Katheryn is training hard... she wants to kick some arse, you know?

But until there has much to learn and deepen her knowledge...Galvatron seems eager to train her alongside Kate.

Disinherited

During the time Katheryn and Kate trained, Sheriff John was doing an exhaustive investigation of Drake with the help of two Detectives from Dallas, he called them, and felt that Drake isn't an ordinary man.

They did it with all rigor, collecting more and more evidence about what he did, seeing an alarming pattern... Katheryn wasn't the only woman who had been hurt by him.

... there was so much more...

For Katheryn wasn't the only woman he'd had, he'd dated so many others before he met his current wife, and he's never been good to them.

Drake's friend Joel says he took sick pleasure in seeing the suffering of the women he assaulted... he wanted to see them break down and then make them dependent on him for everything... and his mindset was fueled by an unhealthy point of view... He believes that women are inferior in all respects to men and that they were mere objects to be used and then thrown away.

The Detectives record everything that was said, Joel adds, " I know his parents, and I know they didn't raise him that way.

Drake has always cultivated this kind of mindset toward women, which his parents never had." Joel takes a deep breath continuing, "They told me they never raised him this way and I know they were always on Katheryn's side.

They're good people, which Drake isn't." The Detectives are pleased with what they hear, informing, "We will interrogate Drake's parents and then Katheryn." Joel sighs, "I feel ashamed because I helped him with this, Katheryn didn't deserve to be treated this way." The Detectives ask, "What caused you to change your mind about Drake?" Joel replies, "Because he's hurting a good, hard-working woman, and threatened that he'd kill her." They looked at Joel, "Would you be willing to testify against him in court?" Joel nods, " Yes, I'm willing." The Sheriff just says, "You're making an important decision Joel." The man replies, "I don't want to be part of what he wants to do to Katheryn, she's never done him any harm." Shortly thereafter he is dismissed.

A day has passed, and Katheryn is training when the Detectives show up "Good afternoon ." The girl stops what she's doing, "What can I be of use to you?" The Detectives respond, "We just want to talk a little bit." She invites them to sit down, which they gladly accept, "Thank you ." And they notice that she was training, "You recovered quickly." She smiles, "Yes thanks to the support of my family." The Detectives move forward, "What do you say about your In-laws?" Katheryn replies, "They're good people, they help others, and they've always supported me." They point out what she was saying, "I see." She continues, "They've been regular visitors here on the property, they're ashamed of the son they have." They smiled, "You corroborated what they themselves said as well as Joel." Katheryn gets a twinkle in her eye, "He finally saw what kind of person Drake is." They agree, "Yes... He said just that." Then the two Detectives look around, and Katheryn calculates, " I'm taking self-defense classes, Drake might try against my life.

Since I'm going to divorce him." Then they hear from behind, "I'm the one training her together with my mate and other friends." The Detectives saw a red-haired girl, and recognized her, "Aspirant Malloy what a great honor." Kate smiles, "I don't need that, just call me Kate, right?" They nodded, "Right Kate." The girl smiles listening to the Detectives, "Yes... He has already told us in the previous interrogation that he would part ways with him." Katheryn says, "Yes, it's true." They look at the girl, "You look different, stronger, and confident.

I think your cousin is helping with your healing process." Kate smiles, "She's of my blood, she doesn't deserve to be abused by the person who swore to protect and love her." One of the Detectives smiles, " Only here among us... it needs to be properly put in its place... we're not going to do anything against you Katheryn if he shows up at the hospital." Katheryn smiles, "Thank you, Detective McCartney." Kate just asks, " At least you don't want to drink anything?" They both replied, " Thank you, but it's not necessary. " And they left, and Katheryn goes back to her workouts.

At another place, more precisely in his home... Drake is on the couch reading the newspaper, when his parents show up, he opens the door for them, " Good to see you. " Drake's father and mother enter, and the son just asks, " So you came to visit? Katheryn is not here. "Your father's gaze hardens, "What have you been doing my son?" The other furrows his puzzled brow, "What are you implying Father?" The mother just says, "Do you think we're stupid?! Ever since you married Katheryn, you've made her life a living hell.

You hit the poor woman for no apparent reason, and you don't let her be herself. " Drake swallows dry " That's a lie!" The father remarks, " Oh really? So many times Katheryn has vented to us about you, the marks you have inflicted on her body, it's only silly who doesn't see!" His mother just says, "You don't fool anyone!" The father sees that Drake is paralyzed, " The Detectives came to us and asked questions about you and said that you were being investigated.

We don't like to hear that our son beats and threatens to kill good women if they leave you?! Or what threats do your friends if they don't do your whims?

You think that women are inferior and that they should serve men.

And he commits crimes against them just to see them suffer?! And then you ask others to bribe the authorities to get rid of the domestic violence charges?!" Drake's eyes glazed, "But... but that's an L..." His mother just says, "SHUT UP... don't fool us, you want to throw sand into our eyes?! Katheryn doesn't deserve to be treated like this!" The other is furious, "It doesn't stay that way! She'll pay!." Her father only tells her, " It will stay like that, and because of what you have done to Katheryn, you will be disinherited, and you will lose the right to your share of the Inheritance. " And he trembles with rage, "You can't do that to me." The father replies, "We've already done it!" His mother had noticed his tone of voice saying, "Since you're enraged, get vaccinated, maybe you'll be healed." The father is disappointed in his son saying, "We never raised you that way!" And they both came out of there saying, "Katheryn needs our support, and we're going to go to her." Shortly thereafter Drake is left alone, with no action, but vows revenge against Katheryn... will eliminate it for good.

At Paul's house...

