Well the classes he listened to in the afternoon were not exactly exciting or even interesting, to him the very concept of astrology, or the sheer notion that others found that there was no life on other planets downright silly or stupid was something Ben had to deal with in at least two of his classes.
He simply had to contend with the notion that these people simply didn't know any better, they have never met other alien species, and those they consider monsters are in fact the children between one alien and a human, making all these monsters technically alien hybrids. Ben as a plumber has been to countless worlds and met an incredible number of species and cultures, some of them could put humanity to shame with their kindness and consideration and some have done things that would make what they consider demons cry and shutter in pure terror.
In Geography he had to listen to an explanation of how seawater causes tides and covers most of the world while trying to keep hidden that there are in fact entire cultures and civilizations in the deepest parts of said oceans the only reason that nobody talks about them is that they do not wish to be discovered. One of the teachers simply had enough and asked him why did he look so bored when he was discussing travel through the vast oceans and how many days it takes to travel on a ship?
Ben couldn't hold it in, "Teacher, that is because your lesson is so Earthcentric it is not even funny, I've been on worlds where there is no land, and the entire world is liquid, ocean planets with so many forms of life that it makes you see what an actual highway looks like seeing millions of these beings travel and do so at such speeds that they seem as a blur, but nobody crashes with anyone else, there are no accidents, no crime, and if you can't travel that fast or at all, you can ask anyone to give you a lift and the only cost is having to listen and laugh at someone telling awful funny jokes and anecdotes."
"I have been to a world where the entire thing was a swamp, I have seen worlds where lava oceans and crystal clouds are common, a place where lightning strikes so many times per day they use them as a means to tell time, so if I seem bored it is not because the subject is not important, it is simply because professor you are preaching the choir, it is stuff I already know."
He looked at him and simply said that he will simply try his best to get good grades, even if it doesn't make any sense at all that he has to take lessons in astrology or geography for a pure computer and engineering major. "So Mister Tennyson, tell me what happens on oceans that are considered to be dangerous if not lethal but that do not have anything that will devour or tear a person apart."
Ben began to think of it and simply said the currents, depending on where how the current was could sink a ship, drag it across or against massive rocks, or drown people, and the undercurrents were so unpredictable that could such in a person so deep that the body sometimes never floats back up again. "You may be frightened by the terrors of the deep on Earth, you might have nightmares of the dangers that await the unaware in the deep, but I have seen the horror that makes those quite meek, trust me compare to other places Earth isn't that bad or dangerous at all. In fact, that is why so many alien species actually moved and live here on Earth and they hide so well, that most people don't even realize it, and some species simply call Earth their home just like everyone else. Do you want to talk about currents, want me to tell you about sailing a glider through space on solar winds? What I to tell you of species that survive by eating the eat from stars and make their homes in a world that is nothing more than a giant block of ice, how about a world where they built giant rockets on it and fly them around like a spaceship. No, I didn't think so, sorry for taking so much time from your class, professor."
Most people mocked him and said he should focus on literature and write science fiction books and some flat out called him a nerd, to which they were all shocked when Ben's only remark was thank you. As the final class was over and he finished the class by solving a particularly strange problem, it was strange because the problem as it was written had no solution at all, until Ben simply solved it by making a few comments about what was wrong, and that was the entire point of it, to test the student's knowledge on mathematical functions and operations.
The professor wanted to see how much Ben knew but on the board, the most difficult problem she had ever seen, had been looked at it, ripped the problem apart, and solved it using the last three minutes of the class, and to make matters worse several young ladies in the class focused on what he was doing so much that at least one mocked another asking if she was developing a crush, with that person blushing to be the only response.
After a long day, he decided to go up to the roof terrace of the building and try to relax after such a hectic day, no matter how his day was he was at least grateful that Looma wasn't attending this particular college, things would have turned terribly bad if they met again, chances are she already knows of that damnable program he was placed in, and she would still be furious about how he had ended their engagement, in fact, he could still remember their last meeting ending in not so friendly terms.
