Hey guys Kurama here with another chapter of DXD: Like A Shadow and I hope you will enjoy this as much as I will.

Let's begin!
-Next morning-
I wake up and remember that there are things that I need to do before going to school.
I need to finish the boss and then use my [Gacha Tokens] so I could get some free stuff.
It's currently 4:30 AM so grinding is fine and, I don't need to sleep due to [Gamer's Body] allowing me to always perform at my best.
I select the [Ogre Dungeon] and take the Demon-Dweller Sword from my [Inventory].
I use a combination of [Swordbeam] and [Anti-Magic] to kill the first wave of ogres and twirl the sword around as I then begin the massacre of the race.
They are pretty easy to take down despite the size of my weapon so in less than a minute, I'm already done killing all of them.
Most of my [Stats] apart from my intelligence, charisma and wisdom are at 450, which is not too bad, to say the least, but it could be better.
I need to become stronger, more stronger than I was yesterday so I can master my new 'Black Form' 'cause I'm hoping to master it so I don't get a timer every time I have to use it.
This will probably mean that I have to increase my SP, which is at 7k if I'm not mistaken.
Alrighty, I'm in the boss's room so let's see what I'm dealing with.
I kick open the door and fire off an [Swordbeam] at the boss's chest, enjoying the small sight of him suffering like he is now.
Huh, maybe I'm a sadist but that wouldn't make sense because Hestia never gave me that Flaw so this is probably what the original Jin felt like when he saw Motohama and Matsuda get beaten to a bloody pulp.
To be honest, I would be enjoying this too 'cause how the hell did those two morons get away with so much while I was the one who got yelled at most of the time?
I use [Close Combat] to pummel him into the ground even more, laughing like a deranged maniac as I continuously punch him in the face, earning some screams of agony from him.
Now that he's broken, it's time to finish this.
I end this by using [Drain Life] until his HP reaches zero, which I follow by using [Plunder] on the boss, earning myself a nifty ability.

I use [ID: Escape] to exit the pocket dimension and find myself in my bed once more.
I equip the gauntlets and the ring and stare at the gem that's in my hand.
Wait a second!
"I forgot about the [Skill Orbs]?! I need to use those and stat!" I exclaim dramatically as I pull out all of the orbs that are in my [Inventory] and crush them all with my bare hands since it's probably the same thing as the [Companion gems] except this gives me free [Skills] rather than Waifus.

One, two and now, I'm calm, cool and collected.
That should be it but now's the time to play the honorary student and go to school.
I put my backpack over my shoulder and bid farewell to the girls and Rumiel as I head out the door and run in the direction of Kuoh Academy.
Once I'm close, I walk past the school's gate, then I sense someone approaching me and trying to strike me as I dodge the attack, I look at my attacker and it was Motohama of the perverted duo.

