Purvi- matlab aapne uss insaan ko dekha nahi?
Sachin- nahi.
Purvi- koi nahi. At least ab aap thik hain.
He smiled without faking it and she was surprised.
Purvi- aap sach mein smile kar bhi sakte hain?
Sachin- matlab?
Purvi- sorry!
Sachin- bolo.
Purvi- aapko kabhi khul ke haste hue nahi dekha tha.
Sachin- main has kaha raha hu? Main toh muskura raha hu.

Sachin smiled lightly since he didn't know what to say next. Purvi also remained quiet. After an hour, Sachin was discharged. He tried walking outside the hospital, but he was dizzy and held her hand for support. She didn't say anything and just kept on walking. They went out and Sachin realized he was holding her hand. He removed his hand and got into a taxi. She sat next to him. They both were looking at opposite directions the whole distance. They reached his house after a while and came out. Sachin looked for his wallet but couldn't find it. Purvi paid for the ride and Sachin was embarrassed. They went inside the house and Purvi turned on all the lights as it was dark. She got a call and it was from her mom.
Purvi(on phone)- pata hai Mommy main late ho gayi hu. Main bas abhi thodi der mein aa rahi hu.
She hung up and turned to see Sachin. He was already staring at her.
Purvi- sir aapko kuch chahiye? I mean koi help?
Sachin- nahi. Thank you for your help. Tumhari mommy tension le rahi hongi.
Purvi- arre woh toh hamesha hi tension leti hain. Aap bataiye kuch ho toh.
Sachin- nahi hai.
Purvi- toh main jaau?
Sachin- ek kaam karo. Tum meri gaadi le kar jaao.
Purvi- kyun?
Sachin- kyunki taxi toh gayi. And it's getting dark outside.
Purvi- sir aap bhul rahe hain ki main inspector Purvi hu. Aur mommy ko kya bolungi main ki kiski gaadi le kar aa gayi.
Sachin- sach nahi bata sakti?
Purvi- unhe galat lag sakta hai.
Sachin- mommy tumhari hain. Samjha sakti ho toh easy hai.
Purvi- thik hai sir.
Sachin- ruko main keys le kar aata hu.
Purvi smiled and Sachin went to get the keys. He came back and handed them to her.
Purvi- thank you sir.

She went out and he closed the door.
Sachin(to himself)- main itna accha kyun ban raha hu? Mujhe toh pata hai kisi ko aankh band karke bharosa karne ka natija phir bhi? Maana usne meri madat ki lekin maine bhi toh uski help ki thi files complete karne mein. Nahi nahi Sachin, tu logo se dur hi reh aur ladki se toh bahut hi dur. I hate girls. Shuru shuru mein sab acchi banti hain. Kal jab gaadi wapas karne aayegi toh mujhe pehle jaise act karna hoga.
On the other hand, Purvi was surprised to see how nice he was. The next morning, he was dealing with headache when Purvi rang the door bell. He knew she would come to return the keys. He went to open the door and she smiled seeing him.
Purvi- good morning sir.
Sachin walked inside ignoring her. She realized he was back to his normal behavior.
Purvi- chabi return karne aayi thi sir.
Sachin- okay!
Purvi- Shreya bhi aa rahi hai. Woh kal jaldi chali gayi thi na iss liye.
He looked at her and she smiled lightly while handing him the keys.

Meanwhile Shreya entered and talked for a while. Purvi was comparing his behavior from the last night. After few mins, they left and he closed the door immediately. He came back to work after few days and tried to avoid Purvi. Purvi was observing him and Shreya noticed.
Shreya- kya baat hai Purvi?
Purvi- kya?
Shreya- tum aaj kal Sachin sir ke taraf kuch zyada hi dhyan de rahi ho.
Purvi- nahi toh.
Shreya- kahin tum unko pasand karne toh nahi lag gayi?
Purvi- kya yaar tum bhi.
Shreya- kyun?
Purvi- aisi koi bhi baat nahi hai okay? Main unko pasand kyun karungi?
Shreya- mujhe kya pata, tum hi unhe dekhti rehti ho.
Purvi- nahi nahi.
Shreya smiled and walked away. Purvi tried avoid looking at him. There was a case reported and SachVi were at the crime scene with duo. Sachin and Daya searched the body while Abhijeet and Purvi were talking to people around. The body was sent to forensic and they returned to the bureau.
