The Goblin King's Defeat
"Simple, Scarbi," Queen Rosma explained. "Anne has made you powerless!"
"No! No! No! This cannot be happening!" the general exclaimed.
"Oh, it has happened," the Goblin King exclaimed. "a mere little girl has made you powerless! And I will not have a powerless witch on my side!"
Scarbi stepped backward and bowed slightly.
Anne could still smell lilies, the sweet scent reminded her of Alan's blooms in the flower garden.
"Not only did the sweet scent of lilies in springtime awaken me," the tin man said. "but it also defeated Scarbi!"
"Question is," Anne asked. "how am I supposed to defeat the King of Goblins?"
Chu Chu barked because he had an idea.
"What is it, Chu Chu?" the scarecrow asked.
Chu Chu pointed at a window with the blinds drawn, there was a little sunlight peeking through the opening.
Anne pulled the blinds open so more sunlight could shine through.
"Not the light! Sunlight turns goblins to stone!" the Goblin King shouted in terror.
The Goblin King turned to stone as everyone cheered for Anne.
"Come on, everyone," the wizard said. "let's return to the Emerald City!"
