For me, this is a delicate issue... I had relatives who suffered Domestic violence, my godmother was one of them, she suffered in silence for years until her death...she never was hit but the psychological part that was another story.
Now related to the story... Kate and the others are working hard to put Drake behind bars as soon as possible.
Right now Katheryn will experience something...related to her subconscious...

Redemption...
Darkness... it's what Katheryn sees around her, and the same darkness is walking side by side with her... Why is it?
Is due to her mind that it is in a great whirlwind... because of what happened, and those same images are vivid in her mind.
The man who swore to protect, care and love her, betrayed her in the worst possible way, almost from the beginning of the marriage his facet changed completely, from someone caring turned into a real monster who decided to beat her for no apparent reason, just to see his whims fulfilled and feed on her suffering.
The blind love she felt for Drake prevented her from seeing the truth, and the assaults worsened... getting bigger and bigger.
A man who loves does not beat his wife, on the contrary... complements each other with her, working together on their relationship... like their parents who never lacked respect for each other.
Then her other self appears, dressed in brightly colored clothes alluding to the fashion of the moment, when Katheryn sees, "Who are you?" The female figure replies, "I am you... before I married Drake." Katheryn is stunned, "But how?" Then a picture appears, "Why do you show me this horrible image?" The figure replies, "He who loves does not do this... protects and cares.
Do you want this for yourself until you die?" Katheryn nods, "No... but I love him!" The other figure just says, "But he doesn't reciprocate." She closes her eyes as she continues to listen, "End this for your own good and LIVE your life to the fullest, with someone who truly loves you.
If you have self-love, end this unhealthy relationship for good, before Drake kills you." And slowly the other Katheryn gradually disappears saying, "Hurry up, the clock doesn't stop."
Katheryn makes a decision, and gradually the darkness fades, and a path of light appears... She began to hear the voices of the people who love her from afar and gradually walked towards the path of her salvation.
Cyclonus warned Galvatron and Kate knew that he was going to stand guard at Katheryn's bedroom door and that he would only come as soon as a policeman came to guard the door.
Meanwhile at Kate's uncle's house...
"Although Cyclonus stayed in the hospital, I don't stick to the human authorities." Galvatron expresses her concern, Kate crosses her arms over her chest, "No doubt Galvatron Sir, Drake is the one who can try something." Then they hear from behind, " Try what Niece?" Diane asks, and Kate explains, "Me and Galvatron don't rely on the authorities, because Drake can try something against Kathy." Paul had heard the explanation, "Cyclonus stood there on guard, but he can't always be there, he also needs rest." Galvatron only suggests, "I even have an idea." Linda is curious, " Could you share it with us, Mr. Galvatron?" He reveals, "Frenzy would be at the door, Rumble outside, and Laserbeak would do the surveillance from the air." Diane applauds the idea, "So we get more rested, Kevin isn't made of iron either." Kate just says, as she looks at Galvatron, " So it's decided, Galvatron calls Rumble and Frenzy... they should take little if they use the space bridge.
Then Cyclonus will try to give them the information concerning Drake and watch over my cousin." Galvatron just says, "I wouldn't say better Kate."
Linda looks at her watch, " Well this is two in the morning, let's all rest as it was a very difficult day for all of us. " Fifteen minutes later the lights are turned off, leaving the house in total darkness.
The next morning Kate wakes up, and Cyclonus is by her side, he gives a peck on her lips, "Good morning my beloved." The girl is amazed, "Morning my beloved... since when you are here?" He explains, "Frenzy took my place a few nano clicks ago, and I was able to come to you." Kate asks, "They know about everything?" A nod, "Yes, they know your uncles, Kevin and Linda as well as little Eliza, who works here and her friends." She smiles, "In other words, they're on top of it." A nod, " Yes. "
Then they hear a knock on the door, "Can I come in?" Kate recognizes the voice, "Enter Linda." The girl walks in with little Eliza in her arms, "Good morning Kate, Cyclonus I hope I'm not interrupting anything." Kate replies, "No... We were just talking a little bit." Linda just says, "I made breakfast, don't you want to come?" Kate stands up, "Of course I do." Linda just tells Cyclonus, I haven't forgotten you and Galvatron." Kate was in shorts and a T-shirt and even barefoot walked out of there going to the kitchen.
When he gets there he sits right in front of Galvatron who enjoyed some diesel, "Good morning Kate." The girl smiles, "Good morning Galvatron Sir." Linda had placed little Eliza on a baby chair and then served Kate a strawberry smoothie and pancakes with quince jam.
And he gave the same Diesel to Cyclonus, "I hope you like it." Galvatron praises, " You have a good taste, this Diesel is excellent." Kate was munching on a piece of pancake, "Wonderful this pancake, the flavors are balanced, I love it." Linda smiles, "Thank you, it was your aunt who taught me how to do it and as for fuel it was Paul who helped me choose." Kate asks, " I reckon they got up early to take care of things here to go to the hospital. " Linda nods, "Yes, Frenzy and Rumble arrived at the hospital this morning, they used... the space bridge if I'm not mistaken." Cyclonus nods, "Yes, it should be about 6 a.m. local time.
Kevin hasn't left Katheryn's room yet." The meal is eaten quickly, as the day would be a bit hectic for everyone.
The next day Kate and Cyclonus went to the hospital, Kate wants to be with her cousin.
