Chapter Sixteen
Getsu woke up to see Chiro holding Sakura close to him, she was passed out for how long, not knowing a clue. She saw two people both she recognized and a new woman.
They filled her in with everything.
Getsu just remember her body taking over as she ran full sprinted towards the hallways. The other three following screaming at her to slow down. Chiro stayed holding Sakura not looking at her, she saw where he stood.
Not that she couldn't be mad, Chiro had every right to choose Sakura over her.
Nothing made sense she just had to keep running and running. Finally a light appeared down a hallway and she ran to it, the others not far behind.
Once the door appeared she pushed it open, out in the open. She watched the Sailor Scout's trying to fight something, the woman next to Sailor Jupiter screamed and ran towards them. Yelling something about a dagger.
Getus realized that it was Mercury, but she was stopped by two of the goons who threw her to the ground because she was so distracted.
Getsu looked over and saw Joan on his knees. A person had gripped the back of his hair, yanking his hair back. The blade of the dagger pressed down on his neck.
" I love you Getsu." He said one last time then everything happened in slow motion.
The suddenly swift movement of the blade and the person's arm was seen. Getsu watched in slow motion as Joan's body collapsed face first into the ground.
She heard a voice and didn't even know it was her own.
"Joan!"
Suddenly a tall massive creature turned around and looked at them, it seemed no one stopped this desperate girl who ran to the body falling to her knees. Grabbing his shoulders turning him on his back. Getus saw the closed eyes and smile on his face.
"Joan…..Joan come on….Joan….JOAN!" She was hysterical shaking him now, she barely heard the faint laughter of the monster.
The sound of people screaming and fighting hit her ears and Jupiter shouting her name to get of there. She held his body close to herself crying hard into his chest.
She felt cold empty, Joan all those memories.

"Haha…come on come on let me see let me see" A eager younger Getsu in her high school uniform stared lustfully at her boyfriend.
The boy Joan blushed intensely and finally took off his shirt.
"Oh my god they're actually gone!" She touched his now bare chest running her fingers across them, she then broke out laughing.
"What's so funny?" He scowled, trying not to flinch at her cold hands.
"Ha-ha! That's just weird not seeing those giant cow tits!" She suddenly busted out saying. Joan's face was aghast and he shook his head.
"Take that back!" He growled, but a smile was on his face, he tackled her to the floor pinning her by her wrist. "Or else!"
"Never and you'll forgive me anyways!" Getsu said teasingly.
"Oh?" Joan said pressing raising an eyebrow.
"Because!" She shouted and suddenly wrapped her legs around his waist. Rolling him on his back ending with her straddling him.
Sticking out her tongue, "You love me too much!"
She kissed his nose and he blushed getting all flustered. Then he started laughing loudly. "I guess you are right!"
He then leaned up and Getsu leaned down as they shared a kiss….

Getsu stared at the now still face, his body limp in her arms. Her lips quivered. "Joan you are a fucking idiot!"

"Are you really going to leave it all like that!" He shouted anger in his eyes.
"Joan we are already over you can't come barging in demanding me to stay like being held at gun point!" Getsu yelled zipping up her last suitcase.
"You are a traitor…" He whispered.
Getsu sighed, and stood up. "Joan listen I'll still be here I still work at the bar an-"
"Forget it!" He shouted.
Getsu watched his back turned to her.
"You are dead to me…" He then slammed her door shut behind him

