"When I was 15, I met you. I'm not sure if you knew that but you were Em's friend and you came over to the house." I looked at the cookie. Back then I was a bit confused and didn't know better but now I do and I always think before anything is ever done. Edward looks at me confused a bit and I smile. "You were a bit of a manwhore back then too, but that's not the point. The point is that I was always posting things that inspired me, etc."
Edward laughs and says, "Yea, it was a bit annoying at one point. My sister is a year younger than you but she was going to follow you one day. She said your profile was gone and the next thing I heard 'em say was that you were going to school in Italy." Ah, so this should be easy to explain.
"One night after I explained our family, well, I snuck out with my cousin Bree and Jacob Black and we went to this party. I was not upset with them because Bree was my father's goddaughter and my Uncle Riley knew about the family. Jacob's father handles our security so they knew as well." Edward holds on to my hand as i place the cookie back on the plate
"James was at this party, and he was in your grade. He was being sweet and offering drinks to me. At one point Bree ran off and Jake was doing his usual - talking. It was not until James had given me my third drink that I felt different. My legs felt really weak and my head was pounding. Something in that moment told me to message Em and tell him that I had snuck out and to cover for me." I look at his eyes and keep explaining. "James took me upstairs and laid me down in someone's bed. Bree was throwing up in a trash can and said that she was feeling off. When James said to stay put my gut told me something was wrong." That night I learned about Cosa Nostra and how hard it is. Edward has a murderous expression and I take his chin in my hand, "They didn't rape me if that is what you were waiting to hear. They beat me and tied me to a bed and they gave drugs to Bree and did things to her that she could take as she was the stronger of us. "That night I learned that drugs were a disgusting thing and a habit that should be eradicated. "It was not until the door was broken down that Jacob, Sam, and Emmett showed up. It was only two hours that Jake lost track of us but two hours that someone could inflict pain." I start to cry and Edward holds me. "James and his buddies raped her and drugged her and then made me promise that they would do me next, as soon as they could move this party to a private location." I start shaking at this point. Edward is rubbing my back. "They said they knew I would be where I was because I always post and I always share so they were gonna take the time to share with me too." Disgust rolls into me and I tell myself mentally "be strong for me and Bree and get out of this state I'm in" and crying in Edward's arms. "Bree was not strong enough and when she found out she was pregnant, she hung herself." I look at him with those emerald eyes. "After that my father relieved me of my security and shipped me to school in Italy with Jake as my friend but also personal protection."
It's been 20 mins and Edward has not said a word. He has just laid in bed and held me while I cry over my lost cousin. It's when
my ribs peek from under my ribs that he sees the ink I have on my side. It is a memory for Bree and me and it was the matching tattoos we got when we were 15 and wanted to be bad.
I smile and tell Edward about Bree and me and the adventures we had growing up and how when our parents found out we got tattoos my mother had a heart attack and my father simply had said I just needed to ask and it would be done. I tell him how Bree would have loved him and given me hell for getting into an arranged marriage. It's when I turn to look at him and see the green emerald eyes staring at me that I ask, "Did you request a background check on me?"
He smiles, "Yes, but I haven't had time to see what's in the folder, and because I wanted to hear it from you first. Anything else we need to share with Miss Swan?" shirt
I gulp. I might as well speak now because truths are bound to come to light and nothing stays in the shadows for long like my mother says. "Jake and I became close."
Edward laughs and says, "That's bound to happen when someone is your close protection." I look down and gasps. "So, Jacob Black and you …"
I look at him and then start to mouth off, " Well, you and Tayna! You are lucky I haven't asked for a STD test before sharing a kiss. That girl has been with everyone and anyone." It's at this moment that I can see jealousy in his eyes as he pins me down towards the mattress and kisses my neck, oh so slowly, as his right arm holds both mine above my head he slowly makes his left hand trail along my body.
"Tell me, Bella. How many men have you slept with?" He stops just below my belly button.
I stutter and confess, " Two. I have only been with two men."
He kisses me and it's so deep and intense that I moan his name. Edward moves his kisses to my neck and slowly makes his hands down to the promised land. When he notices that I am bare, I get a neck bite and a groan from him. It's a good thing my mother is vain and that she wanted me to get lasers everywhere when I turned sixteen. I am as hairless and slick as a dolphin. However, that's not the point, the point is that he slips one finger into me and I lose it. I grind against him until I reach his ear and say "More! Ungh! Please more, Edward." He adds another finger and starts to pound into me when I feel the fire overcome my whole body and I feel the pressure building. I wrap my arms around his neck and move with him until I am coming around his fingers with a loud moan and he kisses me softly. It's at this moment when I push his chest and straddle him, kissing his neck and lips, whispering how thankful I am for him. It's when I start making my way down with kisses that he brings me back up to his lips and tells her, "You don't have to do anything. I just wanted to show you how thankful I am for your honesty."
I look up at him and say, "Let me thank you for being able to talk." Kissing him deeply, I grab a hold of his length and he groans and tries to fight my mouth for dominance. I stroke his length and get into a rhythm when he pulls out of our kissing and starts to palm my breast. I get to work and a wicked smile comes to my face thinking about how he had me so wound up in my office needing him and now I have him wanting me. Edward starts to thrust in my hand and then groans and cums. I look at him and get ready to go to the bathroom to grab a cloth when he pulls out a stack of baby wipes from his drawer. I am about to ask when and he says that they were already there. That's not what annoys me, it's what I wanted to say to him but he looks at me like he knows he put his foot in his mouth. I am just gonna leave it alone. He has a past but I am his future.
I wake with a startle and check my phone. It's Sunday and the time shows 4:44 am. I sent Jake a text stating that I am at Edward's, and that he can sleep in this morning as I am not gonna need a workout. I make my way to the kitchen and warm up the cookies and grab a glass of milk and dig in when I see the google alert and the headline. "CULLEN & SWAN spotted on a date like teenagers." Last night's date was not what I was expecting when Alice said it was casual but fun. I was thinking it was dinner and drinks and maybe a stroll around the park. Not bowling and feeling like a teenager again. I think this deal with the Cullens and Edward was for the best. I clean up my mess and go back to bed when Edward rolls over and snuggles me saying half asleep. "I knew those cookies were gonna be eaten sooner or later." I kiss him and fall back into a deep slumber.