Just what I needed this morning, a distraction!
"How dare you!" Motohama shouts in anger.
"I'm sorry, I don't know what you talking about. Did I do something bad to you guys?" I say to them, confused as to why they are bothering me before realizing something.
It's probably girl-related.
Look, I'm sorry I got myself out of that perverted delusion. I don't wanna go to jail.
"Yes you did, we saw you hanging out with a hot babe yesterday!" Mastuda shouts in anger.
The students start forming a circle around us and if it wasn't for [Gamer's Mind] then I would've fainted due to how many people there are.
Autism, I love you but you are a pain in my ass sometimes.
"Oh yeah Yuuma Amano, yes we went on a date. So what?" I ask, slightly annoyed
"It's bad enough we see you hanging out with the school mascot and now you're hanging out with that hot piece of ass!" Motohama yells out as I facepalm myself 'cause of how stupid these two are.
How Jin was friends with these two will forever be beyond me.
"I don't know why you guys complaining about that I'm hanging out with them, they are people, not objects," I reply.
"Please, with how much self-respect they have to sell their bodies online, do you think that they should be treated as humans?" Matsuda asks as he touches his glasses like he just said something amazing but the girls glaring at him and Motohama is telling a different story.
"Yes, I do believe that and you're just taking the evil of the world, not the good, which is pathetic but considering it's you, I'll let it slide for today," I say, expressing some anger at how dumb their statements are.
"I'll let it slide for today, who do you think you are, my father? You used to be one of us, one of the boys. There is no way someone who used to hang out with us is saying this shit right now! Can you believe that, Matsuda?!" Motohama asks.
"I can't believe it, bro! What a fucking loser!" Motohama responds with a tone of arrogance, acting like I won't bitch slap him to the moon and back just 'cause we were friends once.
But as I said in the beginning, I'm not the same Jin Kageyami anymore and they're gonna be the victims of that change.
"At least I changed. You two are the same as the day I left you. Pathetic perverts who peep every single day and will probably die as luckless virgins." I say while putting my backpack on the ground.
I know that this body used to be in the same boat as them but look where I am now.
I have the power to start making waves in the world, have friends that'll be there for me through thick and thin, I'm gonna get married to an underrated waifu of this world and I'll be damned if I let some cuck spawns do whatever they want.
The perverted duo got pissed about my comment about them, considering they're both steaming red and are huffing like a dying Orc Chief.
"How dare you!" Mastuda shouts in anger.
"Let's beat him up!" Motohama joins in.
He throws a punch at my face, I decide to let him punch me instead of dodging 'cause that's just more fun for me than it is for them.
After he punches my face, his strike was ineffective, I didn't even flinch as his punch only deals ten damage to me!
The perverted duo were shocked that I hardly flinch, now it's my turn to strike!
"Let me show you how to beat someone up."
I punched Matsuda in the guts and he was sent flying backward about a hundred yards before hitting the ground everybody nearby was shocked that Matsuda was sent flying by me
Then, Sona finally shows up seeing that Matsuda is on the ground.
"What is going on around here and why is Matsuda on the ground?
"Oh shit, it's the student president!" Motohama says, way too scared he then shits himself and runs away before anyone can do anything about it.
This unfortunately leaves Matsuda here as he's then dragged on by the Kendo girls, probably to get beat up.
"Honey, what happened here?"
"HONEY?!" The students shout while Sona blushes so hard that her face turns into Gremory's hair colour but after a good cough, she's back in serious mode.
"Well, the two of them try to attack me, so I had to defend myself against them!"
"Why would they attack you?"
"They were mad that I was on a date with you and another girl named Yuuma Amano, yesterday!"
She sighed and rubbed her nose at how stupid the reason was.
"Seriously, that's the reason for attacking you! If they try to attack you again, tell me and I'll send them to detention!"
"Thanks, babe, you're the best!"
"You are welcome but we are going to talk about you sneaking off to meet other girls when I'm not around. Is that clear?" She says with authority.
"Yes, ma'am," I say while letting out a sigh, resigning to my fate.
She then leaves with Tsubaki and the crowd of students all go to their class so I follow suit by going to mine, even though I'm walking there a bit slower than the rest.
I'm literally 50 times smarter than every genius in history combined so I think I won't get into too much trouble if I decide not to show up in one particular class.
I should probably look for schools that need renovating so I can have Serafall take a look at them.
I then exit the school and walk around Kuoh in search of a destroyed school that's not too far away from Kuoh Academy.
"It took forever to find you but I finally did it. I found a place for you to start your dream, Sona." I mutter to myself as I smile at the sight before me.
I found what I was looking for after three hours of searching, which is worth it although my feet are killing me but still worth it.
Oh right, I knew I forgot something.
Hestia, how do I buy a building exactly?
The Gamer has to tap on Purchase Building for the transaction to be complete, must have maxed out the level of the required Sub-Class and must have the correct amount of money to purchase the said building.
Old Kuoh Academy Building.
Description: This was the boys' Kuoh Academy before it was destroyed by a fire three years ago.

This is a bit too much for me to spend in one go.
I'll come back here after school.
I walk back to school but not before texting the address of the building to Serafall so she could start gathering a list of reincarnated Devils with the potential to become great.
This school will be one of the greatest in all of Japan.
After all, it's made by a Gamer so that will be its only purpose.
-Timeskip-
After school was over, I was walking to the place where my new school would be created.
It could use some work but it's nothing I can't handle, although I'm gonna have to get the teacher [Sub-Class] to purchase this building so I better level up [Artificer] before it's too late.
Hestia, activate [Class-only] level up.
You know you'll have to level up one of these days right?
Oh please, I'm currently the most powerful level 90 this world has ever seen.
If you say so but do me a favour, tone down the arrogance.
I refuse to die because of your hubris.
You got it mah dude.
I select the [Demon] dungeon and find myself in a burning house with a couple of demons standing outside of it so I take out my Demon-Slasher Katana out of my [Inventory] and run at them with a demented smile on my face.
I cut them all in one motion as I then stare at the ground, feeling a bit disappointed.
"This should've been a bit harder but maybe that's because I haven't used my new form yet. I still need to increase the time limit for it 'cause otherwise, I may lose against someone who knows how to exploit that weakness of mine." I talk to myself as I press forward and continue the journey to the boss's room with a smile on my face.
Using some spells from my brand new [White Mage] class, I was quickly able to level it up as shown when I finally reached the boss room.

