A camera comes on followed by a stand by signal before some distorted noises start coming in then focusing up
"Is it working?" Justin's voice can be heard
"Yea the sound is coming in now" Max's voice replies as he hits a few more buttons on the camera, "Ok it's on"
Justin is standing in front of Miley, his gun drawn at her as she had her hands up, the camera in night vision until Max switches it then looks at Alex as she stepped up
"Ok.. I'm going to ask you again… Who are you and what are you doing here?" Alex asked the shaking woman
"We were just making a TV show… that's all we were supposed to do" Miley said trying not to break down, "A TV show… I hid because…"
Justin looks at Alex "She must be the news woman that came in with the first response unit" he said then lowered his gun
"Keep your guard" Alex says, "We can't be too sure, check her"
Justin raises his gun again, more to use the light on it as he looks over Miley, checking for anything that would suggest that she had been bitten, "Alright come here" he takes Miley's hand and has her stand against the wall but she struggles some
"What are you doing?" she said as she tried to fight off Justin's hands on her face
"Calm down, just making sure you're not infected" Justin says as he looks at her teeth, "Alright look at me" he shines the lights in Miley's eyes, checking them as well then seeing her eyes divert to the door behind him when she heard Rocky and CeCe still pounding on the door trying to get out, "She seems to be fine" Justin says to Alex
"S… She started it all" Miley said
"What?" Alex stepped in front of her
"I.. I saw her.." Miley said in a bit of a sob
"Saw who?"
"I don't know… it was dark"
"The girl? The Medieors girl?" Alex said looking at Miley waiting for her to confirm "Was it her?"
"I don't know" Miley shook her head, sobbing some more
"Where?"
"In… In the penthouse"
"There was no one in there" Justin said
"Wherever she is we'll find out… come on" Alex took Miley's wrist and motioned for Justin to follow as they made their way down the hall to the living room, saying a prayer to herself as she looked at Ty, who was now completely transformed into one of the infected, taped up to a chair.
Alex held up the cross, continuing her prayer and Ty just shakes his head "You shouldn't insist so much, I warned you the last time" Ty said, his voice now lower, more sinister
"Last time you were lucky, you won't be this time" Alex said then held the cross closer to Ty, almost touching his face with it "Now tell me where you are" Alex commanded as she saw blood start dripping out of Ty's mouth "Tell me… In the name of God Almighty, who commands you… Tell me where you are"
"Everywhere" Ty laughs
Alex shakes her head "No… The original body… the girl… that's where you hide"
"Don't be so smart… if you were you'd be running" Ty said laughing again as more blood dripped from his mouth
"Under the protection of God, he gives me power to walk over snakes and win over all my enemies… Where are you?"
Ty starts coughing up more blood before looking directly at Alex as she brings the cross closer "Check between your mother's legs" he starts laughing "Look there you'll enjoy it"
Alex brings the cross closer to Ty "Your tricks don't work, tell me where you are… I will not fear the night terrors, nor the arrow that flies by day, nor the plague that stalks the darkness…" Alex says as Ty starts groaning and shaking as he makes crossing motions with his hand over his heart "In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, tell me where you are!"
Ty starts growling and grunting before he speaks "High above"
"Your blasphemy doesn't scare me… Tell me where are you"
"I told you, high above… Perhaps you're too afraid" Ty starts laughing again
Alex slowly looks over at Miley then at Justin "In the penhouse?"
"There's nothing there, we checked already" Justin says
"The light blinds you" Ty said as he continued to laugh
"I God's name, tell me where you are!" Alex commanded
"The light doesn't let you see the path… what a shame don't you think?"
"What light?" Justin yells at Ty then Alex looks at Miley
"You said it was dark… how did you see her?" Alex asks Miley
"What?" Miley said, still focusing on Ty with a look of shock
"How did you see her, if it was dark?"