When they get there they notice that Drake is in the waiting room, he looks furious but doesn't dare to object.
But when he sees her, "Your friends won't let me see my wife!" Kate says wryly, "I wonder why...Drake." She turns his back on her and goes directly to Katheryn's room, Cyclonus is nearby.
When Kate enters she notices that her cousin is asleep, so she sits down next to her.
Something is happening...
Katheryn floats right above her body, seeing her cousin Kate, knowing she loves her and will do anything to get her out of this situation.
Her presence is strong, and a voice only tells her, "She will be the catalyst for you to fight against those who oppress you." Then a thin rope appears, "Grab it now!" So Katheryn makes her decision, and clings to life.
And when feels that is safe...Katheryn gradually open her eyes,
"K... Kate?"
The girl in question holds her hand, " Hey... How do you feel?" The other replies with some irony, "Well... like I was hit by Cyclonus's jet mode." Kate smiles, "You haven't lost your mood yet." Meanwhile, Diane had entered and when she saw her daughter awake was thrilled but had to control herself.
Kate sees her aunt, "Waking up shortly after I sat down." Diane is very pleased, "Thank God you woke up." Katheryn nods.
Kate asks the crucial question, "Do you remember what happened?" Katheryn's eyes flared, "You can believe so, he attacked me from behind shortly after you left.
But I defended myself valiantly, I left him marked." Kate smiles, "Well I saw his face, he should have taken more."
Katheryn wasn't going to reveal what happened while she was unconscious... that she had had a conversation with her inner self... For it was this same conversation that triggered her awakening, to fight her aggressor.
Unaware of this, Diane asks, "And what do you plan to do now?" A simple answer is given, "I want to bury my husband up to his ears." Diane only notices, "I thought you were weakened." Katheryn only reveals, "My will to fight is much stronger than my weakness." Kate and Diane are pleased, Katheryn continues, "I alone am worth nothing, I am weak but I need your help!"
From behind he hears, "You finally asked for help daughter." They all saw each other, "Paul?!" The man just says, "Yes... and I'll help you, Kathy.
Since your injuries are not serious, you go to our house to regain strength, then we decide what to do." Kate continues, "I suggested to your dad that I would give you some self-defense lessons, after all, I'm going to be here a whole month.
What do you think of this, cousin, are you up for it?" Katheryn's eyes light up, "You can believe I am." Kate informs, "Rumble and Frenzy will help with your lessons, relax they will do their best not to hurt you... much.
I'm not going to be sweet you know?" Katheryn replies, "It's a necessary evil if I want to end my marriage and that son of a bitch." Everyone is pleased with the decision.
Paul gives another piece of news, "After the squeeze I gave Sheriff John, he decided to open a thorough investigation into all of this." Diane breathes a sigh of relief, "Finally." Kate just says beamingly, "Then we'll provide you with the evidence you and Laserbeak have collected, among many others." Katheryn smiles, " I suspect Laserbeak was hiding in the house." Kate wonders, "Did you see him?" Katheryn nods, "Yes... I saw him, his eyes sparkled...just moments after you left.
I thank Galvatron for helping." Kate replies, "Well he asked urgently, and traveled with Astrotrain which in turn crossed the space bridge." Paul listens and then also speaks with a triumphant air, "The hospital will also intervene on your behalf." Diane smiles, "You're not alone in this fight my daughter."
Moments later Dr. Olsen appears, "I see that you are awake and full of vigor." Katheryn replies, "I may be so weak, but my spirit of vengeance and willpower is stronger than ever!" He doesn't know what to say, so he checks the plug, "Well... you'll be here one more day under observation and tomorrow morning you can leave." And she is discharged the next day.
"Your friends at the door are good guards, her husband doesn't even approach the door." Kate replies, " I know, I know the value of the 'Cons that are there. " Then turns to her cousin, "Tell me really what made you change your mind." Katheryn replies, "One day I tell you, now I just want to rest, because from tomorrow I'll have a lot to grieve if I want to bury Drake up to his neck. "Paul asks the question, "Do you want to talk to Sheriff John? He asked you to make your statement and if possible Drake's complaint.
I know you're not okay yet, and the Sheriff understands too if you don't want to." Katheryn understands that although she is still a little weakened and physically tired, her head is perfectly sound and able to do so, "Father I will rest, first I need to organize my ideas.

The girl doesn't trust the Sheriff very much, as she feels he's on Drake's side, and Paul stumbles upon it, "Don't worry... He's playing it safe, and John is on your side." She breathes a sigh of relief "He also wants to catch Drake, that's why he asked for evidence to be collected." Katheryn knows that without evidence an investigation and an accusation cannot be made, "Father... As I said, we're going to bury him up to his ears." Kate just says, "It takes courage to do what you're going to do to your husband." Katheryn holds her cousin's hand, "I may love him, but this is not love... it's not living." Diane smiles, "I'm getting more relieved, daughter.
We'll be on your side." The girl smiles, for at that moment she feels safe.
Shortly after they are all gone, and Drake doesn't approach...or the two Decepticons standing at Katheryn's bedroom door can finish him off.
For the first time in his life, Drake has never been so afraid as he was at that moment and Katheryn knows it, and because of that she sleeps peacefully... No fears or nightmares.
Dang...Drake is busted!
