getting louder and louder. It was drawing closer, outside the door that led into the room. As the sound got louder and closer, King Friday felt his body beginning to melt. The door suddenly burst open, and several Zachbots barged into the room and grabbed him before he could react.

As King Friday protested, one of Donita's Mannequins appeared from the hall and posed-beamed him, making him unable to resist. The Zachbots brought him back towards the surface, where he had no choice but to glance at the horror that had happened to his kingdom.

One of the Zachbots held up its arm and proceeded to open up a portal, where they all went in. King Friday wasn't sure where they were taking him, but he knew that wherever they were going, he'd finally be reunited with his friends and family.
