A/N: I am back (and a tad late) And I am sorry. But here we are, with another huge thank you to my dear wingman. These last few chapters I have been just dead and you have revived me. Thank you.
"I don't care!" Zoey said. "And I have a strong feeling he would not mind you wearing one of those short skirt Japanese school girl outfits."
"I Told you," Danielle said. "Only if he were there." Keesh and Veronica rolled their eyes. This had been going on for the past 20 minutes. "And speaking of school... I have to tell you guys.. Apparently my 'Teacher' outfits are a turn on for Greg."
Really? He's into the whole mature teacher thing?" Zoey asked, eyes wide.
"No lying." Said Danielle. "He came into my classroom to talk about how his job is like being a detective and after first period he told me that the blouses and pencil skirts were growing on him and he wanted to jump me, in my classroom!"
"Huh. I figured he'd be more into like Lolita shoto or something." Zoey said with a shrug.
"Whats that?" Keesh asked, looking puzzled.
"Someone who´s into the whole 'younger girl/boy thing'. Like high school girls in uniforms, or like young guys with baby faces." Zoey said looking at Keesh and Veronica's comfused faces. "Damn, learn your anime girls."
"We'll you may say he is since I'm 20 years younger than him." Danielle muttered under her breath, and she was sure that no one heard her.
"So," said Zoey. "He's one of those Danielle." Zoey gave her best friend a smirk. "Robbie likes my kitty ears and corsets. I guess thats a turn on for him."
"Greg's into everything... like anything and everything." Danielle said. "And to be perfectly honest, he prefers when I wear nothing."
"Obviously." Said Veronica with a roll of the eyes.
"You do look good naked Dani." Teased Zoey.
"You've only seen me in my undies." Danielle said with a smile. "But you would know best, other than Greg."
"Of course, love." giggled Zoey, cuddling Danielle.
"Really? The lesbo act again?" Keesh asked with an eye roll.
"You should see Greg and Chase freak out trying to figure out what we're talking about." Danielle said with a laugh.
"Have you tried your act on them yet?" Asked Veronica.
"What act?" Said Zoey smirking. "We're not acting."
"Yeah what on earth could you be talking about?" Danielle said as she snuggled into Zoey. At that, Keesh threw a pillow at them.
"Noo!" Squealed Zoey. "Not my Pikachu pillow!" Danielle laughed at them.
"Zoey, only you sweetie."Danielle said grabbing the pillow and sitting on it.
"Ok, how about we play a game?" Suggested Zoey. "Let me go put some popcorn in the microwave."
"Sure" Ronnie said "What do you want to play?"
"Truth or dare!" Zoey eclaimed, throwing her arms in the air.
"Sounds like a plan." Keesh said as she and Veronica joined Danielle on the floor.
"Yay!" Zoey said getting up and running off to put the popcorn in the microwave.
"We're waiting for you!" Danielle called. A few minutes later, Zoey ran back in and slid to the floor where she sat before besides Danielle
"Okie," Zoey said. "Since its my apartment, I'll go first." She looked around the room. "Ronnie, truth or dare?"
"Uhmm." Veronica said thinking for a moment. "Truth."
"I had a feeling you were going to choose that," Zoey said with an evil laugh. "So your still single... There's no crush going on is there?"
"One?" Veronica said for a moment. "More like twelve. But the fucked up part is that they were all gay. Life in the theatre."
"They're always gay." Pouted Zoey
"Or married." Added Danielle. Veronica nodded.
"Keesh," She said looking at the one she said. "Truth or Dare?"
"Hmmm truth," Chose Keesh.
"So are you waiting until the wedding night or are you jumping Wilson's bones every night?" Veronica asked without hesitation.
"Oh my God!" Zoey squealed laughing.
"You can't just ask her that!" Squeaked Danielle, laughing like a school girl.
"It's truth or dare for a reason ladies." Veronica said "So truth it."
"Uhmm." Keesh said. "We kinda haven't in a while..."
"Seriously?!" Said Zoey. "How come? How do you not do it? Are you both like too tired or something?"
"I Just... I dunno" Keesh Shrugged
"Knew it!" Said Veronica. "No wonder you've been so stressed lately."
"Shut up!" Keesh snapped. "Dani truth or dare?"
"Don't end it there!" Said Danielle. "This is a serious problem that needs fixing!"
"You can ask more questions for my next turn." Keesh said.
"Awe Boo!" Said Danielle with a slight pout.
"Truth or Dare?"
"Uh, Truth." Danielle said.
"Hmm." Keesh thought "You and Zoey, explain yourself."
"What do you mean?" Danielle said pulling the innocent act.
"Innocent act don't work on me." Keesh said. "I've known you too long. What goes on between you too?"
"Yeah." Veronica said leaning in towards them. "I know you two pull your little act but is there something more going on there."
"We just tease Chase and Greg with our high school history." Danielle explained with a shrug.
"Hmm." said Veronica.
"Of course." Piped up Zoey, wrapping and arm around Danielle and pulling her close. "Whatever gives you the idea somethings going on?"Danielle giggles.
"So Zoe, truth or Dare?"
"Dare me baby."
