Yuya woke up the next morning at around noon. He really shouldn't have slept as long as he did, but there was no problem since he had basically nothing planned. He checked his phone and saw that Dan had texted him. He clicked on the message and it sent him to his messages app.

'Did you fall asleep?' 'Yuya?' Then it probably clicked that Yuya wouldn't respond if he was sleeping. 'Call me when you wake up.'

Yuya would have left it to think of a good excuse, but he had left his read receipts on and Dan would see that he just ignored him. He sighed and texted Dan to see if he was free to call then. He hoped that Dan would say no, but predictably, fate was not on his side. Dan said he was good to call and Yuya started to call him. All he had right now was a shitty excuse.

"`Ello Yuya." Dan said as he answered the call.

"`Ello Dan. Sorry, I fell asleep yesterday. I lied about taking a nap." Yuya replied. Yuya could practically see Dan's eyes rolling.

"I knew you were tired. You don't sleep enough as it is." Dan said.

"I sleep a good amount. I had more than twelve hours of sleep today." Yuya said proudly.

"That's because it's around noon there. If you had school, like normal, you would have a max of seven hours of sleep. But that's me being generous." Dan replied.

"Seven hours is a great amount of sleep." Yuya argued.

"Yuya, the recommended amount of sleep is eight hours. And most of the time you only get five anyways." Dan responded.

"Well, I do perfectly fine with the amount of sleep I get." Yuya said, he moved from his bed to his drawers to pick out some clothes for the day.

"You don't seem fine when I stay over. If you wake up even five minutes before your alarm, you go back to sleep." Dan replied.

"I'm just using the time I have efficiently." Yuya said, plopping down on his desk chair to spin.

"You're late to class almost every day." Dan said. Yuya planted his feet on the floor.

"Anyways, what was Sylvio apologizing for?" Dan asked. He knew the answer, but he still asked. It had been about two weeks since Sylvio had sent Dan the recording, so maybe it was something else.

"Uh, he asked me if I played Minecraft." Yuya said.

"Yuya. That isn't a very convincing lie. He surely wouldn't have to pressure you for an answer." Dan said.

"Yeah, I was just a little embarrassed by it." Yuya said. Dan could tell that he was lying, his voice was slightly strained.

"One of the first things we did when I came over was play Minecraft with you, Yuya." Dan said.

Yuya sighed, "would you believe me if he asked if I liked skating?"

"No." Dan responded. Yuya stayed silent as he thought about it. Another thing that he would lie to cover up. So, he blurted the first thing he thought about.

"He was asking if I was comfortable with the way me and you interacted with each other." Yuya said. He didn't know if that really was the best thing to say in this case, since he was pulling Sylvio down with him.

Dan thought about that. He knew that Sylvio had only the best intentions in mind, even though the question was pretty personal. He probably did it to make completely sure that Dan could continue to act and flirt with Yuya like he usually did.

The thing that bothered him the most was why did Yuya have to be pressured to answer the question.

"Are you not comfortable with it?" Dan asked.

"Oh no, I'm completely comfortable with the way we act with each other. But that's why I was embarrassed. I didn't want to admit that I was comfortable with us practically flirting with each other." Yuya replied hurriedly.

Dan smiled, at least that wasn't the problem.

"You're embarrassed by how we act around each other?" Dan asked, just teasing Yuya more.

"Sylvio acts like he's your dad, it's scary." Yuya said. They both laughed at the thought of Sylvio being Dan's dad. The tension lifted from the air with their laughter. And Yuya started to talk again.

"Well, now it's my turn to ask you. But uh, first I have to tell you something just to make sure." The tension came back into the air. "Go on." Dan said.

"Would you still be comfortable with me if I were bisexual?" Yuya said. He really could have kept it a secret, but that would be unfair to Dan since he was able to pull off a huge lie.

"Why wouldn't I?" Dan asked.

Yuya was baffled by the reaction, "You aren't bothered at all?"

Dan laughed, "if I were to judge you, I would be a hypocrite."

"What?" Yuya asked.

"I'm gay, Yuya." Dan said. Yuya started to wheeze at the shock of the situation, causing Dan to laugh as well. That's when the realization hit the both of them. 'He could actually like me.'

Yuya spent the rest of the phone call listening to Dan talk about his friends. He was really happy to talk about everything about each of them. Yuya was getting dressed when he noticed that Dan wasn't talking about one of his friends as much. He was always in the background of the other friend's stories.

He seemed to always be with Dan, but he had no story himself. Yuya didn't ask about him, it was probably more personal than Dan would want to go into.

Instead he spent the night at the skatepark trying to piece together the bits of him that Dan included.

"He was at the park with me when - showed up."

"- told me that I talked when I slept. Then later he caught me cuddling up to him."

"- was the one that helped me figure out I was gay. - also helped me gain confidence to ask out, uh him."

"They all got mad at me this one time because I snuck out of the party to look at the stars with him."

