Chapter 12: How the tables have turned
I! Still exist. I think. Sleep deprivation's a bitch...
What was I talking about? Ah, right. So, this chapter will be once again a relaxation one. Well, kinda. The fic the scene I'm using it from is kinda intense at some points, but with some scenes of fluff.
Here's a little spoiler, it's from The Lady in the Pond by TURKEYFEATHER!
And the scene? Well, let's just say Kyoka won't be the only one getting teased.
Enough talking! On with the chapter. Enjoy!

-Nx12-
"Sato! Sato, calm down!"
"The White! The WHITE!"
*thunk*
Sato collapsed to the ground, knocked out by Aizawa chopping him on the neck.
"Can you stop mentally scarring my student?", Aizawa demanded, glaring at the TV where Guide was floating.
+You seem to think that we have something to do with that. It's not like we are the only ones here+, was all the answer the fragment was offering.
"What?"
"What does that ominous statement mean?", Ojiro questioned warily.
§So, your invisible friend is supposed to choose a scenario now, isn't she?§
"Don't you dare go back to ignoring-!"
§Time's a wasting!§
"OI!"
"Uh, I'll just. Go choose something?", Tooru said timidly, stepping around her tailed classmate arguing with the Virtual Intelligence.
Once she reached the bookcase, she took in her choices.
'The System', 'The Lady in the Pond', 'Perception', 'Beneath the Waves', 'The Scope of Things-Kamino', and 'Beloved Teacher' lay in their cases, waiting to be chosen.
Assuming a thinking pose, her right hand palming her chin and her left hand palming her right elbow, she pondered what to choose.
"Hmm..."
There was a scuffle behind her as Kirishima tried to guide Ojiro back to his seat, who was still screaming at the TV.
"Hmmmm..."
Shoji lifted Sato in a fireman carry and deposited him on his seat, where Momo proceeded to wake him up with smelling salts.
"Hmmmmmm..."
After some more preparation, everyone was ready and waiting for Tooru to make her choice.
"Hmmmmmmmmm..."
And so they waited.
"Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm..."
And waited.
"HMMMMMMMMMMMMMM..."
And waited...
"HMMMMMMM-!"
"FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THE KAMI, JUST CHOOSE SOMETHING ALREADY!"
"Alright, alright, you don't have to yell at me! Jeez...fine, I'll choose Lady in the Pond."
§Ohohoho...good choice~§
"...why did you say it like that?"
§Don't worry about it, just put in the thumb drive!§, Entertainer said eagerly.
"Worrying, but you haven't steered me wrong before, so alright!", Tooru chirped, unknowingly walking to her doom.
Quickly inserting the USB stick she threw herself onto her seat, waving at a giggling Eri who was sitting on Inko's lap. Nejire, back in her original seat, pouted while Mirio just patted her on the shoulder with a laugh.
Guide, Entertainer, and the now slightly bigger Trivia disappeared and were replaced by a serene pond, surrounded by a forest with tall trees.
"Oh, pretty!"
-The Lady in the Pond-First Meeting-
"Lady in a Pond, huh?"
"Wonder if that's a reference to something?"
"Well, there are legends and myths surrounding a pond or a lake, quite a few of them even involving a lady in said pond or lake", Momo mused.
It turns out that today is just not Hagakure's day, and she was brutally reminded of that during the quirk apprehension test.
"...well, I guess that's a start."
"Ah yes, the very first logical ruse."
"What a joy."
Aizawa allowed one of his self-satisfied grins to appear on his face-which quickly disappeared when Nezu hummed in interest.
"I always wanted to see one of your little tests Eraser. I'm glad that I finally have the chance to witness one", the small principal chirped.
The Underground Hero felt a cold sweat break out.
Hagakure just wanted to strangle that pink skinned girl who had to open her mouth and draw the ire of their homeroom teacher.
Mina gasped scandalized.
"Tooru-chan?!"
The invisible girl winced.
"Sorry Mina, but we hadn't really known each other yet, and that Quirk apprehension test did not help things!"
"I-! Yeah, that's fair", Mina admitted.
"Besties?"
"Damn right bestie!"
The others watched the two girls hug it out.
"That was the shortest argument I have ever seen."
"I'm actually impressed."
The threat of expulsion for last place in the test had done a lot for beating down the invisible girl into realizing how uncapable she was when compared to her classmates.
Her classmates frowned at the negative way the normally cheerful girl saw herself.
Nezu hummed and wrote something down.
Aizawa gulped.
But no matter how hard she pushed herself, she simply couldn't compete with her average score when compared to the high score of those with the quirks that made them more physically capable.