"Th.. The camera" Miley stuttered as she pointed to the camera
"The camera has night vision" Max said
Alex shakes her head, "I should have figured…"
"What?" Justin asks
"And angels who not only lose their dignity but abandon their own dwellings… The Lord keeps them in eternal prisons of darkness until the final Judgment Day"
"What are you saying?" Justin asks with a confused look on his face
"Where she is… Light is not reflected"
"Hot priest… very hot!" Ty says with a laugh "But don't get excited"
Alex shakes her head "We've got to go back to the penthouse… hurry!" Alex says as she motions for Justin and Max to lead the way
The group heads out of the apartment, hearing Ty's screams and laughter as they went along with CeCe and Rocky still pounding on the door trying to get out but they don't react as they leave the apartment and head up the stairs
"Max… the light on the camera… can you fix it?" Miley asked as she followed Alex and Justin
"Yea give me a sec… there" Max fixes the light and turns it on before pointing the camera back up as he followed behind the group, still recording
Alex looks around as they ascend the stairs, "Where is everyone? Why is no one attacking us?"
"I don't know… And I don't like it, something's not right" Justin says as they finally reach the top of the stairs to the penthouse suite apartment
"Max… be very alert from now on… the night vision will reveal hidden things… things we won't be able to see in the light" Alex says as she walks up to the penthouse door
"Where do we start?" Justin asks as he looks around in case anyone came to attack
Alex looks down then back at the group "I think I know" Alex says before opening the door and quickly walking in "Hurry"
"What? No please not in there again" Miley says not wanting to go back into the penthouse
"Come on, come on!" Alex says motioning for the group to follow
"Let's go" Justin says trying to urge Miley to come in with them, taking her arm and having her follow him "Max come on!"
"I'm coming!" Max says as he follows, seeing Alex motion for him to come to a hallway, one they looked in earlier, "There"
Max looks in the hallway, "What now? We were here before there is nothing, what are we looking for?"
Alex looks down the hall then looks at Max "Ok… turn off the light… turn off all the lights" Max turns the light off on the camera as Justin turns his light on his gun off, making the room pitch black then Alex says, "Ok Max… turn the night vision on"
Max turns on the night vision and looks down the hallway, "T.. There's no way… that's not possible" Max said shakily as he saw a door appear at the end of the hallway where a wall was before
"What do you see?" Alex asks
"A door… at the end of the hallway..."
"A door?" Justin says then turns his light on, making the door disappear "What the fuck are you saying there's no door!"
"There was a door! I saw it!" Max yelled back
"Of course… a door…" Alex says then looks at Max and Justin "Ok… again lights off"
Justin turns off his light and Max turns the night vision back on, again seeing the door at the end of the hall appear "Shit"
"Ok Max… guide me" Alex says as she slowly started to walk down the hallway, putting her hand on the wall to help guide herself
"Ok… in the back… just keep going" Max said as he followed slowly behind Alex, "Its in front of you… you're almost there just a few more steps"
Alex kept walking forward until she could put her hands on the door "This is it" Alex felt around until she found her hand on the doorknob then looks back "Ok, stand back" Justin and Miley took a step back before Alex opened the door and stood back as well, waiting in case something came out of the door, but nothing did
Miley started to panic again, hyperventilating so Justin put his hand on her shoulder "Calm down, we're going to be fine"
Miley shook her head, "I don't want to go in there"
"Do you want to get out of here or not?" Alex said, "Now come on, the sooner we get the blood the sooner we can get out of this hell hole"
Alex started forward and Justin followed, putting his hand back "Grab on to me…" he said waiting for Miley to take his arm "Grab on to me" he said once more before Miley grabbed his arm and followed, Max right behind them
Once they had went completely into the room Alex stopped, "Ok Max… turn the light on"
Max turned the light on, illuminating the room they were in which looked like a small home office, the group looked around the room, Alex trying to figure out where to go next before seeing Justin go over to a half open door and opened it, looking in, seeing a continuation of the lab/office room then he turns around and looks at Alex, "There's nothing here"
"The lights, it's not letting us see, turn them off again" Alex says before Justin and Max turn their lights off and Max turns the night vision back on, "Ok… Max go search… there has to be something different now"
Max starts looking around the room, not finding anything different until he looks in the other part of the room "What the…"
"What is it? What do you see?" Alex asks
Max turns the light back on "In there… there was something different" he points to the room and Alex looks in before Justin goes in, his gun drawn and he looks around
"Where?"
