THREE
Fortress of Khorne, Unidentified Warpspace
"These Humans resist the path of Chaos?" asked Tzeentch in a cold voice that could freeze oceans. "They shall die!" roared Khorne as he slammed the End of All Things into the floor of the Brass Citadel. "M-m-m-master," stuttered a new voice, "The B-b-bloodripper was k-k-killed by humans." "WHAT?!" Roared Khorne, loud enough to move mountains, "Where are the humans headed to?" asked Tzeentch. "G-G-Gilgamesh IX m-master" stuttered the heretic. The heretic bowed, then ran to get Skulltaker, for Khorne would want to send him and his force to eliminate the humans.
Tzeentch sighed and stepped through the warp rift he had formed to return him to the Impossible Fortress where he would tell Kairos Fateweaver to wreak havoc on Gilgamesh IX once more. Kairos could see no reason to argue with Tzeentch although he felt as if there would be a change in the fortress itself. He shrugged and strode towards his legion of Rubric Marines. Soon these marines would be wreaking havoc upon the False Emperor's shock troops, with as much vigour as they would if they had not been entombed by the Rubric of Ahriman. Kairos was extremely happy with his plan because he would never need to fight and so could spend more time plotting the downfall of mankind. Magnus the Red was soon to arrive on Gilgamesh IX and with a great vengeance against the Imperium, especially the Ultramarines Legion. Guilliman had been the first to doubt his methods of battle and then the others followed. He would bring his fearless Rubric legion to Gilgamesh, annihilate the False Emperor's pawns and then crush what little resistance was left!