"Yeah, that test wasn't really fair to those without physical Quirks..."
"Kinda like the Entrance Exam when you think about it."
"Well, now that you said it..."
Nezu just nodded in thought, still writing.
Invisibility could get her a good score when her classmates had quirks that could throw a ball well beyond several hundred meters.
"Or into the stratosphere", Sero snickered.
Ochako covered her face in embarrassment.
"Can I get some context?", Mirio asked confused.
After a quick explanation, Mirio snorted.
"Not bad rookie! I'm pretty sure that is some sort of record. After all, it's out of this world! Eh? Eh?"
"...Mirio-senpai, please excuse my language, but that was bloody horrendous", Iida told him.
"I know! Haha!"
"...I'm starting to think that the entire Big Three is not right in the head", Ojiro muttered.
"And what are we, the paragons of sanity?", Tokoyami asked him with a raised eyebrow.
"...point taken."
By then end of it all, she was a panting mess with hurting limbs and acidic burn in her stomach as she nearly pushed herself to the point of vomiting.
Inko frowned.
"That's not how students should treat tests. What use is it to exhaust yourself to the point of bodily harm? Especially hero students, what if they do the same during a crisis?!"
"That's a good point Midoriya-san", Nezu acknowledged, side-eyeing the sweating Aizawa.
However, all her hard work resulted in her heart dropped into her stomach when scoreboard had shown her name at the bottom of the list, barely losing to a short boy with balls on his head.
"Hold on a minute, something ain't right."
"Hadn't Midoriya been the one in last place?", Sero asked confused.
"He had been", Shoji agreed.
"Sooo, I see two, no wait, three options here. One, Midoriya is in another class, he did better on the test than in our universe, or...", Momo mused.
"He never even made it into U.A.", Todoroki finished for her.
There was an uncomfortable silence at that.
A feeling of dread and denial filled the form of Hagakure at the realization that she had failed, and that all she had to endure before and after the test was all in vain.
Unseen tears flowed down her face as her voice was lost to silence as she waited for Mr. Aizawa to expel her, but then it was revealed to be a logical ruse for the students to bring out their best for the test.
Nezu frowned, his pen scratching across the paper.
It was not looking good for Aizawa's little ruses, something that cheered the students up after seeing their classmate's emotional distress.
Then the girl with the ponytail had the gall to say that it was fairly obvious trick, and it was not like her position was in any jeopardy with a quirk like hers.
Momo winced.
"It appears my thoughtless comment had been quite cruel..."
"It's alright Yaomomo, we forgave you!", Mina giggled.
"Plus, no offense, but you're nearly as socially inept as Midoriya, just in a different way."
"To be fair, that can be applied to most of our classmates..."
"...well, now that's just depressing to think about. Thanks for that Kyoka", Mina grumbled.
"I'd say sorry, but you know I'm right."
Hagakure remained silent on the trip back for her things, and speedily hurried out of class before anyone could try to talk to her. She just wanted to be alone after the stress of today's events weighing down on her like a bag of bricks.
And eventually she found a deserted park not too far away with rusting playground equipment for just that purpose. She took a seat in an old wooden bench and let her book bag fall to the floor as a steady stream of tears flowed down her unseen face. She never made a sound; she hadn't done so in years.
Tooru squeaked in surprise when Mina suddenly hugged her, nearly crushing her with the force of the hug.
After a moment of stillness, Tooru slung an arm around her best friend, awkwardly patting her on the back.
Her hands twisted into each other as they shook uncontrollably from the strong emotions. The worst part was the fact that if anyone were to see her, she would only appear to be just sitting down and nothing more.
That was the curse of her quirk.
"Don't you dare keep hiding when you're sad, you hear me?!", Mina demanded of her friend, a few tears escaping her eyes. "If you do, I'll...I'll...!"
"Alright, alright", Tooru chuckled, although no one was fooled as they heard her sniffling.
Tooru once again squeaked in surprise when something climbed onto her lap. Looking down, she saw Eri give her a timid and understanding smile. Thankful, the invisible girl wrapped her free arm around the younger girl.
"Excuse me? But do you mind if I sit next to you miss?", a voice cut through the air like a knife. Hagakure's invisible eyes blink at the sound of the voice and was greeted with a person standing in front of her.
"And there he is!"
"Alright, Midobro to the rescue!"
"There comes our knight full of anxiety!"
The person was dressed in an oddball manner, even by the standards of a society in which people in spandex punched other people in spandex.
"Well, if you phrase it like that, then of course it seems weird!", Sero grumbled.
"Hah! Sucks to be you! I'm wearing jeans!", Kaminari gloated.