Yuya assumed that it was one of Dan's past boyfriends. An ex, because he always spoke to him in past tense and he didn't meet up with him that day. Yuya was thinking to hard to properly do anything that Sylvio had told him to do.

"Yuya, usually you're a quick learner. You were able to land at least once yesterday." Sylvio stated. Yuya was sitting down and he fell back on his back which made Sylvio flinch.

"I've been practicing complex moves for a week straight. I think I'm just tired." Yuya replied. Sylvio nodded as he reached out a hand for Yuya to take.

"Thanks Sylvio." Yuya said, standing up.

"You're welcome, Yuya. You'll probably have this move learned by the end of the week. But you should rest tomorrow." Sylvio said. Yuya smiled. If he learned it by the end of the week, he could show Dan.

He really didn't want to rest, but even if he was distracted today, he was tired as well. He said his goodbye and started to skate home. When he got to his house, he couldn't stop thinking about how far away Dan was from him.

He was about ten hours away from him, which really wasn't a measurement, but it was the only thing that mattered. He could only talk to Dan in the morning since Dan was doing things with his family and friends. And even then, Dan could choose to go to sleep early and leave Yuya with no one to talk to for the day.

Well, not no one, but Dan had become a pretty big part of his life. He was almost as big as Zuzu was. And that was a big accomplishment since Zuzu had been with him since fifth grade. Why did Dan have to go so far? It was only for a week but it was killing Yuya. He decided to sleep his care away.

The next day he was awoken by another phone call. It was Zuzu. He picked up the phone and looked at his clock; 9:37.

"Hello." Yuya said.

"`ello Yuya." Gong Strong said. Yuya checked the caller and it was Zuzu still.

"Come over, we're playing Minecraft." Zuzu said.

"We're going to hunt you Yuya~" Gong Strong added.

"Give me a second to get dressed." Yuya said, hanging up before they were able to say anything back to him. He got up and got ready to go to someone's house. He didn't know where they were. He pulled his phone back out to call them back.

"Where are you guys?" Yuya asked.

"We're at Allie's house because he got a projector for us to play it on." Zuzu replied.

"Where is Allie's house?" Yuya asked. Allie had just been introduced to the group about half a year ago, so Yuya really hadn't got the chance to go to his house.

"I'll send you the directions." Allie said. Yuya hung up when he heard the ping on his phone. He got his skateboard and started to ride to Allie's house.

"Oh Yuya~ You have to come down from there." Allie said. Yuya was stacked up to the sky in a straight pillar. He really did have to go down soon, before they were able to put a trap on the bottom.

So, he waited until Gong Strong inevitably started to get killed by Zuzu after stealing his stuff and jumped of the ledge with his water bucket.

Zuzu was the first to see him as he shouted, "Yuya!" Zuzu begun to chase after him as Allie waited for Gong Strong to come back to give him his stuff. Yuya knew he was more armored than Zuzu, and that Zuzu only had five hearts thanks to the split screen mechanic that the game had. He turned around with his iron sword and started to chase after Zuzu instead.

Zuzu hadn't noticed why Yuya turned around until he looked at his health compared to Yuya's But it was too late for realization as he was getting killed by Yuya the next second.

"NOO!" Zuzu yelled. Yuya laughed as he collected Zuzu's stuff. "This split screen really isn't fair." Zuzu stated.

"Oh boohoo, cracker." Yuya replied. Allie started to giggle aggressively.

"OOH HE GOT YOU, ZUZU!" Gong Strong yelled.

Hours later, Yuya had found the stronghold. He looked in his inventory and saw that he had no pearls.

"Ha, Yuya. Looks like you have to go find some endermen." Zuzu said. Damn, this split screen really was unfair. He had to get out of the stronghold to go up and find some endermen. And after he was done, the others had already made it to the end.

They were waiting for Yuya to enter, but thankfully, Yuya had been killing creepers as well as endermen outside. He really couldn't do anything about them seeing him create the tnt, since if he tried to cover his part of the screen it would just project off of his back.

But it really didn't matter since they were messing with each other on the other side too much to notice. They only started to bridge away when they saw him putting the tnt over the portal. It was too late for them to react as the tnt went off.

"That's why we- Allie, why are we at spawn?" Zuzu asked. Allie scooted more into his side of the couch.

"I accidently broke our bed." Allie said.

"And you didn't tell us?" Zuzu asked.

"You two were already in the end and I forgot about it." Allie said. Zuzu stood up to go over to Allie with his hands up.

"Oh Allie~" Zuzu cooed.

"No, Zuzu, don't." Allie pleaded. Then Zuzu was on top of him, tickling him mercilessly as he laughed.

"NO PLEASE-" Allie was cut off as he gasped for breathe. He flailed around, forcing the other two off the couch, Yuya stood up to continue his run.

"QUACK- HELP!" Allie screamed. Zuzu let Allie have a break as he glared at Gong Strong in warning. Gong Strong put his hand up in surrender. Zuzu smirked as he continued to attack Allie.