"I'm sorry I was never there for you, but in the end you are here for me. Was I being selfish for leaving you?"
"Don't be silly Getsu…." A voice suddenly said, and the area around her went white and noises of fighting stopped.
She looked up to see a perfectly fine Joan. She looked around and saw the area turn into a vast wilderness with tall trees and bright green grass the area shinned on her an imaginary sun appeared behind the trees. Or was it planet? Yes! It was a giant Jupiter and the sky above her became vast space with stars shining everywhere.
She looked down and saw his body was gone the one she was holding. She stood up frantic.
"You are dead I just held you're corpse!" She shouted grabbing her hair.
"Getsu I'm still dead, you just snapped and your powers brought you here…." Joan said his face grew stern suddenly. "Getsu you need to go back they need you…" He suddenly pulled out the green crystal Getsu had earlier from Sailor Jupiter's those few days ago.
"No…" She took a step back tears in her eyes. "I can't Joan I can't…I hurt everyone….my dead mom…you…I can't I can't…" She fell down her knees.
"You are being super angst Getsu you were never the brooding person." He suddenly knelt down and a hovering light seemed to behind him shinning a deep green.
"What's that?" She whispered. Joan looked back and smiled.
"Well that's up to you…." He said as it floated over Joan's shoulder near Getsu as she cupped it with her hands.
"Some call it the embodiment the essence the spirit…just seems like a light to me." He looked at her smiling.
"Getsu I sacrificed myself because I always knew you would do great things…" He touched her cheek as she pressed into his hand.
He sighed softly, "You are strong willed and always were you stood up for me when no one did. And always helped strangers like that boy at the bar…"
Suddenly a boy with those bright green eyes appeared next to Joan smiling.
"Getsu you are the true embodiment of a knight and warrior someone with a dark past that can still shine brightly in all the dark times and keep fighting that's why I chose you." The boy crouched down staring at her and then at the glowing light in Getsu's hand.
Joan was still smiling at her, he seemed to glow.
"What is going on?" Getsu sniffed, tears still in her eyes. "Darkness light, what bullshit are you…" She suddenly stopped lowering her head and laughing. She didn't notice the boy suddenly glowing and shaping into someone else.
"Have I just gone crazy?!"
"No Getsu…."
Suddenly a very strong female voice entered in looking up, the other boys were gone and a tall strong woman in what looked like wearing ancient white robes wrapped around a tall strong body. A beautiful face and auburn hair walked towards her.
"I knew the moment you were born…you were special so did your mother and Joan….I would have not chosen you unless I knew…" The woman cupped Getsu's face her green eyes staring into Getsu as they glowed.
"Getsu they loved you and want you to push forward…" The woman said softly. "I have been watching you and my other champion day by day everyday…I knew I picked right the moment you chose to protect your friends no matter what…You may be hot headed." The woman tilted her head to side and smiled.
"But I think it's a warrior's charm."
Her face looked so familiar…..
"Getsu please we don't have much longer please." As the glowing light floated from Getsu's hands, to the air a few inches from her face, the green gem dropped somehow into her hand. The woman pressed Getsu's own hands to cup it close.
"Everyone…all those people you can protect them…." She began to fade away. "Getsu you know what to do…"
Getsu watched her disappear, and everyone was gone. Getsu stood up clutching the gem the floating light still there.
"I don't think I'm special…" She said looking at the light, but she smiled looking straight ahead. "But I know that if I don't give this shot I won't know. Guess they will have to see their bad choice in heroes."
She closed her eyes…
Suddenly the light from her hands suddenly glowed. The glowing light went into her chest. She closed her eyes. Voices around her began to chant…
"Fighting Evil by Moonlight…"
The sign Jupiter glowed on her head as the body absorbed the light and her entire being gave in the voice grew stronger in her ears. What she didn't see was barrier was breaking, and things around began to spin as the planet Jupiter swam her vision.
"Never running from a real fight…."
She felt the last glows affect her fully; she saw images of Pong, Joan, even a Sakura and Chiro and finally the face of her of beautiful woman, that resembled her mother.
"To fight for truth, justice and peace…."
Getsu opened up her eyes the energy going through her, made her open up and lead out a battle cry. As the planet itself and everyone absorbed her body.
"We are the one and only…."
Getsu cried, as the area around her shattered, and she was hovering the monster was looking at her, as she dropped to the ground falling down in a crouched position. Opening her eyes her body glowing a green aura all over it. Her bright green eyes stared down the monster that started this all.
Gripping the gem she stood up and walked towards him, a look of vengeance and battle in her eyes. Also the slightest spark of….
Hope.
"Stop her! She is the real Prodigy of Jupiter! Get her!" The creature demanded as it's minions ran towards her.
She suddenly stopped and braced herself bringing her fist into the ground, the ground caved in and the area around her and sent out a pulse causing them to all fly back hard onto their backs.
Getsu readjusted herself and stared down the monster, her arms running what looked like pure energy in streaks of lighting up and down her arms.
Her walk soon broke into a charge as she full on sprinted towards the monster, tears in her eyes as she cried.
"This is for Joan you bastard!"