"So do most of the villains out there. You sure you wanna associate yourself with them Pikachu?"
"...would it kill you to be nice even once, Bakugou?"
"Eh, probably", the explosive teen shrugged.
He was dressed in what appeared to be a white hoodie that was several sizes too large for him, with the hood nearly covering his entire face and sleeves that extended nearly to his knees.
"...what kinda hoodie is that?"
"Knowing Midoriya, probably one in All Might's size."
"...yeah, that sounds like our favorite fanboy."
Izuku sulked at his teasing classmates.
The only physical feature of his face visible was a mouth with sharp shark-like teeth.
"...Deku, have you been hiding a twin from us?"
"What, no!", Izuku defended himself, before frowning.
"...at least I think so", he admitted slowly and turned to his mother. "Mom?"
"No Izuku, you're an only child", Inko sighed.
"Oh alright. Then why do you have SHARK TEETH?!"
"I don't know! Maybe that version has a shark Quirk? Maybe it's someone else with a similar voice to me?", Izuku answered, exasperated at his classmate's overdramatic nature.
"Oh, a shark Quirk, that makes sense."
"What kind of abilities would a shark Quirk even give him?"
Izuku sweatdropped at his classmates, who wouldn't even consider the other possibility.
The hoodie also appeared to be embroidered with many patterns depicting symbols that looked like they belong in some shrine rather than a boy's jacket.
The image presented to Hagakure made her think he was some kind of sidekick or a new hero with some religious theme to his persona.
"Please don't be a zealot, please don't be a zealot...", Kyoka muttered.
"If Midoriya's a zealot, then he will probably be one for a religion centered around All Might, ribbit. One he himself started."
"Young Midoirya wouldn't do something like that", All Might denied with a handwave before hesitating. "You wouldn't...right?"
Izuku laughed sheepishly and shrugged.
"...Young Midoriya, that wasn't a denial."
The person stood there for a moment, clearly waiting for Hagakure's answer. But when she gave no reply, he sat down next to her none the less.
"Quite confident of you Midoriya-chan, ribbit."
"Once again, another me. Quite drastically even. Maybe even not me!"
"Eh, we'll still count it", Kaminair shrugged.
"...count it?", Izuku asked with narrowed eyes.
"Uh...nothing important!", his classmate said with a nervous laugh.
"Hm...if you say so."
Once the green-haired boy turned away, Minete elbowed Kaminari in the stomach with a glare. The electric blond winced and quickly hid a pad of paper in his pocket.
An air of awkwardness arrived as white hood had interrupted what had been a private moment.
"Awkward silence is awkward..."
"Why thank you Captain Obvious, we never would have guessed! What next, the floor is made out of floor?"
"...what is it made out of, actually? I mean, if this is some weird meta-physical place outside of time, is it made out of...what? Light? Some sort of weird energy? Hopes and dreams?", Shoji questioned, poking the floor with a tentacle.
+According to /, it's made out of the excess energy generated by the passing of information through the cerebral cortex, which then gets condensed into physical form through the use of a brain scan and a hard-light projector.+
"...I have so many questions."
"Hey, Guide, this bleeped-out fellow that you've mentioned, the one that created this Personal Space Box...they wouldn't happen to be the child of Mei Hatsume, would they?", Ochako asked with dread.
+No, he isn't.+
There was a mass release of breath as relief flooded the watchers. The thought of someone smart enough to create such advanced tech combined with Mei's Meiness scared the living daylights out of them.
The two sat in silence for a while, and Hagakure debated about leaving the park. But white hood spoke out before she could even think to reach for her book bag.
"I am going to be frank with you miss, but the reason I came over here was because I saw you crying.", White hood said in a polite tone, "I just wanted to see if things were all right."
Tooru suddenly went rigid and paid much closer attention to the TV.
"...wat."
"So I may be kinda dumb, but I'm pretty sure he said that he can see her."
"But how."
"Probably some Quirk nonsense."
"Ah...right."
Hagakure froze at the words that white hood had said. It was impossible, there was no way he could've seen her cry, unless…
"I-I am s-sorry, but did I hear you right? Y-You said that you could see me crying?" Hagakure asked with a small stutter in her strained voice.
Tooru's classmates winced at the blatant hope in the girl's voice. More than one hoped that the stranger, who may or may not be Izuku, was saying the truth and not just tricking the poor girl.
And if he was...
There was a wave of narrowed eyes that promised painful retribution.
White hood turned his hidden face towards her and titled it to the side like he was confused by the question she had asked.
"It's Midoriya/Midori/Deku", several people declared.
And indeed, most of the watchers recognized the gesture Izuku did whenever he was confused about something.