"You two are impossible!" Laughed Keesh. Danielle thought for a minute
"Ok. I know you've been dying to do this, gimme your best impersonation of Dr. Gregory House." She said with a smirk
"Oh My God!" Laughed Zoey. She cleared her throat and made her voice real low."Blah blah blah. I'm Gregory House, the best doctor in the world! Blah blah blah blah. I have a cane cause my leg's messed up, but that don't mean my third one doesn't work. I'm just so awesome, and I get to bone Danielle every night after work. Teachers are so hot." Zoey reached over and grabs Danielle. "Give me a kiss baby, and how about hitting the sheets, and by that I mean..." Zoey paused and made her voice even lower and seductive. "We fuck like rabbits." Danielle dies laughing.
"Oh my God Zoey!" She said in hysterics. "That was amazing!" She starts tearing up from laughing so hard. Zoey giggles
"I've been practicing." She said.
"I can tell." Danielle said still laughing
"What's that smell?" Veronica said sniffing the air.
"Oh my God!" Zoey squealed. "The popcorn! I left the microwave running all this time!" Zoey opened up the bedroom door to see the place is filled with smoke. Danielle runs out coughing, followed by Keesh, Veronica and lastly Zoey. "Oh no!" Zoey pouted. "My popcorn!"
"Zoe.." Danielle said, "What about your apartment?"
"Oh yeah that too." She pouted. "Well might as well call Robbie and tell him our place is on fire."
"Hold on." Veronica said.
"He doesn't need to know, just yet." Added Danielle.
"Well when should he know? When the house is burnt down?" Keesh asked.
"It isn't gonna burn down." Danielle said.
"There was no fire only smoke, were just out here to get out of the smoke filled room, and to greet the firefighters when they get here, since the fire alarm automatically alerts them." Zoey said.
"Maybe there will be a cute EMT." Veronica said
"Oh yeah maybe!" Zoey said.
"You have Chase remember miss flirty pants." Said Keesh.
"Uhm, theres nothing wrong with looking. Said Zoey. "Besides none of us are even wearing pants!"
"Oh wow." Said Danielle looking down at her thighs blushing.
"I feel naked." Said Veronica.
"Well" Said Danielle. "At least we're not in our underwear." She paused and looked at Zoey "And don't get any ideas."
"My shorts look like undies anyways." Zoey giggled.
"Oh Zoey." Danielle said shaking her head.
"Hey look the firefighters are here!" Zoey said.
"And an ambulance." Danielle said. The ambulance pulled up and none other than Henry gets out.
"Fuck." Said Danielle, seeing her ex-boyfriend.
"Uh oh." Said Zoey, seeing him too. They just had an altercation this afternoon. Danielle turns around and trys to ignore him. Unfortunately, he noticed Zoey "Shit." She said as he waved at her. Zoey gives dani an apologetic shrug as Henry walks towards them.
"Hey Zoey." He said hugging her. "You're awfully-" He paused as he looked her up and down. "Naked tonight."
"I burned the popcorn." Zoey pouted.
"And the house smoked out." Veronica said, stepping in.
"Maybe we should have let her call Chase..." Danielle muttered to herself.
"How do you burn popcorn?" Henry laughed. "Only you cupcake." Zoey blushed at hearing the old nickname he used to use for her and she steps forward and grabs Danielle's arm, making Danielle's eyes got wide. "We were playing truth or dare and I completely forgot."
"Right now I dare you to shut the hell up Zoey." She muttered again.
All clear girls." Said an attractive firefighter as he stepped out of the apartment. "You can get back to your little... Slumber party." Veronica winked at the other girls and followed the firefighter, talking him up.
"Well I gotta go." Said Henry. He looked over at Danielle. "You know,you should lighten up, it does you no good to hold grudges." Danielle finally turned to him with a deep breath and smiled. She walked over to him.
"Henry, I'm not holding a grudge. I'm still angry about this afternoon. And I will never forgive you for what you did and how you broke my heart. I mean I'm happy now, moved on with, hell, who I think could possibly be the love of my life. You may think he's a pompous asshole. And you know what, He's the biggest dickhead you'll probably ever meet in your entire life. He's good at what he does AND he knows it. So you should be honored to be working for and learning under him. But, when you actually know the man inside that gruff exterior, he's one of the sweetest kindest, most caring men you will ever meet. So I don't hold a grudge. I just will never forgive you for what you did." Veronica made her way back to the group with a paper in her hand as Danielle paused and then smiled again at Henry and grabs his hand. "Although, now I think about it, I would like to thank you. I don't forgive you for breaking my heart, but if you hadn't," She drops his hand and steps away. "I might still be stuck with an asshole like you instead of the Amazing Doctor Gregory House." Danielle turned. "Now if you'll excuse me, I need to go wash my hands." She walks into the apartment. Henry's face turns bright red for a moment before he recovers.
"I gotta go." He hugged Zoey again. "I'll call you tomorrow to set up our date, we have a lot to catch up on. You girls look cute by the way. Oh and tell Danielle, that as soon as she breaks up with that poor excuse of a doctor to give me a call."
"Doubt it!" Yelled Veronica
"I'm sure she'll have a rock on her finger before you can even find someone worth spending your life with." Called Keesh. "And She'd rather be 10 feet deep than with you again!" And with that the girls walked back into the apartment after Danielle, satisfied they embarrassed the boy in front of co-workers.