Gong Strong snuck up behind Zuzu and poked him hard in his side, causing him to lean back in pain. He looked at Gong Strong and got off of Allie. Allie gave him a grateful smile and Gong Strong nodded. Then he started to sprint away from Zuzu.

"OH GONG STRONG!" Zuzu yelled as he chased after him.

"RUN GONG STRONG! RUN!" Allie yelled. They were outside since it was the only place with a big enough wall for the projection. So, even though Allie had a huge back yard, Gong Strong was fenced in. Zuzu quickly caught on to him and tackled him to the ground, which wasn't so soft considering that it was just dirt.

At least it wasn't rocks. But Zuzu still made sure that he was the one that hit the ground and not Gong Strong. When they were safely on the ground, he flipped over so that he had Gong Strong pinned and procceded to tickle him.

"STOP- NO ZUZU!" Gong Strong yelled through his laughter. Yuya sat on the couch and watched the two on the ground, the credits rolling on the image projected onto the wall.

"He sacrificed himself for me. I am forever in his debt." Allie said dramatically, giggling at the end. Yuya smiled, the three of them had really grown close over the time they spent together.

It reminded him of Dan, he wished Dan were here. So, he FaceTimed him, and Dan didn't pick up the phone. Yuya assumed that he was already asleep and put his phone away, enjoying the screams that came from Gong Strong and the war cry from Allie as he ran to Zuzu.

He jumped onto Zuzu's back, causing Zuzu to lean to the side as he fell to avoid hitting Gong Strong's head. That caused Zuzu to lose the grip he had on Gong Strong with the straddle. Gong Strong got up and started tickling Zuzu instead, Allie joining him.

"STOP-" Zuzu screamed but they just continued. Soon all three of them were on the ground, Zuzu breathing hardly.

Yuya went over to him and kneeled behind him, leaning over his face to smile at him.

"Why are you smiling at me like that?" Zuzu asked, pushing Yuya's face away.

"Am I not allowed to smile?" Yuya asked sloppily as his cheek as being pushed slightly to his mouth.

"Yes. Did you beat the game?" Zuzu asked. Yuya stood up again walking around so that he was in front of Zuzu.

"Yeah, you guys have me plenty of time to do so." Zuzu nodded as he sat up and staring at Yuya expectantly. Yuya tilted his head to the side in confusion.

"Aren't you going to help me up, Yuyaie?" Zuzu asked. Yuya laughed, extending a hand out to him.

"You didn't even have your hand out. Did you expect me to read your mind or some-" Zuzu grabbed Yuya's hand and pulled him down. Yuya hit his knees on the ground and was immediately attacked by Zuzu.

"NO, ZUZU!" Yuya yelled as he tried to push Zuzu off only to be stopped by Allie and Gong Strong pinning down his arms.

"NOT FAIR!" Yuya yelled through wheezes. Zuzu stopped when Yuya started coughing. Yuya laid down on the dirt and looked at Zuzu.

"What was that for?" Yuya asked.

"Because you beat the game without us." Zuzu replied. Yuya rolled his eyes as he stood up and dusted himself off.

"Sleepover?" Allie asked and everyone agreed happily.

And soon it was late at night, Allie and Gong Strong already asleep on the bed. Actually, Zuzu was the only one awake, the only one to notice Yuya clutching a pillow tightly. A whisper passed his lips as he dreams.

"Dan."

Zuzu smiled at his friend and put one of Allie's blankets on him. That's when he looked at Yuya's phone to check the time. He saw a message on the screen dating to back when they were fighting. Had Yuya not checked his phone since? Zuzu swiped the message off of Yuya's screen to prevent him from seeing it. What the fuck was Dan thinking?

Dan woke up that morning to see his phone on the table by his bed. He picked it up and quickly checked it. He stared at it in shock as he read over the message sent to Yuya. He recalled the events that had happened the previous night.

Dan had his friends sleeping over that night. He actually met up with another one, the one that had told him it was wrong to be gay. He was surprised when he showed up claiming to be Dan's friend. At around eleven thirty, Dan had gotten a FaceTime request from Yuya. That homophobic girl, Runo. He happened to look at the caller.

"Ooh, who's Yuya? Your girlfriend?" Runo asked. All of the other boys looked his way.

"No, he's my friend." Dan said rejecting the call.

"Are you still on about that boyfriend bullshit? Why don't you just grow up?" Runo asked. He grabbed Dan's phone.

"HEY GIVE THAT BACK!" Dan demanded. But Marucho had already ran off with his phone. What the fuck? He tried to go find Runo but it was like playing hide and seek. He searched but couldn't find him anywhere in the house.

That was when he saw the back door was unlocked. He pulled open the door and looked around. He knew that Runo was outside, but he wasn't able to find him. He figured that whatever he could do wasn't that bad and went back inside.

Looks like he underestimated Runo.