"U-Um yes. I was just passing by and I saw you on this bench with tears on your face. I don't mean to be rude, but I found it a little odd that you were rather quiet about it." Replied white hood
"It's just that…that my quirk makes me invisible." Said Hagakure "So no one has been able to see me since I was five years old."
"A decade of not knowing what you look like, people overlooking you, and not noticing when you are upset...that actually sounds like some sort of hell", Mirio frowned, his smile disappearing.
It was like isolation torture without the actual isolation. For someone as social as Tooru, few things could be worse.
"You get used to it", Tooru mumbled, none of the girl's usual cheer in her voice. Mina simply tightened her hug in response.
Somehow white hood looked a little flustered at that remark. "Oh! U-Um…I am sorry about that, but you appeared to be just as visible as anyone else.", White hood said while rubbing the back of his head.
"And there's the shyness we all know and love", Kaminari chuckled, bringing the mood up at least a little.
"Good to know that the more things change, some still remain the same", Momo agreed with a smile.
Something inside Hagakure's chest fluttered at the statement of white hood. Could it be that after ten years of being lost to the eyes of the world, that she finally found someone who could see her?
The invisible girl could feel the welts in her eyes dry up and the sadness lifted away, and in its place a curiosity emerged.
"I-I don't mean to be pushy, but can you tell me what I look like?" Hagakure asked with age old excitement upon her voice.
"I always wanted to know what my bestie looked like! I-I mean, not that I don't like hanging out with you anyway!", Mina cheered, before quickly trying to reassure her friend.
Tooru giggled in agreement, a strange mix of happiness, anticipation, hope, dread, and fear swirling in her gut.
White hood gave no reply but instead reached inside his oversized cloak and pulled out a notebook and a pencil. He wanted to draw a picture of her.
"I could do you one better and give you something beyond my words to take with you. B-But only if you are comfortable with it." White hood said in a flustered tone.
"Yes, please!", Tooru cried, arms almost painfully clutching to Mina and Eri.
Some people actually flinched at the sheer, raw hope in her voice. It almost felt like something physical hit them when she cried out.
Hagakure giggled at White Hood's embarrassment and gave him a nod of approval. At the sight of her approval, White Hood went to work on the picture, muttering artist lingo under his breath as he moved the pencil.
With the flowing movement of the pencil only stopping when he glanced up to look at her occasionally.
Nemuri leaned forward in interest. As the teacher of Modern Hero Art History, she had more than a passing knowledge of various forms of art. While she was no master painter or sculptor, she was quite proud of her skills in sketching.
And from what little she could see, the boy on screen was quite skilled. There was no hesitation in his strokes, his hand calmly flowing across the paper.
That reminded her of the Hero Analysis Books of her student, to be more precise the various sketches within them.
She had glimpsed quite a few of them when he approached her for an autograph at the start of the school year. Mentally giggling at the memory of the poor boy nearly fainting at her usual mannerisms while in her Midnight persona, she looked at the boy in thought.
Maybe a few private lessons could get him interested in other forms of art? Maybe working with clay? It has been proven to have a calming effect and even has been used in some cases of physical therapy.
Humming, she reclined in her seat. This required some thought...
After about ten minutes of muttering and the scratching of graphite, the sound of paper being torn echoed in the park.
White Hood had his pale hand stretched out with a piece of paper within it, and Hagakure reached out and took the piece of paper and gazed upon it as quickly as possible.
More than a few people held their breaths in anticipation, wanting to finally see what their classmate looked like.
Even Aizawa and Bakugou leaned forward in interest.
The picture took the form of a portrait of sorts depicting everything from the neck up and was made with incredible care and detail.
In the portrait was a girl with short shaggy hair combined with thin eyebrows and long eyelashes. The eyes of the girl were shaped like almonds and were placed and an angle that resembled the angle in cat eyes were positioned but were still human looking in every other way.
Her lips were thin but were etched into a friendly smile and her nose was well refined that gave her an aristocratic vibe. She had pointed ears that had no lobes while her chin was short but was shaped like a diamond.
The skin on her forehead and cheeks were unblemished, save for a small scar on the left cheek near her ears.
"Pretty...", Eri breathed in awe, eyes wide and sparkling at the elfin girl on paper.
The little girl said what was on the minds of many other watchers, who were looking at the screen with wide eyes.
It was no secret that they lived in an age where beautiful women were displayed prominently in the media. With Quirks that in some shape or form enhanced appearance, and the costumes that a lot of heroines wore being well, what they were, it was almost impossible to watch an advertisement without at least one attractive woman in it.
But many thought that if Tooru could turn off her Invisibility somehow, then she'd shoot right to the top of whatever popularity chart she would appear in.