"Right in front of you"
"Ok… turn the lights off again"
Max turns the light off again and turns the night vision on and looks into the room "There it is" he said as he saw an object in the middle of the room right in front of him that looked like a bathtub
"Guide us Max" Alex says as she puts her hands out in front of her, walking into the room
Max looks and sees Justin going off to the right away from the tubs "Chief not that way to your left" he looks at Alex still with her arms out, "Take a few steps its right in front of you"
Justin puts his hand on the tub and feels on it and in it "Its here… its like a well or something… there's water in it" he says then he sticks the handle of his gun in the water, feeling for how deep it was "Shit… there's something in it"
"Be careful Chief" Max said as he kept filming
"Its not that deep, maybe I could reach in and…" Justin never got to finish his sentence as he started to reach in an arm came out of the water and grabbed the back of his head, pulling him into the water
"Chief! Chief!" Max yelled as he turned the light on, making the tub disappear as well as Justin, "Shit!"
"Max where is he?" Alex asked as she looked around the room as well as Miley, she finding Justin's gun that he dropped when he was pulled in
"I don't know he was right here!"
"The light! Turn off the light!"
Max turns the light back off and the night vision on, seeing the tub in front of him but not seeing Justin, "Dammit!"
"Where is he?" Alex asked as she looked around
"He was right here… something pulled him in!"
"Damn… Guide me Max, where do I…" Alex stopped as she heard a growling noise and Max looked around before coming face to face with the thing that Miley had encountered earlier with Lilly, still holding its hammer before it started swinging it, knocking the camera out of Max's hand and to the floor but he manages to get away
"Max… Max where are you? What was that?" Alex says as she felt around trying to find Max
"I don't know, something hit me" Max replied as he felt around, finding Alex and Miley
"I.. Its her!" Miley says starting to sob again
"Is it her?" Alex asked Max, "Is it her? Tell me!"
"I don't know!" Max yelled as the thing growled again as it walked around
"We need to get out of here now!" Miley yelled
"Max where's the camera?" Alex asked
"I don't know, I dropped it when it attacked me"
"Find it Max we need it to find out way out!"
"I don't know where it is!"
"Well look for it!"
Max gets down and starts feeling for the camera, not even noticing the thing was right in front of him, feeling for its hammer that it dropped before picking it up as Max kept feeling, barely missing the creature and putting his hand on the camera, "I.. I found it" he picks the camera up and looks around before finding Alex and Miley, seeing Miley was looking around with Justin's gun drawn before she started holding out her hand and he reached for it "It's me, I'm right in front of you"
Miley grabbed for Max's hand and pulled him to her and Alex before saying "We've got to get out of here… she's going to kill us"
"No, not until we get her blood" Alex said grabbing onto Miley's arm, "We cannot fail this mission" she looks at Max, "Max where is she? Can you see her?"
