Rewriting: Gwen 10 Hero Season 03 Episode 05
01 Our Trio had enjoyed the rest of summer vacation back at Bellwood, they'd also helped to save people from a fire while this supposed Hero called Captain Nemisis stood around doing an interview, which Kevin called out saying that Heroes are supposed to save people first THEN do the interview, not stand around and let people die to suck up glory. Annoying the guy along with the reporter that had been doing the interview.
02 Things were about as normal as they would get for the group, they'd started to become local celebreties while in hero costumes as the Alien Force had been actually doing hero work unlike Nemisis who just stood there talking instead of saving the people. While their raitings were going up his were going down. But that's neither here nor there. No, today was a day that they really didn't wanna deal with.. well Ben didn't wanna deal with. Gwen was excite to be getting back to it.
03 Kevin wasn't really on either side of this little discussion since he was no there, but they were now dealing with the first day back to school. Ben's teacher from the previous year had also taken over for this year too and introduced the class to Kevin who'd said hello before being told to sit down at the empty seat next to Ben. She also says that they should write an essay on what they did over the summer, which made the rest of the class grumble.
04 Gwen was also in the school and had the same assignment from her teacher but wasn't quite sure what she was going to write about, after all, she couldn't just write about how she got an alien watch from the sky and fought badguys by turning into aliens. Maybe Ben could get away with it and the teacher dismiss it as a his imagination. This was going to be a bit more tricky than she'd though.
05 They'd started with easy stuff since it was the first day back and eventually they went off to Lunch where they'd sat together discussing the assignment and Gwen says that she'd been given the same assignment too not sure what she was going to write about asking Ben what he was gonna do. To which he says he was gonna write about going to the museum and seeing a dinosaur fossile and a mammoth statue, along with listening to Shag Carpeting with Grandpa Max.
06 Gwen tells her cousin just talking about that stuff and leaving out the other stuff might work for sure and thanks him for the idea. Though they hear Cash starting his shit again yelling at Ben to think fast, which he and kevin both turned towards Cash seeing a dodgeball coming towards them and both punch it at the same time sending it back at Cash and knocking him down. Kevin questioning if that was fast enough for them.
07 The teacher in charge of mistakes that as them fighting and tells them All to go to the principal's office though Gwen says that they weren't even doing anything. They were just having lunch and Cash tried to throw a dodgeball at them, and that she wasn't even in it. Though the teacher, being an ass said for ALL of them to go annoying them as they stood and began heading towards the principal's office.
08 Ben left a little parting gift while they weren't paying attention dropping a card made from energy onto the floor of the cafeteria as they were walking towards the Principal's office, and when the teacher stepped on the card he then made it fly out from under them making it appear as if they slipped and fell backwards onto the cafetria table which Kevin laughed at telling Ben nice one in a way only he Ben and Gwen could hear.
09 The Principal was thankfully Less of a jerk and just let them off with a warning since it was the first day back and all. They were able to go off to recess where Ben Gwen and Kevin had vanished seemingly into thin air thogh in reality they were just hidding up on the school roof and Ben was reading his spellbook. Gwen tells her cousin not to try anything at school because she didn't wanna deal with that being on fire today.
10 Ben tells her that he's not gonna, there was some other spells he wanted to try to understand before doing it, and he wasn't going to try something new at school and blow their cover while continuing to read the stuff from the book. The other students around and teachers weren't really paying enough attention to notice the three of them weren't down there.
11 When Recess was over they used one of Ben's energy cards as a platform to get back down though in a spot where they wouldn't be seen and then headed on back towards the entrance of the building and went on inside once they were told they could return to class. It was kind of a boring day and Ben kinda hoped there'd be something more interesting happening soon, though that sadly was not the case.
12 The rest of School went by normally and they'd been picked up by their parents. Natalie asked Gwen if she had a good first day back. Answering her mother she says that she did, but it wasn't as exciting as it used to be. Frank then questions if that was a good or a bad thing, which she'd answered that she wasn't sure maybe a little bit of both? It was nice being a normal kid again but she sorta missed the excitement of traveling around with Grandpa Max.
13 It didn't take long for them to get back home where Gwen got to work on her assignment trying to remember the normal stuff they did together, going to the museum, seeing mount rushmore, listening to Shag Carpeting, going for a swim, checking out an old abandoned town, things like that. She'd found she could pass off a lot of what she'd done as normal now that she thought about it a bit, maybe that's how Grandpa did it all those years?
14 While the kids were working on that, someone else was working on another project as we see shadows of something that looked sorta like the shadow of Azmuth's species saying that they've done it while putting the final touches into a familiar shaped shadow and began messing with the device with a smug sort of laugh before pushing down the part that was sticking out with there being a flash of colored light before the shadow had changed.
15 Instead of the small creature and the device the shadow now was of a tall humanoid form with multiple sets of arms laughing while saying Azmuth was fool as it wasn't that hard to do what he's done hitting their chest and changing into a small bug form before hitting at around their neck area and becoming the shadow of a large rounded figure laughing and hitting their head and there was another flash before the shadow had changed to that of a girl before we hear a faimiliar voice calling out distressed saying that wasn't supposed to happen.