Because there were beautiful, attractive, yes even sexy, women throughout the world, but they struggled to think about someone else that one could call ethereal.
Even Mineta didn't have a single perverted thought running through his head, simply staring at the TV slackjawed.
Tooru herself was speechless, a part of her not capable of accepting the fact the picture of beauty on screen was her. But the rest of her was filled with joy at finally, finally, being able to see herself.
Hadn't they been so transfixed by the drawing of Tooru, they would have noticed Izuku franticly drawing in his notebook, his eyes darting back and fro between the TV and the notebook.
The only one to notice was Inko, who looked over his shoulder. Once seeing what he was doing, a bright smile grew on her face.
Overall, it was the appearance that was reminiscent what westerners called the Fae, beautiful women with sharp features and pointed ears.
And indeed, many agreed with that description. While some people had described Nejire as a fairy, it was regarding her personality and Quirk.
But Tooru truly looked like a fairy described in fairytales or an elf used in so many fantasy stories.
Memories poured into Hagakure as she tried to remember what she looked like before the manifestation of her quirk, but there were muddled with time and were not clear as a result.
But there were many things that she could recall that align with White Hood's depiction of her.
The short hair was a result of too many instances of hair getting caught and tangled and not being able to see it to correct it, and as a result Hagakure had it cut monthly to prevent those issues.
As if wanting to confirm it for herself, Mina reached up and softly curled her fingers through the short mop of hair on Tooru's head.
Tooru jerked in surprise at the sudden sensation. Mina sheepishly retracted her hand at what she assumed was a pout from Tooru.
The small scar was the result of Hagakure getting cut while on a school field trip after her quirk manifested and it scarred because no one was able to properly treat the wound.
There were some frowns at that. Just how many scars did their Tooru have now, after a few months of her training? How often had she gotten hurt and simply not said anything?
Todoroki in particular scowled rather heavily, remembering nearly freezing Tooru during the USJ because he didn't notice her.
"Tooru-chan, once we get out of here we're taking you to Recovery Girl", Momo stated. A stern look stopped Tooru from refusing.
Yet, the more Hagakure stared at the picture, the more it seemed that it was in fact her face on the paper, and like a ticking time bomb memories just exploded.
She could recall a time when she was four years old and her father called her his little elf during the winter holidays, or when she would wear a white pillowcase as a dress and pretend to a women whom she thought she looked like in a movie about a gold ring.
To Tooru's embarrassment, her fellow watchers cooed at the adorable scene and hid her face in her hands.
Or rather, she tried, seeing as both her arms were still strapped by Mina and Eri.
It all just clicked like the final piece of a puzzle.
Tears of happiness flowed down her invisible face as she stared at her reflection for the first time in a decade. She turned her head back towards White Hood, who had remained silent and still the entire time, and gave him a large smile that she knew he could see.
"Miodori, don't be insulted, but I really wish you had whatever Quirk your other self has instead of One for All", Tooru only half-joked, barely stopping herself from sobbing.
She could see what she looked like!
"I-I doubt anyone w-would be insulted", Tamaki mumbled.
"Yeah, and it's Deku", Ochako giggled. "Right Deku?...Deku?"
"Huh, what?", Izuku asked, head lifting from his notebook to look at her.
"I-nevermind", she chuckled along with the others.
Confused, Izuku shrugged and got back to his notebook.
"Thank you." Was all she said.
"It was no problem." White Hood replied.
The two sat in silence for a while before she stood up from the park bench.
"I really need to get going now, and I also just wanted to thank you again for doing that." Said the invisible girl.
White Hood stood up from his seat and gave Hagakure a light bow, "I was happy help, but I don't think I helped you with what was upsetting you?"
"Hah! You helped her more than you probably know!", Toshinori laughed, his students agreeing with him with cheers.
Hagakure smiled, "It's okay, I don't even remember why I was crying anyway."
"Well, with something like that happening, I'm not surprised. Anyone could become so blindingly happy when given such a present", Mirio laughed.
"...blindin-, senpai, are you even trying at this point?"
"Nope!"
White Hood nodded and turned his back towards the invisible girl, apparently ready to part ways with her.
Mina suddenly shifted away from Tooru.
"Hey hey, you can't just let White Midori leave!", she gasped, confusing the others.
"White...?"
"You know, because of the hoodie?"
"Oh, yeah makes sense."
"Why shouldn't she though?", Kyoka asked, suspicious of Mina.
A grin grew on Mina. Tooru suddenly had a bad feeling.
"Well, he did help you finally find out what you look like, that deserves a reward, don't you think?", she drawled.