Daya- yeh case bahut confusing lag rahi hai.
Abhijeet- haan boss.
Purvi- na koi chot, na kuch. Kuch samajh nahi aata sir.
They looked at Sachin and he was lost.
Daya- kya baat hai Sachin?
Sachin- Ji sir?
Abhijeet- tum thik toh ho?
Sachin- haan sir. I am fine.
Daya- toh batao, kya lagta hai tumhe iss case ke baare mein?
Sachin- pata nahi sir. Kuch nahi aa raha dimaag mein.
Purvi noticed he was acting weird but ignored him. Sachin looked at her and quickly looked away. All of them went to their desks waiting to hear what Dr. Salunkhe says. Everyone started leaving for the day and Purvi walked up to Sachin's desk. He looked at her with confused expression.
Sachin- yes?
Purvi- sir are you okay?
Sachin- yes, I am okay.
Purvi- pakka?
Sachin(strictly)- jab main keh raha hu toh yes pakka.
Purvi(surprised)- sir main toh bas puch rahi thi. You don't have to be rude.
Sachin realized what he did and walked away without saying a word. The next morning, Purvi entered at the bureau and Sachin looked at her. She went to her desk and he wanted to talk to her but didn't know how to start. After a while, they got a call from Tarika and went to forensic.
Salunkhe- itna toh pakka hai ki yeh poison se mara hai.
Daya- kahin yeh murder na ho kar suicide toh nahi?
Salunkhe- yeh toh tumhara kaam hai, tum pata lagao.
Abhijeet- pata laga lenge sir.
Daya noticed Sachin in a deep thought.
Daya- kya hua Sachin?
Sachin- sir mujhe nahi lagta ki isne suicide kiya hai.
Daya- kyun? Tum jaante ho kya isse?
Sachin looked at all of them and Purvi was still mad at him.
Abhijeet- batao.
Sachin- haan sir. Jaanta hu.
Abhijeet- toh abhi tak tumne bataya kyun nahi?
Sachin- itna bhi nahi jaanta ki murder case mein help kar saku.
Daya- phir bhi batao jitna jaante ho.
Sachin- aap sab jaante hain ki iska naam Kunal hai.
Daya- haan aur?
Sachin- yeh mere saath college mein tha aur yeh unn mein se nahi tha jo kisi bhi problem ko solve karne ke liye suicide kar le.
Abhijeet- Sachin tum khul ke batao na jo jaante ho.
Sachin- bas itna jaanta hu sir ki iski wife hai Priya.
Abhijeet- toh kya yeh ho sakta hai ki Priya ne isse maara ho?
Sachin- woh toh pata nahi sir.
Freddy- Aap Priya ko jaante hain?
Freddy's question made him worried.
Abhijeet- kya hua Sachin?
Sachin- Priya bhi humare hi college mein thi.
Daya- accha toh tumhe sab pata hoga ki kaha rehti hai and all?
Sachin- nahi sir itna nahi pata. College ke baad kabhi mulakaat nahi hui.
Purvi- toh aapko kaise pata ki Kunal aur Priya pati patni hain?
Sachin(irritated)- Social media.
Purvi knew he's hiding something. At lunch time, Purvi went with others and Sachin was the only one in bureau. He wanted to talk to Purvi but couldn't so he decided to write a note. He hid the note under a file on Purvi's desk and went for his lunch. They had to directly go for investigation so Purvi didn't get a chance to see the note. They finally got Priya's address and went to meet her. They reached her house and Sachin changed his mind.
Sachin- aap log jaaiye, main yahin rukta hu.
Shreya- kya baat hai sir?
Sachin- nahi bas aise hi.
Daya- hua kya hai? Tum toh aise nahi the.
Abhijeet- koi nahi. Tum aur Purvi aas pas logo se pucho. Hum milte hain Priya se.
Purvi- sir main?
Shreya- arre Purvi main hu na. Priya ko main dekh lungi.
Purvi smiled lightly and all went towards the house leaving SachVi behind.
Purvi- mujhe pata hai ki aap kuch chupa rahe hain.
Sachin- excuse me?
Purvi- haan!
Sachin- kya matlab?
Purvi- aap Kunal aur Priya ko jaante hain toh ho sakta hai ki aap khooni ko bhi jaante hain.