That is when Ben suddenly felt something cold pressed against his forehead and he opened his eyes to see that Moka was pressing a particularly cold soda can on his forehead. "I thought you would be up here, seems like a nice place to get away from all those gawking and awe-struck girls. Honestly, after you solved that problem even the professor was blushing."
Ben thanked her for buying him the soda and as he opened it he simply told Moka math is the language of the universe, travel enough to as many planets as he has, and learning said language would be quite necessary. Moka wanted to add some humor and simply asked him if he ever went to a planet of vampires, much to her shock he began to laugh really loudly when she said that.
"Yes, I have, it is a planet in the Anur Star System, I also went to one where the people could be classified as ghosts and one where everyone looked like Frankenstein's monster, a planet of merchants that are essentially mummies, and sleep on elaborate and highly decorated coffins, or a planet where werewolves solve disputes by having shouting competitions to solve disputes. I been to many places Moka, and seen many things, I don't get shocked or surprised that easily."
Moka smiled and mentioned that he should look at her pendant, while she did so, her top and shirt began to open and he swear he could practically see her bra and quite a bit of cleavage. "This pendant keeps my sister locked inside me since we fused to save my life, and when this pendant is removed, I switch places with my sister, that of an S-Class Monster, a vampire. Funny, I just told you something that others would find terrifying but you don't look scared at all."
Ben looked at Moka and simply smiled, "No matter what Moka, I will trust you and your sister, so what possible reason do I have to be afraid? It's not like you would harm me since we are friends." As soon as I said this she let go of the chain on her pendant and rushed to immediately grab hold of me and pulled me to give me a big hug almost like she was very happy with what Ben said, however, she was also crying which Ben found it a bit confusing.
Ben soon remembered that he needed to send a letter to his parents telling them he made it to the College and everything was alright, there was no issue, or need to send me anything at all, this was something mom asked me to do, which for some reason Ben found it awfully strange that she wants a letter when he does have a phone, he could even use the phone in the campus cafeteria.
As Ben began to walk towards the bus stop since the bus driver did promise him if he ever wanted to send a letter she would help him do that, he heard someone running towards him and he was shocked to see Moka running toward him but the shocking thing is that she was being chased by Saizo and his sister who apparently were trying to catch her to do some rather unspeakable things, Saizo grabbed her leg and immediately tossed her hard enough that she would be sent into the three trunk of several trees in the area, without much time Ben jumped in the way and caught Moka before she was slammed into the tree, she did mention that she was a Vampire and those tree limbs would pretty much be the same as her getting impaled through the heart.
Ben look at the two idiots who were pissed that he prevented Moka from being hurt, "Look I get it, your self-esteem and self-worth are so low that you want to beat up fellow students to appear tough to make yourselves feel good, I got it, bullies, but this is downright stupid, she could easily be killed by doing that, what the hell is wrong with you, what is your major malfunction here? What? Didn't your parents hug you when you were growing up?"
Saizo looked absolutely pissed and he and his sister slowly began to change as their bodies grew bigger, their nails began to grow and horns appears on their head, "I don't want to be told off by a guy who stinks of human, we are Ogres, and we do whatever the fuck we want and have the right to kill anyone that gets in our way, it's your fucking fault she was going to be hurt anyways, we told you that you probably are so fucking yellow, that you were running away, she actually said that you would never do that, so we told her we saw you running towards the bus stop, my sis even said that she should dump your weak ass and join us for some fun, but she insulted us, so that is why we tossed her towards those trees, but what the fuck do you plan to do about it? Cry? Beg for your shitty life?"
Moka looked at Saizo and told him it is against the school rules to transform into their true forms, to which Saizo was quick to mention that it is illegal on the school grounds, but right this moment they were outside of the college campus, so they could transform no problem, it's not like she and this pathetic guy who stinks of human will be able to do anything. Ben was beyond pissed off, they think that becoming stronger by transforming gives them the right to hurt others like this, Saizo is no better than Vilgax, no he took that back, Vilgax actually worked with Ben sometimes and even in his worst would never stoop to insults like this.