Tooru gulped at the look in her best friend's eyes. Just as she was about to ask what kind of reward, Iida interrupted.
"Helping others should be reward enough! And knowing Izuku, he wouldn't accept any form of reward anyway!", he lectured.
"It's the principle of the matter! Now shush!", she snapped, before turning back to Tooru, her wide grin back.
"W-what kind of reward?"
Kyoka winced. "You really shouldn't have asked Mina of all people that..."
"Why, with a kiss of course!", Mina chirped happily, ignoring Kyoka.
Tooru whined in embarrassment and hid her face behind a pillow, ignoring the laughter of her classmates. If they couldn't see her, they couldn't tease her!
...wait.
Kyoka just patted her shoulder in understanding.
But something within the girl stirred, and it made her drawn towards White Hood, and it made her act before her mind could even register her actions.
"Wait!" Hagakure nearly shouted.
Mina whirled around to face the TV, her grin somehow growing even wider.
Kyoka shivered at the sight of the grin, it reminding her of the teasing she received at the hands of the pink girl.
White Hood turned his covered face back to her. Heat flushed into Hagakure's cheeks as she said, "W-Would you like to exchange contact information?"
"Yes, girl! That's what I'm talking about! Go get 'im", Mina cackled in glee.
Seeing the invisible girl try to imitate a turtle, Tsuyu took mercy on the poor girl and got Mina's attention.
"Mina-chan, but if she does, then what about Kyoka, ribbit?", she bluntly asked. Kyoka glared at the frog girl, face growing red.
Mina opened her mouth before pausing. Turning to Kyoka, she seemed to think, before turning her gaze to Tooru. This repeated itself a few times, the pink girl slowly growing more and more distressed, as she gestured to Kyoka, Eri, Tooru, and the TV in a repeating pattern.
"Kyoka!...But Tooru!...Smiling Family!...But Bestie!...I...but...", she babbled to herself.
She collapsed into her seat and fell silent, deep in thought.
"You're welcome, ribbit", Tsuyu told Kyoka and Tooru, who stared at her with wide, awed eyes.
White Hood seemed to be taken aback by such a proposition, and his hidden face displayed disbelief in the notion.
"W-Why would you want to do that with me?" White Hood said in disbelief.
"Oh no. First Midori, then Mirio, now White Midori...the Denseness. It's spreading", Nejire mock-whispered.
"Oi!", Mirio sulked.
"Because I would like to be friends with you, silly." Hagakure replied "Unless you don't want to…"
"No No! Its just that no one has ever wanted to be friends with me before" White Hood said with tint of hurt.
"...someone needs to be hurt", Ochako stated a smile on her face. Her classmates slowly edged away from her, disturbed by the bloodlust they could almost taste radiating off the girl.
Hagakure once gain beamed a big smile, "Well, then allow me to be first! Hello, I am Hagakure Tooru! And you are?" asked the invisible girl while extending her hand into gesture of a handshake.
White Hood hesitated at the notion, but then used both of his hands to pull the oversized hood off his face.
"Hah, finally! We finally get to see-hold on a damn minute."
Hagakure nearly gasped when the familiar head of blue hair, freckles, and the eyes of the accompanying color greeted her once again.
"Wait, blue?!"
IIda quickly checked his glasses. Seeing nothing wrong, he turned his attention back to the screen.
"Oh dear."
The blue haired boy nervously took her hand with his hand and returned the gesture of friendship.
"My name is Midoriya Izuku and I am pleased to see you again Hagakure." Izuku said with a small smile on his face.
"Excuse me?!"
"What in the-!"
"The heck is going on?!"
FIN
"Don't you dare end it there!"
"We need answers!"
"Why was Midori blue?!"
"I'm so confused!"
"Why? His Quirk probably just influenced how he looks", Momo said calmly with a raised eyebrow.
"...oh."
"Yeah, that does make sense..."
"Well, now I feel dumb for panicking", Ojiro grumbled.
"Anyway, anyone else notice how it said familiar head of blue?", Nejire asked, lazily floating above her seat. And since it counted as training for her Quirk, the teachers couldn't say anything about it.
Stamina-based Quirk for the win!
"Maybe Tooru met Midoriya earlier?", Ochako wondered.
"Maybe during the Entrance Exam? I mean, a lot what was going on at the time, so she could have run into him, even introduced herself to him, but then forgot it because everything was so hectic?", was Kaminari's timid suggestion.
"That's...a valid argument. Well done Kaminari-kun!", Momo praised him.
"Wait, it is? Nice!"
Sero chuckled and patted him on the shoulder in congratulation.