Sachin- just because main unn dono ko jaanta hu that doesn't mean I know everything.
Purvi- toh aap itne ajeeb kyun behave kar rahe hain?
Sachin- kya ajeeb?
Purvi- aap khul ke kuch batate hi nahi.
Sachin- tum apni limit mein raho thik hai?
Purvi- sir main limit mein hi hu. Bas aap apne aapko kuch zyada hi samajhte hain.
Sachin- tumhe mere baare mein sochne ki zaroorat nahi hai.
Purvi- aapko pata bhi hai sab aapke baare mein kya sochte hain?
Sachin- Jaanta hu. Waise bhi mujhe farak nahi padta ki kaun kya sochta hai.
Purvi- tabhi aap akele rehte honge kyunki aapki yeh attitude itni hai ki koi aapke saath reh hi nahi sakta.
Sachin- jaanti kya ho tum mere baare mein?
Purvi- jitna jaanti hu utna kaafi hai.
Sachin- aur zyada jaanne ki zaroorat bhi nahi hai.
Sachin walked away and Purvi knew she spoke more than she should have. She went after him and saw him in tears. He avoided her and didn't say anything. They did their work and returned to bureau. They were able to solve the case later that evening. Purvi was getting her things to go home and saw the note from Sachin. She was surprised.
Note- I am sorry for yesterday. Baat karne ki koshish ki thi lekin nahi kar paaya. I know tum bas meri care kar rahi thi and I was rude. Sorry again.
She smiled and quickly looked at Sachin who was leaving. She remembered how she accused him of things and regretted. Both of them went to their house and spent the night thinking of each other. The next morning, Purvi was early because she wanted to talk to Sachin. He entered after a while and went to his desk. She was wondering how to start the conversation. She went to his desk and he ignored her.
Purvi- sir…
Sachin didn't say anything nor looked at her.
Purvi- can we talk?
Sachin(angry)- kyun? Kuch bacha hai abhi bhi kehne ko?
She looked around to see if anything is looking at them and saw Freddy on computer.
Purvi- bahar chale? Sab aane wale hain.
Sachin- mujhe kahin nahi jaana aur tumhare saath toh bilkul bhi nahi.
Purvi- aap gussa kyun kar rahe hain?
Sachin- toh kya mujhe khush hona chahiye? Just because maine tumse thodi baat kya karli tumhe lagta hai ki tum mujhe kuch bhi keh sakti ho?
Purvi- sir aap galat samajh rahe hain.
Sachin- dekho mujhe tumse koi baat nahi karni. Aur tum please fake care dekhana band karo. Tum sab ke sab ek hi jaisi hoti ho. Pehle accha hone ka natak karo phir jab aadmi phas jaaye toh dhoka de do.
Purvi- dhoka?
Sachin- just leave me alone.
Purvi- fine!
She went from there and he tried concentrating on his work but couldn't. All went for lunch at noon and Sachin was alone at the café while others were together.
Daya- yeh Sachin kuch ajeeb nahi lagta tum sab ko?
Abhijeet- ajeeb toh nahi but kuch alag hai.
Freddy- wohi toh. Woh humse khul ke baat kyun nahi karte.
Shreya- lekin woh Purvi se toh baat karte hain thoda bahut.
Freddy- haan maine dekha tha subah. Lekin woh gusse mein lag rahe the. Kya baat hai Purvi?
Purvi- koi baat nahi hai sir. Woh gussa kyun karenge?
Freddy- mujhe kya pata? Maine baat nahi suni thi, bas face dekh ke lag raha tha ki he's angry.
Shreya- kuch hua kya?
Purvi- kuch nahi, kya hona? Main bas ek file ke baare mein discuss kar rahi thi unse.
Daya- tumse baat kar leta hai woh?
Purvi- nahi, wohi jaise aap sab hi se karte hain.
Abhijeet- chalo hum hi uske paas baith jaate hain. Ek do din mein woh khud humare pas aa ke baith jaayega.
Purvi- aap sab jaaiye, main yahin baithti hu.
Shreya- lagta hai kuch hua hai.
Purvi- arre nahi yaar.
Daya- thik hai.
Everyone joined Sachin leaving Purvi to herself. Sachin was uncomfortable at first but he eventually became comfortable around them.
