So i wanted the next two chapters to be funny. It takes place in "Possession". Also I plan on adding the comics in.
Serenity's POV
"Thanks for meeting with me on such short notice," I told Cyrano and Roxanne. Due to the desire on wanting to kill Tywin in our last encounter I wanted some extra information. "Goliath should be here shortly"
"Child whenever one of our own is in need we are always available to help" Cyrano reassured me.
The three of us were outside of their house waiting for my Beloved of Night's arrival.
"How is that little girl of yours doing?" Roxanne asked. I smiled at the mention of my daughter.
"She's thriving and currently being watched by her grandparents"
The sound of wings filled our ears and Goliath landed along with Hudson.
"My apologies for being tardy my love" Goliath greeted me. "Xanatos was showing Hudson and me, a mechanical body for Coldstone's mate to be transferred into"
Coldstone as it turned out didn't die when he was thrown into the water. He survived but it was revealed the poor guy was in fact trapped in a sort of limbo with his mate and another gargoyle who liked to cause trouble.
"That sounds promising so David thinks Coldstone's spirit can be transferred into this new form?"
"Without a doubt, my rookery brother is looking forward to reuniting with his beloved"
Cyrano and Roxanne invited us inside and Goliath explained what happened with our last confrontation with Tywin.
"I had to hold Serenity back, I knew she was angry for seeing me getting hurt, but I saw another side of her that worries me"
"Serenity what were you feeling when you confronted Tywin?" Roxanne wondered.
"A lot of anger and I wanted to hurt my grandfather, I wanted him to bleed"
"Then as I suspected you were experiencing what is called "Dragon's Rage""
Goliath, Hudson, and I gave the two elder shifters a questioning look.
"It's a rage that only surfaces when a dragon's life or that of their loved ones are threatened, in this case, Goliath was hurt and you wanted Tywin to pay"
"Indeed I did" I hissed and my inner dragon agreed.
"The good news is that the rage is controllable but child please be careful" Cyrano warned.
"We'll make sure she is" Hudson vowed. I gave the older gargoyle a thankful glance.
Goliath then placed a comforting hand on my shoulder and I kissed it.
Michelle's POV
"Oh come freaking on!" I roared.
Brooklyn, Hannah, Lex, Broadway, Angela, and I were watching television. And on said television was a movie and the plot line was so bad it was irritating.
"That bad?" Brooklyn questioned seeing my annoyance.
"Yes babe the movie is that bad" I confirmed.
Bronx suddenly lifted his head up and started growling. Immediately we all stood up and saw Goliath was back with Hudson.
"I thought Serenity was coming back with you two"
"She had to check on something" Goliath responded.
Hannah and I shot each other a look. Since when did Serenity not go anywhere without Goliath?
It was then Goliath stepped aside so we could see Coldstone. But the last time we met with Coldstone we dealt with a whole bunch of crap.
"Is the evil gargoyle within his mind gone?"
"I believe so" Goliath answered while Bronx growled and approached Serenity's mate. Goliath gave the gargoyle dog a pat on the head and soon he went to go lay down.
"Xanatos has managed to make a mechanical body for Coldstone's mate to live in, the third gargoyle, the threat will have no host and thus won't exist, but their spirits will need to be released temporarily"
"I don't mind volunteering" Angela chimed in.
"Same here but when did you learn magic?" Broadway added.
"I learned a trick or two on Avalon"
That got me and Hannah to look at one another again. Something wasn't right here. Goliath began to recite the spell and Coldstone glowed with blue magic as the soul transfer ensued. Eventually, the spell ended and Coldstone was now in Broadway's body.
It was sweet seeing him and his mate interact in Broadway and Angela's bodies. Coldstone's shell then fell to the floor and Brooklyn eyed it for a moment. Goliath then said he needed a quick break and he went outside with Hudson.
"Something isn't right here"
"Oh? What makes you think that Firebird?" Brooklyn asked suddenly. His tone was a bit different and in all honesty, it was sexy.
"I can't explain babe"
My mate then wanted to stretch his wings alongside Coldstone and the possessed Angela. Once he was out of earshot this time Lex, Hannah, and I shared a WTF look.
A Bit Later.
Serenity's POV
We returned to the Eyrie to find it empty well except for Coldstone's mechanical form.
"Brother it's good to see you on your feet so soon" Goliath greeted his fellow clan mate.
Hudson was cautious though due to the last time we crossed paths with Coldstone. Bronx barked happily as he walked up to Coldstone. Coldstone bent down to pet the gargoyle dog and once he had his fill did Bronx go back to laying down.
"You know I'm curious to see what your mate's new form is like"
"I am more than happy to show you"
Coldstone then had us follow him.
Michelle's POV
"Lexington! Michelle! Hannah!"
Using Angela and Broadway's strength my sister and I were freed. Hannah then freed Lexington.
"That evil spirit is still inside Coldstone's mechanical form, the bastard knocked us out before tying us up"
"Firebird you weren't harmed were you?"
"No babe I'm fine" I reassured my mate.
"It also gets worse that bastard managed to fool Goliath, Hudson, and Serenity" Hannah spat.
"What she means is that they're going into a trap" Lex added.
Serenity's POV
Coldstone pulled back the sheet covering his mate's new form. It was a solid gold robotic version of a female gargoyle.
"Well damn you weren't kidding this is nice of David to do this for our clan"
"My mate's new form is called Coldfire"
"What about that one?" Hudson nodded at a table that covered something else.
"That one is not important" Coldstone informed his elder.
"What in the?!" I exclaimed as the robot that had been lifeless suddenly came to life at the time Coldfire's did. Goliath pushed me away as the male gargoyle robot attacked him and Coldfire's shell kicked Hudson.
Goliath managed to toss the robotic gargoyle away from him but the damn thing managed to regain its footing. Smoke filled the room thanks to Coldfire and thankfully the sprinklers turned on. Suddenly I was seized in what was robotic coils and Goliath roared out. But then my mate was then too seized and then two of us were tossed into a wall. We both were rendered unconscious.