"You think I am just an ordinary human, you want transformations, you fucking got it, but you have to be warned once I transform I can't control my anger, so once I get my hands on you a knuckle sandwich is the least that you will face." As Ben chose his Tetramand form to transform into as his body began to transform into four arms he felt his body change and his body grow in size, the way the two extra arms grew was always painful.
As he was beginning to stand right up Ben saw Moka whisper something about me removing her pendant, seeing that it was a request from his friend Ben did as she asked, immediately energy began to flow from her as a herd of bats came flying, and covered her from head to toe, and even Ben could tell this was also a transformation as he could sense her body changing and as the bats began to peel off her and began to fly away, her pink hair became silver white, her eyes turned blood red, and for some strange reason her breasts and ass grew because they were straining to remain confined under her clothes. To make matters worse Ben thought she was actually taller than she was before this happened.
She slowly walked over to me and began to smile, "So your true form is an Oni, no, a Legendary Mystic Oni, great, I am a Shinso Vampire. Look that asshole was looking at my sister like a piece of meat and wanted to kill her for rejecting him, so how about it, let me have the fucking pig and you can beat up he sister, unless you want to say you can't because she is a girl. The name is Mokami since this is technically the first time we met."
Ben put his hands together and began to crack his knuckles as she said that, it seems she is as pissed about this as he was, "If she thinks I am going to take it easy on anyone because she is a girl she doesn't know who she is messing with, you pick a fight with me and you get a beat down no matter age, gender or prefer choice as with whom you want to fuck with, now you want the bozo, fine, but be sure to bring in the pain cause if you take it easy, I might tag in and finish the fight for you, call me Ben."
Both siblings looked at me like they suddenly realized the situation they found themselves in, and Ben could practically smell the stench of fear coming off their bodies. Mokami ran towards Saizo and kicked him so hard that he was sent flying into a tree and with enough force that he was sent through that tree and several others behind that tree. The lady ogre looked shocked to see her brother get kicked this hard when suddenly she remembered that the Vampire wasn't alone.
As Ben ran towards her ready to punch her she tried to catch one of his punches and tried to stop it by grabbing his arm, "Look come on, we had no idea that you were a Special S Class monster, come on, take it easy, my name is Eazou, come on, help me stop that bitch from beating up my brother and maybe the three of us can have some fun together, you get to fuck a fucking vampire, and even me if you pay your cards right, now that is some bragging rights most would kill for, think about it."
She must have forgotten that Ben doesn't have two but four arms, and when she was having trouble with blocking one punch, he build up the strength in his remaining arms to punch her three times in the stomach sending her flying through some other trees, a giant boulder and end up landing right next to her brother. "I don't fucking make deals with bullies, and my friend told me never stick your dick into crazy, so you can take your offer and shove it up your brother's ass, since I think Mokami pretty much told him to do the same thing, right?"
Mokami saw the way her body looked and smiled as she looked at me, "You got that right Ben, I don't know about you but this is hardly a nice warm-up for me, so how about we skip the chat and get down to the beating, we will have more than enough time to chat during the funeral for these two morons." Ben was rubbing his shoulder when he heard her say that and the only thing that came to mind was that it sounds like a plan to him, to make things really painful for the two morons Ben simply bowed and told her ladies first, she pretended to blush and said, "My what a gentleman, don't mind if I do."
She went after Saizo and Ben went after his sister once again, not giving her any chance to strike using fast attacks and maneuvers he learned from both training as a plumber and in his training in martial arts. Having a cousin like Gwen made him realize that Ben needed to prepare to fight up close and personal and that has proven to be the right decision. As his strikes became more and more powerful, and vicious, Ben had to admit that she was putting up a good fight considering that females of her species are several times stronger, the analysis of the genetic information he got told him as such.
The Ogres are a species that once was considered war-like and they focused their entire existence on their ability to fight in war and against overwhelming odds, females however had to be stronger than their male counterparts, for several reasons, first they were the ones secured the survival of their entire species, that is a major responsibility and not one that a weak person could bear. The second was that they often fought against each other in wars for tribal lands and resources, if the females had been weak the enemy would kill them to eliminate an entire tribe, or worse rape them, and as such the females had to be strong.