Gained instinctual knowledge about light magic.
Light Magic-related spells are 20% stronger.

You gain a 20% resistance to light damage
[Bless]
Blesses a being or a weapon, adding 500 extra Light Damage to their attacks for 5 minutes

Cures all forms of poison

[Healing Aura]
Creates an aura of light around the user, healing all allies in a 25-meter radius by 500 HP per second for 3 minutes

[Light Spear]
Create a spear of light that deals 200 plus INT Light Damage
Costs 100 MP
[Light Bind] (Active)
Create a rope made of light to restrain the target and paralyzes the target. The target can break free if its STR is greater than the caster's INT.
Costs 250 MP
Okay, now to deal with that boss.
I kick open the door and begin firing a ton of [Light Spears] at the boss, who charges at me like a bull but I paralyze him with a combination of [Light Bind] and [Shadow Bind].
With this, I should get an easy win.
Granted he doesn't try anything funny.
I decide to continue my assault of attacks by firing [Shadow Balls, [Light Spears] and [Firebolts] at him while he tries to free himself from his bindings but he won't be able to because of my high intelligence and wisdom stats, which guarantees my target will be bound by my attacks.
Once his health is at 100, I use [Drain Life] to make it quick and painless as he then falls over and turns into pixels, meaning that he's now dead.
"Okay, that was a bit too easy but still, another victory has been secured by me," I mutter to myself as I walk toward the chest and kick it open.

I'll give Yoruichi the grimoire as that could help her since Wiz is already a master at using magic.
As for the contract, I'll use it when Yoruichi and Soi-Fon are a bit stronger and I suppose I could give the Blade Blacksmith to Kagura so she'll be able to create holy swords whenever she wants.
I use [ID: Escape] to leave the pocket dimension and reappear in front of the ruined school.
Seeing no more to stay here, I walk back home with my headphones in my ears, enjoying some of the music I got on my phone.
Once I'm there, I'm greeted by both Kagura and Yoruichi and give them their gifts.
Yoruichi seemed on board this time as she hugged me instead of manhandling me and Kagura looked excited to test her Sacred Gear but I'm way too tired so I brush the offer off for today.
I step inside my bedroom and take out Esdeath's companion gem with a thoughtful expression on my face.
"Do I summon you or do I wait to become stronger so you won't pose a threat to this team? Gah, this is gonna be a pain in my ass but let's do it." I say, convincing myself that nothing bad can happen unless I let it.
Besides, I'm gonna someone with knowledge of war and that someone is Esdeath, even if she's a bit crazy.
I crush the gem in my hands as light appears in the room and the light show is over, standing in front of me is none other than everyone's favourite yandere, Esdeath, who stares at me with a look of...
Wait, why is she blushing like she's about to kill me?!
Oh shit! I knew this was a bad idea!
Stupid brain! Now 'cause of you, I'm gonna die!
"I'm finally here, my love! I'm never gonna leave you! Never again!"She says she crushes in my arms.
Wait what?!
I'm pretty sure I didn't marry her or was in a relationship with her so why the hell is she acting like she's my wife?!
And also, would it kill you to let me breathe?
She giggles while crushing me even further with her bear hug.
Okay, I take it back she's not crazy.
She's batshit crazy!
"Can't... breathe!" I gasp before she drops me to the ground, still giggling like crazy.
Let it be known that summoning Yandere is not the best plan one could have when becoming a Gamer.
"I can tell you're going to sleep so I'm going to sleep next to you and if someone interrupts us, I will skin them alive," Esdeath says while I quickly nod my head, secretly hoping that no one would come in here 'cause I don't want to end up in jail or worse. After all, she couldn't keep it in her pants.
After a lot of struggle, we end up sleeping next to each other and enter a small but fruitful sleep.
