Chin Village, southwest coast, Earth Kingdom
"My, what a simply marvelous day we're having!"
The new Aang couldn't believe how incredible he felt. Every sense in his body was heightened, every worry in his mind gone, he was at complete and utter peace with the world. As he walked the streets of the village, he couldn't help but notice how they admired him - and he gladly smiled back.
But the villagers were not staring back at the child Aang once was - instead, a brand new man trod the village streets. He stood about 5 foot 9, with dark brown sandals on his feet and golden trousers around his legs. An unzipped red short-sleeve jacket hung around his shoulders, leaving exposed a perfect set of abs and an excellently toned pair of arms.
But the most striking thing about this man was his head - a luscious lime green in color, appearing to be made of the thickest rubber. His eyes glowed with a sharp tint of silver, and his lips were lined in forest green. As he smiled back, his teeth gleamed a sparkling white, and almost looked too big to fit in his mouth.
"Green-faced freak!", a group of elderly women yelled out.
"No need to holler, ladies - but I appreciate the compliment." Mask Aang responded back. "And don't you all just have the sweetest pink cheeks!"
A young man in a kingdom military suit stepped up to approach him. "Sir, what are you wearing?!?"
"Ummm….a jacket?" Mask Aang smoothly replied. "I think you need to dress down, buddy. Far too warm to be wearing that."
"Does anyone have the time?", someone yelled out from a shop.
Pulling an alarm clock from behind his ear, Mask Aang peered into the shop window. "It's exactly 3:27 PM and 40 seconds! You're welcome!" Tossing the alarm clock away, it somehow disappeared into nothing.
As the villagers sneered and huffed off, Mask Aang continued on his merry way. Having seen enough, he prepared to twist his hands and blast off back towards Wolf Cove, when suddenly…
"Freeze citizens! By orders of the Dai Li, an unnatural force has been detected in the village! An immediate search is required!"
Stuck in place, Mask Aang rotated his head 180 degrees to get a look at the scene. Growing his eyes out like binoculars, he stared at three Dai Li agents riding stone pillars into town, angrily stopping any woman and child they came across.
This was too much. Grabbing a stone pillar of his own out of the ground, Mask Aang cracked a whip and rode back into town. If they wanted an unnatural force, he was going to show them!
Having been interrupted by the roaring thunder, the Dai Li agents gasped in awe at the green-faced man. "Excuse me boys, I believe you're looking for an unnatural force. Well, you can have him…but not without a fight!"
Setting up into a boxing stance, Mask Aang hurled several large air balls at the agents, destroying their pillars and scattering them in all directions. Immediately, Mask Aang was targeted with several large boulders, which were deflected with several air shields. This went on for several minutes, and boredom was starting to show on his green face.
"It's like running on a hamster wheel, just the same thing over and over again! There's got to be a better way!"
Suddenly, it hit him, as a light bulb flashed above his head. "Tornadoes! The ultimate wind power! Now, why couldn't I have thought that up five minutes ago?"
Disappearing in a flash, the agents lost sight of their target - until the sky began to thunder and howl above them. Turning their gaze up slowly, they looked - and saw a glowing green man hovering in the air, with a dark green arrow on his head and bright green ones covering his arms. With a deafening boom, it spoke.
"I'M AFRAID…IT'S TIME FOR A CLEANUP."
The arrows from his arms jumped out and started to twist themselves into giant vortexes. Like a giant vacuum, the agents and their stones were sucked up into nothingness, screaming in agony as they disappeared into the void.
As the arrows returned to his arms, the glowing green aura disappeared and Mask Aang returned, landing like a triumphant gymnast to the cheers of the villagers.
"Sorry about that folks, it appears I've made a bit of a mess here. But don't worry! I've got all the tools I need!" Somehow creating a giant shovel, he began to scoop up all the dirt that had been hurled in battle, depositing it neatly into a pile away from town.
"Thank you good citizens! Enjoy the rest of your day!" In a flash, that red, gold, and green tornado was racing off again. Ripping through the waves, it soon made an approach towards Wolf Cove.