She couldn't believe that this was the same young man who she thought was nothing more than a weak, pathetic human, he could and has been able to overpower her father and brother several times growing up so she knew that she was no slouch when it comes to fighting or would consider herself weak, but Ben was putting her through one hell of a fight, he was keeping up with her, landed some rather impressive strikes and all this without wearing anything close to armor or holding any sort of weapon which only impressed her even more, and to go on a rage because they threatened his friend was something that was secretly making her smile, had she known who he really was, what was he really able to do, and how strong he was, she should have tried to instead of beating him, she should have tried to win his heart, and not follow the stupid plan of her brother.
"Look Ben, was it? I know that what I did is stupid, and I will admit that both of us were shocked to see you like this, but honestly please understand, my idiot brother just wants to assert this dominance of this place, that is all it is, pure testosterone fueled shit, as much as I am enjoying this little dance, we need to cut this shit out before we all get in trouble with the college administration, cause if you think they don't know what we are doing, you would be wrong."
Ben looked at her and sneered, "Look, Eazou, right? when I was young I suffered a lot due to bullies, I hate bullies like few things in my life, and that is exactly what you and your dipshit brother are, you want me to show you mercy when I clearly don't plan to, I am not going to show you or anyone any mercy that dares to try and bully me or threatens the people I care about. You can promise things that you will not do this sort of thing and it could all be bullshit, buying your time to a moment when I am not looking and trying to pull this shit again, I am not ending this fight but crushing the idea about planning any in the future. You think you are so strong, Mokami and I will teach you just how wrong you are, and when this lesson is over you will see why trying to bully me or my friends is not a stupid idea but also a crazy one, cause this form I am using right now is not even my strongest. I could destroy planets if I was as bad as some people I know, you messed with the people I care about, I make a mess out of you!"
Ben remembered what Tetrax taught him, he remembered his fight against Looma for some odd reason this female ogre reminded him of the woman who once had been his future bride, upon remembering that he began to copy some of the moves she did against him during that fight, he couldn't honestly forget them even if he tried, she was the princess and best warrior of the Red Wind Clan, and as he fought against her and he learned more about her it was easy to see why her father held her in such high regard because it was easy to see that praise was earned.
The fight finally came to an end when Saizo was knocked out by one powerful kick that sent him up in the air before Mokami jumped up and kicked him back down so hard the idiot was barely conscious as Ben heard Mokami scream that Saizo should learn his place.
With this Ben realized that the fight was over and as such he walked over to the unconscious Saizo, picked him up like he was nothing much, put him over his shoulder, and looked at Mokami who was looking at him with a smile on her face, "I hope to never be on the receiving end of those kicks, they looked more painful than what I did to his sister, so now that I have this meathead, how about you tell me where is the clinic so I can dump this thing on one of the beds there. As much as I want to kill them and end their threat, they are stupid brats, it would be too much, and it would hurt their parents, even though I still think they should have taught them better."
Mokami began to laugh as she saw Eazou trying to walk toward where Ben was holding her brother like he was a sack of potatoes. "Sounds like a good idea to me, no need to stain your hands with the blood of such unworthy enemies, but you went all out to help me and that deserves a reward, I can see why my sister Moka likes you so much." Without even being given a chance to say anything Mokami got close to him, punched him in the gut making him bend down and when that happened she kissed him on his lips, earning a glare from Eazou for some strange reason.
"Well with that done, come on, I learned the campus map follow me to the campus clinic although you may want to give him over to me, so I can carry him so you can change into your human form, don't worry about Moka, what I know and do in this form, she knows, and she is as strong as I am, so don't you worry that this idiot will be much of a problem for her."
Ben decided to take her up on her offer and handed her Saizo's unconscious body, as he changed back to his human form, as they began to walk towards the clinic Eazou apparently was still having trouble walking without aid since she immediately grabbed hold of the arm of Ben and began to walk towards the clinic while leaning on him for support, it sure as hell didn't help the fact that she was pressing her body against said arm as much as possible, Moka having turned back after placing the pendant again was now glaring at the obviousness of what Eazou was trying to do.