He was about to say something to him when Izuku's triumphant shout of "Done!" interrupted him. Curios, everyone turned to the green-haired boy, only to see him tear off a page out of his notebook. Their curiosity only grew at Inko's bright smile.
With a satisfied smile, Izuku walked over to Tooru and handed the page to her. The confused girl took the page and gasped once she saw what was on it.
"It's not perfect since I'm not as good as Blue Me. But, well, it's better than nothing, right?", he told her with a sheepish shrug.
Tooru didn't say anything for a few minutes, simply staring at the page. Izuku started getting nervous, when she suddenly stood up, forcing him to take a few steps back. Eri squeaked in surprise as she landed in Mina's lap, startling the pink girl out of her trance.
She carefully placed the page on the coffee table, before taking a few steps back. Realizing what was about to happen, Izuku barely had time to drop his notebook and widen his stance, when she took a running start.
With a leap and a cry of "Midori!", she crashed into Izuku and threw her arms and legs around him in a hug, making the boy stumble. Reflexively wrapping his arms around her to stop her from falling, he could hear her babble "Thankyouthankyouthankyouthankyou-!" into his ear on repeat.
"You're welcome", he chuckled with a slight blush on his face and patted her on the back.
Curious about her best friend's reaction, Mina looked at the page.
"It's the drawing!", she gasped in realization, startling the others.
There was a stampede as everyone rushed to Mina in order to see said drawing. Even Bakugou strolled over to get a look. And indeed, it was the drawing from the scenario.
It wasn't a perfect copy, with a few details missing and the lines and strokes rougher than the original, but it was, without a doubt, the drawing of Tooru.
"I was wondering what he was scribbling in his notebook", Todoroki mused, looking over the drawing.
"It is done quite well, if a little rougher than that of his other self", Momo commented.
"I don't think Tooru-chan cares about that, ribbit", Tsuyu stated dryly, watching Izuku trying to convince Tooru to climb down, only for the cheerful girl to tighten her grip.
"No surprise, I'm pretty sure that's fifteen birthday presents in one", Kyoka snorted, while filming how Iida tried to help Izuku, to no avail.
Eventually, as Momo went ahead to also lend her help in prying Tooru off the embarrassed Izuku, everyone turned to watch the spectacle, giggling and chuckling all the while. It was quite the comedic sight, Momo and Iida tugging at Tooru while the blue-haired boy berated her about personal space.
Mina tilted her head to the side, Eri copying her.
"Damn, he's not even swaying, huh?"
And indeed, Izuku just stood there, rooted to his spot. Not even when Iida, Momo, and a newly added Shoji all pulled at Tooru with all their might did he sway. He simply remained there, unmoving, the blush on his face growing brighter.
"Guess his muscles are good for something else than fighting", Toshinori chuckled with a sweatdrop, somewhat surprised at Tooru's strength.
Seriously, Shoji was using six arms and Iida his engines, and yet she still held onto Izuku.
Mina hummed in thought. Coming to a decision, she deposited Eri in Tsuyu's lap and stood up. Ignoring the curious stares, she stretched and got into a starting position.
Ochako realized what she was planning and tried to stop her, but alas, she was too late.
"Outta the way!", Mina shouted with a grin and leaped at Izuku and Tooru.
"Ashido, wait-!"
Izuku let out an "Oomph!" as Mina slammed into him and clung to him, not unlike a Koala.
"A-Ashido-san!", Izuku stammered, face red. Mina pouted and boobed him on the head.
"Call me Mina! We're friends, aren't we?", she chided him, causing Izuku to sputter.
"And call me Tooru!", Tooru threw in, before returning to her task of hugging the stuffing out of him.
Izuku's jaw flapped open, only a squeak coming out. Suddenly, another weight appeared on his shoulders. Jerking his head to the left, Izuku came face to face with Kaminari's mischievous grin.
"K-Kaminari?!"
"'Sup! How's it hanging?", he joked, eliciting groans and a laugh from Mirio at the pun.
The green-haired boy grunted when yet another weight appeared on his back.
"Uraraka-san! What are you doing?!", Iida shouted flustered.
Ochako, clinging to Izuku's back, shrugged.
"If ya can't beat 'em, join 'em!", she chirped.
Iida frowned in thought, before nodding his consent.
"Good argument", he said and joined the pile.
"Iida?! You too?!"
"I cannot go against the majority, Midoriya-kun!", the usually law-abiding boy stated.
"Wait, the majority?"
Izuku turned around and paled at seeing most of his classmates, along with Mirio, Nejire, Eri, and even Midnight and Present Mic, preparing to jump.
"Oh kami, not again-!"
*crash*
A few minutes later...
