yes I know I updated! I'm so sorry for this delay. I had too much work exams etc...! My updates are going to take time I think but I'll try my best to update as soon as I can!

Chapter 11 – heights of sensation

"You both know each other?" asked Elena

They didn't bother answering. They only had eyes for each other.

"Ty? You're really here?" Elijah asked looking like he couldn't believe that Tyler was standing in front of him.

"Yes babe! God come here!" Tyler said holding out his arms

Elijah ran towards him and hugged him like there was no tomorrow

"Whoa whoa…hold it right there" said Klaus "what is going on here?"

"You remember my trip to Paris? Asked Elijah

"Ya...And you were like a walking corpse after you came back…not eating properly..not sleeping." Klaus said

"Why weren't you eating and sleeping properly Elijah?" Tyler asked looking at Elijah sternly

"I was away from you…and had no way of contacting you that's why…but now you're here. So it's alright!" Elijah said looking up at him

"Ok enough of those lovey dovey eyes at each other…can you get on with the story?" Kol asked annoyed

"ok ok…..we met in Paris! It was love at first sight! Then all of a sudden he had to leave…and I couldn't get in touch with him!" Elijah said looking sad

"I'm sorry Eli! I tried to find you again but I couldn't!" Tyler said hugging him again.

"it's alright….now we are finally together!" Elijah said jumping up and down.

It was good to see people so happy Elena thought.

"Let's celebrate everyone!" Rebekah shouted holding up a bottle of champagne.

Everyone gathered around cheered. Elena couldn't believe how well the day turned out for her. all of them were enjoying, Tyler had found his lost love, Caroline was in the process of getting to know her love (from the look in Klaus's eyes it was pretty obvious that there was no turning back for him) now she had to make her love understand that she never betrayed him.

Damon watched Elena the whole night. He couldn't take his eyes of her, she was just so beautiful. He really wanted her to stay the night.

He turned and went to get another glass of champagne when he noticed Kol had started a conversation with Elena. He didn't want Kol near her. Before he could see the right and wrong in what he was doing he stalked towards them.

"Are you free next Saturday Elena?" Kol asked her just as Damon reached them

"No she isn't! We have plans next Saturday and the next day and the next." He said putting his arm around Elena's waist.

"Somebody looks jealous" Kol said smirking and walked off.

"You shouldn't behave that way Damon. He's your friend he might take offense." Said Elena turning to face him fully.

"As you said he's my friend he won't take offense." He replied "but you should stop flirting back Elena this is gonna be hard if you keep flirting with other man and I have to keep staking my claim."

He regretted what he said the minute the words left his mouth. Elena looked like she had been slapped. But he didn't apologize and Elena didn't ask for one, she just went silent looking anywhere but at him.

"So are you free this Saturday?" Damon asked trying to make her look at him.

"No I'm not Damon. I'm sorry" Elena said still not looking at him

"Come on Elena. We can have dinner and go for an opera. I know how much you love those." Damon said

"I'm sorry Damon I'm not free" Elena said looking at him

"Ok. What about tomorrow?" he asked "don't tell me no."

"Alright! Tomorrow is fine" she said.

"Good!" Damon said "now Klaus is calling me, I'll be back" and walked away.

After a good half an hour he went searching for Elena and found her in the balcony.

"Come in Elena its cold out." He pulled her away from the railing and walked her towards his room.

"Damon stop pulling me! I can't keep up" she said and banged into his back

Damon turned suddenly and kissed her. He had been waiting to do that all night. She gasped out loud and he took advantage. She twined her arms around his neck and he reached for the door handle and went in without breaking contact. He closed the door and thrust her against it and started kissing her down the neck.

"Stay the night" he said huskily still kissing her neck

"Yes" Elena replied.