Max started looking around, hearing small growls but not seeing the creature, "I don't see her"
"Find her Max, we need that blood!" Alex said before hearing another growl
"Shh… she can't see us… don't move" Miley said trying to quiet the other two "If she doesn't hear us then she can't find us"
Max started looking around again, hearing small banging before finally seeing the creature come slowly staggering forward, hitting random objects with its hammer as it slowly made its way towards the group, coming very close to Alex and looks right at her but Alex remains completely still and the creature walks away from her then right in between Miley and Max, not noticing any of them until…
"Doctor, Respond" Alex's radio goes off "Voice recognition request" Alex started trying to shut her radio off "Doctor Respond, I repeat, respond"
Alex frantically tries to shut off the radio but she can't get it to so she starts trying to take it off herself but before she can the creature comes up behind her and grabs her, trying to bite her as she tries to fight it off, the creature taking her to the ground
"Get off!" Miley yells before pointing Justin's gun at the creatures head and shooting, blowing its head off
"NO!" Alex yells as the lifeless creature falls off of her then she gets up and grabs Miley "What have you done! I needed her!"
"It was going to kill you!" Miley yelled back
"I needed that blood!"
"I don't care we're out of here!" Miley turns and walks over to Max "Come on let's go"
"We can't… not until she gives the order" Max says from behind the camera
Miley turns back to Alex and walks up to her "Give the order"
Alex just looks at Miley and shakes her head "Not until the mission is finish"
"I said give the damn order!"
"And I said not until the mission is complete!"
"We can't do anything more just get us out of here, please" Max says as he turns the light on the camera back on but Alex shakes her head
"I said give the damn order!" Miley yells before swinging Justin's gun and hitting Alex in the face, knocking her to the ground
"What the hell are you doing!" Max says trying to calm Miley down
"Give the order!" Miley kicks Alex in the stomach
"I can't, not until the mission is done!" Alex says as she tries to get up but Miley kicks her again
"Yes you can" Miley says as she grabs Alex by her shirt and picks her up with one arm before throwing her against the wall then pointing the gun at her "Listen to me" she points the gun at Alex's head
"Hey stop!" Max says trying to grab the gun from Miley but she pushes him away, "Dammit just calm down ok"
"I can't… I'm not allowed to leave until the mission is finished" Alex says as she spits out some blood
"You're mission is over!" Miley yells as she hits Alex with the gun again, knocking her to the ground
"You're out of your fucking mind!" Max says as Miley cocks the gun, ready to shoot Alex "Listen to me! You can't kill her, we need her to get out!"
Miley looks up at Max then shakes her head and says, "Shut up" then she points the gun at Max and fires, killing him
Miley walks up to Alex and kicks her in the face again, making her lay on her back, spitting out more blood before Miley straddles Alex and sits on her stomach as Alex starts reciting a prayer but Miley just puts her finger on Alex's mouth, silencing her
"Shh…" Miley says as she got Alex to stay quiet "Don't make this any more difficult… give… the… order"
"H… how did you do it?" Alex says, earning a laugh from Miley that slowly got distorted and turned almost demonic, "You can't force me… God protects me"
Miley looks back down at Alex, stroking her hair slightly "I would have loved for you to get me out of here… It would have been perfect" Miley grabbed a handful of Alex's hair and brought her head up closer to hers, "But you know what?" Miley leans down to whisper into Alex's ear then says in Alex's voice "I don't need you… You know that right?" Miley gives Alex a kiss on her temple before snapping Alex's neck then reaching over and grabbing the radio before speaking in Alex's voice as it asked for voice recognition "Russo… The mission is over… I request evacuation"
"Any survivors?"
"Just one… a woman… I'm staying behind… I'm infected… follow the plan and burn it all" Miley said still in Alex's voice
"A woman? Who? How could she have survived?"
Miley just smiles before looking at the camera before the footage cuts back to Miley screaming as the creature grabbed her and dragged her away but then we see Miley getting away but stumbling back to the ground before the creature gets on top of her, grabbing her jaw and making her open her mouth before it puts its own mouth on hers, releasing what looked like a worm sort of creature into Miley's mouth and down her throat before letting her go and walking off, leaving Miley just lying there on the floor until she hears the voices of Alex and the SWAT team as they came to the apartment for the first time before sitting up as she heard the battering ram break the door open before looking over at the camera, smiling before reaching over and turning it off