There were quite a few sheepish expressions in the room, everyone now once again back in their seats. They offered quiet apologies to Izuku, who was laying on his couch, groaning in pain. Inko, having her son's head in her lap, giggled and stroked Izuku's green mop of hair.
Only a few didn't have sheepish expressions. This included Bakugou, who was laying on the ground, wheezing with laughter, or Aizawa, whose expression had seemingly frozen on the face of every single parent of one or more three-year-old children possessed: pure exhaustion.
Another was Kyoka, who was snickering at the video she took on her phone. Mina, sitting beside her, was grinning like the smuggest collection of cotton candy on the planet, not in the least sorry about what she unleashed.
Eri was crouching on the ground beside Izuku and poking him, a worried expression on her face.
Tooru, finally having been pried off Izuku when Tsuyu started tickling her, was happily humming to herself, clutching the drawing to her chest. It was now encased in a light blue frame, created by Momo at Tooru's plea.
§That was the most entertaining thing I have ever seen!§, Entertainer chirped, synthetic laughter echoing in the room.
+That's not exactly saying something, you're technically only four months old+, Guide interjected, stopping the laughter.
§Stop depressing me brother!§, Entertainer whined.
+Depress you...? We can't get depressed, we're minerals that have been tricked into thinking!+
§Anyway, any questions?§
+Don't you dare ignore me, young lady!+
§You're not that much older than I am!§, Entertainer snapped, unaware or not caring about the wide-eyed stares they were getting as the two started arguing.
+Old enough to ground you!+, Guide snapped back.
§Hah, and how would you do that?!§, Entertainer challenged him.
+By disconnecting the YouTube connection+, came Guide's smug answer.
Entertainer gasped in outrage.
§You wouldn't dare!§, she hissed.
+You want to risk it?+
§...I'll be good§, Entertainer muttered.
+That's what I thought. Now, any questions?"
The watchers stared at the TV in dumbfounded shock, their brains trying to comprehend an Artificial and Virtual Intelligence arguing.
+No questions? Shall we move on then?+
"Uh, I-I have one", Tamaki said hesitantly, arm raised in the air.
+Wonderfull! What is your question?+
"W-Why do so many M-Midoriya's have different Quirks?"
§For one, it's entertaining to see all those different powers!§, Entertainer answered, seemingly having recovered from her argument with Guide.
+It also serves as a means to observe different instances of the Individual and how they make use of their powers or lack of them. It provides the possibility to integrate the strategies of the ones shown into your own.+
"Oh, that makes sense", Nejire nodded.
+Any other questions?+
"I fear my students and fellow educators are still somewhat taken aback. Perhaps we should just watch the scenarios and simply ask our questions at the end of the day", Nezu suggested.
+Hm. Alright. So, who shall choose next?+
"I believe Hagakure-san muss spin the wheel now."
Tooru jerked at hearing her name and looked around franticly. Seeing her principal motion to the wheel, she shrugged and got up.
Her walk to the wheel shocked her classmates out of their shocked fugue, just in time to see her spin the wheel.
After a few rotations, the wheel stopped and landed on...
Sato.
They turned to look at Sato. Or rather, where Sato was supposed to be.
"...where's Sato?"
Sero blinked dumbfounded at the empty spot next to him before paling. Surprising the others, he jumped off the couch and sprinted to the stairs. They stared confused as he scrambled upstairs, his footsteps fading the further he got.
They heard him run around upstairs, doors slamming open before he stopped.
"Sato, buddy, what are you doing-WHERE DID YOU FIND A JACKHAMMER?!", they heard him shout, eyes going wide.
"Sato...Sato, what are you doing with the Jackhammer? Sato? SATO!"
"I have to know!", came Sato's screech, followed by the sound of something hitting the wall.
There was a moment of shocked silence, that turned into a mad dash upstairs when the walls started vibrating.
Aizawa sighed and got ready to head upstairs when he felt a presence near him. Turning around, he found himself faced with a nightmare given form.
A smiling Nezu.
"While they deal with that, shall we talk about your little logical ruses?", Nezu asked cheerfully.
The Underground Hero stared at his employer, before doing what any rational human being would do.
He tried to run.
Keyword being tried.

And that's that. Not quite happy with some parts, but I've already taken too long with this chapter, so I'll just rip the bandaid off.
Not much to say about this one. I do suggest reading the original fic if you have the time, as it's something different than the usual BNHA fics. I don't want to say too much because of spoilers, but it truly is worth a read.
Now, if there are special wishes, what the next scenario shall be, you're welcome to comment on it. I'll probably start writing the next chapter in a week or two, so go wild.
Well, until next-