Katheryn is training when Paul appears with a cell phone in his hand, "Daughter sorry to interrupt, your in-laws want to talk to you." And he hands her the phone, and she answers, "Hello?" On the other side hear, "Good afternoon Kathy, I hope I'm not interrupting training." She smiles, "What a joy to hear you, Edwards." On the other side he hears a sigh, "Can we go talk to you Kathy?" The girl replies, "You will always be welcome here at my parents' estate, you should know that by now." Edwards sighs in relief, then they agree that they would go to dinnertime where they could talk more quietly, shortly after the call ends.

"What did they want?" Paul asks, "They want to talk to us, and they'll come here for dinner." Paul smiles, "They'll always be welcome, the one who did all the shit was Drake." She replies, "I agree, they've even been a regular visitor here." Paul sighs, "They feel guilty because of Drake."

Katheryn closes her eyes sighing, "They never raised their children in this way, they always taught them to respect everyone regardless of gender.

Yes, they were strict with their education but they never lacked anything, affection and a lot of love." Paul knows his daughter is right, he's also always been strict with her and Kevin.

Then Diane was warned that they were going to have visitors for dinner and immediately began to prepare everything.

Kate also becomes aware of everything, becoming suspicious of her cousin's in-laws.

She had an idea formed about both, and verbalizes it with Cyclonus, " I don't know ... will they defend Drake?" Cyclonus had already seen them up close and put a hand on Kate's shoulder, "I doubt that's it, my beloved.

Half an hour ahead of schedule she prepares for dinner.

Shortly afterward Katheryn appears, who when she sees her in-laws hugs them warmly, "Glad you came." Kate watches the scene and sees right away... Her cousin's in-laws are simple people, and from what she has seen the other times she feels that they are both very supportive of her.

A smile forms on his lips, "They are incapable of instigating violence against others." Then comes Diane who also hugs them, "Good to see you." And he points out his niece, "I suppose you've met Kate." Clara replies, "Yes, she is very nice." Edwards smiles, "Yes and I like her." Kate smiles, "Thank you for the compliment, Mr. Edwards." At the end of the presentations, everyone is directed to the dining room.

The food is served and the two bottles of wine open, and they start eating, "Wow... this is divine Diane, Kathy." Both are grateful.

Kate and the others watch and she sees something in Edwards' eyes, is it regret?

She'll have to wait and see if it's true...

"This food lives up to itself Diane, now I know where Katheryn learned to cook." Clara praises.

Edwards just says a little more seriously, "Well, it's not cooking that we've come to talk about, but something more delicate." Paul calculates right away, "Are you talking about Drake?" He nods, "Yes." Paul just says, "Edwards, Clara you're not to blame for what he's become." Clara just says, "But we still have to apologize to you." Diane just notes, "I think you're portraying yourself too much, is not your fault, he's the one who did shit.

He is the one being investigated for various crimes including domestic violence." Edwards knows that Diane is right and sighs, "But we still feel guilty." Katheryn replies, " My brother-in-law is not like that with his wife.

Drake is the one who has chosen his path and will suffer the consequences.

You tried to educate both, as best you could, so you don't have to feel guilty." Clara looks at everyone, " Due to his conduct towards Katheryn we disowned him, he lost all rights to our inheritance. " Kate asks, "And does he know that Mr. Edwards?" A nod, "Yes... we told him everything that came to mind, including what he did to Katheryn." Edwards looks at Galvatron his eyes flame because of Drake.

Kate notices this and holds the Decepticon Leader's hand who has been gradually calming down.

"Why all this Edwards?" Paul asks and the answer is heard, "Because it is through this money that he arranges funding for his crimes against women.

We learned from the Detectives that he bribed the authorities to cover up domestic violence crimes, but that's not all." Clara nods, "Yes but we didn't tell the rest." Kate notes, "But the main thing was that Drake abused Katheryn wasn't it?" They both said, "Yes, that was the main factor." Clara explains, "Katheryn doesn't deserve what Drake did to her, she always looked out for him and worked so hard.

She always helped us in what she could, and did us so much good." Edwards looks at Kate, " I know you are training her just in case he tries something against her." A nod, "Yes, she has a chance to defend herself." Clara gets a twinkle in her eye, "And hopefully Kathy will put him in the right place, to see that a woman can hit him." Cyclonus laughs, "You made my day Mrs . Clara, let there be anyone who puts this human in his place." Galvatron agrees.

Everyone eats quietly, and as is normal there is talk in between, and Kate feels that those two will support her cousin in whatever it is.

Cyclonus knows this because he feels everything about Kate due to their bond.

"Good thing my cousin has support from both sides, thank you both." Kate thanks, Katheryn's in-laws just say, "Even after the divorce becomes official we will always be on her side." Diane just says, "And you will always be welcome at our property." Edwards looks at Kate, " Proved once again that you are a true heroine Aspirant Malloy. " The girl blushes, "Don't stay like this... It's not every day you get a compliment like that." She just says embarrassedly, "Oh please Mr. Edwards... treat me just for Kate." And keeps blushing.

At the end of dinner everyone goes to the living room where they have a drink and talk some more until it's time to go home, "It was a beautiful evening, thank you." Kate points out, "If you want Rumble and Frenzy to escort you..." Clara replies " Thank you Kate, but it's not necessary. " But Galvatron communicates with the two of them, so they can escort Katheryn's in-laws from a distance to make sure they arrive well

At the end of the farewells they leave, because it is already a little late.

Kate only says to her cousin, "Don't take them out of your life after the divorce, they will always be on your side." Katheryn agrees.

Shortly after everyone goes to sleep because the day was very laborious.

That was a low blow to Drake folks!
